WHAT?

In Swindon, England, Chef Mahbub Chowdhury recently pleaded guilty to food and hygiene violations after inspectors found "brown fingerprints" in the kitchen at his Yeahya Flavour of Asia carry-out restaurant. Chowdhury was open and honest about his "cultural" habit of bypassing toilet paper and using his hand to clean himself. He told the court the plastic bottle with the fingerprints contained water that he normally used to clean himself instead of toilet paper. His lawyer actually argued that since the bottle had never lab-tested, the brown spots could have just as easily been "spices." Take out anyone? (Metro News)
