JoAnna Garcia Swisher Reveals She's Expecting Baby No. 2 With Husband Nick Swisher. And a baby makes four! JoAnna Garcia Swisher just announced very exciting news on Instagram: that she and her husband Nick Swisher are expecting their second child! The star posted a collage of adorable snapshots featuring her daughter that said, "Nick, Emme, and I are so excited to finally share this news." The three images show the soon-to-be family of four gathering around and holding up baby slippers as they smile at the camera. And in one shot, little Emerson is seen in a baby's crib with a cute sign that reads, "Eviction notice." The couple welcomed their firstborn, Emerson Jay Swisher, back on May 21, 2013, in Cleveland the proud parents and released a joint statement about their bundle of joy's arrival shortly afterward: "We are overjoyed, blessed and so full of love that our daughter Emme has finally arrived. She is healthy, beautiful and vibrant. It's the best feeling in the world." JoAnna and Nick have been married since December 2010, where the two wed in front of several famous friends (like Lance Bass and Reba McEntire!) in Palm Beach. Chrissy Teigen Chose Her Baby's Sex During IVF, Says John Legend "Deserves a Little Girl." Chrissy Teigen did not conceive a baby girl by chance. While undergoing IVF, the 30-year-old model and TV host chose the sex of her and husband John Legend's first child. Teigen has been candid about their fertility struggles. She revealed her pregnancy in October and said in December they are expecting a daughter. "I've made this decision," Teigen told People in an interview published Wednesday, a day after the release of her new cookbook, Cravings. "Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, 'Let's put in the girl.'" "I think I was most excited and allured by the fact that John would be the best father to a little girl. That excited me," she added. "It excited me to see...just the thought of seeing him with a little girl. I think he deserves a little girl. I think he deserves that bond." Choosing a baby's sex is possible through preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) or preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), optional add-ons some fertility clinics offer with their IVF treatments, which some people find controversial. Teigen plans on giving their child a baby brother one day. "A boy will come along," she told People. "We'll get there too, so it's not like we really have to pick. But [John] definitely is very lucky to have a little girl. And this girl is going to be so completely lucky to have John as her papa -- it's crazy!" Many women who undergo IVF end up with at least one embryo left over and many of them end up freezing them for future use. Teigen has not revealed whether she and Legend have done so. PGS and PGD are becoming increasingly popular at top IVF clinics. Several cells from a person's embryos are biopsied and tested for chromosomal abnormalities and genetic defects. Discarding the affected ones can reduce the chances of miscarriage significantly. With preconception sex selection, single cells are tested to detect X and Y chromosomes. Many patients choose the method to avoid passing on a chromosome linked genetic disorder. Others do so for family balancing or simply out of personal preference. Preconception sex selection for non-medical reasons has for years raised ethical question. The practice is banned in countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and China. (Eonline)

Ginnifer Goodwin Reveals Her New Pregnancy Craving. Ginnifer Goodwin's second pregnancy isn't that different than her first -- at least when it comes to cravings. "My biggest craving with this pregnancy is banana peppers," she told E! News while promoting her new animated flick Zootopia. "The last pregnancy, I was all about jalapenos, which aren't very far from the banana tree." That's not all Goodwin revealed during our chat. Make sure to check out the online video to find out her secret talent, if she's more into Prince William or Prince Harry and more. Goodwin is expecting her second son with hubby Josh Dallas. Son Oliver, who will be two in May, is excited about being a big brother but is still figuring out how it all works. "He sometimes points to his own bell and asks if there's a baby in there," Goodwin said at last week's Zootopia premiere in Los Angeles. "I say, 'Boys get other things and girls get the babies.'" Too cute. She and Dallas have yet to decide on a name for soon-to-be bundle of joy. "We go back and forth between different things," Goodwin said. "It's hard because Oliver, we feel, is like a perfect name. You have to din something that's food with Oliver or Ollie." Zootopia is in theaters on March 4. (Eonline)

Nick Cannon Is ''Enjoying'' the Single Life -- Plus, Find Out What He Looks for in a Woman. Are you trying to score a shot at Nick Cannon's heart? We got you covered. Well, we can't guarantee anything, so don't get too excited, but we can tell you what the 35-year-old celeb is looking for in a partner -- and if that's you, let's just go with it, yeah? E! News caught up with the actor in Harlem, New York, where he announced the launch of NCREDIBLE, a RadioShack-exclusive product line that offers "cool and affordable matte headsets that rivals all the other ones on the market." But we'll get to that. Cannon, who split from ex-wife Mariah Carey in late 2014, tells E! News he's "enjoying" the single life, but "I'm not really focusing on it." Regardless, when we hit him with a question about what his online dating profile would say if he had one, it seemed like Nick had given it some thought. "It would be, 'likable, long walks in the park,' I don't even know how to begin with that stuff, but all I know is I would try to be as honest and sincere about that stuff and not expecting anything and not putting too much weight on anything and just looking for someone to enjoy good company." As for what he values in a woman? "Honesty. That's probably more than anything, honesty. And someone that has a sense of humor. Those are the two things I need." But right now, Cannon is more focused on his multiple business endeavors -- and his 4-year-old daughter's love life. Yep, you read that right. When we asked the entrepreneur what dating advice he'd give his twins Monroe and Moroccan once the time comes, he revealed that his little girl has already found someone special. In fact, she broke the news to her famous father that she's married! LOL. "My daughter came to me, and I don't even know if she knew exactly what she was talking about, but the other day she told me she was married and I did not even know how to react," he explains. "My knees just buckled and I was like, 'You're married?!' Luckily, it was a boy that is like my godson and I said, 'You're not married to him,' but I couldn't even explain it to her because...does that mean you're attracted to him? Why are you calling this little boy your husband? The boy did not talk to me about this first! He is supposed to come check, and when did the ceremony go down? I was crushed when she said that to me!" Aw, the difficulties of dad life. He continues, "I don't know what I would say to her, but obviously, my son, that's easy. I can talk to him. He is enjoying it. I just bought him the Sports Illustrated magazine Sunday. Me and him are on the same page, but my daughter, I don't even know how I am going to handle it!" Cannon also notes that co-parenting with Mariah has been "amazing," and has "put everything in the proper perspective. I think it actually allows us to be better parents, because when it's that time, we don't think about ourselves at all. We are extremely selfless and make it all about the kids." The rapper's latest business venture is something close to his heart, because it's not just about the product, it's about the community. "We are going all over the country to throw events like this to let people know that we truly are here. We are in the community. It's not about Radio Shack being back, because we never left, and that's the thing. We won't be overlooked and also the people in our community won't be overlooked." But, Cannon also made sure his line is fly. "I wanted everything to be colorful but still be smooth, sleek and it's stylish," and then laughed, "Beats By Dre has nothing on these!" (Eonline)

Could Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick be working things out?? The former couple were brought together at Robert Kardashian's dinner on Monday night, AND the very next night, the two hung out in an intimate group at WeHo's very exclusive Soho House! That's got to mean something, especially because the hotspot has a very serious "no photos" policy! It's possible they didn't want anyone to have proof they were all together! Though the momma of three did post a few snaps to Instagram of herself with Chad Veach and celeb famous pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr.... Aka the same man who not only officiated Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West's wedding, but also reportedly counseled Kourt and Scott not even two years ago! While the oldest of the Kardashian sisters didn't post any pics of her baby daddy to her IG, Rich did, meaning all four of them were together and looking like they had a blast. He shared: Interesting!! Britt Gastineau was also in their group, teasing their night out by posting. (Perez Hilton)

It's been a tough few weeks for Kim Kardashian, but the reality star is still fighting for her family. "Sometimes his lashing out embarrasses her," says a source close to the reality star about Kanye West's various feuds and Twitter rants over the last couple weeks. "Of course she turns to her family when she feels that way." And though it's also caused some tension between the couple, "at the end of the day, she is 110 percent committed to keeping her family together, and there won't be anything that will ever get in the way of that," says the source. Kardashian has also continued to be supportive of the rapper on social media, and apparently it's not just an act. "She loves Kanye and will side with him on almost everything to keep him happy," says the source. "She thinks he is a genius and that he can rarely do anything wrong." (People)

Levi Johnston Wins Custody Battle Against Bristol Palin After Seven Years and "Around $100,000" in Legal Fees. Levi Johnston's perseverance paid off. Bristol Palin's former fiance took to Facebook Tuesday to announce that they have finally reached a custody agreement over their son, Tripp Johnston, now 7. In 2009, Levi announced that he was going to sue his high school sweetheart for joint custody of Tripp after alleging that the entire Palin family was making it difficult for him to see his son. The exes reached a child custody stipulation in 2010, allowing Levi to see Tripp on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. The court never approved Levi and Bristol's agreement, however, so it never became finalized. The case was dismissed in 2012 for lack of activity. Then, in 2013, Levi filed a petition in which he sought at least equal custody of Tripp. "I have been getting a lot of inquiries about recent articles and headlines in the news. I have been asked what I think and while I would rather not have my words twisted in an interview I have decided to post a little statement on here," Levi wrote from Meadow Lakes, Alaska, Tuesday evening. "I'm so happy to have my son in my life, and to put all of this back in forth in the courts behind me. "It might have taken me 7 years and cost me around $100,000 in lawyer fees, spread out among 3 different lawyers, as well as a lot of patience, but it was all worth it." "I'm happy now to be successfully co-parenting," he added. Levi also addressed his own shortcomings in the Facebook post. "Although I do owe some back child support, altogether I have paid $50,000 in child support for Tripp, which is $600 a month, since Tripp's birth so at the end of the day I know I have worked hard to meet my obligations as a father," said Levi, who also has two daughters -- Breeze Johnston, 3, and Indy Johnston, 13 months -- with Sunny Oglesby, his wife of three years. "Despite what some have heard I've always been there for him, and I go to almost every school event that I can and spend all of my free time with my kids. Right now life is really looking up for our family." Levi ended by sharing a message to dads in similar situations. "And I want to say that even though fathers in this country don't usually have the upper hand in court, I encourage every father to never give up on fighting to keep their kids in their life," he said. "It's always worth it." Bristol has not publicly addressed the custody agreement, though some believe she hinted at it by sharing a quote that read, "The best security blanket a child can have is parents who respect each other." The one-time Dancing With the Stars competitor, who is also mom to daughter Sailor Grace Palin, captioned the Instagram post, "Just thinking out loud this morning." (Eonline)

Mandy Moore has good reason to be terrified ... her alleged stalker came back to her house for a third time in 2 weeks, ranting and raving ... yet so far prosecutors have said there's not enough evidence to lock him up. We've learned Salahudin Moultaali was arrested Friday for the third time outside Moore's Hollywood home. The guy is off the rails, each time going nuclear at her doorstep. Police were able to arrest Moultaali because a judge issued a restraining order keeping him from Moore's house. The problem is ... after the second intrusion, the L.A. County D.A. decided not to pursue the case because of "lack of evidence." The D.A. was not specific as to what evidence was lacking. Moultaali showed up at Moore's house Friday -- 2 days after the D.A. rejected the case. Cops picked him up for violating the restraining order and felony stalking. Moultaali's still in custody with a $150k bail. The D.A. says it still won't file a felony case. The matter is now in the hands of the L.A. City Attorney, who has yet to decide what to do. (TMZ)

Newly unearthed video shows pop star Kesha clearly contradicting her claims that hit songwriter and producer Dr. Luke drugged and raped her. The excerpts of Kesha's sworn 2011 video deposition, posted online by TMZ Tuesday, show the "Tik Tok" singer in a Manhattan law office, where she was questioned about her sexual history with Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald. "Did you ever have an intimate relationship with Gottwald?" a lawyer asks. The deposition was tied to a suit against Kesha and Dr. Luke by her former manager David Sonenberg, who later settled for an undisclosed amount. The video includes a response in which Kesha -- wearing a sleeveless white top with a microphone clipped to it -- mentions someone named "David." "I don't know what my mother told to David. I know that I -- Dr. Luke never made sexual advances at me, so," she said. Kesha, whose full name is Kesha Rose Sebert, is also asked, "Did Dr. Luke ever give you a roofie?" "No," she answers about the strong tranquilizer. The video also shows Kesha's mom, Pebe Sebert, denying that anyone ever told her that Dr. Luke "had had a sexual relationship" with Kesha, or that anyone told her he "had slipped Kesha a date-rape drug." TMZ said it obtained the 1-minute, 25-second video from "a Luke source who heavily edited snippets of the deposition." Also Tuesday, "Girls" creator and star Lena Dunham voiced support for Kesha in an essay posted on her "Lenny Letter" website. "What's happening to Kesha highlights the way that the American legal system continues to hurt women by failing to protect them from the men they identify as their abusers," Dunham wrote. Other celebs who have publicly sided with Kesha include singers Lady Gaga, Kelly Clarkson, Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift, who on Sunday donated $250,000 toward Kesha's legal bills. Kesha and Dr. Luke are currently embroiled in court battles in both New York and California, with Kesha claiming that Dr. Luke drugged and raped her at least twice between 2005 and 2008. Dr. Luke counters that Kesha made up those allegations in a bid to extort her way out of an exclusive, six-album recording contract with him and Sony under which she still owes four records. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich ruled Friday that Kesha couldn't break the agreement -- prompting Kesha to burst into tears in the courtroom. Kornreich is expected to rule soon on the validity of Kesha's sex-assault claims. Kesha's attorney, Mark Geragos, said that ahead of the 2011 deposition, Luke threatened to destroy Kesha's life and the lives of her family members if she didn't cover up his sexual assault. Kesha feared Luke was rich and powerful enough to make good on the threat, Geragos said. When Luke first publicized the deposition in 2014, Geragos said, "Luke's latest legal maneuver comes as no surprise; it's a desperate Hail Mary and a pathetic attempt to once again blame his victim." Neverland Ranch is up for sale in a complicated deal that still has ties to Michael Jackson. The Ranch is on the market for $100 million, and the sellers, Colony Capital, has posted a YouTube video to entice prospective buyers. It's interesting ... Colony Capital was involved with MJ in the last years of his life, bailing the singer out when he was about to lose the ranch. Colony essentially excused the massive debt Michael owed on the property and took title. The company is in the hole, we're told, to the tune of around $70 million. If and when the property sells, the Michael Jackson Estate could get some of the profit ... a portion in excess of what Colony Capital invested. And the Estate may have another way of getting some cash. Our sources say Colony Capital did not get permission to use MJ's music in the YouTube video. Ask Paul Anka ... sometimes Michael Jackson music can make you a lot, a lot, a lot of money! (TMZ)
