Men's Health gives us the 8 worst things you can do for your body. They included:


  1. Throwing back more than two drinks a day 
  2. Watching Netflix marathons 
  3. Overtraining 
  4. Smoking socially (just don't smoke at all!) 
  5. Eating packaged foods 
  6. Not drinking enough water 
  7. Too much coffee 
  8. Skipping sun block
