Willa Ford Gives Birth to a Baby Boy, Her First Child With Ryan Nece. Willa Ford is officially a mom! The singer and husband Ryan Nece welcomed a baby boy on Wednesday at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, Ford's rep confirmed to People. "Willa is absolutely glowing," a rep for the star told People, who was first to report on the birth. "She and her husband are going to be the most amazing parents ever." This is the first child for Ford, 35, and Nece, 37. The "I Wanna Be Bad" singer kept busy all throughout her pregnancy with her interior design business. Just last week, Ford posted to Instagram that she was "Snatching up rugs for clients while waiting on this baby to come!" The singer-turned-decorator married her NFL star-turned-venture capitalist beau in 2015. Ford was previously married to hockey player Mike Modano, but the former couple announced their divorce in 2012 after five years of marriage. (Eonline)

Miley Cyrus: "I Will Never Do a Red Carpet Again." Say it ain't so! Miley Cyrus loves posing for the camera -- seriously, check out her Instagram selfies -- but she's done posing for professional photographers at Hollywood events. "I had to do the [A Very Murray Christmas] premiere, and I will never do a red carpet again," she says in ELLE's October issue (on sale Sept. 20). "Why, when people are starving, am I on a carpet that's red? Because I'm 'important'? Because I'm 'famous'? That's not how I roll. It's like a skit -- it's like Zoolander." If you want to see photos of Cyrus, you'll have to follow her on social media. But you won't find her on Snapchat -- at least not yet. "I don't know how to use it," the 23-year-old "Dooo It!" singer admits. "I feel like I'll be an old lady that's too held back, because I don't keep up with it." Cyrus is a bit of a Luddite. She's unfamiliar with Pokemon Go, for example, but her fiance Liam Hemsworth is into the game. "Liam woke up and tried to go to the car wash because it was a -- what do you call it? -- PokeSpot," she says. "Like, 'Got to go find them and catch them all!'" Who can blame Cyrus for being a bit behind the times? The musician and actress spent her summer shooting NBC's The Voice (returning Sept. 19 at 8 p.m.) and Amazon's Crisis in Six Scenes (debuting Sept. 30). Rest assured, she's bringing her own quirky personality to both projects. In regard to The Voice, she says, "I don't want this to come off the wrong way, but I'm going to tell my contestants: Be Bernie Sanders. Be the person people want and love. Don't worry about the masses. That's how you make a memorable moment. Let people talk about it." As for Woody Allen's new series? Well, it was an opportunity Cyrus couldn't pass up. "I'm playing this '60s revolutionary. Woody plays someone who grew up in the suburbs of New York. He's got an ice cream machine, and I'm like, People are starving and you're sitting here making ice cream?! That's my thing [in real life]. For a long time, I couldn't sleep because I just felt so guilty. I was covered in rashes because I was so stressed. Even today, I dropped my water on my hike and felt like such an a--hole. There are children being sold into sex slavery; how can I go on a hike right now?" Cyrus tells ELLE. "So now I try to do as much as I can through Happy Hippie." (Eonline)

News of Cara Delevingne splitting from St Vincent is coming in, and we're devastated. Please say it's not true. Apparently the model-turned-actress secretly ended her relationship with the musician during her promotional tour for her Suicide Squad movie after a year-and-a-half of dating. A source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "Cara and Annie still care about each other, but pressures of the long-distance romance just became too much. "The cracks were beginning to show on Cara's birthday in August when Annie wasn't there for her party. "They decided to call it a day but remain pals and are hoping they can work things out as it's no doubt they really love each other." The report comes shortly after Cara revealed how "in love" she was with the 33-year-old musician. She previously said: "I'm completely in love. Before, I didn't know what love was - real love. I didn't understand the depth of it. I always used to think it was you against the world. "Now I know the meaning of life is love. Whether that's for yourself or for the world or your partner." The 24-year-old actress, who has previously dated Hollywood star Michelle Rodriguez, also opened up about her sexuality. She explained: "As a child I used gay as a bad word, as in, 'That's so gay.' All my friends did. "[My parents] have been so, so supportive. I'm obviously in love, so if people want to say I'm gay, that's great. But we're all liquid - we change, we grow." (British Glamour)

Drake, and Rihanna weren't the only celebs packing on the PDA during the rapper's three-night tour stop in Los Angeles. Khloe Kardashian and her rumored beau, NBA player Tristan Thompson, were spotted getting intimate on Friday night at Drake's show at the Staples Center. The duo were caught on camera dancing slowly with their arms around each other as Drake performs his song "Too Good" in the background. The reality star then got even more steamy when she planted a kiss on Thompson's lips. The 32-year-old reality star showed things between the rumored couple were getting serious as she continued documenting her evening on Snapchat. One selfie featured both Thompson, 25, and mom Kris Jenner. Kardashian and Thompson were spotted kicking off their Labor Day weekend in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. An insider told PEOPLE that the two have been casually dating. "Khloe and Tristan have been seeing each other for a little bit," the source says. "He's a really nice, good guy and she seems very happy with him." Thompson is originally from Canada and helped the Cavaliers secure their first NBA Championship title in 52 years in an epic game 7 victory in June. (People)

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson Have Gotten ''Much Closer'' Recently. Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson made headlines after packing on the PDA at a Drake concert in Los Angeles over the weekend, and now E! News has learned the romance rumors might be more than just rumors after all. A source tells us the pair "have gotten much closer" over the last couple weeks, and though they're "not too serious yet," Khloe has a blast with him. "She hasn't had this much fun since she was with James [Harden]," the insider revealed. The information comes shortly after their night out in LA, during which video footage was caught and quickly surfaced online, showing them sharing an intimate moment while Drake performed "Too Good" in the background. In the clip, their arms are wrapped around each other as they swayed from side to side. Khloe even sealed the deal, laying a quick smooch on the NBA star's lips. Later that night, the 32-year-old reality star took to Snapchat to document the rest of their steamy evening, which included time spent with Kris Jenner. The trio played around with Snapchat filters, and Khloe shared a selfie alongside Tristan and her mom with a large heart across it. Meanwhile, romance rumors regarding Khloe and Tristan first started to swirl earlier this month when the duo flew to Mexico for some fun in the sun together. In between afternoons spent riding jet-skis and lounging by the pool, an eyewitness told E! News, "It was clear they were a couple." "They were PDA-ish but not overboard though, laughing together a ton and having a super good time," our insider explained, adding that the pair sipped on tequila and munched on sushi throughout the day. Joined by friends, Khloe and Tristan were also spotted at Mandala nightclub in Downtown Cabo on multiple occasions, where a source told us, "They kissed a couple of times and held hands. They looked happy and were having a good time." (Eonline)

Elon Musk's model mother, Maye Musk, told us during Fashion Week that she's not sure if she's ever met her son's reported gal pal Amber Heard. "I was at the Met Ball, and she might have been there," the gorgeous mom of the Tesla mogul told us. "Maybe. Because I met about 20 film stars there. I don't know which ones. I did recognize Kate Hudson and Olivia Wilde." Elon's been seen hanging with Heard in Miami and London after her split with Johnny Depp -- but their camps have said the relationship is purely friendly. Maye evasively added of the rumors: "I saw that in the press." Maye also said that during Fashion Week she was excited to have met Julianne Moore and Keri Russell. (Page Six)

Wayne Newton to Protesting NFL Players: If You Don't Like America, "Get The Hell Out". "I have no tolerance at all for it." Count Wayne Newton among those who are not pleased with NFL players protesting by not standing for the national anthem, and he made it clear they can leave the country if they are that unhappy. The iconic Las Vegas entertainer shared his thoughts Monday while appearing as a guest on Fox & Friends. "I think every American has the right to do or say whatever freedom offers us. However, during a national anthem is not a time or a place to show that kind of thing," Newton said. "I have no tolerance at all for it." San Francisco 49ers backup quarterback Colin Kaepernick made headlines after he didn't stand for the national anthem during preseason games. Kaepernick told reporters it was his way of protesting the injustice against minorities, stemming from more videos surfacing of unarmed African-American men being shot by white police officers. Additional NFL players have since joined with Kaepernick, with several engaging in some form of protest during the national anthem ahead of Sunday's games. Their decision has been highly controversial, especially since Sunday was not only the opening day of the 2016 season for most teams but it also marked 15 years since the World Trade Center attacks. Celebrities for and against the stance have voiced their opinion. Rob Lowe tweeted on Saturday that the NFL should make players who want to protest wait in the locker room until kick off, especially on 9/11. Susan Sarandon, on the other hand, said last week she supports Kaepernick and the other players protesting. She bought a Kaepernick jersey -- which since the protest began has become a best seller -- in an effort to show solidarity. Newton says if the players have a problem with the country, they can "get the hell out." The 49ers will begin their season Monday night at home against the Los Angeles Rams. (Hollywood Reporter)

Chris Brown was full of piss and vinegar at a charity basketball game Sunday, getting in a heated, prolonged argument with someone in the stands ... intense enough for cops to get involved. Chris was at the Power 106 Celebrity Basketball Game at USC, when he became visibly upset. It's hard to hear what the beef was about because of loud music, but you hear one of the USC cops say, "I don't care who's here, get it straight." Chris also refused to stand during Tank's rendition of the National Anthem. He didn't kneel ... he sat. And he was anything but solemn ... yukking it up. (TMZ)

Baldwin says Mary Boone passed off a copy of Ross Bleckner's "Sea and Mirror" as the real thing and took steps to make it look like the real thing ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ. Baldwin claims Boone went as far as fraudulently stamping the back of the painting with the inventory number of the original. He says Boone ultimately admitted to duping him out of $190k. According to the docs ... Baldwin grew suspicious as soon as the painting arrived ... claiming the colors were brighter and the artwork smelled clean. Baldwin claims Boone told him she cleaned it prior to delivery cause the previous owner was a heavy smoker. Still suspicious ... Authorities in New York have some hard decisions to make, because we've learned the illegal narcotics allegedly found in the SUV in which Desiigner was riding were nothing more than steroids. As we reported, law enforcement told us the stash of pills in the SUV console were OxyContin, methadone and steroids. According to the criminal complaint against Desiigner and the others in the SUV, the arresting officer believed the pills were methamphetamines. Turns out, all the pills were steroids, including methandrostenolone, PharmOne Oxandrolone and Halotest Fluxymesteron. In all, there were 302 pills in various Ziploc bags ... all steroids. It appears the steroids all belonged to the driver ... not Desiigner, who's rail thin. TMZ broke the story, Desiigner was initially charged with possession and intent to sell controlled substances. The intent to sell charge has been dropped but he's still being charged with possession, even though the drugs were not on his person. Desiigner says he had no idea there were drugs of any sort in the car. We called the D.A. to find out if they were going to drop the drug charges against Desiigner ... but they had no comment. (TMZ)

Hypertension is also listed as a significant factor. TMZ broke the story ... Michael died back in January and was discovered lying unconscious in his living room. He'd been battling high cholesterol and diverticulitis -- inflammation of the digestive tract. The death certificate confirms the star of "The Jersey" on the Disney Channel died of natural causes. THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Prince William and Kate Middleton Are Officially Taking Prince George and Princess Charlotte to Canada. It's a good time to take a vacation, eh? Prince William and Kate Middleton are "looking forward" to showing Prince George and Princess Charlotte what Canada has to offer when they embark on their eight-day tour of the country Sept. 24. "This is a great opportunity for them to introduce their children to a major realm before things like school start to make these things difficult later on," a spokesman said at a Buckingham Palace briefing Monday, confirming reports that the children would join William and Kate abroad. "They really enjoyed taking Prince George to New Zealand and Australia and are delighted to have this opportunity to introduce them to Canada." This will be the first time that Charlotte, 16 months, has been on a royal tour with her parents. The family will arrive with an entourage of 12 people, including three private secretaries, four communications staff, one tour secretary, one operations manager, one personal assistant, one hairdresser and one nanny. In a statement, their spokesman said, "The Duke and Duchess are delighted with the program. They cannot wait to get to Canada and start learning about new parts of the country that will play such an important part of their lives for many years to come." William and Kate last visited Canada in 2011, not long after their wedding. Their latest visit will be based in Victoria, British Columbia, where they will stay at the Government House. "They are spending a considerable amount of time in one or two places rather than having to dart across the country," their spokesperson said, "so they really hope to get a real sense of British Columbia in particular." Just don't expect to see Kate in decked out couture or dripping in Queen Elizabeth II's diamonds -- not every day, anyway. "It is a largely casual, highly outdoors tour," the couple's spokesperson told reporters. "There will be the usual government formal moments, but they'll getting out there and getting to meet Canadians face-to-face in all sorts of different settings." (Eonline)

Miss Arkansas Savvy Shields Crowned Miss America 2017. Ladies and gentlemen, may we introduce you to the new Miss America. Sunday night marked the annual competition that featured beauty pageants from every state competing for the special crown. Hosted by Chris Harrison and Sage Steele, the event broadcast live from the Boardwalk Hall Arena in Atlantic City was filled with suspense as 52 contestants dwindled down to one big winner. So who came out on top? Congratulations are in order for Miss Arkansas Savvy Shields who grabbed the attention and praise of judges for her beauty, talent and brains. Whether dancing to "They Just Keep Moving the Line" from the NBC musical series Smash to her answer regarding her thoughts on Hillary Clinton, the panel was quite impressed. "If you're trying to be leader of the free world, everything you say and do matters. And all of your actions are held to a higher standard. And unfortunately, the media does love to sensationalize everything," she explained. "It's hard to decide what is truth and what is truly scandal. Both of the contestants have done a great job." This year's competition was intense like never before as 15 semifinalists were chosen to move on to the swimsuit portion of the competition. Soon after, the Top 12 were announced and asked to compete in the evening gown portion. The talent competition was next up but only seven could end up in the always unpredictable Q&A portion where judges including Ciara, Mark Cuban and Gabby Douglas asked questions ranging from politics to immigration. Sunday night's broadcast also featured Miss Missouri Erin O'Flaherty. The first openly lesbian Miss America contestant received headlines in the days leading up to the pageant. Ultimately, she was unable to make it into the top 15. Congratulations to the all the contestants and finalists. (Eonline)

After the fashion world panned Kanye West as a designer, they celebrated him as a rapper Friday at the Plaza for Harper's Bazaar's Icons party sponsored by Infor, Laura Mercier and Stella Artois. West appeared onstage in a room crawling with stars such as Kate Upton, Ashley Graham, Pamela Anderson, Nick Cannon, Russell Westbrook,Will.I.Am, as well as wife Kim Kardashian and Kylie and Kendall Jenner. West flipped the audience the bird during "Runaway," and dropped the mike after a rant declaring Bazaar global fashion director Carine Roitfeld a "motherf?-?-?king icon." In the wake of his disastrous fashion show, West said, "You know at the beginning of this performance I tried my best to not try .?.?. No matter what they write I just couldn't stop .?.?. I appreciate you all going on this journey for me." At the bar, a male pal of Anderson's was playfully feeling her breast. "I guess we're still doing that game," sighed a spy. Anderson told us earlier, "I love the old fashion, old Hollywood stars .?.?. Brigitte Bardot and Sophia Loren." (Page Six)

Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice's Book Signing Just Became One Heck of an Awkward Family Reunion. Well, that was awkward. Of course, we're referring to Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri's decision to ambush their cousin Teresa Giudice at her book signing on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. If there's anything we've learned about Tre in all these years we've been watching her, it's that she hates feeling ambushed. You'd think her own family would understand that, too. Although, we guess if you want to be on camera with a person who refuses to even answer your texts, ambush might be your only option. It's hard to tell who's telling the truth here. After they surprise her and say they want to spend time with her and move forward, Teresa admits, "My cousins never reached out to me while I was away. They said nasty things about me...Sorry if I'm not dying to go out to lunch with family members who stab me in the back." But would they have even known how to reach out to her if she wouldn't communicate with them? She didn't even let Melissa Gorga come and visit her when she was locked up, and that's her new BFF. The underlying subtext of Teresa and Kathy's relationship since the latter joined the show in season three is that Tre felt as though her turf had been invaded with the intention of airing her dirty laundry on national television. It's shaded how Tre's treated Kathy and Rosie ever since. While it makes sense that she would use the excuse of wanting to focus on Joe and the kids before he goes away, we've got a feeling this long-simmering resentment is the main reason why she wants nothing to do with her cousins. While the preview for next week makes it pretty clear that Kathy and Rosie get their lunch, we're not holding our breath that it'll go at all how they hope. And if they were wise, they wouldn't either. The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on Bravo. (Eonline)

Britney Spears Throws Sons Sean Preston and Jayden James a Pokemon-Themed Birthday Bash. Britney Spears' sons have grown up in the blink of an eye. The pop icon's two sons, Sean Preston Federline, who is two days shy of 11, and Jayden James Federline, 10, celebrated their double-digit birthdays early with help from their famous mom. With just a year and two days between them, Spears celebrated the milestone by throwing a dual Pokemon-themed bash over the weekend complete with an assortment of adorable Pikachu treats. "Big bday for my boys! Double digits whoop whoop," Spears gushed on Instagram with a photo of her two sons smiling in front of their cakes. Britney spared no decoration -- the songstress even had "Happy Birthday" spelled out in balloons hanging over their family pool. "Such a great day," she wrote on social media. When the 34-year-old is not busy performing her Las Vegas residency show, Britney: Piece of Me, she's soaking up the sun in Hawaii with her boys or helping them manage hours of homework. While she is the adult of the trio, motherhood has taught Spears a few things, too. "Becoming a mother and being with my boys has made me so much more accepting of myself," she told Marie Claire UK. "That has been a really big thing for me over these last few years." Unlike their famous mom, Sean and Jayden have spent most of their young lives out of the spotlight, but that hasn't stopped Spears from publicly expressing her love for her two "masterpieces." "You are my masterpieces. From the day I saw the most precious eyes, I believed in miracles to the core," she wrote in a post published on Time magazine's website on Mother's Day this year. "Such a gift God has given me, exploring in your beautiful worlds every day. I pray as a mother I teach you strength and passion to carry through the struggles in the world. Most battles will always be won on your knees. I pray you find your dreams." Happy Birthday Sean and Jayden! (Eonline)

Gisele goes long! Gisele Bündchen is getting her NFL husband Tom Brady ready for his return as the New England Patriots' quarterback. Bündchen showed the family was kicking into gear to prepare Brady, 39, for his post-suspension play time. On Saturday, the model took to Instagram to share a photo of herself leaping for a football thrown by Brady. "Don't worry guys. I will keep him ready. #Brady'scamp #IwillwhatIwant Não se preocupem. Ele vai estar preparado," the mother of three wrote in an Instagram post. The "Deflategate" controversy has resulted in a four-game suspension for Brady's part in allegedly deflating footballs during the 2015 AFC championship game against the Indianapolis Colts. Brady previously told PEOPLE about quality time with his wife, sharing his idea of their perfect date. "I like whatever it is, as long as we're together," says Brady. "Whether it's movies or dinner or walks or whatever, our lives are busy. Especially during the football season for me, I don't get a lot of time, but whenever I do get the time, it's a precious time for me." (People)

Kate Upton Calls Miami Dolphins' National Anthem Protest a "Disgrace." Kate Upton has spoken out against the four Miami Dolphins players who knelt during the national anthem during Sunday's game. The athletes -- running back Arian Foster, outside linebacker Jelani Jenkins, free safety Michael Thomas and wide receiver Kenny Stills -- got down on their knees as the song played before the team's 12-10 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The four players' decision to kneel rather than stand during the national anthem was the latest in a series of protests undertaken by several NFL players. San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick began the controversial demonstration before a preseason football game in August. Upton first retweeted SportsCenter Sunday night, adding, "Protest&speak ur mind whenever u want but during the 120secs you should support the people who protect our freedom." In a follow-up post on Instagram, the two-time Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover-model further explained her objection to the players' protest. "In my opinion, the national anthem is a symbolic song about our country. It represents honoring the many brave men and women who sacrifice and have sacrificed their lives each and every single day to protect our freedom. Sitting or kneeling down during the national anthem is a disgrace to those people who have served and currently serve our country. Sitting down during the national anthem on September 11th is even more horrific," Upton wrote. "Protest all you want and use social media all you want. However, during the nearly two minutes when that song is playing, I believe everyone should put their hands on their heart and be proud of our country for we are all truly blessed." "Recent history has shown that it is a place where anyone no matter what race or gender has the potential to become President of the United States," said Upton, who is engaged to Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander. "We live in the most special place in the world and should be thankful. After the song is over, I would encourage everyone to please use the podium they have, stand up for their beliefs, and make America a better place. The rebuilding of battery park and the freedom tower demonstrates that amazing things can be done in this country when we work together towards a common goal. It is a shame how quickly we have forgotten this as a society. Today we are more divided then ever before. I could never imagine multiple people sitting down during the national anthem on the September 11th anniversary. The lessons of 911 should teach us that if we come together, the world can be a better and more peaceful place #neverforget." Journalist Soledad O'Brien offered another perspective, tweeting, "Maybe you can be proud to be an American and also protest those things that you think aren't so great about America." But Upton encouraged O'Brien to "read" her Instagram post. "They have every right and SHOULD protest just not during those 2minutes on 9/11," the model tweeted. When one Twitter user suggested the conversation was about to get "uglier," O'Brien coolly replied, "Never. I love America and I am a @KateUpton fan. Just suggesting a different way to look at protest." Later, after journalist Roland Martin sent a link putting the protests into context, Upton tweeted, "Have every right to protest&should stand up for beliefs.Justice system IS corrupt. Not the time during anthem on 9/11." Confused, Martin asked, "So in your world, the protests should take place on 9.10 or 9.12, just not 9/11? You are contradicting yourself." Upton replied, "Sorry I wasn't clear. Never during our national anthem. Especially on 9/11 #NeverForget." Foster, Jenkins, Thomas and Stills have not commented on Upton's social media posts. Foster tweeted about the protest itself (which Stills retweeted), writing, "There was a pre game speech from our president commemorating those that lost their lives on that tragic day on 9/11. we stood for that. don't put your hatred in our hearts. I love this country. don't let the love for a symbol overrule the love for your fellow human." Thomas, meanwhile, tweeted about the anniversary of Sept. 11 before he stepped onto the field, writing, "It's #Gameday and I thank God for another opportunity. #Neverforget 9-11 #FinsUp #MT31 @MiamiDolphins." Miami Dolphins owner Steve Ross spoke to the players before the game and supported their decision; Thomas tweeted a video confirming Ross' encouragement. "Let's not argue over our beliefs. I'm here to do my part to make a positive change," he wrote. "Tough loss today. #ottn." (Eonline)

Celine Dion Sings Rap Songs on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Is there anything Celine Dion can't do? In July, the 48-year-old singer wowed Jimmy Fallon when she impersonated fellow pop stars Cher, Rihanna and Sia during a game of musical impressions on The Tonight Show. And on Monday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Dion put her own spin on a few rap songs, including Missy Elliott's "Work It," LMFAO's "Shots (feat. Lil' Jon)" and Nelly's "Hot in Herre." "You sing these ballads all the time," Ellen DeGeneres explained. "I want you to keep growing as an artist, so we put some rap songs in the prompter. All you have to do is sing the words." Dion began with "Hot in Herre," and the audience lapped it up. But Dion wasn't as keen on her live performance. "What is that?" she asked DeGeneres. "My career is going to end tonight." After singing "Shots," Dion decided to give Britney Spears' "Work Bitch" a musical makeover. Then came her soulful cover of "Work It," complete with all the scatting you could ever want. Speaking to DeGeneres in a separate segment, Dion revealed how her family is coping with the loss of her late husband, Rene Angelil. "It is tough, I have to admit," the singer admitted. "It's part of our life, and life has imposed this on him. That was his destiny and I still feel extremely fortunate that he has given me three magnificent children -- wonderful pieces of luggage." With her Las Vegas residency back in full swing and a new album out, Dion said she is grateful "to feel confident and to have experience enough and to keep going" after Angelil's death. She is doing "well" because her husband is no longer in pain, as he had been for many years. "The hardest thing is not to lose somebody you love, but to see them suffer," Dion explained. "So, for me to know that he is in a place where he doesn't suffer anymore makes me feel way better." Dion added that she is "most proud" of how she "prepared" her kids for Angelil's passing, as she showed them both "how to live with dad" and also "how to live with him without his presence." Tupac's estate is pissed yet another person is trying to take advantage of his art, and plans to block the sale of his handwritten lyrics to "Catchin' Feelings." Pac's estate claims managers and employees had a fire sale after the rapper's death -- selling off tons of his personal property -- but says it is the rightful owner of all his lyrics and written creations, because he never sold any of them. As we reported, memorabilia company Moments in Time plans to sell the original lyric sheet on Sept. 13th ... the 20th anniversary of Pac's death. The estate says it has rewarded people who unknowingly get Tupac's stuff if they return it -- but adds it is "aggressively pursuing" those who purposely try to exploit his memory. Translation: There's a lawsuit brewing. Moments in Time owner Gary Zimet thinks the estate has no claim, and says it's full steam ahead for the sale. (TMZ)

Two Door Cinema Club Levels Up in New 'Bad Decisions' Video: Exclusive Premiere. In the video for Two Door Cinema Club's latest single from their upcoming third album Gameshow, it's clear that "Bad Decisions" will take you to a trippy place. For the Irish 3-piece, it continues their foray into the visually strange and surreal. The glammed-out track fits right into the band's wheelhouse of catchy dance-pop with heart and soul, but the video adds a completely new dimension, quite literally. The lyrical theme of living by trial-and-error is complemented with a motif of video game levels. Finding redemption becomes a perilous scenario for the band with each wrong move leading to increasingly outlandish punishments, but it's one that ultimately makes for an impressive, optical feast of a journey. Directed by Thunderlips, the same pair behind Gameshow's advertisement-eschewing debut single "Are We Ready (Wreck)," the video follows its preceding single's unconventional style while breaking new artistic ground for the band. "When we first spoke to Alex [Trimble, lead singer], on the set of 'Are We Ready', it was clear that he hated social media as much as we did," the directing partners say. "So we knew we needed to come up with a suitably epic metaphor to illustrate this brilliant song." The New Zealand duo, comprised of Sean Wallace and Jordan Dodson, drew initial inspiration from Dante's "Inferno" and adapted it to a video game as a "fun way to make this concept relevant and also give us a platform for the animators to develop and embellish with the band battling each other to escape hell and earn redemption." The video not only works for the song thematically, but also aesthetically. Its retro animation style matches the upbeat tempo and vibrant, vintage synths that make the song especially unique. For the band, choosing to go abstract may have been one of their best decisions yet. Two Door's new album Gameshow is set for release on Oct. 14th on Glassnote Records and is available for preorder here. The band also begins their headlining North American tour on Sept. 30 in Dallas, TX. Tickets and tour dates can be found on their website. (Billboard)

Lady Gaga's 'Perfect Illusion' Debuts on Pop Airplay Charts. Her much-anticipated new single bows after just three full days of airplay. Following its arrival at 11 p.m. ET Thursday (Sept. 8), Lady Gaga's new single "Perfect Illusion" debuts on a pair of Billboard radio airplay charts. "Illusion" launches at No. 31 on Pop Songs and No. 32 on Adult Pop Songs(with both charts, dated Sept. 24, based on Nielsen Music data; all charts will update on Billboard's platforms tomorrow, Sept. 13). The song's start was powered in part by hourly plays on participating iHeartMedia pop stations and spins every other hour on iHeartMedia adult pop stations Sept. 9. "Illusion," written and produced by Gaga, Mark Ronson and Tame Impala's Kevin Parker, with Bloodpop also claiming a production credit, previews Gaga's new studio album. Gaga appeared on the syndicated Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, based at iHeartMedia's WHTZ (Z100) New York, Monday morning (Sept. 12) and chatted with Duran during the entire 8 a.m. ET hour. She confirmed that the album will be out before the end of the year, but didn't give a specific date, and revealed that the set's much buzzed-about collab with Florence Welch is called "Hey Girl." Overall, the intimate interview found Gaga expressing a desire for more balance in her life, a theme central to the lyrics of "Illusion." "I care about being an artist, but I don't think it's fair that because I have a high-profile job I can cancel dinner with my dad," she said. As for radio programmers' takes on "Illusion," "All indications suggest that it will be another big mainstream and cross-format hit for Gaga's Little Monsters ... and big adults, too," says SiriusXM vp of music programming Kid Kelly. "Anything Gaga is always an event record," says CBS Radio vp of programming/Houston and Las Vegas. "Illusion" "sounds a little old-school and familiar, yet it's very timely. A long-term hit? Not sure yet, but it will jump up the charts quickly." "Illusion" has received a "relatively light response so far, with the exception of the Gaga diehards, who are adamantly outspoken about every song she's ever released," notes Erik Bradley, assistant program director/music director of CBS Radio's pop-formatted WBBM Chicago. "I personally like the song, and think it sounds better with every listen, although from conversations I've had with many of my contemporaries, opinions are all over the map; some good, many not as good. "I can't say it's a hit or not yet. My hunch is it'll be impressive. The key will be to see where it is a few weeks from now." On Pop Songs, where Gaga charts her 16th entry, the start of "Illusion" follows the top 20 debuts of the lead singles from her previous two solo pop albums. "Applause," from ARTPOP, launched at No. 20 in 2013 and "Born This Way," the title cut from her 2011 album, soared in at No. 14. (Gaga boasts seven No. 1s on Pop Songs, ranking her in sixth place among all artists for the most leaders in the chart's history, which dates to its 1992 beginning.) "Illusion" has already topped two Billboard charts, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard tally dated Sept. 3; the song led the list before it was even released, based on conversation about the song ahead of time. Following its premiere Thursday (Sept. 8), the track ranked at No. 1 on the real-time Billboard + Twitter Trending 140 chart, marking the eighth different day that it had led the list. Following its first full week of sales and streaming, "Illusion" is set to debut on next week's Billboard Hot 100 (which combines airplay, sales and streaming data), dated Oct. 1. Highlights of the Oct. 1 chart will post next Monday (Sept. 19); check Billboard.com this week for updates on where the song might debut. (Billboard)

Adele Tops Pop Songs Airplay Chart With 'Send My Love (To Your New Lover)'. The song is Adele's fourth leader on the list, and the second from '25.' It's also Max Martin's 36th Pop Songs No. 1 as a writer. Adele crowns Billboard's Songs radio airplay chart (dated Sept. 24), as "Send My Love (To Your New Lover)" rises 3-1. The song is Adele's fourth No. 1 on the tally and the second from her album 25. Lead single "Hello" reigned for four weeks in December. (Between "Hello" and "Send," second single "When We Were Young" reached No. 13.) Adele previously topped Pop Songs with "Rolling in the Deep," for five weeks in 2011, and "Set Fire to the Rain," for four weeks in 2012. "Send" led the Adult Pop Songs airplay chart for two weeks in August, where it became Adele's fifth No. 1. On the Billboard Hot 100, the song has reached No. 9 so far. The official video for "Send" premiered during ABC's broadcast of the 2016Billboard Music Awards May 22. 25 has sold nearly 8.98 million copies in the U.S. since its Nov. 20, 2015, release, according to Nielsen Music. "Send" also marks the record-extending 36th Pop Songs No. 1 as a writer for one of its co-authors, Max Martin. It's also his record-padding 31st Pop Songs topper as a producer. (Put in perspective among artists, Katy Perry and Rihanna share the mark for the most No. 1s: 11 each. Martin has written nine of Perry's No. 1s, and produced seven.) (Billboard)

Erykah Badu Turns Music Supervisor for Comedy Central's 'Legends of Chamberlain Heights'. The ever-busy Erykah Badu will unveil her latest creative venture -- music supervisor -- when Comedy Central premieres its new urban animated series, Legends of Chamberlain Heights, on Wednesday (Sept. 14, 10:30 p.m. ET/PT). Legends of Chamberlain Heights centers on friends Jamal, Grover and Milk: three high school freshmen who spend more time warming the team's basketball bench than actually playing. Their laugh-out-loud exploits as they seek to become legends on and off the court are fodder for rowdy and ribald comedy that also integrates biting socio-political commentary. View the Legends of Chamberlain Heights trailer here: "it's my kind of humor," says Badu with a laugh. "Morbid and silly but progressive and political at the same time." Badu, who will also guest as the voice of a radio DJ during the 10-episode season, is composing and producing Legends' original music with her production partner Carl Jones, also a writer on the new series. As animation fans are well aware, Jones wrote and directed episodes for Adult Swim's Black Dynamite (in which Badu also made a guest appearance) and worked on The Boondocks before that. "I want to keep the music urban and sophisticated at the same time, while also keeping it melodic and definitely atmospheric," explains Badu. "The music should be a big part but not overshadow the dialogue. Sometimes I hit it right on the nail; sometimes they hate it and it's back to the drawing board. But it's a pleasure being involved in an ensemble because what I do is so solo. Many more things are created from collaboration." In fact, Badu is already inked to do season two of Legends of Chamberlain Heights. She's also returning this year as a producer on BET's Soul Train Awards, writing show content and live comedy sketches. The singer-songwriter-producer, who says she's also finished penning the concept for a new video coming soon, recently earned her 10th top 10 on the Adult R&B Songs airplay chart with "Phone Down." The track is featured on her 2015 mixtape But You Caint Use My Phone. Legends of Chamberlain Heights is executive produced by Bento Box Entertainment co-founders Scott Greenberg and Joel Kuwahara (Bob's Burgers, The Awesomes), along with co-creator Brad Ableson (The Simpsons, Good Vibes) and showrunner Devon Shepard (Everybody Hates Chris, House of Lies). Co-creators Quinn Hawking (Fox Sports, NFL Network) and Josiah Johnson (Showtime, NFL Network) are the producers. (Billboard)

Prince's estate is a total party pooper after canceling a sold-out fundraiser at Paisley Park ... now party organizers say they're out hundreds of thousands of dollars and want their due ... this according to a new claim against the late singer's estate. Bremer Trust -- which handles Prince's estate -- canceled the Mixed Blood Theatre's 40th Anniversary Gala that was to be held at the compound almost a month after Prince's sudden death. The theatre claims it's out $348,258 as a result. According to the docs ... the theatre's losses are partly based on tickets and sponsorship that had to be refunded. About 1,000 people were reportedly expected to attend the event. We've reached out to Bremer Trust, so far no word back. (TMZ)

Why Reese Witherspoon Apologized to Taylor Swift and Katy Perry! Uh-oh! Is there trouble brewing between Reese Witherspoon and Taylor Swift and Katy Perry? Not really -- but the Oscar winner felt she needed to do some apologizing to the music superstars because she actually performs "Shake It Off" and "Firework" in the upcoming animated flick Sing. Witherspoon is the voice of a pig that enters a singing competition while trying to raise 25 piglets. "I actually told both of them," Witherspoon said of Swift and Perry. "I saw them and said, 'Please don't hold it against me because I did the best I could.' I was like, 'I have really a lot of respect for how hard you girls work.'" I caught up with Witherspoon at the movie's premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. She has nothing to worry about -- her performance will leave Swift and Perry (and anyone who sees the movie, for that matter) smiling. Witherspoon's youngest son, Tennessee, has already seen clips of his mom's animated pig work. "I think he's just kind of stunned and sort of surprised by everything," the actress said of his reaction. "He's really excited to see the film. Obviously, it's right up his alley. He's four years old and it's the perfect time for him to see a movie like this." The star-studded cast also includes Matthew McConaughey, Scarlett Johansson, Tori Kelly, Jennifer Hudson, Nick Kroll, Seth MacFarlane, Taron Egerton, Leslie Jones and John C. Reilly. Directed and written by Garth Jennings, Sing is in theaters on Dec. 21. (E! News and Universal Pictures are both part of the NBCUniversal family.) Sunday's TIFF premiere also included live performances by Hudson and Kelly. (Eonline)

Chloe Grace Moretz Quit ALL Of Her Upcoming Movie Jobs After Having A 'Come To Jesus' Moment! Is She Done Acting?? After going through a public split and even more public feud, Chloe Grace Moretz is pumping the brakes on her hectic schedule. The prolific actress dropped all her future film projects because she realized she needs to "slow down." We guess that means no live action remake of The Little Mermaid? Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter at last week's Deauville American Film Festival, the Neighbors 2 actress revealed that she is putting her acting career on hold to do some soul searching. She explained: "I pulled the plug on all my movies because I want to reassess who I am and find myself within my roles again. I'm realizing that I can slow down." With a staggering 55 film credits already under her belt, we guess the 19-year-old deserves a break! Chloe said she was happy "people have been watching" but had a "'Come to Jesus' moment" that led to her decision to take some time off. We have to wonder if this is more advice from Hillary Clinton, who also taught CGM not to give certain people attention who didn't "deserve" it. *COUGH* Kim Kardashian West *COUGH* Though she may be taking a step out of the spotlight, Chloe is still keeping busy -- turning her focus to producing as well as finishing two TV projects she's already working on. Good for you, girl! (Perez Hilton)

Oscars: Croatia Selects 'On the Other Side' for Foreign-Language Category. Zrinko Ogresta's post-war drama won seven awards at Croatia's national festival in Pula in July. Zrinko Ogresta's On the Other Side, a drama of the long shadow cast by civil war, is the Croatian Filmmakers' Association submission in the best foreign-language category of the Academy Awards. The film, which won seven top awards, including the Grand Prix and best director honors, at Croatia's Pula Film Festival in July, depicts the destructive consequences for one family long after the end of the Balkans civil war. The simple life of a middle-aged nurse, Vesna (played by Ksenija Marinkovic, who won the best actress award at Pula), is disrupted when her long-estranged husband Zarko (Lazar Ristovski, who won best actor at Pula), just released from a 20-year sentence for war crimes, calls her from Serbia. Zarko's dark deeds in the war, when he fought for Serbia, comes back to haunt Vesna and her two grown-up children, wreaking havoc on their lives and careers. In its review, The Hollywood Reporter noted that the film "puts an intriguing new slant on the conventions of post-war Balkan cinema," ending on a "poetic visual flourish, leaving unresolved the possibly insoluble questions hanging in the air like a perfume." The film is produced by Ivan Maloca of Zagreb's Interfilm with the support of the Croatian Audiovisual Center. Belgrade's Zillion Film Ristovski and Croatian Radio and Televiosn (HRT) co-produced. World sales are being handled by Cercamon, Dubai. Croatia has been submitting films for the Academy Awards since gaining independence in 1992 following the break-up of Yugoslavia, but has never been nominated. (Hollywood Reporter)

Meet Saturday Night Live's 3 New Cast Members for Season 42. Out with the old and in with the new. After the departures of longtime stars Taran Killam and Jay Pharoah, Saturday Night Live has added three new cast members, NBC announced on Monday. The three newbies are Mikey Day, Alex Moffat and Melissa Villasenor, who are joining the show as featured players and will make their debuts in the Oct. 1 premiere episode. Day, who recurred on Maya & Marty this summer, has been a writer on the iconic late night sketch series since 2013, while Villasenor was a Top 16 finalist on America's Got Talent's sixth season. SNL fans were shocked this summer when it was announced Killam and Pharoah would both not be returning for the upcoming season after being released from their contacts a year early. "It sucks," SNL star Pete Davidson told us of their exits. "We're going to miss them, but they'll be fine no matter what they do. They're hilarious." Shortly after the news broke, it was revealed that both stars were cast in the lead roles in their own Showtime pilots, set to debut in 2017. Pharoah will star in White Famous, which is a half-hour comedy based on an idea by Jamie Foxx about a young black comedian "whose star is rising, forcing him to navigate the treacherous waters of maintaining his credibility as he begins to cross-over towards becoming 'white famous.'" Killam, meanwhile, will star in Mating, a half-hour anthology comedy pilot from Jason Katims (Parenthood, Friday Night Lights) and Stu Zicherman (The Americans, The Affair). Also not returning for season 42 is freshman Jon Rudnitsky. Season 42 of Saturday Night Live premieres Saturday, October 1 at 11:30 p.m. on NBC. (Eonline)

Mariah Carey on Empire: "No Drama" With Cookie, Says Taraji P. Henson. We've got really sad news for you -- there will be no fighting between Mariah Carey and Cookie on the new season of Empire. "No drama," Taraji P. Henson told me at the Toronto International Film Festival, where she was promoting her upcoming movie Hidden Measures. "Everybody things that, but no drama." What? "She's actually an ally of mine on the show," Henson explained. Mariah, who will pop up on the show in October, plays a music superstar named Kitty who collaborates with Jamal (Jussie Smollett). A teaser for Carey's debut shows her in the studio with Jamal and telling Cookie, "You've always got a trick up your sleeve." We cannot wait! Henson gushed about working with Carey at the 2016 Television Critics Association summer press tour, "She was great," she said. "She's fabulous, she's beautiful to look at. Wish I could wear a leotard like that... What Mariah brings to the music industry, she brought to the show. I'm grateful she spent time with us." Empire returns on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 9 p.m. on FOX. (And don't forget to watch the series premiere of Mariah's World Sunday, Dec. 4 at 9 p.m., only on E!) (Eonline)

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Fiery First Look at Ghost Rider in Action Is Finally Here. Pardon the pun, but this first peek at Ghost Rider on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has got us all fired up. ABC has released the first teaser for season four with the infamous Marvel character in action -- and let us just say, vengeance has never looked so hot. (Get it? Because there are flames.) "They say when a rider burns you, he burns your soul," someone ominously warns as we watch Robbie Reyes (Gabriel Luna) rev up his hot rod and drive it into oncoming traffic while in pursuit of his next target. The clip is very brief -- We're talking "15 seconds long" brief -- but it also gives us a few quick shots of Fitz (Iain de Caestecker), new partners Coulson (Clark Gregg) and Mack (Henry Simmons), and an on-the-lam Daisy/Quake (Chloe Bennet). And trust us when we say that they all look sufficiently concerned. Men who spontaneously burst into flames tend to have that effect. "Season 4 will unquestionably be the series' biggest, most ambitious story yet, and it all begins with the introduction of one of our greatest legacy characters in Ghost Rider," Jeph Loeb, executive producer/head of Marvel Television, said in a statement when the character's involvement in season four was revealed at Comic-Con. "When the Spirit of Vengeance rides into S.H.I.E.L.D., it'll change everything." Ghost Rider isn't the only new face who'll be giving our favorite agents trouble when the show returns. Now that they've been legitimized once again and no longer need to operate in the shadows, they'll be under the leadership of a new Director -- one whose identity is purposely being kept under wraps. All we know about the guy is he's being played by Jason O'Hara and the character is one "whose Marvel roots go back to the 1940s." Elsewhere in the season premiere, appropriately titled "The Ghost," newly demoted Coulson, along with Mack, will be tasked with tracking down and confirming the existence of Enhanced people -- a.k.a. Inhumans. Meanwhile, May (Ming-Na Wen) will be tasked with training specialist strike teams, while Fitz and Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) have taken a big step in their relationship. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns for season four on Tuesday, Sept. 20 in its new, later timeslot, 10 p.m., on ABC. (Eonline)

Simone Biles and Aly Raisman Just Surprised Michael Phelps on Lip Sync Battle Live. Team USA can win both gold medals and Lip Sync Battle! During a special live edition of Spike TV's smash-hit series, fans were more than ready to see Michael Phelps compete. But little did they know that another competitor had a few surprises up her sleeves. When Olivia Munn took to the stage to perform "Cheap Thrills" by Sia, the actress decided to bring out Team USA gymnasts Aly Raisman and Simone Biles. "When I found out that Michael Phelps was joining our set I said the only way to beat a gold medal champion is to bring two gold medal champions," she told host LL Cool J. As you likely could have guessed, everyone was blown away by the surprise including Chrissy Teigen and Aly's parents who weren't as stressed out this time around. "That was awesome," Michael admitted. "I loved being on the team with these girls and seeing them perform is so special." So was Olivia's stunt enough to win over the American public? John Legend brought out Stevie Wonder for a rendition of "Hey Ya" by Outkast. Terry Crews had us seeing red, white and blue with an appearance from President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. But nobody could compete with the smooth moves and raps from Michael. For the first time in Lip Sync Battle history, the swimmer decided on an Eminem song. Let's just say this was a version of "Lose Yourself" we will not forget anytime soon. The winner of this battle voted on by viewers at home goes to Michael! Lip Sync Battle returns October 12 only on Spike TV. (Eonline)

"It's a Girl!" Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna Reveal the Sex of Their Baby. Drum roll please... Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna just revealed whether they're having a baby boy or a baby girl. During Sunday night's premiere of Rob & Chyna, the pregnant E! star and her man make a doctor's appointment to find out the sex of their baby. "I'm pretty nervous. I'm excited," Rob says before the big reveal. "I really want a boy." Then the doctor announces, "You are having... a girl!" "Rob, it's a girl!" Chyna exclaims excitedly. "Oh, that's crazy," Rob adds. "You have a boy at home, right?" the doctor asks them, referring to Chyna and Tyga's son King Cairo. "Yeah, but I don't," Rob says. "That's OK, this is your first," the doctor reassures Rob. "It's an emotional moment. Me wanting to have a boy, it definitely stems from my dad but I'm sure I'll have the same relationship that I had with my father with my daughter," Rob says in a confessional. "I'm just happy that the baby's healthy and I'm gonna be super happy with a girl." "That's a nice, normal heartbeat," the doctor tells Rob and Chyna. "It's regular and there's no problems with the beat of the baby's heart." The doctor continues the ultrasound and adds of their baby girl, "Look it, she's putting her little booty right up at ya." "She better not be doing that!" Rob jokes. LOL! Now the big question is: what will the newest Kardashian girl be named?! During a Facebook Live chat last month, one fan asked Rob and Chyna if they'll "carry on the tradition of the K names" in his family. "But probably not," Rob revealed. Chyna then echoed Rob, "Probably not." (Eonline)

Trevor Noah seems to be on borrowed time at Comedy Central. The man who replaced Jon Stewart as host of "The Daily Show" on Sept. 28, 2015, has seen half the show's audience disappear in a year. Having started off with more than 1 million viewers, Noah has slipped to 810,000, compared to the 1.9 million viewers Stewart had before he went off the air in August 2015. TV industry sources say Noah would have been replaced already if Comedy Central hadn't already pulled the plug on "The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore," which had equally dismal ratings, but less of a millennial following on social media. "They just lost Larry Wilmore. They certainly do not want to have another show to replace," Marc Berman, editor-in-chief of Programming Insider, told me. "And Trevor Noah is representative of the much-needed diversity the late-night landscape is sorely lacking." A Comedy Central spokeswoman said: "We are 100 percent behind Trevor and are very pleased with the way 'The Daily Show' is performing. In its first year, it's already the No. 1 late-night show for millennial men (18-34, 18-24) and No. 2 to [Jimmy] Fallon among all millennials." Particularly galling to Comedy Central execs is the way TV critics fawned over weekly late-night hosts John Oliver ("Last Week Tonight" on HBO) and Samantha Bee ("Full Frontal" on TBS). One insider said, "Outside of the bubble television critics live in, 'The Daily Show' is demonstratively more popular, more shared and more talked about than 'Full Frontal.'?" (Page Six)

Not a good time for a photo opportunity? Shannon Beador questions the extent of Vicki Gunvalson's injuries in The Real Housewives of Orange County's Monday, September 12, episode, as seen in Us Weekly's exclusive sneak peek. The Bravo series' preview clip shows Shannon and David Beador chatting with Meghan King Edmonds and husband Jimmy about Gunvalson and Tamra Judge's recent dune buggy accident in Glamis, California. Meghan mentions that she spoke on the phone to Heather Dubrow and Kelly Dodd, who called her from the desert and did not seem overly concerned about the situation. (As seen in last week's episode, Gunvalson and Judge were both taken to a hospital for medical attention after their vehicle flipped during the getaway.) "It's hard to gauge the severity of this accident when Heather and Kelly are laughing and popping a beer," Shannon tells the camera. Meghan informs the group, "I texted Vicki, and I said, 'I just want to see if you're OK.' She said, 'I'm hurt, and it was scary,' and she sent a couple pictures." This latest development appears to shock Shannon, who fires back, "Wait a minute -- are you kidding me with this? So here she's on the gurney, and someone snapped a picture of it, and she's sharing that with you? Really? That's just strange to me." "If I'm real injured, and I'm in a helicopter, you're not going to find me taking selfies of myself," Shannon adds to the camera. The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo Mondays at 9 p.m. ET. (US Weekly)

Keith Olbermann to Host Online Show for GQ. "The first piece should be about 16 minutes long," says Olbermann. "It's a comment. It's special. It's a kind of special comment." Since he left ESPN last year, Keith Olbermann has for the most part used his Twitter feed to air his views about a certain Republican presidential candidate. Beginning Tuesday morning, Sept. 13, Olbermann will be delivering that commentary for GQ. The Closer with Keith Olbermann will bow at 8 a.m. on GQ.com. "The first piece should be about 16 minutes long," Olbermann tells The Hollywood Reporter. "It's a comment. It's special. It's a kind of special comment." Of course, special comment was a signature of Olbermann's MSNBC show Countdown, which grew out of the host's opposition to George W. Bush's War in Iraq. During the current presidential campaign -- and since he left ESPN last year -- he also has aired his frustrations with Donald Trump and the way his candidacy is being covered via several guest columns. He asked in Vanity Fair, if Trump could pass a sanity test. And he penned a column for THR, in which he accused the mainstream media of being soft of Trump. "If he is scheduled to do 20 Trump town halls for you between now and the election, thus saving you about a month's worth of production costs for your average cable news show (a million or two, depending on how much you pay your meat puppet), you don't examine what's going on inside of a man who could first pretend to be his own media spokesman, then boast about his own sexual conquests in the third person, then admit the deception to a reporter, then again admit it on the legal record, then deny it on national television, then when pressed about it by The Washington Post simply hang up the phone," Olbermann wrote. The media's approach to Trump has received additional scrutiny since NBC's Matt Lauer was strenuously criticized for what was perceived as less-than-thorough questioning of Trump during NBC News' Commander-In-Chief forum on Sept. 7. Additionally, Olbermann will also serve as a special correspondent for GQ. He continues to lend his voice to the Netflix animated show BoJack Horseman, having just wrapped production on season four. And he tells THR he also has some one-off sports projects in the pipeline. Olbermann is repped by Todd Christopher at Gersh. (Hollywood Reporter)

'Pitch' EP Says Major League Baseball Is Ready for a Female Player. Paris Barclay attended a screening of the pilot for Fox's new series for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles. Director Paris Barclay says he thinks it's time Major League Baseball had a female player. Barclay, who directed the pilot for Fox's new series Pitch and also executive produces, attended a screening of the pilot held for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles on Sunday on the Fox lot. Pitch, which stars Kylie Bunbury as Ginny Baker, a pitcher who becomes the first woman to play Major League Baseball, is set to air Sept. 22. Its message for women participation in sports, as well as the job responsibilities of a director, were the subject of focus during the Q&A with Barclay following the screening. (The Hollywood Reporter collaborates with BBBSLA on its Women, which pairs ambitious inner-city girls with top-level female executives.) "I think we're very close to having a woman Major League player," said Barclay. "By visualizing it, by having the support of Major League Baseball, now all we have to do is find that one person who can take the mound and do it." Barclay, who has won two Primetime Emmys, each for his direction of NYPD Blue, started shooting the series five months ago. It took nearly a month to edit, and the entire pilot was filmed in just 14 days. "That's not a lot of time for the amount of baseball, the amount of action, and the amount of filming we had to do," Barclay explained. "And this is mostly complicated by the fact that Kylie is really pitching, and like a real professional pitcher, cannot pitch every day." The series also stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar as the catcher for the San Diego Padres, the team who drafts Ginny to the Major League. Through Ginny, the audience receives an inside look into locker room behavior, the pressures she is struggling with, and the negativity she is forced to confront. "We're hoping that one of the great things about Pitch," highlighted Barclay, "is that people seeing her (Ginny) out there and the struggle she's going through is going to soften the ground in order for something like this to really happen." Barclay will be directing four out of the series' 10 episodes, including the pilot and the finale. Other series he has directed or produced include ER, Sons of Anarchy, The West Wing, Glee, Cold Case and The Shield. He grew up as a Cubs fan in Chicago. "The tagline of this series," he said, "is 'a true story on the verge of happening.'" (Hollywood Reporter)

It took her 18 tries, but Amy Poehler has finally won an Emmy. Despite a stellar television career -- marquee roles on "Saturday Night Live," starring in her own prime-time network comedy series, getting rave reviews for co-hosting the Golden Globes -- the comedic actress has never received one of those gold Emmy statues. The streak ended at Saturday night's Creative Arts Emmys, when Poehler won for outstanding guest comedy actress. The award, which Poehler shared with Tina Fey for co-hosting the Christmas episode of "SNL," was historic in another way: It's the first time a duo has been nominated for the guest performer category, according to the Television Academy. (The win was Fey's ninth.) So many nominations with no wins feels like familiar terrain for the Emmys. Angela Lansbury, nominated 17 times, never won. And perhaps the most notable snub was that of Susan Lucci, the daytime soap opera star nominated 19 times before finally winning in 1999. Poehler has written about how terrible awards shows can be the nerves and ego. "Getting nominated for an award is very exciting. Anyone who says it is not is either lying or on a very strong beta blocker," she wrote in her 2014 book, "Yes Please." "The worst part of being nominated for any award is that despite your best efforts, you start to want the pudding," she wrote. "To combat this, I decided to distract myself in that awkward and vulnerable moment the 'winner' was announced. I decided to focus my attention on something I could control. Bits! Bits! Bits!" Those award show bits, which have involved everything from sitting on George Clooney's lap to donning a fake mustache, began with her first Emmy nomination in 2008. But if you were expecting Poehler to deliver an emotional acceptance speech like Lucci's (she made just about everyone in the room cry), too bad. Poehler and Fey weren't at Saturday night's Emmy event, the Associated Press reported. Bob Newhart accepted the award on their behalf. The win shared by Poehler and Fey came for an SNL episode in which they reprised their Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin impersonations, and anchored a hilarious, biting sketch, "Meet Your Second Wife." RuPaul Wins His First Emmy: "I Feel Like I'm in a Dream." RuPaul was the queen of the Creative Arts Emmys. In July, the RuPaul's Drag Race host received his first-ever Emmy nomination for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program, and on Sunday, he won that award, beating American Idol's Ryan Seacrest, Dancing With the Stars' Tom Bergeron, Hollywood Game Night's Jane Lynch, Little Big Shots' Steve Harvey and Project Runway's Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn. No one semmed more surprised than Ru himself. "I'm in a state of shock right now. I really did not expect this," he exclusively told E! News' Erin Lim during the Winners Walk backstage. "Honestly, I feel like I'm in a dream and it's not really happening." So, where will Ru keep his award? "It's still seeping in now. I honestly don't know," he admitted. "I really don't." RuPaul's Drag Race premiered on Logo in 2009, and earlier this year, the series was renewed for a ninth season (airdate TBD). RuPaul credited its contestants for his win, saying, "This so special for me because of the 100 plus girls who have so graciously told their stories on our show, who have traveled the world as ambassadors of...dancing to the beat of a different drummer." Visibility leads to acceptance, as the LGBT-oriented program has proven over the years. So while it was indeed a big night for RuPaul, he wanted to dedicate his award to "young people around the world, who see our show in Italy or South Africa, Australia or Japan, who know now that there's a way to navigate this life successfully on your own terms." The cult series was also nominated in another category: Outstanding Costumes for a Variety, Nonfiction or Reality Program category. However, The Wiz: Live!'s Rachel Attridge, Dana Burkart, Rory Powers and Paul Tazewell beat Zaldy Goco, RuPaul's Drag Race's costume designer. The 2016 Creative Arts Emmys will be televised Saturday at 8 p.m. on FXX. (Eonline)
