Zooey Deschanel and Jacob Pechenik Welcome Son Charlie Wolf. It's a new baby boy for Zooey Deschanel. The New Girl actress and her husband Jacob Pechenik have welcomed a son, the actress' rep confirmed to People. According to the magazine, the famous mom and dad named their new child Charlie Wolf Pechenik. As another source told the magazine, Charlie arrived last week in Los Angeles. The married pair will celebrate their second wedding anniversary in June. The couple welcomed a daughter, Elsie Otter Pechenik, in August 2015. Zooey announced that she was expecting for a second time when her rep confirmed the pregnancy in a statement in December 2016. TooFab was the first to break the news after several cast and crewmembers on the set of Deschanel's TV series New Girl found out about baby no. 2. Zooey and her husband -- a producer -- have kept fans on their toes with a relationship that has been full of surprises. The couple started dating in mid-2014 and Pechenik proposed to the (500) Days of Summer actress not a year later. She and her beau tied the knot in a secret wedding ceremony, shortly after which she gave birth to their firstborn baby girl. Fans were shocked when Zooey announced both pieces of news back-to-back in August 2015. Earlier this year, Zooey opened up about what it has been like to balance work life with family life. "When you're holding your baby, you're like, 'I don't wanna go to work -- this is like the best thing ever,'" Zooey told E! News's Kristin Dos Santos. "But it's nice, you know, I think, having a little girl, she knows her mommy works and I think that's a good thing." Congratulations are in order for the New Girl's new little one! (Eonline)

As it turns out, Jason and his wife Brittany Kerr Aldean are expecting a baby! "Been hard to keep this secret but we couldn't be happier to add to our family," the Grammy nominee shared on Instagram. We will never take one moment for granted & can't wait to meet you, sweet baby!!!" The couple's upcoming child will join Jason's two daughters from his previous relationship with ex-wife Jessica Ussery. In recent interviews, Jason and Brittany have been open about wanting to expand their family. "We're talkin' about it," Jason told Entertainment Tonight. "She's a lot younger than I am, so I gotta make this happen quick. I don't want to be the old dad! It's something we definitely want, at least one kid and possibly two, we'll see. It's something we've talked about a lot. Hopefully in the next couple years." And as Jason celebrated his birthday earlier this year, Brittany couldn't help but gush about life with the country music superstar. "HAPPY 40th to the most amazing human I know..." she shared on Instagram. "You make me so happy and I am soooo glad I get to spend this crazy life with you!" Congratulations to the happy couple! Bristol Palin and Dakota Meyer Welcome a Baby Girl. Congratulations are in order for Bristol Palin. The conservative blogger has given birth to her third child, a baby girl, her rep confirms to E! News. "Meet Atlee Bay!!! The newest edition of the Meyer family!! @bsmp2 #dadlife #ownthedash," Dakota Meyer shared on Instagram Monday afternoon. Bristol added, "Welcome to the world Atlee Bay." Bristol has a son, Tripp Johnston-Palin, 8, with her ex-fiance Levi Johnston, 26. This is also the fifth grandchild for conservative pundit Sarah Palin, former Governor of Alaska. Bristol announced her pregnancy in December. "We are so excited to announce that our family is expanding! God has blessed us so much; we are thankful for His grace and new beginnings," the couple said in a joint statement. "A springtime baby in the Meyer home and we can't wait!" Three months later, Bristol announced Baby No. 3 would be a girl, telling her Instagram followers, "Dakota and Tripp officially outnumbered." Tripp was clearly upset, posing for a photo while holding an "I Wanted a Boy" sign. His mom, meanwhile, said she felt "so excited." Bristol and her husband -- a U.S. Marine vet who received a 2009 Medal of Honor -- called off their wedding in 2015. They reconciled and tied the knot a year later, and now, they believe their baby girl will only bring them closer. "Dakota and I have been through trials in the public eye, and I am so thankful for where we are today," the former reality star wrote on her blog in December 2016, explaining, "I always knew a third child someday would complete our family." And now, at last, it has. (Eonline)

Demi Lovato Splits From MMA Fighter Guilherme ''Bomba'' Vasconcelos. Demi Lovato is back on the market. E! News can confirm the 24-year-old singer split up from her MMA fighter boyfriend, Guilherme ''Bomba'' Vasconcelos, a few weeks ago. "She broke it off with him," a source told us. A second insider added that there's no "bad blood." Rather, the pair simply realized they're just "not meant to be a couple." Furthermore, the source said, "Demi loves being in a relationship, but she is ready to be single for a little while." She has since deleted all the photos of Vasconcelos from her social media. Meanwhile, the duo first sparked romance rumors last year and made things official in January after ringing in the New Year together. Lovato was then spotted at the Bellator 170 in mid-January, cheering her man on from the audience. In fact, Lovato opened up to Ellen DeGeneres about what it was like watching Vasconcelos compete. While she admitted she got a little nervous sitting in the stands, she never feels bad for his opponent. "I don't feel bad, nope! It's a sport," she told the host. Lovato has some experience when it comes to handling public breakups. In June 2016, she split from her boyfriend of six years, Wilmer Valderrama. They released a joint statement that read, "After almost 6 loving and wonderful years together, we have decided to end our relationship. This was an incredibly difficult decision for both of us, but we have realized more than anything that we are better as best friends." The statement continued, "We will always be supportive of one another. Thank you to everyone who has offered us kindness and support over the years." People was the first to report the story. Gabrielle Union Throws Shade at Her ''Hilarious'' Online Haters by Calling Out Their Bad Spelling. Haters gonna hate, but smart ladies gonna correct the spelling of online trolls... Earlier, E! News caught up Gabrielle Union at a fan meet and greet in Miami to celebrate the launch of her new hair care line, Flawless by Gabrielle Union, at Ulta Beauty, and the star revealed that she has a lot of haters on the Internet and that letting them insult her with no recourse is not her style. While some celebs are not into engaging with the angry masses, the Being Mary Jane star says she's all about schooling the trolls because she finds it all "hilarious." What's her biggest pet peeve when interacting with insult-hurling strangers who hide behind the anonymity of the Internet? "If you are going to come for me, first of all spell things correctly. Ho doesn't have an e on it!" As for how the words affect her? "Any time someone is trolling you what they are doing is putting a massive spotlight on their own insecurities," Union told us. "Haters are fans that just haven't gotten the facts yet." The Almost Christmas star is clearly able to shake off most of the mean-spirited remarks directed at her, but she does say she gets serious when it comes to serious matters -- like receiving death threats, which she admits she gets and takes very seriously. In the interview, Union also discussed a few other key topics like whether or not her NBA player husband Dwyane Wade actually leaves the toilet seat up, and her upcoming book, We're Going to Need More Wine, which she said will be very raw and candid. The actress said that the book of essays, which will be published by Dey Street Books, delves into her first failed marriage to former NFL player Chris Howard and what let to its destruction. Union also said that in her book she writes about her sexual assault at the age of 19 and expresses her desire to help others survivors with her words. We're Going To Need More Wine will be released in October 2017. (Eonline)

Katy Perry has a great answer for those Taylor Swift feud questions. Katy Perry is so over this whole Taylor Swift feud thing. The popstar did an interview with Entertainment Weekly and the topic of conversation eventually lead to whether Perry will respond to Swift's Bad Blood, which was allegedly written about Perry. "I think [my new album is] a very empowered record. There is no one thing that's calling out any one person," she said. "One thing to note is: You can't mistake kindness for weakness and don't come for me. Anyone. Anyone. Anyone. Anyone. And that's not to any one person, and don't quote me that it is, because it's not. It's not about that." She continued, "Honestly, when women come together and they decide to unite, this world is going to be a better place. Period. End of story". "This record is not about anyone else," she said. "This record is about me being seen and heard so that I can see and hear everyone else. It's not even about me! It's about everything that I see out there that I digest. I think there's a healing in it for me and vulnerability. If people want to connect and be healed and feel vulnerable and feel empowered and strong, God bless, and here it is." Last year Katy Perry held out an olive branch to Taylor Swift, saying she would collaborate with the singer if she "says sorry". In a Twitter Q&A, Katy was asked if she would ever work with Taylor, Katy replied: "If she says sorry, sure!" However, the 32-year-old star's family are less positive about the chance of this ever happening as Katy's father previously claimed her feud with Taylor "ain't over yet". Mary said: "Katy released Rise. It says, 'My feet have been put to the fire but I will rise.' That's what she's about right now." Whilst Keith added: "You know it ain't over yet." Katy and Taylor's spat was highlighted when Taylor's ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris slammed the singer in a rant. In a series of tweets, he wrote: "Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though. I figure if you're happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do "I know you're off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I'm not that guy, sorry. I won't allow it. Please focus on the positive aspects of YOUR life because you've earned a great one. God bless everyone have a beautiful day (sic)". The two pop stars have apparently had beef for years, after Swift reportedly stole Perry's backing dancers. The rumors started when Taylor Swift gave an interview to Rolling Stone, and said (alongside the fact that she hadn't dated anyone since Harry Styles) that a track named Bad Blood was about a fellow female singer: "She did something so horrible, I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies.' And it wasn't even about a guy! It had to do with business" Taylor revealed. But what did she do? Tay Tay continued: "She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I'm surprisingly non-confrontational - you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't like it." There were rumors that it could be Katy Perry because she reportedly convinced some of Taylor's backing dancers to leave Swift's Red tour and join her Prism one. Then Katy tweeted this: (British Glamour)

She's not sugarcoating it! LeAnn Rimes opened up in a new interview about being a stepmom to husband Eddie Cibrian's sons, Mason and Jack, revealing that the role has been trying at times. "When I was first around the kids, I didn't know what was expected of me. Little things that were so childlike about them that I didn't have about me. It's been a really big learning experience for me," the country star, 34, toldRefinery29 for a Q&A published on Monday, May 8. "It's pushed my buttons, which has always made me look and see where I need more healing on myself." She added, "It's been really rewarding to see them grow up, and know that I have a part in that. That responsibility, to help raise kids, it's something that hits you really hard. It was something I was up for the challenge of. They bring so much joy to my life, and it's a new experience every day." Rimes -- who was previously married to backup dancer Dean Sheremet from 2002 until 2010 -- also told the site how her relationship with her stepsons has evolved over the years. I think parenting is challenging, period. I didn't really have a childhood, so for me it's interesting to be around kids that get to be kids. They were 2 and 6 when I was first around them, and now they are 10 and 13," the "Can't Fight the Moonlight" singer said of Mason and Jack, whose mom is Cibrian's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville. "To be around them, and to watch them have a childhood, it's been amazing to see. I greatly appreciate the fact that they have that piece of their lives, and we try to keep that part of their lives alive as much as possible." During her chat with R29, Rimes also shared that she, Cibrian, 43, and his kids celebrate Stepmom's Day a week after Mother's Day. "I learned about Stepmom's Day a few years ago, which is the Sunday after Mother's Day. We celebrate with the kids as we have the last couple of years. We go to dinner and do the whole thing. I love the fact that there is a stepmom's day and an option [for stepparents to celebrate]. It's so different for each family. I love that we have a separate day and I think it's important that people know about it," she explained. "I've been posting about it for the last couple of years on Instagram and Twitter and not many stepmoms know about it. For me, we have the kids half the time, so I feel like I am mothering, which is crazy as someone who has never had [biological] children before. I think it's great." Rimes' interview comes just weeks after she expressed how thankful she is to be a part of Cibrian's kids' lives in a touching six-year wedding anniversary Instagram post. "Happy 6 year anniversary! I didn't just become Mrs. Eddie Cibrian, I became a co-soul protector and lover of two little boys' hearts," she wrote. "These six years and whatever lies beyond are God's greatest gift. #6yearsin #candyversary #6yearanniversary #happyanniversary #anniversarygift #stepmomlove #familylove #hubbylove #eddieandle #LovE #trust @eddiecibrian." Jamie Denbo is speaking out against sexist age restrictions in Hollywood. The actress, known for her role as Ginsberg on Orange Is the New Black, posted a series of tweets Wednesday after she was told she was past the age limit for a role. "I was just informed that at the age of 43, I am TOO OLD to play the wife of a 57 year old," Denbo wrote, following it up with, "Oh, the characters also have an 18 year-old daughter. I am TOO OLD to be the mother of an 18 year-old." The actor in question, whom Denbo doesn't name, is already cast -- and she hasn't missed the fact that the request for his onscreen wife's age limit doesn't match his real-life situation. "The real wife of the 57 year-old actor is EASILY AT LEAST 50. But this f -- wants to be tv married to a 38 year-old -TOPS," she tweeted. "This is a FIRST marriage, btw. Not a re-wife. Which would make a little more sense," Denbo added. "F--- HOLLYWOOD." Followers of the actress pleaded with her to reveal the identity of the actor but she refused, tweeting only, "Would love to. But I don't want to ruin this guy for you. He is an "American treasure." From Amy Adams to Kate Mara, Helen Mirren and more, aging in Hollywood has been a long- and hotly discussed topic among celebrities. In March, Feud star Jessica Lange spoke to PEOPLE about her opinion that "women are viewed as a commodity more so than male actors." "At a certain age women are no longer considered a viable or a valuable part of the community -- even if that's when they may feel like they're at the top of their game," said the actress, 68. "And that's not just in Hollywood." "All of those gals who had these amazing parts found themselves high and dry later when they were older because there weren't that many people who were writing them," added Lange's costar Susan Sarandon, 70, of the female stars during Hollywood's Golden Age. "There are so many tragic stories of women who were so beautiful and couldn't figure out a way to age within the system." (People)

Jodie Sweetin's Ex-Fiance Justin Hodak Sentenced to Six Years in Prison After Pleading No Contest. E! News can confirm that Jodie Sweetin's ex fiance Justin Hodak was sentenced to six years and eight months in a state prison after pleading "no contest" in a Van Nuys, Calif. court last Friday. Hodak was found guilty of possession of a deadly weapon and of falsifying evidence by threatening a witness with force or implied force. According to court documents obtained by E! News, Hodak will be placed on five-year probation upon his release. He will also be mandated to enroll in a 52-week domestic violence treatment program within 30 days of his release and is also ordered to turn over his 9mm semiautomatic gun to the Los Angeles Police Department. He also cannot own or possess any "dangerous or deadly weapons." As previously reported by E! News, days after calling off her engagement to Hodak, the former child star's ex was arrested on her property. The Los Angeles Police Department told E! News that they responded to a possible suicide. Upon arriving, authorities discovered a firearm at Sweetin's residence that belonged to Hodak. As a convicted felon, Hodak cannot own one. Police took Hodak into custody for the firearm violation, and the next day the Fuller House star received an emergency protective order against Hodak. According to court documents, Hodak and Sweetin got into a heated argument after they ended their engagement. That evening, Hodak had been "abusing alcohol and marijuana," and when Sweetin asked him to leave the house he threatened to commit suicide. Hodak then "escalated the conflict by pulling down a seven-foot bookcase." But Hodak then violated the order by showing up to Sweetin's house, so police restrained him and arrested him for violation of a restraining order. Sweetin and Hodak dated for two years, before announcing their engagement in January 2016. This would have been Sweetin's fourth marriage. She split with her third husband, Marty Coyle, back in June of 2013 after the two were together for one year. They share one daughter together, Beatrix Carlin Sweetin-Coyle. Before that, she was married to Cody Herpin (with whom she split in 2010 and shares an 8-year-old daughter, Zoie) and Shaun Holguin (they split in 2006). This story was first reported by ETonline. Richard Simmons Files Lawsuit Against National Enquirer and Radar Online Over Transition Stories. After years of media speculation over the whereabouts of Richard Simmons, he is speaking up for himself -- with a lawsuit. The star filed a lawsuit against American Media, Inc., Radar Online, LLC, and National Enquirer, Inc. on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court for four counts of libel and one count of invasion of privacy. In the court documents obtained by E! News, Simmons and his legal team take aim at reports by The National Enquirer and Radar Online alleging that Simmons was transitioning, including claims of "breast implants, hormone treatments, and consultations on medical castration." "Mr. Simmons, like every person in this nation, has a legal right to insist that he not be portrayed as someone he is not. Even the most ardent supporter of sexual autonomy and LGBTQ rights is entitled to be portrayed in a manner that is truthful," the complaint reads. "It is to vindicate that right, and the rights of all persons to be portrayed with dignity and honesty with regard to their sexual identity, that Mr. Simmons files this lawsuit." The lawsuit also takes aim at Mauro Oliveira, whom Richards claims has "blackmailed, extorted, and stalked" him for years. According to the documents, after Richards retreated from the spotlight, Oliveira allegedly gave The National Enquirer reasons for the fitness guru's absence, including that he was "frail, weak and spiritually broken," "in desperate need of help," was being held hostage by his housekeeper and was transitioning. "All of these assertions were untrue, and were merely attempts by Mr. Oliveira to gain a profit in exchange for providing a false narrative about Mr. Simmons's leave of absence," the documents state. "While pitching around these ideas, Mr. Oliveira was simultaneously blackmailing Mr. Simmons, sending him emails and threatening to destroy his reputation with damaging press coverage unless Mr. Simmons paid Mr. Oliveira to stop." Per the papers, The National Enquirer allegedly shared a prepared story alleging Simmons was transitioning with his publicist, Tom Estey. Estey responded with warnings of a potential lawsuit, but the newspaper published the story anyway with a cover page photo of Simmons dressed in costume as a woman that had been taken three years earlier, "which he has done openly over the years consistent with his well-known and longstanding burlesque-style entertainment persona." According to the documents, Radar Online published several more articles pertaining to The National Enquirer's story. According to the lawsuit, Simmons claims Oliveira later recanted the story of his alleged transitioning in an email to the star and his manager, Michael Catalano, but allegedly also demanded money. Meanwhile, after Simmons publicly addressed and refuted the report, he claims the newspaper and website "doubled-down on their defamation campaign" with a new article alleging a transition. Despite an alleged demand from Simmons' former counsel to AMI to issue a retraction because the articles were not true and the sourcing inaccurate and unreliable, a retraction has not been issued. Although AMI's general counsel allegedly issued a cease-and-desist letter to Oliveira, Radar Online published another article in March with continued claims about an alleged transition, including "breast implant surgery, hormone therapy, and a host of other invasive changes." Simmons is seeking general damages, compensatory damages, special damages for pecuniary loss, punitive damages, an apology and retraction, costs of the suit, pre-judgment interest as allowed by the law, permanent injunction and "further relief as this court may deem just and proper." He has also requested a trial by jury. An AMI spokesperson told E! News in a statement, "While we have not seen Mr. Simmons' complaint, we stand by our reporting about him, all of which was based on solid sourcing, photos and videos. Should he choose to proceed with his lawsuit, we will defend it vigorously, and we look forward to the public vindication of our reports." Oliveira has not returned E! News' request for comment. While Simmons has not made a public appearance in three years, he called into Today last year to quell fans' concerns over his whereabouts. "That's just very silly,'' he told Today's Savannah Guthrie in March 2016, refuting all of the claims about an alleged transition or being held hostage by his housekeeper. "Teresa Reveles has been with me for 30 years. It's almost like we're a married couple." Instead of all the public hypotheses, Simmons simply wanted personal time. "I just sort of wanted to be a little bit of a loner for a little while,'' he told Guthrie. "You know, I had hurt my knee, and I had some problems with it, and then the other knee started giving me trouble because I've taught like thousands and thousands of classes, and you know right now I just want to sort of take care of me." Meanwhile, the questions and concern did not cease and a podcast called Missing Richard Simmons aired to explore his whereabouts. However, following a welfare check from the Los Angeles police department that found him of "sound mind," the podcast resulted in a uneventful finale. "Most people want that last bow -- not everybody," Catalano told the podcast's host, Dan Taberski, of his client in the final episode. "He's earned it. This is his story. He has, certainly, the right to write the ending." (Eonline)

Conrad Hilton's family will use his arrest after going off the rails at his ex-girlfriend's house to get him help ... TMZ has learned. We broke the story ... Conrad was arrested Saturday at 4 AM after allegedly stealing Rick Salomon's Bentley, driving it over to his ex-girlfriend's house and trying to break in. Conrad was arrested for violating a restraining order after going on a vulgar rant against LAPD cops. Hilton, the younger brother of Paris and son of Rick and Kathy, is still in jail on $60,000 bail. The 23-year-old's lawyer, Robert Shapiro, tells TMZ he will appear in court Tuesday with his client and not only ask for bail, but Shapiro will ask the judge to impose a very specific condition ... to allow Conrad out ONLY if he agrees to enter a hospital where doctors can diagnose what's wrong with him. Shapiro calls Conrad's behavior "bizarre and unusual" and says he needs help. Rick and Kathy Hilton have struggled in recent years trying to help their son, but the issues clearly can't be solved by discipline. (TMZ)

Chris Brown is being slandered... or, at least, that's his defense following Karrueche Tran's claims he abused her. As you surely know, the Claws actress is the Loyal singer in court over allegations that he was physically abusive towards her during their relationship and made death threats against her well after their breakup. And while it's said Miz Tran's legal team FINALLY served the 28-year-old with legal papers, the hitmaker is clapping back at his ex's accusations. In typical C. Breezy fashion, the No Air artist seemingly went off on a lengthy rant on Instagram, where he accused Karrueche and her team of lying for publicity. Of course, Chris didn't stop there as he also brought up his violent history with Rihanna -- and used it as a defense strategy. Smh. Huh. We're not sure we're exactly buying Chris' side of the story, we mean, does anyone else remember the beef he sparked with Soulja Boy because the rapper liked one of Karrueche's pics on IG?? Because... we do!!! We guess we'll just have to stay tuned to see if the model offers up her own social media clap back! (Perez Hilton)

Dance Moms' Abby Lee Miller Sentenced to 1 Year in Prison. Two years after her indictment, Abby Lee Miller has officially learned her legal fate. The reality star, who rose to fame on the Lifetime series Dance Moms, was sentenced to one year and one day in prison followed by two years of supervised release on Tuesday, according to several reporters in the court room. She was also reportedly fined $40,000 and ordered to pay a $120,000 judgment. She has 45 days to report to prison. "It's a very serious situation when someone who files for bankruptcy isn't truthful with the court," Judge Joy Flowers Conti told the reality star in court. The 50-year-old dance instructor was initially indicted in 2015 on 20 charges of bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations after the FBI, IRS and postal inspectors conducted an investigation. She allegedly hid more than $755,000 in other bank accounts, income reportedly stemming from appearances on the show in 2012 and 2013. Lee Miller initially filed for bankruptcy in 2010. In the reorganization plan she submitted to the court, the reality star did not indicate she had a contract for the show, according to the Pittsburgh-Post Gazette. It reportedly was not until Judge Thomas Agresti spotted the choreographer on television that he canceled a hearing to discharge her bankruptcy case and requested she disclose any contracts. "The problem here is that it looks to the court that she was hiding the ball," Judge Agresti said at the time, per the newspaper, "and until she got caught we wouldn't have known about this." In June 2016, Lee Miller pleaded guilty to concealing bankruptcy assets, as confirmed to E! News. Miller also pleaded guilty to one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction. In March, she also announced she was walking away from the longtime TV series. While appearing in court Tuesday, she told the judge she was ashamed to be meeting this way and that she wished the judge could have taken her class. Lee Miller ultimately got teary eyed as she expressed regret for her actions. "I am very sorry for what I've done," she said, according to reporters. "My name has been dragged through the mud." Diddy made his personal chef whip up meals right after he had sex, and wasn't shy about showing off his manhood when she entered the room ... according to a new lawsuit. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Cindy Rueda says she was "regularly summoned" to serve Diddy and his guests while they "engaged in or immediately following sexual activity." She also says on at least one such occasion, Diddy was still naked when she entered the room, and asked if she liked what she saw. The suit makes it seem like Diddy was recreating "Caligula" in his L.A. mansion. She says another time one of his buddies approached her in the kitchen -- while he was nude -- and asked her to check out his junk. Rueda says she complained about sexual harassment to one of Diddy's assistants, and as a result was set up by another staffer to make it look like she'd stolen one of his watches. According to the suit, she was fired with a string attached -- if she signed an exit agreement waiving all rights to sue Diddy, she wouldn't be prosecuted. She says she refused to sign and was terminated a year ago. Reuda's suing for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and violation of whistleblower protection. We've reached out to Diddy's reps, but haven't heard back yet. UPDATE: Diddy's rep tells TMZ, "This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause." (TMZ)

THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Harry Styles is secretly dating food blogger and model Tess Ward, The Sun's Bizarre column can reveal. The former One Direction star, 23, has enjoyed a string of dates with the London-based chef -- after being introduced by mutual friends. And pals close to the singer say that unlike his other flings, Styles is really taken with Ward, 27, known for her "Naked Diet" cookbook, and believe they're set for a long-term relationship. A source said: "As soon as Harry met Tess, there was an instant spark between them. They really bonded over their mutual love of quirky fashion and food -- and things turned romantic quickly. They've been on a number of dates while Harry has been in London and he's already introduced Tess to some of his close friends including his personal stylist Lou Teasdale. This really seems different to Harry's past relationships as Harry genuinely is besotted with Tess and doesn't want to risk messing this one up." Ward has been dubbed "cooking's new golden girl" by fans. She released her first book, "The Naked Diet," in 2015 after being trained by top chefs in The Ritz and River Cottage. She is also a model and well known on the fashion circuit, having worked with former "Made in Chelsea" stars Millie Mackintosh and Rosie Fortescue, as well as Simon Le Bon's model daughter Amber Le Bon. Like her new boyfriend Styles, who released his debut solo single "Sign of the Times" last month, Tess is also a hit stateside and has been offered a host of TV and modeling opportunities in the US. Writing on her LinkedIn profile, the chef, who has a degree in art history, reveals: "Current projects include a number of exciting TV and online projects in the US and UK." Styles went public with his new girlfriend last weekend as he was pictured driving Tess around north London in his luxury Audi. The new couple looked relaxed together as they sat in traffic -- and Styles even risked a fine and six points on his license as he used his phone behind the wheel. Styles recently revealed that he is changing the way he dates women after failed relationships with Taylor Swift, Caroline Flack and Kendall Jenner. He said: "I used to research dates, then I said I'm not going to do that anymore, it's impossible to go in without a perception of someone and you've never met them and I started feeling like that was wrong and weird." Former Melrose Place Star Antonio Sabato Jr. Is Running for Congress in California. Former soap star and Melrose Place actor Antonio Sabato Jr. may be known for taking off his shirt on steamy television shows, but the actor is taking on a very different kind of role -- a real-life political candidate. The 45-year-old actor, who spoke at the Republican National Convention last year, is running for congress in California. Earlier, the Los Angeles Times first reported that Sabato filed documents with the Federal Election Commission. Subsequently, Sabato's top fund raiser, Charles Moran, told CNN that the actor decided to run for office after being inspired by Donald Trump's 2016 campaign. Moran added that Sabato plans to use his Trump connection to set himself apart from the other Republicans in the district. The office is currently occupied by a Democrat, Rep. Julia Brownley. "Brownley is a very junior member in the minority party," Moran said. "Contrast that against...Antonio Sabato Jr....you have somebody who is a member of the majority party who has good relations with the Trump administration." Brownley has been the representative for the 26th congressional district since 2013. Prior to holding that office, she was a member of the California State Assembly. While this may be a new career for Sabato, he isn't the only celebrity who has made the move from the screen to a life in politics... Before he became known as Senator Al Franken of Minnesota, the Democratic leader was a writer and actor on NBC's Saturday Night Live for almost two decades. Arnold Schwarzenegger went from body builder to movie star and then on to Governor of California. Before Ronald Reagan was commander-in-chief of the US of A, he was an actor in films from the '30s to the '60s. American Idol runner-up Clay Aiken ran for Congress as a Democrat in North Carolina's second congressional district in 2014 and lost. And of course, the previously mentioned Donald Trump was a businessman-turned-reality star who became the 45th President of the United States. (Eonline)

Ellen DeGeneres' Oscar Selfie Has Officially Been Dethroned by This Tweet About Chicken Nuggets. Ellen DeGeneres has been dethroned. The comedian was once the queen of Twitter with the most retweeted message in the website's history -- until now, that is. While she famously set the record in 2014 with a star-studded selfie at the Academy Awards, her 3.430 million retweets have been exceeded by 3.435 million for a Nevada teenager who made a request to Wendy's for a year of free chicken nuggets. Per the now viral deal, Carter Wilkerson asked the fast-food chain how many retweets it would take to get a year's supply of the signature menu item and Wendy's responded with "18 Million." "Consider it done," Carter responded with confidence. While the tweet has not yet reached 18 million retweets, it has officially surpassed Ellen's selfie -- and that was good enough for Wendy's. "@carterjwm is now the most retweeted tweet of all-time. That's good for the nuggets, and $100k to @DTFA. Consider it done. #nuggsforcarter," the chain tweeted, noting a donation to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. "He gets them nuggs." Guinness World Records confirmed Wilkerson holds the new record for most retweets as of Tuesday morning. Meanwhile, Wilkerson wasted no time rubbing the win in DeGeneres' face. "Hey@TheEllenShow sorry about that... Can I still keep my TV and Underwear??" he tweeted to the daytime talk show. Of course, the highly competitive talk show host pulled out all the stops to keep her crown, including enlisting Bradley Cooper for a public service announcement. "We put our heart and our soul into that selfie," Cooper said on her show. "I had to hold my arms up like this for about 35 to 40 seconds. My biceps were shaking!" DeGeneres even invited Wilkerson on the show to meet him face to face. When she asked him why he was trying to sabotage her hard-earned record, Carter's reasoning was simple: "I just want chicken nuggets." While she tried to bribe him with a year supply of Ellen underwear and a new TV, it sounds like DeGeneres might show up at his house now to take it all back. Not to fret, Carter -- you're getting chicken nuggets! (Eonline)

Families of 3 San Bernardino massacre victims are calling out Twitter, Google and Facebook for giving ISIS a place to spread its terrorist message ... which they say resulted in their loved ones' deaths. In a new lawsuit, they say the social media sites -- and Google, through its property, YouTube -- don't only provide a platform for the terrorist group, but also profit off of it by running advertisements against ISIS content. The families of the 3 victims -- Tin Nguyen, Nicholas Thalasinos and Sierra Clayborn -- say the companies aren't making enough of an effort to shut down ISIS accounts and postings. According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- San Bernardino shooters, Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik, were radicalized by viewing ISIS postings. They add, "ISIS' use of social media directly influenced their actions on the day of the San Bernardino massacre." In the wrongful death lawsuit the families point out Malik even used Facebook to declare her allegiance to ISIS. We've reached out to all 3 companies ... no word back yet. (TMZ)

Aaron Hernandez's conviction for the murder of Odin Lloyd has officially been dismissed by a judge. The case went before the court in Massachusetts early Tuesday morning where Hernandez's team argued that the conviction cannot stand because he had not exhausted all of his appeals before his death. The doctrine is called abatement ab initio. Prosecutors argued against it -- claiming Hernandez knew about the rule and used it as a loophole in a diabolical plot to get millions of dollars from the Patriots for his family. The evidence, prosecutors claim, was spelled out in his suicide note to his fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins ... in which he told her, "You're rich!" Prosecutors say Hernandez knew if his conviction was erased the Patriots would have to pay out the remainder of his NFL contract ... estimated to be worth around $6 million. Prosecutors claimed he shouldn't be rewarded for cutting his own appeal short by committing suicide -- but ultimately the judge didn't see it their way ... and cleared the conviction. Odin Lloyd's family was in the courtroom when the judge announced her decision. They were visibly upset and left the courtroom in a rush. UPDATE: The Bristol County D.A.'s Office just said they plan to appeal the judge's decision. (TMZ)

Kehlani broke down onstage Monday night and canceled her show -- telling fans she felt "crazy" ... this after being placed on a 5150 hold last year. The R&B singer was set to perform in Grand Rapids, MI -- an early stop on her summer tour -- but she came out dressed down, and told fans she couldn't do the show because she had to go to a hospital. Kehlani was in tears with her voice trembling as she promised fans she'd refund them out of her own pocket or reschedule. We broke the story ... Kehlani was placed on a psychiatric hold last year after authorities deemed she was a threat to herself. Kehlani said at the time she had tried killing herself over rumors she'd cheated on Kyrie Irving. We've reached out to Kehlani's camp for an update on her condition ... so far, no word back. (TMZ)

Kanye West is making a new album, and he's holed up in a Wyoming retreat at the top of a mountain to find his inspiration. We know exactly where he is but hey, we don't want to ruin his mojo ... we like his music, too. But we can tell you he's been there a week and also went 2 weeks earlier, so he's smack in the middle of the creative process. This explains Kanye's absence from some high-profile Kardashian events, including the Met Gala last week, where Kim went solo. The last time we saw him on camera was during a Valentine's dinner date with Kim. He didn't even hit the stage at his own Yeezy fashion show. And, obviously, he hasn't performed since his hospitalization in November. Yeezy's definitely trying to disconnect ... he's scrubbed his Instagram and Twitter profiles. Multiple sources tell us this has nothing to do with problems at home or problems with his head ... it's all about creating music. (TMZ)

Chris Stapleton Plays 'I Was Wrong' on 'Tonight Show,' Joins Kevin Bacon for 'First Drafts' ZZ Top Skit. Chris Stapleton had a busy night on Monday (May 8) when he stopped by The Tonight Show to perform a song from his anticipated album From A Room - Vol. 1and suit up as a member of ZZ Top alongside host Jimmy Fallon and Kevin Bacon for a bit of revisionist history on the bearded rocker's "Legs" for the show's "First Draft" series. The alternate version of the massive 1983 hit apparently featured much different lyrics the first time around, as evidenced by Fallon (aka Dusty Hill) singing "She's got arms / They're like legs but on her upper half / She's got elbows / She scrubs them when she takes a bath," as Stapleton (aka Billy Gibbons) added: "She's got hands / She knows how to wave them / She's got eyebrows / She knows how to raise them." For the record, she's also got nostrils, teeth, thumbs, feet and butt cheeks, plus more. Check it out: Stapleton came back later in the show to get a bit more serious for a run through his soulful country ballad "I Was Wrong." (Billboard)

Orange Is the New Black Season 5 Trailer Is Finally Here & the Women of Litchfield Are Finally Working Together for a Change. It seems like Laverne Cox's tease for Orange Is the New Black season five will come true. The actress previously told us audiences were "gonna gag," and from the looks of the trailer, she's right. The first look at the new season picks up right where season four left off, in the tense aftermath of poor Poussey's (Samira Wiley) death when Dayanara (Dascha Polanco) decided to pick up that gun and turn the tables on the inept and cruel Litchfield corrections officers. As a result, it looks like actual change might be coming to Litchfield -- but it isn't going to come easy. After four seasons of dividing along racial lines, the trailer makes clear that these inmates aren't going to accomplish anything for themselves unless they can come together as one. Like Cindy (Adrienne C. Moore) tells her comrades, "There's more strength in a single, unified message." Watch out, Caputo. They're coming for you. "What I can tell you is that I was just as excited as all the fans were to see what happens next," Cox previously told E! News about the new season. "When I read it, it was incredible, when we shot it, it was... intense. It's really, really intense. It manages... as intense as it all is, it still manages to have an irreverence and a spin that is funny and thoughtful." As Danielle Brooks revealed to E! News at the 2017 SAG Awards, the entire 15-episode season will take place over the course of just three days. "I think the stakes are higher in this season than they have been in a while just by virtue of the compressed time and seeing people in compressed circumstance really raises the stakes. It's exciting to watch, I think for all of us," star Taylor Schilling later told E! News' Zuri Hall. Orange Is the New Black season 5 premieres Friday, June 9 on Netflix. (Eonline)

Normani Kordei Reveals Why She Opened Up About Cyber Bullying on Dancing With the Stars: "It's a Very Scary Thing." Is Normani Kordei the one to beat on Dancing With the Stars? The Fifth Harmony member received a perfect 40 for her dance to "Freedom" by Anthony Hamilton and Elayna Boynton and a 39 for the second to "Feeling Alive" by Earl St. Clair with Val Chmerkovskiy and guest Alan Bernsten. But the singer is getting attention for taking on something else: cyber bullying. "I think for a long time I kind of steered away from myself and I didn't necessarily recognize who I was at one point just because I was very sad. It even affected those around me that genuinely do love me... it was just a really devastating time for me. I think that through this piece, it spoke volumes," Kordei told E! News' Sibley Scoles. "Not only for myself, but for so many people who feel the same way that are probably fearful to even speak up because of questioning, 'Will I be accepted?' Just scared, it's a very scary thing and subject." "I'm really proud of myself for speaking up and sharing myself with the rest of the world and I appreciate them listening," she continued. During the performance Kordei said she was targeted on social media after an interview she did was taken out of context. Chmerkovskiy praised Kordei's decision to open up about it on such a public stage. "I'm really proud. At the beginning of the season we talked about standing for more than just a pretty face in a pop group. I want her to... own her individuality," he told us. "What an incredible opportunity as a person to be able to do something that can change the world around you. Even if it's one other person that watches this piece and was inspired by it," he continued. "That's a world that you've changed. For kids out there I don't think you need to wait to change the world... it starts with just one person." Kordei summed it up: "A hero comes in all ages, all forms, all sizes, all colors." Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays, 8 p.m. on ABC. (Eonline)

Why Bonner Bolton's Dancing With the Stars Partner Sharna Burgess Is Thanking Him After Their Elimination. Bonner Bolton is fine with coming in fifth on Dancing With the Stars. In fact, he and professional dance partner Sharna Burgess knew they weren't going to win. "I'm just so thankful I lasted this long... I came here because I could," Bolton told E! News' Sibley Scoles after he was eliminated. "They asked me if my body was moving well enough and it does. I wanted to discover how much it could move and I got to do that and I got to inspire some people hopefully." The pair had two dances: the Argentine tango to "Believer" by Imagine Dragons, they received a 30 from the judges, and a jazz dance to Bruno Mars' "That's What I Like," which netted them at 28. "It's sad, yes, but knowing that he feels happy with his journey, that at the end of this, even though we weren't going for a win, we were going for Bonner to discover what he's capable of. If he feels like he did that then my job is done and that makes me a very, very happy woman, a very happy coach and a very proud friend," Burgess told us. Bolton suffered a broken neck that occurred during his day job, professional bull riding. Burgess said she watched him struggle this season and push himself time and time again. "I couldn't be more proud of him and I couldn't be more inspired by him and learned one more time how resilient as human beings we can be and that we're capable of anything," Burgess said. "So, thank you to Bonner for that." The partners ignited romance rumors when they hit the dance floor for the first time, but they're just great friends now. Did coming clean about their chemistry help Bolton in the lady department? Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays, 8 p.m. on ABC. (Eonline)

Nicole Kidman Got Bruised While Filming Domestic Violence Scenes in 'Big Little Lies'. "I felt a sense of duty that I wanted to give truth to such a complicated story." Nicole Kidman spoke about the success of her HBO show Big Little Lies, which she starred in and produced alongside Reese Witherspoon. "When women choose to combine their power, they can get things done," Kidman told Ellen DeGeneres. DeGeneres asked her about getting hurt while filming the domestic violence scenes opposite Alexander Skarsgard, who played her abusive husband. "I felt a sense of duty that I wanted to give truth to such a complicated story," said Kidman, adding that she wanted it to be "incredibly real" for the audience. "I threw myself into it, to the point where I would come home at night with, you know, bruises and really sore," she explained. Kidman was clear that Skarsgard did not intend to physically harm her, but that she wouldn't tell him if something he did hurt her. "Alexander would not mean to do this, and I would never tell him that he was hurtingme. I wanted him to commit to the scene." She called domestic abuse a "very, very important, serious, relevant subject." On a lighter note, DeGeneres asked Kidman to again elaborate on why she clapped so weirdly at the Oscars, and she had the actress prove she now knew how to clap with diamond jewelry on. American Idol Officially Returning on ABC for 2017-2018 Season. This...is American Idol -- again! After wrapping up its 15-season run in 2016, American Idol is the latest TV series eyeing a revival...just not on Fox. ABC is the network set to bring Idol back from the dead, the network announced on Good Morning America. The question now is who would be the judges and would Ryan Seacrest, who just became Kelly Ripa's new permanent Live! co-host, return as the show's host. For its entire run, American Idol filmed in Los Angeles, and Live! films in New York City. Good Morning America's Amy Robach said judges and the host will be announced at a later date. The GMA coanchors confirmed Idol will return during the 2017-2018 season. According to Variety, which reported the news of ABC closing a deal to revive Idol, the show would air on Sunday nights and could debut in March 2018. "American Idol on ABC...that has a nice ring to it," Ben Sherwood, co-chairman, Disney Media Networks and president, Disney|ABC, said in a statement. "Idol is an entertainment icon, and now it will air where it belongs, in ABC's lineup of addictive fan favorites alongside Dancing with the Stars and The Bachelor. America, get ready for the return of a bigger, bolder and better-than-ever Idol." ABC isn't the only network that was interested in reviving the show, which averaged 36 million viewers in its heyday, with reports surfacing in February that NBC was in talks to have Idol join its slate of reality talent competitions, which includes The Voice and America's Got Talent. The deal with NBC never came to fruition and reports said Fox even got back in the game attempting to get the show from ABC. "American Idol is a pop-culture staple that left the air too soon," Channing Dungey, president, ABC Entertainment, said in a statement. "ABC is the right home to reignite the fan base. We are thrilled viewers will once again share in these inspiring stories of people realizing their dreams." Idol's series finale, which aired in April 2016, attracted a little more nine million viewers, with its final line-up of judges consisting of Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr.. "All of the intense ?speculation surrounding the comeback of American Idol demonstrates just how popular and powerful this brand remains," Peter Hurwitz, CEO of CORE Media Group, a producer of the show, said in a statement. "ABC shares our belief in the enduring value of 'Idol' and will provide us with the perfect new home to showcase the gold standard of singing competition shows." Are you happy American Idol is back? Edgar Ramirez Has Fully Transformed Into Gianni Versace: Everything We Know About Season 3 of American Crime Story. The cast and crew of Versace: American Crime Story is hard at work, and we can't wait to see the finished product. E! News has one of the first looks at Edgar Ramirez onset of the third season of Ryan Murphy's wildly popular anthology series, which follows the 1997 murder of acclaimed fashion designer, Gianni Versace. Edgar stars as the season's titular character, and his resemblance to Versace is pretty uncanny. Filming on location at the Miami Beach mansion where Versace was shot dead by serial killer Andrew Cunanan, Ramirez was photographed sporting his character's white-blond hair, facial scruff and signature high-fashion threads. Also on set of Versace: American Crime Story was Ricky Martin, who E! News previously confirmed was cast as Gianni's longtime partner, Antonio D'Amico, As fans of Murphy's many television projects have come to understand, concrete details and spoilers are few and far between leading up to show time. This time around, though, anticipation surrounding this particular show has only mounted thanks to the tidbits of information we do know. The true crime story will be brought to life thanks to a star-studded cast including Ramirez, Martin and Penelope Cruz, who was tapped to play Versace's sister, Donatella Versace. Other cast members include Darren Criss as Cunanan and most recently Max Greenfield, though it's not currently clear which character the New Girl star will tackle. As for plot points, the 10-episode season will presumably track the three-month killing spree leading up to Versace's murder on the steps of his home and conclude with Cunanan's suicide in July 1997. Murphy spoke to Entertainment Weekly about his interest in pursuing the murder: "I was always very moved and freaked out by the Versace assassination, and I thought it was a really great story to do because it's a manhunt season. [Serial killer Andrew Cunanan] killed four people and then Versace, and was on the loose. We're exploring the reasons of how he got away with being undetected." He continued, "The tragedy of the Versace murder was that it should not have happened. He should have been caught by then. But he wasn't caught because he was targeting gay people, and people didn't care. That's why Gianni Versace was killed, for the most part...That is a true crime story in America, so we're tackling that." Authenticity also remains a focal point of his mission, as camera have already started rolling at Versace's residence, which has since been transformed into a hotel called The Villa Casa Casuarina. "The robes!" Ramirez excitedly shared with E! News exclusively when asked what to expect. "And of course, the house. Everything is going to be recreated." Versace follows the award-winning first installment of American Crime Story, The People v. O.J. Simpson and the upcoming Katrina, starring Annette Benning and Matthew Broderick. Both Katrina and Versace: American Crime Story will air in 2018 on FX. (Eonline)

Sad to see her go. Jennifer Morrison revealed in a new interview how her Once Upon a Time costars reacted to news of her exit from the hit ABC show. Speaking with Entertainment Weekly for a Q&A published on Tuesday, May 9, the 38-year-old actress opened up about how her decision to leave the fantasy series affected the cast and crew, including executive producers Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz. "Obviously, it's bittersweet on both sides. We all love each other. I love Adam and Eddy, and I love everyone on the show, so it's tough. But it's also a family," Morrison, who stars on the show as Emma Swan, told EW. "We've become a family. We've worked so closely with each other over the last six years that you really do become a family, and you know each other very, very well." She added, "Obviously, ABC and Eddy and Adam did want me to continue, but when I knew that the right thing for me was to move on, they were kind and supportive and lovely about it. There's no bad blood, we're all parting as friends, we all still care about each other very much. There's no drama here." As previously reported, the How I Met Your Mother alum let fans know that she has decided to say goodbye to her OUAT character at the end of the current sixth season in a touching Instagram posted on Monday, May 8. "Emma Swan is one my favorite characters that I have ever played. My 6 years on ONCE UPON A TIME has changed my life in the most beautiful ways. I am absolutely blown away by the passion and commitment of the Oncer fans. I am so honored to have been a central part of such a special show. I will be forever grateful to Adam, Eddy, and ABC for giving me the gift of playing Emma Swan." During her chat with EW, Morrison also spoke about agreeing to appear in one more episode to help wrap up Emma's storyline, if OUAT gets picked up for a seventh season. "All I can say is that I've negotiated for one episode, and that episode is the only thing I can promise," she said. (US Weekly)
