Gregg Sulkin Reveals Who Meghan Markle Really Is -- and Why She'd Make a Perfect Princess. Gregg Sulkin has an idea of what it's like to date Meghan Markle. After all, the 24-year-old British actor plays her love interest in the movie Anti-Social, which is being re-released as a "special edition" on V.O.D. in January 2017. He was familiar with his co-star's work on Suits before they began filming in Budapest several years ago, and they got to know each other better on their days off as they toured Hungary together. "She's the best," he tells Vanity Fair. "Out of all the actresses I've worked with in 12 years, I think she's my favorite." "She's a very special person," he adds. "She is such a talented actress. She's such a poised, well-mannered classy girl who takes work seriously, and who is very passionate, and we obviously spent a lot of time together. We were in a different country together where we knew nobody." Given how much he adores Markle, it's no surprise that Sulkin was upset to hear she had been harassed online after her relationship with Prince Harry was revealed. In fact, those very racist and sexist comments were what prompted the prince to publicly defend her in early November. Markle -- who's yet to give an interview about her romance with the 32-year-old prince -- is handling the scrutiny with dignity and grace, Sulkin says. "All I can say is this: If there is anyone who acts accordingly and acts well-mannered and in a classy, sophisticated way, [it's her]," he says of Markle, 35. "If I didn't know Meghan, and I [only] knew her characteristics, I would be nothing but proud for her to in the future one day potentially be a princess of our country, to represent our country. I don't think that there is anybody more suited and more respectful." In fact, the 24-year-old actor tells Vanity Fair, "I couldn't speak more highly of her." (Eonline)

With help from social media, the Vanderpump Rules star shared a childhood photo with the man known for hit songs like "Faith," "Careless Whisper" and many others. "Rest In Peace George. I'm heartbroken we never got to speak again after so many years," James shared in his first post. "I can't believe this has happened, please watch over me in heaven Godfather. Enjoy paradise I love you." James also shared a photo of his dad and George with the caption, "Dad and Yog... 'God takes angels when he needs them.' Thank you all for your messages, bless you all. Dad, I'll be with you soon and can't wait. I love you." According to reports, George was close friends with James' dad Andros Georgiou for many years. They would later have a falling out. Back in 2015, however, James wished the performer a happy birthday while expressing a desire to meet again. "I know it's been a long time, you're in my prayers," he wrote. "See you soon one day I hope." On Christmas Day, George's publicist confirmed to BBC that the singer-songwriter had passed away peacefully at home at the age of 53. Several supermodels featured in George's iconic music video for "Freedom!" also shared their tributes on social media. One day after news broke that the Wham! singer passed away at age 53, the music icon is receiving a touching tribute from a close friend. On Monday afternoon, Mariah took to her website where she shared a heartfelt message to the late singer. "George was only 53 at the time of his passing. He left us way too soon," the "Hero" singer shared. "He was a genius that gave us classics like 'Faith' as well as boundary pushing singles 'I Want Your Sex' and 'Father Figure.' He also gave us the FIRST modern Christmas classic with 'Last Christmas.'" Mariah also wanted to applaud George's actions away from the stage. For several years, George was an active ambassador for the LGBTQ community and pushed for "greater understanding, acceptance and love for all people." "He touched so many lives and inspired us all," Mariah wrote. "George Michael was an original. He changed music and his music changed lives." One memory Mariah won't soon forget is the single "One More Try" that served as a tribute to George's influence. Back in 2014, George thanked Mariah for recording the song which immediately touched her heart. "I'm so honored u like my rendition of 'One More Try,'" Mariah wrote. "You & this song have always meant so much to me. Fan & Friend for life." As Hollywood continues to pay tribute to a talented singer, many will choose to focus on his contributions to the music community including hit songs like "Careless Whisper," "One More Try" and "Freedom." "We'll continue to mourn the loss of an incredible artist and friend but his music will keep us smiling and dancing, forever," Mariah concluded. (Eonline)

Tess Holliday Says She 'Feels Like a Stranger' in Her Post-Baby Body: 'Each Day Feels Like a Battle.' Tess Holliday has always stood up to body shamers who have criticized her weight -- both before and during her pregnancy -- but since she gave birth to son Bowie Juniper in June, Holliday herself has been struggling to accept her body. The curvy model, 31, shared on Instagram Saturday her challenge with her post-baby body. "Each day feels like a battle to learn how to love my body postpartum," Holliday shared alongside photos of herself in a bra and underwear. "It's been six months, and my stomach is lower, my breasts are a different shape, [I have] new stretch marks, and I feel like a stranger in my body more than ever." Holliday admits that her body confidence issues have taken her by surprise. "I wasn't anticipating this at all," she writes. "I'm not used to looking in the mirror and feeling like I don't recognize myself, but sadly that's my reality some days. I debated on whether or not to post this, but I think it's important to be honest about what it's like to be a woman in the media who recently had a baby, and the pressure that's put on new moms to 'lose the baby weight.'" Holliday ends her emotional post with a reminder to herself and her followers that moms have to embrace the changes in their bodies -- even if that takes some time. "I was fat before, I carried a healthy baby and guess what, [I'm] still fat... and that's okay," she writes. "I have no New Years resolution to lose weight, but only to work on learning my new body and loving and nurturing it." She credits her partner Nick Holliday with being a support system while she goes through these changes, but acknowledges that she shouldn't be relying on external support to feel good about herself. "Not a day goes by that Nick doesn't tell me how beautiful I am, but it's not our partner's job to lift our spirits, we have to be our own cheerleaders," she says. "So that's what I will do -- take it day by day. It's a journey, not a race... and a beautiful one at that." (People)

Godchildren expected to share George Michael's $128M fortune. George Michael's massive $128 million estate is expected to be divided among his godchildren -- many the offspring of fellow celebrity pals, according to British press reports. Among those expected to get a share of the pop icon's fortune include Roman and Harley Kemp -- kids of Wham! bandmate Shirlie Holliman and Spandau Ballet bassist Martin Kemp, The Daily Mail reported. Michael was supposed to get together with Holliman's family on Boxing Day Monday before his shocking death. Roman told The Mail that Michael was "family to him" and someone he had known his entire life. Geri Halliwell's daughter Bluebell could also be in line for a cut, The Daily Mirror reported, although it's Michael's former lover, Kenny Goss, named as Bluebell's godfather and not the late Wham! singer despite his close ties to the former Spice Girls star. "Vanderpump Rules" star James Kennedy was another of Michael's godchildren, though the two had not seen each other in some time. "I'm heartbroken we never got to speak again after so many years, I can't believe this has happened, please watch over me in heaven Godfather," Kennedy wrote on Instagram. Michael's sisters Melanie and Yioda and boyfriend Fadi Fawaz are expected to be left money. Michael's wealth includes the $6.1 million Oxfordshire home where he died on Sunday, a $9.8 million home in north London, a $3 million crib in Los Angeles and a $4.3 million beach home in Sydney. Authorities have not officially declared Michael's cause of death, but have said it wasn't suspicious or the result of foul play. His manager has only said the pop icon died of "heart failure." Gabrielle Union and BET Settle Being Mary Jane Lawsuit. Gabrielle Union isn't done being Mary Jane. The actress and BET have reached a settlement in Union's multimillion-dollar breach of contract lawsuit against the network. In October, Union and her lawyers claimed the cabler and Being Mary Jane's producers had reneged on an agreement to have a substantial break between the show's fourth and fifth seasons. According to Union's lawyers, BET and the producers ignored the deal to allow for production to run back-to-back, thereby cutting costs. Union said she and BET previously agreed to 13-episode maximum seasons to accommodate for her movie career. Series producer Breakdown Productions was also a defendant in the lawsuit. In October, the network promised it was "committed to reaching a swift and positive resolution" with Union. In her filing, Union sought at least $3 million in general damages and a declaration that BET could not order more than 13 episodes for any season of Being Mary Jane. In a statement Tuesday, BET told Deadline it was "pleased to announce that they have reached an amicable agreement with Gabrielle Union and look forward to sharing the new season of Being Mary Jane with its loyal fans beginning Jan. 10, 2017." The terms of Union's settlement are unknown. E! News has reached out to Union's reps for comment. Being Mary Jane's season-four renewal was announced in January as part of the Television Critics Association's winter press tour. The pick-up news came as a bit of a surprise, considering that its creator and showrunner, Mara Brock Akil, exited as part of an overall deal she and her husband had signed with Warner Bros. in 2015. But the drama has been a strong performer for BET since it debuted as an original TV movie in 2013. In fact, every season of Being Mary Jane has ranked as the No. 1 scripted cable series among black viewers in the 18-49 demographic. (Eonline)

Justin Bieber doesn't want the media getting its mitts on his upcoming deposition video, so he wants its release blocked ... because if it's good enough for Trump ... The case was filed by ex-neighbor, who claims Justin terrorized him in 2014 in his Calabasas neighborhood ... egging his house and even spitting on him. The neighbor is so pissed off lawyers believe the depo will become a spectacle and it's unfair to put it out in the world. Besides, Justin says the lawsuit for emotional distress is BS, and he's already paid the guy $90k for the egging damage. Justin's lawyer actually cited Trump's order of protection in the Trump U lawsuit, saying sometimes privacy in lawsuits is a good thing. (TMZ)

"It's like you're watching this person from a point of view that has never seen before." As Samsonova explained, Jenner was involved in the creation of this three-minute film. "This one feels so much more mature," she added. "And not just because of the nudity." While some fans praised the clip as "sexy," noting Jenner's "perfect body," others criticized it at every angle. "Could have been nice but her blank facial expression kills it," barked one person. Another noted, "Seen better A Level media studies projects. She claims she's been permanently injured, physically and emotionally, and is suing for damages. (TMZ)

Movies

Nicolas Cage offered role of Ronald Reagan. Nicolas Cage is wondering whether the role of Ronald Reagan would damage his career. The Oscar-winning actor has been offered the lead in a movie that will show the conservative president in a flattering light, infuriating the liberal Hollywood crowd -- the opposite of "Reagan," the movie in which Will Ferrell was going to play the president as senile. Cage's publicist Stephen Huvane declined to discuss the new movie. "It's way too early in the development process," he said. But the field is open. Ferrell dropped "Reagan" in the spring after two of the late president's kids slammed the comedy about an ambitious intern tasked with convincing the addled commander-in-chief that he is an actor playing the president in a movie. 'Great British Bake Off' Ends BBC Run With 4.6M Viewers for Special, Well Below Regular Season Finale. The second part of a Christmas special of the show, which Channel 4 is taking over, aired on the U.K. public broadcaster Monday evening. Only about 4.6 million viewers tuned in as baking competition The Great British Bake Off said its farewell on the BBC with a holiday season special on Monday, according to data released on Tuesday. The U.K. public broadcaster earlier this year lost the show to Channel 4. The Monday night Boxing Day special that aired on flagship channel BBC One at 7 p.m. drew an average audience of 4.6 million viewers. The first part of the special had attracted an audience of 6.3 million at 4.45 p.m. on Sunday, Christmas Day. The Sunday special ranked second on British TV for the day behind the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special (7.2 million viewers), while Monday's Bake Off episode fell behind ITV's Coronation Street (nearly 6.0 million viewers), the BBC's EastEnders (5.9 million), ITV's Emmerdale (5.6 million) and the BBC's The Witness for the Prosecution (4.7 million). The holiday special ratings for Bake Off were well below the hit show's record 14.0 million overnight viewers for the final episode of its regular season, according to overnight data released by BBC representatives at the time. Big shows in Britain have often attracted smaller overnight audiences over the Christmas holidays in recent years amid changing viewing behavior. The consolidated audience figures, including catch-up viewing, end up higher. Bake Off was a modest hit when it premiered in 2010 on BBC Two. But the good-natured competition show was later moved to flagship channel BBC One and ended up becoming one of the biggest shows in U.K. history. Channel 4 earlier this year unveiled a three-year deal for the show, snatching it from public broadcaster BBC and causing much debate. The move is effective following the end of this season. Channel 4 said the first Bake Off content planned is a celebrity version of the show in 2017 from production firm Love Productions. Hosts Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc immediately said that they would quit the show when it leaves the BBC. Bake Off will also lose Judge Mary Berry, but fellow judge Paul Hollywood will continue on the show for three seasons under a deal reached with Channel 4. The BBC has been developing new shows with Berry, Perkins and Giedroyc. (Hollywood Reporter)
