  2004 Trail Lite by R-Vision travel mobile home trailer. VIN: 4WYT04N2361207540. MN TL 8307S. Inspection highly encouraged prior to placing a bid. This trailer is in fair condition and includes tank. Known deficiencies are exterior does have dirt and some mildew, some water damage on inside of the ceiling of living room area, possible leaks still exist, tires appear to be in fair condition but under inflated. Trailer is currently on jacks and connected to public utility power. Does not include a generator. Repairs may be required. 493308611800016
