Here are some tips to stay alert on a long drive.
Create discomfort
The best sleep environment is warm and cozy, so aim for the opposite, so aim for the opposite. Flip up armrests and adjust the seat to sit with your shoulders back. In winter, use the heater only around your feet. Crack a window to let in fresh air.
Snack smart
