Job Description:

Ensure your customers are in compliance with the Compliance Policy, defined in PayPal’s Terms of Use.
Ensure that PayPal implements the appropriate monitoring and controls to satisfy its obligations to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
Review of Customer accounts and applications related to high risk products and features, reports of fraudulent or unfair practices and /or policies and programs.
Review of potential fraudulent transactions initiated through electronic devices, phone, or mail
Authentication of clients and verification of suspect transactions.
Conducting research utilizing available tools, systems, and the internet, consistent with the resolution of cases.
Prepare report draft in narrative style format for each automated process case management system as required case substantiating the decision/recommendation
Assessment of client profile data against hits to ensure normal and expected activity.
Investigate internal suspicious activity notification filings for possible SAR filings
Handling of sensitive inbound and outbound calls using interview techniques.
