Nicole Kidman 'Started to Cry' When She Learned Keith Urban's 'The Fighter' Is About Her: It's a 'Beautiful' Gift. Keith Urban may be the most nominated artist at Sunday's Academy of Country Music Awards, but if you think that carries any clout at home with Oscar-winning wife Nicole Kidman and his daughters, think again. "Everybody who's married knows that's an illogical question," Urban, 49, told PEOPLE when asked if he can use his nominations to his advantage. "A 'get out of jail free card' does not exist." Aside from hopefully collecting some hardware at the awards, Urban will also perform two songs: "Blue Ain't Your Color" and "The Fighter," which he will sing with Carrie Underwood. When he initially wrote "The Fighter," Urban said he had Underwood in mind as a collaborator, and there wasn't really a plan B. What if she said no? "I would have thought of somebody quick," he said. "I would have had to have thought of somebody quick. I think if Carrie said no, we were set with the schedule and everything, we would have just had to leave that song off the record. That would have given me time to find the right person. I wouldn't rush the wrong person in there just to make a record. Thank goodness she said yes." Later, on the official red carpet pre-show, Kidman, 49, opened up about what being the inspiration for "The Fighter" means to her. "I remember when he first played it for me, and I started to cry because ... he writes these things -- they come out of I don't know -- and they're like beautiful gifts," the actress said. Just hours ahead of the show on Sunday, Urban showed his daughters cheering him on with their own homemade sign. "When my daughters do this... ... I've ALREADY WON!!!!-KU #ACMawards" The ACM Awards will broadcast live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on April 2 at 8:00 p.m. ET on CBS. (People)

Here's What Blake Shelton Was Doing During the 2017 Academy of Country Music Awards. Not every country artist is spending the weekend in Las Vegas. While music fans were watching the 2017 ACM Awards Sunday night, some were wondering where superstar Blake Shelton was in the audience. As it turns out, the "Honey Bee" singer was enjoying some down time at his hometown in Oklahoma. "Ah... Another Sunday evening in my Oklahoma..." Blake shared on Twitter while holding a green plastic cup. As for that Smithworks baseball cap sitting on his lap, it's likely a tribute to The Voice coach's boozy brand announced earlier this year. It also appears that Gwen Stefani and her kids made a trip to Oklahoma over the weekend. In a Twitter post shared on Saturday, the lead singer of No Doubt shared a photo of Blake's left arm that featured his signature tattoo. Her kids also appeared to have joined in as they flashed their arms with matching temporary tattoos. "Gx," she captioned the photo. For those wondering what the original tattoo means, Blake attempted to explain the meaning (or lack thereof) during an interview with Oprah Winfrey. "It doesn't mean crap, Oprah," he joked in a 2013 episode of Oprah's Next Chapter. "I'm a country guy from Oklahoma and I thought, 'I'll get some deer tracks going around my arm.'" (Eonline)

Rupert Sanders Calls Kristen Stewart Affair a "Momentary Lapse." Rupert Sanders is only human. It's been nearly five years since the director suddenly found himself in the tabloids, thanks to his indiscretion with Kristen Stewart, who starred in his movie, Snow White and the Huntsman. (At the time, Sanders was married to Liberty Ross, while Stewart was dating Robert Pattinson.) Sanders and Stewart were caught kissing on July 17, 2012, and Us Weekly broke news of their affair with exclusive photos, published online and in print a week later. Soon after the story broke, the director issued a public apology to his wife of 11 years and their kids. "I love them with all my heart," he said (via a publicist). "I am praying that we can get through this together." Similarly, Stewart apologized to Pattinson, whom she'd been dating for three years. "I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob," the actress said. "I love him. I love him. I'm so sorry." Now that the dust has settled, Sanders is less apologetic and more sympathetic -- for all parties involved. Last week, while promoting Ghost in the Shell, the director was asked what he'd learned from the affair and the media frenzy that followed. "You never know what's coming in life. Around every corner there's something unexpected, and that's life. You just have to brush yourself off and continue moving forward the best you can. Everyone makes mistakes. I am bound to make more mistakes, and I wouldn't expect my life to be exciting if I didn't," he told the U.K.'s Metro. The bad publicity didn't help his career, but it wasn't a death sentence. "If you took people off the table for a momentary lapse," he said, "there would be no one making art." Stewart, too, has moved on from the ordeal. Last year, the actress referred to her fling with Sanders as "the scandal" and spoke candidly about how the public turned on her. "Women are so judgmental of each other. It's very innate, instinctive, f--ked-up, animal-like," she told Variety. "It was something that was a nuisance. How do you resent me if you've actually never met me?" Neither Sanders nor Stewart returned for the sequel, The Huntsman: Winter's War, although it had nothing to do with their affair. "It wasn't a situation where I got kicked off a movie because I got in trouble. We had been in talks months after that about making something work," Stewart said, "and it never came together." Ross described that period of her life as "horrible" in a 2013 Vanity Fair profile. "It was really the worst, really the worst," said the model, who wed music producer Jimmy Iovine in 2016. "I have no words to describe what we went through. But I think, for me, something always has to completely die for there to be a rebirth. And, for me, I feel like I'm going through a rebirth." Pattinson is over the drama, too. "S--t happens, you know?" the Twilight actor laughed in a 2014 Esquire U.K. profile. "It's just young people... It's normal! And honestly, who gives a s--t?" Sanders couldn't have said it better himself. (Eonline)

Safe and sound! Kim Kardashian was forced to deny reports she had been "attacked" in Los Angeles on Sunday, April 2. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star assured fans that she was completely fine, after it was claimed she had been physically abused by a man outside of Beverly Hills hot spot Mr. Chow. "So @JonathanCheban just called me & asked if I was ok & read online I was attached outside Mr. Chow," she tweeted. "Totally not true! Such weird rumors." Kardashian had been making her way into the restaurant when the "bump" happened, but despite photos of the moment making her look like she was taken back, she set the record straight. "A random guy walks near me & almost bumped into me but he hit the parking meater [sic]," she added. "Not attacked me. Hope he's ok!" Earlier in the evening the 36-year-old attended the Daily Front Row's 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards, and wowed in white on the red carpet. It's been almost six months since the mom-of-two was held at gunpoint during a terrifying robbery in Paris, France. She revealed more harrowing details of the ordeal on a recent episode of KUWTK admitting she had mentally prepared herself to be raped or killed. Fortunately she was physically unharmed during the crime, but the men did make off with $10 million worth of her jewelry. (US Weekly)

Mel B's ex Stephen Belafonte in hot water after gun raid. US police have raided the home of former Spice Girl Mel B's ex over reports he kept illegal guns at the Los Angeles residence. According to TMZ, police were already waiting at Stephen Belafonte's $9 million Hollywood Hills mansion when the director arrived home over the weekend. TMZ reports police immediately patted him down and then entered the house using a battering ram, crowbar and other tools after presenting a search warrant for the premises. According to the website, federal agents raided the property in search of illegal guns. TMZ is reporting that police were investigating the director because they were concerned he breached a previous domestic violence conviction. (The director had been charged with domestic violence in 2003 and, as part of the conviction, he was banned from possessing guns.) Belafonte, who is in the midst of an acrimonious divorce from the former Spice Girl, was not arrested and police allegedly left the home empty-handed. There are reports Belafonte's brother had bragged to friends about the director having guns in the home. Belafonte and Mel B have long had a volatile relationship (he reportedly once punched her dog) and she was said to be uneasy about guns being in their home. Belafonte has reportedly insisted he has done nothing wrong and claimed he was the victim of an April Fool's Day joke. TMZ reported Belafonte claimed he "was never in cuffs," telling the entertainment website, "they didn't detain me. They just asked me questions real quick." "I have no idea what's going on -- maybe they (random people) were pranking, swatting or something like that," he adds. Sources told TMZ police are still investigating the matter. Mel B, real name Melanie Brown, filed papers to end the couple's nine-year marriage to the director last month, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of their split. She is seeking full custody of the couple's five-year-old daughter. (PageSix)

Blac Chyna's request to trademark the Kardashian name has been denied. The reality TV star has been banned from using her fiance 's famous last name... Rob Kardashian's baby mama Blac Chyna made headlines for requesting to trademark the Kardashian name last year and now, that request has officially been denied. The 28-year-old reality TV star, who owns a false eyelash business called Lashed Bar, attempted to secure the famous last name following the announcement of her pregnancy with fiance Rob's baby last spring. However, Kardashian sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe filed legal documents to block Chyna from doing so in December. In the papers, the business savvy sisters stated that their companies would "suffer irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill if the opposed mark is allowed to register" and it seems the court has now agreed. When the drama first kicked off, Chyna's mum Tokyo Toni was quick to defend her daughter's actions as she took to social media calling out the Kardashains. "Blac Chyna has my support 110% no matter what! You just can't stop what God has plans for," she wrote on Instagram. "Ps People need to relax it's enough shine money Tv airtime play selfie sticks and camera footage for everyone! Sharing is caring but hold up didn't they watch Mr. Rogers neighborhood! She grown but I am still her momma and I will go all the way in for mine." Chyna and Rob, who welcomed their first child together Dream Renee Kardashian in November, have yet to speak out about the situation. (British Glamour)

Artist James Rosenquist, a key pop art figure, dies at 83. Artist James Rosenquist, a key figure in the pop art movement, has died. He was 83. Rosenquist's wife, Mimi Thompson, told The New York Times that he died Friday in New York City after a long illness. Rosenquist started by painting signs and billboard advertisements in Times Square and other public places. He later incorporated images from popular culture, from celebrities to consumer goods, into his work. One of his best-known pieces is "President Elect," created in the early 1960s. It is a billboard-style painting depicting John F. Kennedy's face alongside a yellow Chevrolet and a piece of cake. "The face was from Kennedy's campaign poster. I was very interested at that time in people who advertised themselves," Rosenquist told the art appreciation organization The Art Story. "Why did they put up an advertisement of themselves? So that was his face. And his promise was half a Chevrolet and a piece of stale cake." Another popular piece was Rosenquist's "F-111," which superimposes a Vietnam War fighter-bomber on images of children and consumer goods. Rosenquist resisted comparisons to his contemporaries Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. "I'm not like Andy Warhol. He did Coca-Cola bottles and Brillo pads. I used generic imagery -- no brand names -- to make a new kind of picture," Rosenquist said in a 2007 interview with Smithsonian magazine. "People can remember their childhood, but events from four or five years ago are in a never-never land. That was the imagery I was concerned with -- things that were a little bit familiar but not things you feel nostalgic about. Hot dogs and typewriters -- generic things people sort of recognize." Rosenquist was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota. His mother was an amateur painter who supported his creative interests early on. His watercolor of a sunset won him an art scholarship to take classes at the Minneapolis School of Art. He later attended the University of Minnesota before moving to New York City in 1955. In 2009, a fire destroyed several works by Rosenquist at his home and studio in Aripeka, Florida. It was the same year he released his autobiography, "Painting Below Zero: Notes on a Life in Art," written with David Dalton. Rosenquist's work has been featured in solo exhibitions at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art and other institutions. (Eonline)

THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Dylan finally gets his hands on his Nobel Literature prize. Bob Dylan finally has his hands on his Nobel Literature diploma and medal. Klas Ostergren, a member of the Swedish Academy, said the 75-year-old American singer-songwriter received his award during a small gathering Saturday afternoon at a hotel next to the conference center where Dylan was performing a concert later that night. Ostergren told The Associated Press that the ceremony was a small, intimate event in line with the singer's wishes, with just academy members and a member of Dylan's staff attending. "It went very well indeed," he said, describing Dylan as "a very nice, kind man." Other members of the academy told Swedish media that Dylan seemed pleased by the award. During his show hours later, Dylan made no reference to the Nobel award, simply performing a set blending old classics with tunes from his more recent albums. Dylan had declined the invitation to attend the traditional Nobel Prize banquet and ceremony on Dec. 10 -- the date of Alfred Nobel's death -- pleading other commitments. But in order to receive the award worth 8 million kronor ($894,800), Dylan must give a lecture within six months from Dec. 10. He has said he will not give his Nobel lecture this weekend but a recorded version of it will be sent later. Taped Nobel lectures have been occasionally presented, most recently in 2013 by Canadian Nobel literature laureate Alice Munro. "I think he has said it all already as you heard in the acceptance speech. And you know, Dylan didn't apply for the Nobel prize. People seem to forget that. It wasn't a competition, he didn't ask for it, he was bestowed it. It's not for the giver of a gift to expect something in return," said Shmuel Burger, a 61-year-old physician and die-hard Dylan fan who traveled from Israel for the concert. The 2016 Nobel Prize in Literature was awarded to Dylan "for having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition." He had expressed awe at receiving the Nobel Prize and thanked the Swedish Academy for including him among the "giants" of writing. Besides his two concerts in Stockholm, Dylan will also play in the southwestern city of Lund on April 9. (PageSix)

Meghan Markle's sister writing a tell-all book 'she won't like'. Meghan Markle's estranged half-sister Samantha Grant is set to release a tell-all book-spilling family secrets and reportedly detailing the royal ambitions of Prince Harry's lover. Meghan's 51-year-old half-sister is sharing her memoirs and says her 35-year-old sister should brace herself for some home truths. "My book deals with my bi-racial family in a candid, warm, personal and socially important way," Samantha told the Daily Star. "Maybe when Meghan is more mature and reads the book she'll understand. Some of it she won't like, some of it she might," she added. It has been reported by the Daily Star that the working title for Samantha's book is "The Diary of Princess Pushy's Sister." Meghan-who stars on TV legal drama Suits and was previously married to actor Trevor Engelson between 2011 and 2013-is rumored to be close to becoming engaged to 32-year-old Prince Harry. Samantha – who is wheelchair bound due to multiple sclerosis-has already branded Meghan "Princess Pushy." The ex-model (who has the same father, Tom Markle) said Meghan Markle's ultimate ambition has always been to be a princess but added: "Her behavior is certainly not befitting of a Royal Family member." Samantha last year told The Sun of her upbringing with Meghan and confirmed she was dating Harry. But she blasted Meghan, who stars in the legal drama Suits, saying she is driven by "social climbing." She said: "Hollywood has changed her. I think her ambition is to become a princess." Mum-of-three Samantha, 51, added: "It was something she dreamed of as a girl when we watched the royals on TV. "She always preferred Harry -- she has a soft spot for gingers." And just last month Samatha unleashed a scathing attack on her sister via Twitter during a rant where she branded the American actress a "hypocrite." (PageSix)

In Just 8 Tweets, J.K. Rowling Inspires Millions to Follow Their Dreams. Fame and fortune haven't made J.K. Rowling forget her past. Before the first of seven Harry Potter books was published in 1997, Rowling was a single mom struggling to make ends meet. In her own words, she often felt like a "failure." But, after the novels were adapted for the big screen, she became one of the wealthiest women in the world. Rowling's rags-to-riches story has been well documented, of course. And from the beginning, she has always been generous -- not only with her money, but also with her words. On Monday, she retweeted Beauty Jackson, disseminating her fan's message with over 10 million followers. Jackson's tweet spoke to Rowling, who used it as a springboard to inspire others. It only took eight tweets for Rowling's words of encouragement to go viral. The author then thanked Jackson for helping her pay it forward. Rowling has often spoken about the lessons she's learned from failure. When she gave the commencement address at Harvard University in June 2008, for example, Rowling encouraged the graduates to redefine what the world "failure" means. "Ultimately, we all have to decide for ourselves what constitutes failure, but the world is quite eager to give you a set of criteria if you let it," she said. Rowling then confessed she had "failed on an epic scale" just seven years after her own college graduation. "An exceptionally short-lived marriage had imploded, and I was jobless, a lone parent, and as poor as it is possible to be in modern Britain, without being homeless," she recalled. At the time, she said, "I was the biggest failure I knew." "Now, I am not going to stand here and tell you that failure is fun. That period of my life was a dark one, and I had no idea that there was going to be what the press has since represented as a kind of fairy tale resolution. I had no idea then how far the tunnel extended, and for a long time, any light at the end of it was a hope rather than a reality," she said. "So, why do I talk about the benefits of failure? Simply because failure meant a stripping away of the inessential." "I stopped pretending to myself that I was anything other than what I was, and began to direct all my energy into finishing the only work that mattered to me. Had I really succeeded at anything else, I might never have found the determination to succeed in the one arena I believed I truly belonged. I was set free, because my greatest fear had been realized, and I was still alive, and I still had a daughter whom I adored, and I had an old typewriter and a big idea," the author added. "And so rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life." "You might never fail on the scale I did, but some failure in life is inevitable. It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all -- in which case, you fail by default. Failure gave me an inner security that I had never attained by passing examinations," she said. "Failure taught me things about myself that I could have learned no other way. I discovered that I had a strong will, and more discipline than I had suspected; I also found out that I had friends whose value was truly above the price of rubies." "The knowledge that you have emerged wiser and stronger from setbacks means that you are, ever after, secure in your ability to survive. You will never truly know yourself, or the strength of your relationships, until both have been tested by adversity. Such knowledge is a true gift, for all that it is painfully won, and it has been worth more than any qualification I ever earned." (Eonline)

Savannah Chrisley Makes Her First Red Carpet Appearance at 2017 ACM Awards Following Car Accident. Savannah Chrisley is celebrating much more than great country music Sunday night. As the Chrisley Knows Best star appeared in Las Vegas for the 2017 Academy of Country Music Awards, it wasn't just an ordinary event. Instead, it was her first red carpet since her terrifying car accident in January. The reality star stepped out at the T-Mobile Arena wearing a black sheer Bao Tranchi gown with a matching Tadashi Shoji clutch styled by Apuje Kalu. Savannah is expected to serve as a presenter with her dad Todd Chrisley later in the evening. Back in January, E! News learned that Savannah was involved in a frightening car accident. The Atlanta-based beauty pageant queen was driving during a rainstorm when she reached down to fix her floor mat. The mat became stuck under the gas pedal and when Savannah looked up, her car veered toward the guardrail. "It's the worst feeling in the world to get a call late at night while sleeping to hear on the other end that your child has been involved in a serious car accident and that you need to come to the hospital immediately," Todd explained in a statement to E! News. "That's the call we received this morning about our daughter Savannah." Savannah was ultimately able to recover from fractured vertebrae in her neck and other injuries. "I truly believe that God has used this situation to open my eyes to what is truly important in life and to put my focus back on Him in order to live the right life and be unbelievably happy," Savannah later shared with her followers. Orange Is the New Black's Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli Continue Their Magical Honeymoon. The honeymoon has just begun for Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli. More than a week after the Orange Is the New Black star married her partner, the pair appears to be taking the next step of their honeymoon. In new Instagrams posted Sunday afternoon, the couple snapped selfies in an airplane as they headed for their next destination. Just a couple of days earlier, the newlyweds celebrated their new relationship status by traveling to Disneyland with a group of friends. The pair was all smiles while posing with their crew in front of the Magic Castle. "Thank you @disneyland for helping us continue to have the best week ever!" Samira shared on Instagram during her magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. For those who may not be aware of the couple's romance, the Orange Is the New Black star met her wife on the set of the show: Samira was acting while Lauren was a writer. The couple was married in an outdoor ceremony near Palm Springs, Calif., that was officiated by Wiley's parents. Judging from their stunning outfits, fun Instagram posts, and the killer playlist (the recession up the aisle was set to Montell Jordan's "This Is How We Do It," and Justin Bieber's "Baby" welcomed the brides into the reception), it was a pretty incredible night for everyone. The couple started dating back in 2014, shortly after Lauren's split from her husband of two years. In an essay for Identities.Mic, she explained that writing about romances between women helped her to recognize and accept her own sexual orientation. The writer came out publicly in May 2014. "I went through it all on set: I fell in love with a woman, and I watched my life play out on screen...It feels liberating and appropriate to live my life in front of you," she wrote. Since then, the two have been inseparable. Congrats! (Eonline)

Nobody Had More Fun Than Faith Hill and Nicole Kidman at the 2017 ACM Awards. Attention all award show producers: Please have Faith Hill and Nicole Kidman sit next to each other forever and always. During Sunday night's 2017 ACM Awards, country music's biggest names appeared to be having one hell of a time. Whether dancing in the aisle to Florida Georgia Line and Backstreet Boys or laughing at Dierks Bentley and Luke Bryan's footage from Thunder From Down Under, the live telecast inside the T-Mobile Arena was the place to be. But out of all the attendees, we couldn't help but notice two ladies having the time of their lives in the front row. Oh, we see you Nicole and Faith. Throughout the three-hour show, cameras panned to the duo who was singing along to the biggest hits. And after Faith and husband Tim McGraw performed their new single for the first time on live TV, it was Nicole and her husband Keith Urban who greeted the couple with great enthusiasm. "They were both amped up from Tim and Faith's duet. Nicole was giving them two thumbs up and smiling enthusiastically," an eyewitness shared with E! News." Keith was cheering and gave Tim an energetic high five and a hug when the two returned to their seats. Nicole also extended her arms and gave a smiling Faith a big hug." Kelsea Ballerini couldn't help but notice the fun happening in row one. During the show, the "Yeah Boy" singer took to Snapchat where she shared a video of the famous audience members moving and grooving. "Faith and Nicole jamming," she wrote. "YAS." And while some A-list stars try their best to sneak out of award shows earlier, this group stayed until the very end. After all, Nicole and Faith weren't going to end their evening in Las Vegas without singing along to the Backstreet Boys' classic track "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)." (Eonline)

Mike Epps brought a kangaroo onstage that appeared to be in distress ... now many of Epps' fans are pissed, and some are even calling it animal abuse. Epps performed Friday in Detroit at the Festival of Laughs comedy tour, when a man came out with a kangaroo on a leash. Epps egged on the handler to make the kangaroo partake in the show, and grabbed the leash, holding the animal for a photo. The handler also carried the 'roo around as it appeared to attempt to run off the stage. Several ticket holders were infuriated, saying ... "They're trash for doing this," and describing the scene as "violence" and "animal abuse." The handler is Javon Stacks, who went viral last week for walking around Detroit with a kangaroo on a leash. He told MLive.com it's part of a travelling exotic zoo, and claimed to have the proper licenses. We checked, and it's illegal to own a kangaroo in Detroit, but a rep for city Animal Control tells TMZ ... because the animal appears to be from out of town, it would be up to state and federal authorities to decide if a crime had occurred. Stacks told us the kangaroo was not harmed in any way Friday night, and the harness he used is not only legal -- but preferable to a collar which could hurt the animal. After the show, Epps posted a backstage video of himself with a different kangaroo which makes it seem like he anticipated backlash. He captioned the clip, "Yeh look how nice Iam 2 him! Theses guys are license zoo keepers ! #iloveanimals." He later deleted the post. We reached out to Epps' rep ... so far no word back. (TMZ)

"I am honored to serve in the role of first lady, and look forward to working on behalf of the American people over the coming years," her statement accompanying the photo read. In the portrait, Trump looks gorgeous in a brown suit and neck scarf, which is just the latest in a series of gorgeous wardrobe styles. Viewers could assume after her Jacqueline Kennedy-inspired look on Inauguration Day that Trump would be making bold fashion statements. The first lady donned a powder blue cashmere dress and matching bolero from American designer Ralph Lauren. Since then she had donned Givenchy, Herve Pierre, Christian Dior, Michael Kors and other A-list couture designers. For President Donald Trump's first Joint Sessions of Congress, FLOTUS opted to wear an embellished, sleek black blazer from Michael Kors' spring 2017 collection, paired naturally with a matching skirt and belt. The jacket retails for $5,000 while the skirt goes for $4,600. Regardless of event, it's safe to say she's always on-trend. (Eonline)

Tina Fey slams white women who voted for Donald Trump. Tina Fey is not happy about the university-educated white women who voted for Donald Trump in the US election. Speaking in New York at an event hosted by the American Civil Liberties Union, Fey said white women "can't look away" from the election outcome. "The thing that I kind of keep focusing on is the idea that we sort of need to hold the edges, that it's sort of like a lot of this election was turned by kinda white college-educated women who would now maybe like to forget about this election and go back to watching [home shopping network] and I would want to urge them, 'You can't look away.' "Because it doesn't affect you this minute but it's going to affect you eventually," she said. Polls suggested that 44 percent of white female university graduates voted for Trump, while 53 percent of white women overall voted for the former businessman. The numbers are stark next to the 94 percent of black women who voted for Hillary Clinton. "I personally will make my own pledge as a college-educated white woman to not look away, to not pretend that things that are happening now won't eventually affect me if we don't put a stop to it," Fey said. Fey said the organization's ACLU's Women's Rights Project had "our back in the fight for gender equality." "Women's rights have come a long way in the last century but there's still a long, long way to go. Did you know that women still only make one Ghostbusters movie to every two made by men? And men average Oceans 11 for every Oceans 8 that goes to women. That is simply unacceptable," she joked. Fey also said the battle had become about more than progress. "Gains that we've made over the past 100 years are under attack. Luckily [vice president] Mike Pence isn't allowed to go down and shut up Planned Parenthood unless his wife goes with him. So you know, if we can just keep Karen busy scrapbooking -- we can all still get Pap smears," she said. (Fey was referring to a recent quote by Pence who said he would never have dinner with a woman who wasn't his wife.) While in Congress, Pence headed up the effort to block any federal funds from going to Planned Parenthood because the organization -- which provides women with cancer screenings, counselling services and tests -- also provides abortions. Late last week, he cast the tie-breaking vote for a measure that would repeal an Obama-era rule that was designed to prevent states from blocking Title X funding from going to health care providers that perform abortions. Fey also had a crack at the President: "Earlier tonight in what is surely an April Fools' joke, the President proclaimed that next month will be national sexual assault and awareness prevention month ... so now we know what he gave up for Lent, that's good," she said. A number of women have accused Trump of sexual harassment and he was famously taped saying he could grope women because he was a "star." (PageSix)

The Beach Buns? John Stamos Plays on Like a Pro After Splitting His Pants on Stage. Let's just say John Stamos' pants didn't exactly have mercy on him. During a show with the Beach Boys in New York, the Full House alum was strumming away on the guitar when he got the feeling something was a touch awry. Turns out -- the musician had accidentally split his pants on stage. "...and then, somewhere towards the end of Fun, Fun, Fun - I felt a slight breeze in the buttocks area....#SplitPants #TheBeachBUNS #showmustgoon," he punned on Instagram along with a video of himself discovering the wardrobe malfunction. Instead of skulking off the stage in embarrassment, the pro sported the rip in stride as he continued to pluck strings with the band. At one point, he got the chance to make the night of a lucky fan, who was attending the show with her infant son. The mom had tweeted to Stamos days earlier to see if he would be performing. "I've never asked god for anything in my entire life, but now I'm BEGGING for @JohnStamos to be at the 7pm show on Sunday night. #heartbroken," she wrote. Fortunately, her prayers were answered with a tweet from Stamos himself. "I will happily be at BOTH SHOWS - xo," he wrote back. After she took her seat in the VIP section, Stamos found the fan and knelt down to play to her baby boy. Later, he lifted him up on the stage and held him in the air, joking that he was an Academy Award. "Won my heart completely," the fan tweeted about the star's sweet gesture. "#Neversaynotostamos #lifecomplete." (Eonline)

We Dare You Not to Fall in Love With Faith Hill and Tim McGraw's 2017 ACM Awards Performance. Anybody else's hearts fluttering right about now? During Sunday night's 2017 ACM Awards, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw delivered their world-wide television premiere of their new single "Speak to a Girl." What started as a thoughtful performance quickly became one of the most romantic moment of the night. "'Cause that's how you talk to a woman, that's how you speak to a girl / That's how you get with a lady who's worth more than anything in your whole world," the couple sang. "You better respect your Mama, respect the hell out of her / 'Cause that's how you talk to a woman and that's how you speak to a girl." When the song began to end, Faith began jumping up and down with excitement before Tim picked her up for a hug. They shared a kiss on the lips and couldn't stop smiling as the entire audience including Miranda Lambert and Anderson East along with Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman delivered a standing ovation. The performance comes 20 years after the couple surprised the world with their very first duet at the ACM Awards titled "It's Your Love." Fast-forward to today and the pair are gearing up for a joint summer tour as they continue living their happy life as parents to three daughters. In just a few short weeks, the song has earned the couple their highest debut on Billboard's Country Airplay chart. It also serves as the couple's eighth collaboration together. (Eonline)

Miranda Lambert Makes History at the 2017 ACM Awards, Applauds "Females Kicking Ass." Miranda Lambert just scored a major win for ladies everywhere! The Weight of These Wings artist just made history at the 2017 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday night, where she became the first-ever songstress to win Female Vocalist of the Year eight consecutive years in a row. Lambert has taken home the coveted honor year after year since 2009, and in 2016 she tied for the accolade alongside Reba McEntire. This time around, the blond bombshell beat out heavyhitters Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris, Kacey Musgraves and Carrie Underwood to come out on top. During her acceptance speech, Miranda shouted out fellow female powerhouses, including rival Underwood. "Thank you so much guys. It really means the world to me. Carrie can see me under the table. We've agreed on that," she shared. Miranda continued, "I'm just glad to see females kicking ass these days. I'm so proud to be a part of that. So cheers to all of us girls out there dreaming. Thanks fans, thanks ACMs, thanks to my family and friends... I love you all." It's been quite a night for the country A-lister, who also won Album of the Year and delivered an emotional performance of her hit song, "Tin Man." She walked the red carpet arm-in-arm with boyfriend Anderson East, marking a relatively rare public appearance for the notoriously private pair. Miranda sparkled in a white and gold plunging gown fit for a princess, but later changed into a sleek black pantsuit with sparkles along the lapels. Safe to say this is a moment Miranda won't soon forget. Congratulations! (Eonline)

Love can be a little embarrassing sometimes. Just ask Hannah Lee Fowler, country superstar Sam Hunt's fiancee. Hunt made his way off the Academy of Country Music Awards stage on Sunday and sat next to Fowler in the crowd as he sang his hit song "Body Like a Back Road." But his fiancee looked mortified by the sudden attention as she covered her face and laughed nervously while her beau sang next to her. Fowler even playfully pushed his face away when he went in for a sweet kiss at one point, smiling throughout the performance. The couple got engaged in early January, PEOPLE exclusively confirmed. His debut album Montevallo is inspired by Fowler and is named after her hometown in Alabama. Though he's remained tight-lipped about his relationship with Fowler, Hunt, 32, hasn't shied away from sharing photos on social media of his future bride over the last few months. "She inspired more than anything the lighthearted spirit behind the song," Hunt told PEOPLE on the red carpet of the song he performed Sunday. "I wasn't in an optimistic place before we got back together. After we got back together, I took a step back and didn't take everything quite as seriously -- in a good way -- and put this song out." The singer has been raising eyebrows lately by wearing his wedding ring a little early -- but they're definitely not married yet. "I put it on to try it on and decided it felt too good and I didn't want to take it off," Hunt told CBS before the show. "It's only a few weeks left before we do get married." Hunt also opened up about his upcoming wedding to the outlet, saying that "intimate and hometown were the two adjectives that [describe the wedding best]." "Low-key, low maintenance," he added. "We are both kind of introverted people for the most part, so we don't like celebrating ourselves too much. If there ever is a time to do it, it is now, and it is more to celebrate the union of marriage than it is each other. I am excited about doing that." On "Drinkin' Too Much," one of his latest singles, the country crooner sang directly to Fowler and apologized for making their private life public. "I'm sorry I named the album Montevallo / I'm sorry people know your name now and strangers hit you up on social media / I'm sorry you can't listen to the radio / I know you want your privacy / You've got nothing to say to me / But I wish you'd let me pay off your student loans with these songs you gave to me," he sings. Near the end of the song, Hunt even calls Fowler out by name: "You changed your number and moved and this is the only way I can reach you / Hannah Lee, I'm on my way to you." (People)

Live Nation is hell-bent on making sure no one's peddling bootleg John Mayer t-shirts outside Madison Square Garden next month when his show rolls through town. The company just got a temporary restraining order banning street vendors from manufacturing, distributing or selling any merch with Mayer's logo or likeness 4 hours before and/or after his April 5th show within a 4-mile radius of the venue. We're told the NYPD has a special task force to deal with these types of issues, called the "MSG Team," who will seize any counterfeit gear. Good news is there'll be plenty of official merch to purchase ... for way more. (TMZ)

The internet reacts to Tom Jones swearing on The Voice. He said "f*ck me" during the final... Sunday night saw the season finale of The Voice UK, but instead of winner Mo Adeniran making headlines, it was Tom Jones' outburst. The 76-year-old Welshman was caught on camera saying "F*ck me" as one of his acts made it through to the final, forcing host Willis to apologize on his behalf. Moments later a fan ran on stage waving a piece of paper. He was quickly escorted away before Emma cut to an ad break. That's probably the most excitement The Voice has seen, ever... 'Moonlight,' 'Transparent' win at GLAAD Media Awards. The Oscar winner "Moonlight" has won again, taking best film at the 28th annual GLAAD Media Awards. Barry Jenkins' coming-of-age portrait was honored by the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation at the awards held Saturday at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles. The group nominated only two films for the award, which it said reflected the dearth of LGBTQ story lines in Hollywood. The other nominee was "Star Trek Beyond." On the TV side, Jill Soloway's "Transparent" won for outstanding comedy series. The best drama series went to the Freeform fantasy "Shadowhunters." Patricia Arquette was honored with the Vanguard Award and tearfully dedicated the award to her late transgender sister, Alexis Arquette. The awards honor the "fair, accurate and inclusive representations" of the LGBTQ community. (PageSix)

Ladies and gentlemen, children of all ages, welcome to the fakest show on earth. Hugh Jackman tried to prove the adage oft attributed to P.T. Barnum -- "There's a sucker born every minute" -- by pretending to ride an elephant while filming a scene for an upcoming biopic about the 19th-century New York City showman. The "Logan" star bounced along on a mechanical mammoth during a movie shoot Saturday on Centre Street in lower Manhattan. The crude-looking fake beast will be replaced by a computer-generated pachyderm in post-production. "The Greatest Showman" is set to be released on Christmas Day. Filmmakers didn't say why they opted for CGI (although the difficulty of wrangling an elephant in Manhattan was likely a factor) -- but the circus that bears Barnum's name, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, stopped using live elephants last year and is closing for good next month, in part because of controversy over performing animals. Jackman said the flick will honor Barnum and the "creativity and what is unique about each and every one of us." The ringmaster's wife, Charity Barnum, is being played by Michelle Williams, pictured with the couple's on-screen daughters. (Page Six)

China's Wanda Cinema Line Rebrands, Reveals Profit Up 15 Percent for 2016. The company also said it plans to spend about $290 million to open 80 new cinemas in 2017. Wanda Cinema Line, the theatrical exhibition arm of Chinese real estate and entertainment giant Dalian Wanda Group, revealed late last week that it is changing its name to Wanda Film Holding. The company, headed by China's richest man, Wang Jianlin, said the new brand will better reflect the breadth of the subsidiary's activities in the movie business, which now include much more than just exhibition. Wanda Cinema Line/Wanda Film Holding acquired online film marketing and merchandising firm Mtime for $350 million last year. In a separate filing, Wanda Film Holding said its 2016 net profit climbed 15.2 percent, and that further expansion to its already massive exhibition footprint is coming this year. Wanda Film plans to spend about 2 billion yuan ($290 million) to open 80 cinemas across China in 2017. The company says its exhibition operations currently account for 14.5 percent of China's total box office. The name change also may suggest that Wanda Group still intends to concentrate its film assets under Wanda Cinema Line/Wanda Film Holding, which is listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange. Last year, Wanda attempted to merge its film production and distribution businesses, including Burbank Calif.-based Legendary Entertainment, with the publicly traded exhibition arm. But after pushback from regulators, Wanda withdrew the plan, saying market conditions had changed and the merger wouldn't be fair to investors. The company said Legendary needed to prove that it could generate profits on its own, but that the consolidation plan would be revisited at a later date. (Hollywood Reporter)

The Claws Trailer Is Here and It's Already Our New Obsession. Get ready for your next major obsession, TV fans. The first look at TNT's upcoming series Claws is here, exclusive to E! News, and, truthfully, it just might be the best thing you'll see all week. Starring Niecy Nash, Carrie Preston and Judy Reyes, among many more, Claws tells the story of five diverse and treacherous manicurists working at the Nail Artisan of Manatee County salon, where there's a lot more going on than meets the eye. The series, from executive producer Rashida Jones, hits the cable network Sunday, June 11 at 9 p.m. At the center is salon owner Desna (Nash), who lives with and cares for her mentally ill twin brother, Dean (Harold Perrineau). Desna's staff includes best friend Jennifer (Jenn Lyon), a tenuously sober ex-party girl raising two children from previous relationships; Quiet Ann (Reyes), Desna's enigmatic driver who also provides security for the salon; Polly (Preston), a mild-mannered preppy who recently served time in prison for identity theft; and Virginia (Karrueche Tran), who makes no effort to hide her boredom and impatience with her job. Adding chaos to the Nail Artisan mix is Roller (Jack Kesy), a gangstered-out redneck who runs a barely legal pain clinic and uses Desna's nail salon to launder their obscene profits; Bryce (Kevin Rankin), Jennifer's husband who is also newly sober and trying to stay legit by working as an abundance coach; Dr. Ken Brickman (Jason Antoon), a bona fide doctor at a decidedly un-bona fide and illegal drug clinic; and Uncle Daddy (Dean Norris), a dangerous Dixie Mafia crime boss who is deeply Catholic and actively bisexual. "It's just, I think really exciting, fresh, sassy, weird, Florida noir comedy, Tennessee Williams, Almodovar mix of style and tone and the characters are all really fresh," Preston told E! News. "It's interesting and diverse and eclectic. To me it's about finding your crew, finding your family outside of your family. It's women, core group of these four women... supporting each other. So many times you see shows about women cat fighting with each other. This is something else. This is something different. It's really hilarious and it's also really dark. I don't know if there's anything quite like it on TV, I'm excited about that." Claws debuts on Sunday, June 11 at 9 p.m. on TNT. (Eonline)

The Walking Dead Season 7 Finale Sets Up an All Out War and Sees One Hero Make the Ultimate Sacrifice. Warning: The following contains major spoilers from The Walking Dead season seven finale. If you haven't watched yet, you may want to bookmark this page and return once you have. Proceed with caution. War! What is it good for? For a minute there, it sure looked like Rick Grimes' answer to that questions was going to be: Not a damn thing. As The Walking Dead season seven finale proved, there are very few plans that our foolhardy hero puts together that ever go according to, well, plan. The weirdo trash people led by that creep Jadis had turned on Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the gang in a very big way, making a better deal with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), Michonne (Danai Gurira) was being beat to death on a balcony, Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) had sacrificed herself and Carl (Chandler Riggs) was seconds away from having a very unfortunate run-in with Lucille. And then the tiger pounced. In what may be one of the most triumphant moments our poor heroes have had in, well, ever, King Ezekiel (Khary Payton), Carol (Melissa McBride) and the Kingdommers arrived, Shiva in tow, to save the day and share the s--t out of Negan. (Minor quibble: How did Shiva know which humans to eat and which to spare? We'd love to learn how Ezekiel trained her for that particular skill.) They were closely followed by Maggie (Lauren Cohan), Jesus (Tom Payne) and the rest of the Hilltop crew, proving that our heroes just might have a chance to defeat Negan after all. And what do you know? The big bad boss of the Sanctuary ran home with his tail between his legs. Sure, he was declaring war once he got there, but he was shook. Kudos to the producers for seeming to learn their lesson after last season's controversial finale cliffhanger. Closing out the season with the image of Ezekiel, Rick and Maggie sharing the stage, addressing their new coalition was enough of a thrill to hold us over until October. War may be here, but for once, it seems like it might not end in total tragedy. Before we go, let's pour one out for Sasha. We knew her days were numbered with Sonequa Martin-Green nabbed the lead role in CBS All Access' new Star Trek series, and she got to go out in high fashion. Seriously, has there been a cooler reveal in recent Walking Dead history than Negan, pompous as hell, opening up that coffin, only to be attacked by Walker Sasha? And her death let Michael Cudlitz return to the show for a surprise visit, as she relived her final conversation with Abraham as she faded away. And just when we'd written off Eugene (Josh McDermitt) as a total traitor, it looks like there may be hope the goof could be of some assistance to sleeper agent Dwight (Austin Amelio) down the road. And with that, another season of The Walking Dead is behind us. After the complete misery the first half put us through, did the second half help redeem the show at all? We're still debating where we land on that one, but the sight of the Alexandria-Kingdom-Hilltop coalition finally in action has us hopeful for next season, at least. Now it's your turn: What did you think about the finale? The Walking Dead returns for season eight in October on AMC. (Eonline)

Scandinavian Porn Drama Series 'Veni Vidi Vici' Gets Global Distribution. The series from MTG Studios, the Nordic producers of the Keanu Reeves-starring 'Swedish Dicks,' has been picked up by DRG. Veni Vidi Vici, the drama series set in the world of adult entertainment from Swedish banner MTG Studios, has been picked up by DRG, the U.K.-based worldwide content distributor. The 10-part show -- which will premiere exclusively on MTG Studio's own Nordic video streaming service Viaplay later this month -- follows a struggling Danish art house director forced to work in the porn industry, and was part of the MIPDrama Screenings in Cannes. The deal with DRG marks the latest international move for MTG Studios, which has more than 50 projects in the pipeline and last year saw Lionsgate pick up its Keanu Reeves-starring comedy series Swedish Dicks. "Veni Vidi Vici has all the ingredients required to capture the attention of an international audience -- intensity, complexity and fantastic performances from an all-star cast," said Jeremy Fox, CEO of DRG, which shares the same owner as MTG Studios, the Modern Times Group. "The Nordic region is an amazing creative hub, and this series is a great example of a local production with truly global potential." Other upcoming commissions from MTG Studios include drama The Lawyer, political thriller Embassy Down, Nordic noir Hassel, F1 biopic SuperSwede and the second season of Swedish Dicks.
