Mick Jagger Welcomes His 8th Child at Age 73. Mick Jagger is a dad again! The 73-year-old British Rolling Stones frontman has welcomed his eighth child. His American girlfriend Melanie Hamrick, a 30-year-old professional ballet dancer, gave birth to the couple's first baby together Thursday. "Melanie Hamrick & Mick Jagger's son was born today in New York and they are both delighted," the singer's rep told E! News. "Mick was at the hospital for the arrival. Mother and baby are doing well and we request that the media respect their privacy at this time." The name of the couple's baby was not revealed. Jagger and Hamrick reportedly began their relationship in 2014 and have kept it private. His rep announced the ballerina's pregnancy in July. The rocker has seven other children, four daughters and three sons ages 18 to 47, with four exes. He also has five grandchildren. Jagger and Hamrick's newborn son is already a great-uncle; Jagger became a great-grandfather in 2014 when granddaughter Assisi Jackson gave birth to a baby girl. Jagger's band mate Ronnie Wood, 69, is also a new dad again; He and wife Sally Humphreys, 38, welcomed twin daughters in May. The musician has four other children from previous relationships, as well as six grandchildren. (Eonline)

Tom Hanks' Son Chet Hanks Reveals He Secretly Welcomed a Daughter. Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson's son Chet Hanks shared important news with his followers: he secretly welcomed a baby girl. Chet, who has been candid about his struggles with substance abuse, revealed the information in an emotional video on Instagram. "I know I've been not that active on the 'Gram lately because I've been figuring out my life, which is what we're all doing, and social media's all bulls--t anyway. With that being said, I want to share something today because it's about to be shared anyway in the press, which is the fact that I have a daughter," he said in the video. "I do have a daughter. She's the best thing that's ever happened to me." Chet credited his baby with helping him to get clean. "She's the reason why I turned my life around and got sober. I've been sober for over a year and a half from everything," he continued. "I don't share on her on Instagram. I don't post her on Instagram because her privacy is sacred to me. She is sacred to me. She is not something to be posted. She's something that I love, that's changed my life, but the fact is she's about to be shared with everybody so I wanted you to hear it from me...because I'm a real person." He ended the video with a candid admission about having to live his life in the spotlight despite his troubled past. "It hasn't been easy making all my mistakes in public but I'm figuring it out," he said. "I'm doing the best that I can. Love you." Chet's captioned the video with another brief explanation. "No disrespect to people that post their kids, I just I never wanted her to be dragged into the negativity surrounding my past," he wrote. Last year Chet, who had in the past gone by the rapper name Chet Haze, opened up about his substance abuse in another video. After reports claimed he had gone missing, Chet addressed the rumors. "Hey I just want to say, I know, like, my name's been in the media about me like, going missing or getting kidnapped or something...I've been in rehab," he said. "I've been trying to get my s--t together and I'm doing pretty damn good, you know what I'm saying? "I just had to really take a look at myself and my life and the way s--t was going and all the crazy, stupid s--t I was doing and just finally admit to myself that it wasn't working, and I had to try something new and that thing was to not do any drugs or alcohol," he added. Niall Horan looked like he knew he had just let a giant cat out of the bag leaving one of L.A.'s most expensive baby stores with a basket of pink stuff. Niall's old 1D bandmate, Liam Payne, and his partner, Cheryl Cole, are reportedly expecting in early 2017, but haven't revealed the sex of their baby. Naturally 1D fans jumped to the conclusion the girly stuff Niall's toting is for the couple. Of course, it's possible the basket is for someone else ... after all, it is the holidays and Liam and Cheryl are hunkered down in London. (TMZ)

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Wear Matching Bracelets After Secret Rendezvous. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might be miles and miles apart physically, but they're keeping each other incredibly close in other ways. The Suits actress was all smiles in Canada after sharing a secret rendezvous with her royal beau. Markle, who was bundled up in a long jacket and beanie hat, also put another accessory on display: the "his and hers" beaded bracelet she and the redheaded royal both have. Markle wore the blue piece of jewelry prominently over her jacket sleeve for all to see. Harry, who attended a charity event Wednesday in England, was also seen wearing his beaded bracelet. Despite the long distance between them, this couple makes sure to always have a piece of each other on them. Over the weekend, Markle also wore a $240 Maya Brenner gold necklace with the letters "M" and "H" on the chain. E! News learned that Prince Harry flew directly to Canada to squeeze in some time before the holidays after spending a few weeks in the Caribbean on a royal tour. "Harry has been traveling and wanted to make time to see Meghan," a source told us. "They wanted their time together to be private." Kensington Palace declined to comment on reports that Harry's secret change in travel plans went against Royal protocol, and E! News learned his trip was kept under wraps to avoid causing a spectacle. There's no saying when these two will reunite again, but we've heard they'll be seeing each other again sometime in December. The couple's relationship first went public in October, but Prince Harry confirmed it when he released a statement defending his girlfriend against harassment. Shortly after, Markle flew to London to spend a few days with him at Kensington Palace. (Eonline)

Sia and Husband Erik Anders Lang Separate After Two Years of Marriage. Sia's got thick skin and an elastic heart, even in the face of heartache. E! News can confirm the "Cheap Thrills" singer and her husband Erik Anders Lang are splitting after two years of marriage. "After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple," the pair said in a statement to E! News. "We are, however, dedicated to remaining friends. There will be no further comment." While the private couple enjoyed much of their relationship away from the spotlight, the pair was able to make a couple red carpet appearances during their marriage. Most recently, the twosome held hands while attending a pre-Grammys party presented by Spotify in February 2016. Sia and her husband were also able to hold a private wedding ceremony a mere two months after making their engagement public at a New York City gala. Back in August 2014, the couple said "I Do" at Sia's home in Palm Springs, Calif. "Omg omg I'm so excited," she tweeted to her followers hinting that something special was about to go down. Music fans will easily recognize Sia as the voice behind David Guetta's smash-hit "Titanium" and Flo Rida's "Wild Ones." She also has no trouble selling out arenas thanks to her own hit singles including "The Greatest," "Chandelier" and "Elastic Heart." In fact, the singer earned herself two Grammy nominations including Best Pop Vocal Album category for This Is Acting. Perhaps a nice surprise during what may just be a tough week. People was first to report the separation. (Eonline)

Game of Thrones' Maisie Williams' Private Photos Leaked But "Are Not Explicit in Nature," Rep Says. A girl has the right to privacy. Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark on Game of Thrones, recently became the latest celebrity to have had private photos stolen and distributed without her permission. Vacation pics showing the 19-year-old actress sitting topless on a rock and undressing with a group of friends near an ocean were posted on her private social media account and reposted on public websites like Reddit. Her rep confirmed the photos were authentic. "The images online were shared from Maisie's personal social media account," the rep told Page Six Wednesday. "The images are not explicit in nature, but pictures of Maisie and close friends at a spa at a recent visit in Japan." Williams have recently traveled to the country to protest the hunting of dolphins and the usage of them in stage shows. Many female celebs have had private photos leaked but they were mostly victims of hacking, carried out via stolen passwords. In October, a man received an 18-year prison sentence for hacking private accounts of many female celebs, which led to the online release of nude and other photos. In 2012, another hacker was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the same reason. Both cases involved FBI investigations. "I was just so afraid," Jennifer Lawrence, a past celebrity hacking victim, told Vanity Fair in 2014. "I didn't know how this would affect my career." "It is not a scandal," she added. "It is a sex crime. It is a sexual violation. It's disgusting." Scarlett Johansson, who has also had racy photos stolen and leaked, told CNN in 2011, "Just because you're in the spotlight or just because you're an actor or make films doesn't mean you're not entitled to your own personal privacy. No matter what the context, when that is sieged in some way it feels unjust, it feels wrong." (Eonline)

Kanye West refuses to be the Kardashian family's "next casualty," a source told Page Six amid reports that Kim Kardashian wants a divorce. "People around him are like, 'He needs to get away from those crazy people.' It's just a curse over there. Anything with the Kardashians is tarnished and .?.?. they're opportunistic people who completely take advantage of him. Even [Kanye's] like, 'F?-?-?k this, I'm not going to be the next casualty," a source told us, referencing how the men connected to the family including Khloe's ex-husband, Lamar Odom, Kim's ex-husband Kris Humphries and Kourtney's baby daddy, Scott Disick, have all been demonized in one way or another. While sources close to the family tell Page Six there has been tension in Kimye's marriage since Kim's Paris robbery, another source close to West insists, "The divorce stuff is totally untrue. If anything -- with everything that's been going on between the robbery and this episode with him -- it's brought them closer. Kim has been right by his side and they've gotten closer than ever through it. They were even out on a date Wednesday night. [The divorce rumor] is completely bogus and lame because it makes her look like she's abandoning him in his time of need. It's totally wrong. His friends want to be supportive of them and of her." We're told Kardashian has been supportive and by his side since he was rushed to the hospital last month, and things are slowly getting better for the rapper. "He's doing really good. He's with his kids and Kim at home, and he's been recording. He's not recording in a hard-core way, but he has a studio set up and is feeling inspired. His creative juices are flowing, and he's determined to make the best album of his career. There's no timeline. He's not rushing toward it, but he doesn't stop thinking about his creative projects," the second source added. (Page Six)

Brad Pitt thinks he's getting the short end of the stick when it comes to his visitation time with his kids, and has a plan to change that -- but unfortunately for him, their child therapists don't agree. Brad and Angelina Jolie's lawyers filed a series of emails for Wednesday morning's hearing. In one of them his attorney, Lance Spiegel, says despite Brad complying with every aspect of the child therapy process ... "the therapy team has ignored or disregarded issues that [Brad] has raised." He's not specific about the issues. It's clear from the docs Brad is frustrated by the limited amount of time he gets with his 6 kids ... 1 visit per week. The issue is, Brad signed a temporary custody deal months ago in which he agreed -- along with Angelina -- they would both let the therapists call the shots. The emails from Brad's attorney suggest he's trying to circumvent that deal. In fact, Spiegel says "Regardless of [the therapists'] views, there is no reason for Brad not to request court orders" for more access to the kids. In late November, Brad's lawyer asked if Angelina would agree to the following schedule in December: One session with the twins (Knox and Vivienne), one session with the middle kids (Zahara and Shiloh), one session with the twins AND the middle kids and one session with the older kids (Maddox and Pax). The sessions would be monitored and 30-60 minutes long. Spiegel adds, if Maddox and Pax don't want to see him ... Brad wants an extra session with the other 4 kids. Angelina's team turned down the offer. Her attorney, Laura Wasser, fired off a very firm response saying Brad's team is ignoring what therapists feel is best for the kids. She implores them to give the therapists a chance to "tell us how the kids are feeling." As we reported, Brad was shut down in his effort to keep the case sealed ... but it's now clear from these emails he's determined to spend more time with his brood, ASAP. (TMZ)

Angelina Jolie is imploring Brad Pitt to help find a new professional to help them and their children deal with the "trauma" of what happened on their private jet 3 months ago. Angelina's attorney fired off an email to Brad's legal team on December 1, proposing they "participate in joint sessions with a trauma specialist so that they may learn how to best support and interact with their children." The request makes it clear -- Jolie thinks the kids are so bad off because of what they witnessed on the plane, and the therapy process they've been going through isn't getting the job done. As we've reported, both sides agreed in September to attend family therapy sessions as part of their temporary custody agreement. Another sign the situation is still dire -- in docs, Brad's attorney suggested their 2 eldest boys, Maddox and Pax, might not want to visit with their dad. One source tells us the boys walked out of one session in the past, and have refused to attend others. It's important to note ... DCFS closed out its investigation after concluding Brad did nothing that warranted official action. DCFS could have referred the case to dependency court if it felt the kids were in danger, or recommended criminal prosecution ... it did neither. It's unclear if he's responded to Angelina's request. Steely Dan rocker Donald Fagen and his musician wife, Libby Titus, are suing their East 92nd Street co-op board, claiming their neighbors are mismanaging the building. Fagen and Titus say they want to investigate problems that include "the apartment building's general state of disrepair and the diminution of the corporations' value," according to the Manhattan Supreme Court suit. The board members did not return a message seeking comment. (Page Six)

George Jung, the guy Johnny Depp played in "Blow," is back in jail for violating his parole, but he's blaming it all on his manager. Sources close to the infamous cocaine smuggler tell us George took a trip to San Diego to make a little cash for appearing at an event. We're told he couldn't get a hold of his parole officer, but Jung says his manager insisted it'd be okay ... since it was only a 4 hour work trip. That wasn't the case. He was arrested Tuesday when he got home to Sacramento. According to jail records ... George, who was released in 2014 after serving 20 years for running drugs, was booked in Sacramento County jail on Dec. 6. He's not eligible for bail, given his record, so he's still behind bars until his next court date. (TMZ)

Greg Lake, a co-founder of the British rock band Emerson, Lake & Palmer, died at the age of 69 on Wednesday, December 7, manager Stewart Young confirmed. Young announced the news on Lake's official Facebook page on Thursday. " December 7th, I lost my best friend to a long and stubborn battle with cancer," he wrote. "Greg Lake will stay in my heart forever, as he has always been. His family would be grateful for privacy during this time of their grief." Lake's bandmate Carl Palmer also spoke out about his longtime friend. "Greg's soaring voice and skill as a musician will be remembered by all who knew his music and recordings he made with ELP and King Crimson," the 66-year-old drummer told Rolling Stone in a statement. "I have fond memories of those great years we had in the 1970s and many memorable shows we performed together." Lake's death comes just nine months after the passing of their fellow bandmate Keith Emerson. Emerson, the group's keyboardist, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head at his Santa Monica, California, home on March 11. He was 71. "Having lost Keith this year as well has made this particularly hard for all of us," Palmer added in his statement. "As Greg sang at the end of Pictures at an Exhibition, 'death is life.' His music can now live forever in the hearts of all who loved him." The trio formed the progressive band in 1970, with Lake as the singer and bassist. They released six platinum-selling albums and sold more than 48 million records. They briefly disbanded in 1979, reunited in 1991 and went on to tour in 2010. Some of their greatest hits include "Lucky Man," "Karn Evil 9," "Fanfare for the Common Man" and "From the Beginning." In 1975, Lake released the single "I Believe in Father Christmas" as a solo artist. Lake is survived by his wife, Regina, and daughter, Natasha. (US Weekly)

THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Here's Why Johnny Depp Earned the Top Spot on Forbes' Most Overpaid Actor List Once Again. Johnny Depp may not be too thrilled with his latest honor. For the second year in a row, the Pirates of the Caribbean star has earned the No. 1 spot on Forbes' annual Most Overpaid Actors list. According to the publication, Johnny returned just $2.80 at the box office for every $1 he was paid on them. The calculations were based on the last three films each actor starred in before June 2016 excluding animated films. In Johnny's case, Alice Through the Looking Glass is one of the biggest films during that time period. The movie grossed just $300 million on a $170 million budget. One of the biggest takeaways Forbes argues is the fact that star power doesn't always equal dollar signs for popular movie franchises. Will Smith came in second place by returning $5 for every $1 he was paid thanks to lower-performing movies including Focus and Concussion. Perhaps one of the biggest surprises to come from the list is Channing Tatum. While he found huge success with Magic Mike XXL -- it earned $122 million on a $14 million budget -- his movie average decreased after disappointing sales on Jupiter Ascending. Ultimately, the top names on Forbes' annual list don't have much to worry about at all. After all, everyone still has major projects lined up in the year ahead. John Legend Performs Joe Giudice's Song for Teresa Giudice. Christmas came early for Teresa Giudice. In mid-October, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star told E! News that Joe Giudice had done something extra special to celebrate their 17th wedding anniversary. "He said he had a surprise for me, and that he wrote me a song," Teresa said of Joe, who is incarcerated right now. "I gotta pitch it out there: He wants John Legend to sing it to me. So, we'll see. You never know!" A week later, Teresa floated the idea to Andy Cohen during an appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live. "He sent me the song and then he wrote in there that he would love for John Legend to sing it to [me]," Teresa, 45, told Andy. "You never know! Maybe season eight." Andy facilitated the performance when John appeared on his show Wednesday night. "When I heard this, it made me crazy," he said. "I have the words and a keyboard right here. I know that I'm putting you on the spot, but John Legend, can you make Joe Giudice's dream come true?" John laughed and asked, "Why are you doing this to me?" "Because we love you!" Andy replied. With fellow guest Trevor Noah by his side, Legend performed part of Joe's ditty. "Because I'll love you forever / I'll never lie, no never," he sang. "'Cause you are my baby / My empress, my lady / Teresa, you are my I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I heaven / Oh, You're my I, I, I, I, I, I, I heaven." After the performance ended, the Grammy winner marveled at the simplicity of Joe's lyrics. "I swear, on the lyrics it says 'my' and then comma 'I' comma 'I' comma 'I' 'heaven,'" said John, who added that he wrote the melody. "I just made it up right there," he said. "Improvisation." This Christmas will be the first of many that Teresa and Joe spend apart. "I'm not hosting Christmas Eve this year," Teresa told E! News in November. "I'm going to my brother's again, because it's just us. Being home is just kind of going to be sad, so I didn't want to be home." Teresa added that she and her daughters will be with Joe's family on Christmas Day. "It's nice to spend the holidays with family, because we don't get to see them that much," the mom of four explained. "The girls like to be with their family. They have a lot of cousins." (Eonline)

Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton are "really happy" -- but the engaged couple admits that they've "been through a lot" in their months-long relationship. Since finding love and getting engaged on season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise, the former Bachelor and Bachelorette stars have moved in together in Stanton's Orange County home and are finding their new normal. "We're enjoying life, enjoying the kids and having a good time. We love each other. We're having a blast," Murray, 32, told Entertainment Tonight at 102.7 KIIS-FM's Jingle Ball on Friday. Although Stanton, who is a single mother of two, says that the couple's relationship has gotten stronger since the cameras stopped rolling this past summer, she admits that the duo has endured "a lot in the past couple months." "I mean, kind of merging our families together. He brought his dog with him, he's meeting my kids, so, we've done a lot, but I feel like we've definitely gotten stronger out of it. We're really happy," the Bachelor alum, 26, says. To get to that place of happiness, Murray notes that "we've been through the gauntlet for sure," but he is pleased with his decision to move across the country to be with his bride-to-be and her two daughters. "It's been a great decision. I love her little ones more than anything, so we're having a lot of fun out here and we're excited." Shortly after he popped the question to Stanton, the 32-year-old gushed about being in love. "Amanda is an amazing woman. She is the best woman I've ever met in my entire life... She's beautiful not only on the outside, but it radiates on the inside, and that's what I love the most about her," he said about Stanton. "She has a calming factor that helps out in tough situations that we had to take on during this entire journey." (People)

Caroline Stanbury, the British-born star of Bravo's Ladies of London, lived in the English metropolis for 24 years before deciding to move to Dubai at the end of August with her Turkish-born husband Cem Habib, 42, and their three children -- Yasmine, 10, and twin boys Zack and Aaron, 6. "I've lived in London since I was 16," she told Harpers Bazaar Arabia in their December issue. "I really enjoy a change and challenge." While she still has her home on the outskirts of London, and travels back there for filming, Stanbury said she's "much more zen" in her tranquil new digs -- a far cry from the drama of reality TV. "I need green," the 40-year-old star said. "I grew up in Dorset (a county in rural England) and if I don't have green I feel suffocated." Her home is a villa named Al Barari -- a seven-bedroom suite complete with spa, gym, pool, lush gardens, and "an amazing restaurant." "Al Barari was discreet, secure and has everything I need," she explained. "So if I really want to be lazy I don't have to move!" Stanbury worked with friend Bianca Ladow's London-based luxury interior design and property development company Earlcrown Design to overhaul the space before moving in. The process, which took six weeks to complete, will be depicted in Ladies of London's third season, now airing on Bravo. "It was very dark, lots of dark wood," she said of the space before the redesign. "So I painted all the windows, doors, walls and ceilings white. The kitchen I changed to pale Dior grey." She said her inspiration was Los Angeles living, with it bright white light and pops of color. It's a big contrast from the more traditional home she has in the U.K. Stanbury even went as far to design all the furniture herself, and will launch The Caroline Stanbury range for Earlcrown online soon. It ETHAN MANN will include sleek chairs, sofas and tables that look great, but are also built for working moms. The dining table chairs, for example, are made of suede-effect fabric that can be wiped clean. "I like it to be perfect, like a hotel," Stanbury said, of her immaculate style. "[But] I wanted it to feel cozy, like my children are next to us, which is nice for them." She's also not afraid to be playful -- even looking for a bronze giraffe to stand by the front gate. "You can have fun with a house like this," she said. Her favorite room in her house may just be her closet. The room was originally a bedroom, but was converted to house Stanbury's ever-growing wardrobe. As a former stylist in London, she ran a luxury online shopping site called The Gift Library for seven years before shutting it down earlier this year. Though even her former, more-polished look has relaxed in Dubai. "Now [that] I've turned 40, I don't want any of that," she told the magazine. "... I'm much more relaxed here. I wear denim cut-offs, shirts, T-shirts, jeans and ?ip ?ops most days." "Everything that I used to wear aged me," she added. "I'm planning on going backward. I'm calling myself Benjamin Button from now on!" Ladies of London airs Tuesdays at 10:00 p.m. EST on Bravo. (People)

Following her messy divorce from Jason Hoppy, Bethenny Frankel has launched a program to help other women in "crisis." "This idea came to fruition because I was experiencing emotional distress and felt hopeless and a little bit, dare I say, depressed," the "Real Housewives of New York" star told Page Six at Wednesday's Women Helping Women Benefit Breakfast. She also noted of her fame, "I think that was surprising to women because I'm successful, I have a powerful personality and I was going through my own personal crisis." After nearly two years of legal drama, including a nasty custody battle over now-6-year-old daughter Bryn, Frankel and Hoppy finalized their divorce this July. The single mom -- who teamed up with Dress for Success to launch her new B Strong: Find Your Yes initiative -- stressed the importance of women being financially self-sufficient. "You have to find your own financial independence, you have to be able to stand on your own two feet," the Skinnygirl founder said. "B Strong is going to be giving legal advice, life coaching and kind of surround someone with the resources they need to help them get out of a crisis." Frankel's boyfriend, Dennis Shields, and "Housewives" pal Carole Radziwill both attended Wednesday's event to support her. (Page Six)

Soulja Boy's negotiating a cease-fire with Shia LaBeouf ... terms and conditions apply. The rapper tells TMZ he's willing to give Shia a hall pass to return to the ATL if the actor can help him cross over into movies -- and a particular big budget one too. Meghan Trainor Cancels Rest of 2016 Tour Dates Due to Illness. Meghan Trainor has fallen ill and will no longer perform for the rest of the year. The 22-year-old "All About That Base" and "Dear Future Husband" singer announced on Instagram Thursday that a doctor has put her on "strict vocal rest" for the next two weeks, which means her remaining 2016 tour dates, which included mainly performances at Jingle Ball concerts, have been canceled. "I posted last week that I wasn't feeling great, but was powering through the best that I could," Trainor wrote. "Unfortunately, I am not feeling any better and after leaving the doctor today, I have been put on a strict vocal rest for the next two weeks." "This absolutely kills me because I was so excited to see all of you on the road," she said. "I'm going to go home and rest so I can get back to see you all as soon as I can. I love you so much and am so appreciative of your love and support that you constantly show me. You mean everything to me. Can't wait to see you in 2017! Love MTRAIN." Trainor had been scheduled to perform at the 96.5-FM TIC All Star Christmas concert in Connecticut Thursday, at Z100's Jingle Ball 2016 in Madison Square Garden in New York City Friday, at HOT 99.5-FM's Jingle Ball 2016 in Washington D.C. Monday, at Power 96.1-FM's Jingle Ball 2016 in Atlanta on Dec. 16 and at the Y100 Jingle Ball 2016 concert in Florida on Dec. 18. Trainor had in recent days performed at 102.7 KIIS-FM's Jingle Ball 2016 in Los Angeles and at the 99.7-FM NOW! Triple Ho Show 7.0 concert in San Jose, California. In the summer of 2015, Trainor suffered a vocal cord hemorrhage and also contracted bronchitis and canceled the rest of her MTrain tour to undergo vocal cord surgery. She told Billboard months later that after the operation and some voice training, she was "singing better than ever." "Four weeks after surgery, I started seeing Eric Vetro, a vocal coach in L.A.," Trainor said. "I had never had professional training, and I'm now learning how to breathe properly. Eric got me singing in a place that I have always wanted to be -- really high and pretty." (Eonline)

Dove Cameron Outsang Ariana Grande In Their Hairspray Live Song. America, we need to quit sleeping on Dove Cameron -- because the Disney star absolutely CRUSHED her live TV musical debut. The Liv and Maddie star played the villainous Amber Von Tussle, a.k.a. Tracy Turnblad's snobby, racist dance (and romantic) rival, in NBC's Hairspray Live. In the early number "Mama, I'm a Big Girl Now," Amber, Tracy (newcomer Maddie Baillio) and Tracy's BFF Penny (Ariana Grande) sing about the cruel reality of teenage life (they're not girls, but they're not yet women, you know?), and Dove certainly made her presence known. Don't kill us for saying this, Arianators, but she even managed to out-sing Grande. Listen, Ariana sounded great (and our bodies are literally in no way ready for her outrageous closing duet with Jennifer Hudson), but Dove was the true star of this song. And that's not even taking her late-show number "Cooties" into account. If you're unfamiliar with Dove's work, here's where you can find her: as Mal, the daughter of Maleficent, in the delightful Disney Channel Original Movie Descendants (and 2017's Descendants 2), as both Liv and Maddie in the Disney series of the same name, and the band she started with former fiance and Liv and Maddie costar Ryan McCartan. Cameron and McCartan also made headlines this year when they ended their engagement. Fingers crossed that after her scene-stealing (and song-stealing!) turn in Hairspray Live, we'll see her in some non-Disney Channel projects as well. Do you think Dove outsang Ariana? Are you kind of sad there isn't more Amber Von Tussle in Hairspray? Hairspray Live will re-air on Monday, Dec. 26 at 8 p.m. on NBC. (Eonline)

Kanye West's bounce back from the mental breakdown could come sooner than expected -- the recovery process has his creativity flowing again, and a new album could be in the offing. Sources close to Kanye tell TMZ ... since he got home, he's been more relaxed and focused. We're told Kanye's built a temporary studio in their Bel-Air mansion so he can have the privacy he needs to get healthy, while also making new music as ideas come to him. Our sources say Kanye's comparing the breakdown, and 8-day hospital stay, to his near-fatal car crash and his mother's death. We're told he feels he created some of his best work -- "Through The Wire" and '808s' -- after those crises. As we reported, Kanye started melting down when he stopped taking prescribed doses of his usual meds for psychological issues. We're told he's kept that under control since leaving the hospital, and he's in such a creative space ... an album's worth of material is a real possibility. (TMZ)

Don't Miss the Very First Baywatch Trailer Starring Zac Efron's Abs and Dwayne Johnson's Biceps. And suddenly we forget how to swim... The very first trailer for Baywatch dropped Thursday, and let's just say this particular group of lifeguards are quite a bit sicker than your average. Both Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson are featured in the sneak peek, but it's either star's gym-toned six-pack and arms that really caused a major splash for moviegoers. The lifeguards need to "restore the Baywatch brand" -- and their buff bods may be the ticket. Joining Zac and Dwayne in the big screen reboot of the popular TV series from the '90s is Charlotte McKinney, Priyanka Chopra, Kelly Rohrbach, Alexandra Daddario, Ilfenesh Hadera and Jon Bass. Baywatch alums David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson will also reprise their iconic, red swimsuit-rocking roles in the flick. E! News recently caught up with both Priyanka and Kelly for some top secret dish on Baywatch. The Quantico actress will take on Johnson and his lifeguard squad as the film's titular villain, a role she couldn't bear to pass up: "How many people take on 'The Rock?!' See, that'll be a notch on my list." Chopra added, "I think Baywatch will be a summer blockbuster and I'm not just saying it because I'm in it. I saw a bunch of scenes right now and it's the funniest movie ever. Dwayne and Zac Efron have the best chemistry, and I come and interrupt their chemistry." As for Rohrbach, she'll tackle Anderson's character CJ Parker. Of picking the perfect beachwear for the role, Kelly told E! News' Marc Malkin, "It was a process... We re-tailored it and restructured it 10 different times...They wanted to revamp it and make it modern. They added zippers. At first there was a collar and we took that off so we sort of played around with it. It took us about a month to get it right." The beach babe also called the movie "really" R-rated, explaining, "My romantic interest Jon Bass has a really funny scene with something getting stuck in a beach chair." Something tells us we'll have to wait for Baywatch to hit on theaters May 19, 2017 for that cringe-worthy part. (Eonline)

Box-Office Preview: Can 'Office Christmas Party' Topple 'Moana'? The holiday comedy is the only new film opening nationwide this weekend, while critical darling 'La La Land' debuts in New York and Los Angeles. Paramount's Office Christmas Party hopes to party hard this weekend at the North American box office, where it is the only new film opening nationwide. The ensemble holiday comedy is tracking to open in the high-teens, although Paramount is being more cautious in suggesting $13 million-$15 million. Office Christmas Party, directed by Will Speck and Josh Gordon, stars Jason Bateman, Olivia Munn, T.J. Miller, Jillian Bell, Courtney B. Vance and Rob Corddry. Kate McKinnon and Jennifer Aniston co-star. Office Christmas Party, about a group of employees trying to win over a prospective client by throwing a decadent holiday bash, cost $45 million to make. Partners on the film include DreamWorks and Reliance Entertainment. Moana, the latest hit from Disney Animation Studios, is tipped to earn $18 million in its third weekend and could stay easily parked at the top of the domestic chart. The family film has grossed north of $183 million to date worldwide (it's rolling out slowly overseas). The first part of December is known for being relatively quiet in terms of big event films as Hollywood prepares for the Christmas crush. This year, the holiday season gets underway on Dec. 16 when Disney and Lucasfilm debut Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. There's plenty of action, however, at the specialty box office as awards contenders open or continue to expand. Debuting in New York and Los Angeles this weekend is critical darling La La Land, Damien Chazelle's musical starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. Lionsgate is opening La La Land in five theaters in New York and Los Angeles with hopes of posting one of the top location averages of the year to date. The film cost $30 million to make. EuropaCorp's specialty film Miss Sloane makes a major push this weekend after opening in four theaters last weekend. The political thriller, starring Jessica Chastain, will play in roughly 1,600 theaters beginning on Friday. Tom Ford's Nocturnal Animals is likewise making an aggressive play, upping its theater count from 127 locations to more than 1,000 in its fourth weekend. The Focus Features release has neared nearly $3 million to date. (Hollywood Reporter)

Candace Cameron Bure Announces Exit From The View. The exit door is swinging again at The View. Candace Cameron Bure announced Thursday that she will be leaving the show after less than two seasons. "It's a little bittersweet today because I'm announcing that I will be leaving The View," the 40-year-old mother of three told the in-studio audience. "It wasn't an easy decision," she continued. "Before I started The View, I had already had my commitments to Fuller House and my work with the Hallmark Channel...Because of the success of those, my commitments have become even greater with those shows." Bure became a co-host on the show in 2015 while simultaneously filming the sequel for Netflix. Her View contract was renewed for Season 20 this year and Fuller House was also picked up for a second season. In addition to a full work load, the star also attributed her departure to having to travel between both coasts on a regular basis. "The commute of going west coast to east coast every single week for me has been tough on me and hard for my family as well," she explained. "I want to make sure that I am able to spend as much time with my children." Despite the news, Bure expressed her gratitude to the women at the helm of the team. "I thank everybody -- Whoopi [Goldberg], Joy [Behar]...for welcoming me to this table. I've learned so much from you and I'm so grateful for you," she continued. "I tried to be superwoman, but I'm going to not try anymore." "With all the sex talk we do, you miss your husband!" Goldberg quipped. The actress will certainly be missed by The View family. "On behalf of everyone at 'The View,' it's been a pleasure working with Candace, a devoted mother, talented actress, and passionate co-host who never hesitated to speak her mind," Executive Producer Candi Carter said in a statement. "We are thrilled for her success with 'Fuller House' and her Hallmark movies. She will always be a part of 'The View' family and we will gladly welcome her back to the show to support her with all of her endeavors." The show's panel has consistently changed in recent years. Before Bure, Raven-Symone revealed in late October that she was leaving the show after less than two years to star in and produce her newest project, a That's So Raven sequel with Disney. Though Candace, Raven, Whoopi and Joy returned for Season 20, the panel also squeezed in entrances from Sara Haines, who was promoted to permanent co-host, and Jedediah Bila and Sunny Hostin, who were hired as guest co-hosts. Still, the View's table is only so big, so the faces tend to change regularly regardless. With this latest announcement, the years of rapid turnover since Barbara Walters' exit don't seem to have an end in near sight. With Goldberg's 1-year contract over after this season, fans may be asking themselves, "Who's next?" (Eonline)

Fuller House's Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber on Season 2 Changes, Growing Closer and the Olsen Twins. Believe it or not, the Full House costars have gotten even closer thanks to Fuller House. "Oh, for sure," Andrea Barber told E! News. "And I didn't think it was possible to get closer. Just seeing each other every day -- " "I'm actually moving into her house later," Jodie Sweetin joked. The cast of Full House remained close over the 20 years between Full House's end and Fuller House's beginning. "Our kids play together, it's very cool. It's a full circle moment," Barber, Kimmy Gibbler on the series, said. "It's amazing. We've remained close over the past 20 years, but obviously you start working together again and that just kind of becomes more and more routine," Sweetin, Stephanie Tanner on Fuller House, added. Nearly every series regular from Full House's run returned for Fuller House season one and will pop back up again for season two. Nearly being the operative word. Bob Saget, Lori Loughlin, Dave Coulier and John Stamos are all there. Even Blake and Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit returned as Nicky and Alex, Aunt Becky and Uncle Jesse's kids. Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen sat out Fuller House season one and season two. Season one featured plenty of jokes and gags related to the missing Michelle Tanner and season two is no different. A character breaks the fourth wall in the Thanksgiving episode of Fuller House season two and references the headline-making absence. "It's just: open invite," Sweetin said about the missing Olsen twins. "Door's always open, anytime they want to come," Barber added. In addition to Thanksgiving, Fuller House season two will also see the Tanner clan celebrate a bevy of holidays, from Christmas to Halloween. For Halloween, Sweetin donned a costume that would make the walkers on The Walking Dead jealous. "I did about four and a half hours of makeup... It was full Walking Dead... I didn't even recognize myself, literally looking in the mirror I couldn't see myself in there until I talked. It was a very strange experience," she said. Viewers will also see Sweetin's Stephanie get more involved with D.J.'s (Candace Cameron Bure) kids and develop her singing career more. She also gets a boyfriend, viewers got a little glimpse of her love life in action in the trailer where she's seen kissing... Jimmy Gibbler. Yes, Kimmy Gibbler's brother. "You meet Jimmy Gibbler and he's just as quirky as any Gibbler should be. Adam Hagenbuch who plays Jimmy Gibbler is a fantastic actor. I think audiences are going to fall in love with him," Barber said. Fuller House season two drops on Netflix on Friday, Dec. 9. (Eonline)

Carol's Back! The Walking Dead Finally Returns to the Kingdom in This Midseason Finale Sneak Peek. It's been six long weeks since The Walking Dead checked in on Carol and Morgan and their new lives at King Ezekiel's Kingdom, but that's all about to change. In this sneak peek of the AMC hit's midseason finale, exclusive to E! News, we get our first glimpse at the pair of begrudging buddies in some time and, we've got to say, life under Ezekiel's rule looks pretty peaceful. There are books to be read, fireplaces to enjoy, and more fresh produce than Carol (Melissa McBride) knows what to do with. "Apparently, some people are having a hard time believing me when I say I just want to be left alone," she tells Morgan (Lennie James) after he drops by with a sack of goodies from the Kingdom's garden, revealing that Ezekiel's been making frequent visits to Carol's little hideaway as well. The biggest surprise of all? Carol's growing soft spot for her former foe Morgan. After she invites him in just to ask him how he's doing, Morgan himself can barely contain his surprise at her newfound concern. "I think you're going soft," he cracks. "I think you're going," she replies, reverting back to classic Carol. Of course, if the surprise arrival at Carol's doorstep as Morgan goes to leave is any indication, the relative peace in the Kingdom looks poised for an interruption. This is The Walking Dead, after all. Are you as psyched about the return to the Kingdom as we are? (Bring on the tiger!) The Walking Dead midseason finale airs Sunday, Dec. 11 at 9 p.m. on AMC. Did Arrow Really Bring Back [Spoiler]? Well, Arrow sure does know how to do a midseason finale. Tonight, we got one step closer to finding out who Prometheus is, but that got kind of overshadowed by the fact that at the very end of the episode, Oliver entered the Arrow cave to find none other than...Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy)! Somehow, some way, the Canary is back, despite the fact that she definitely died last season at the hands of Damien Darhk. Is it for real? Is Oliver dreaming? Is this a Flashpoint thing? Are we being punk'd? We got a lot of questions, and unfortunately no answers until the show comes back in February, which is a real bummer. On one hand, we're going to be pretty annoyed if the show is bringing back yet another dead character, meaning a lot of the emotional impact of that death and of last season is totally void now. But on the other hand, last week's episode showed us that maybe, in order to get back to its roots like the show so desperately wants and needs to, bringing back a dead character or two is actually necessary. Guess we'll just have to wait and find out what this actually means! Elsewhere, Oliver and the team figured out that Prometheus is the son of Justin Claybourne, one of the men from Oliver's dad's list, who the Arrow had defeated several years ago. Prometheus staged a fight with the Green Arrow to look exactly like the fight that led to Claybourne's death, only instead of allowing Oliver to kill him, Prometheus captured and dressed up poor Billy, and Oliver accidentally killed him instead. So now Felicity's boyfriend is dead, just as she was getting used to introducing him as her boyfriend, and Felicity is real sad about it. To recap: Billy's dead, Laurel's alive somehow, and everything is both sad and confusing in Star City -- aka it's a typical night of Arrow. Arrow returns Wednesday, February 1 at 8 p.m. on the CW. Jennifer Lopez released a thrilling new teaser for NBC's next live musical Bye Bye Birdie. The "On The Floor" singer tweeted a video teasing the upcoming musical, in which she'll star, halfway through the East Coast performance of Hairspray Live! on Wednesday evening. The production will be titled Bye Bye Birdie Live! with Lopez playing Rose "Rosie" Alvarez, the secretary and girlfriend of Albert Peterson, a songwriter and music agent. The show is the latest in the network's series of live televised musicals, which include The Wiz, Peter Pan and The Sound of Music. Bye Bye Birdie and Lopez's involvement were announced in October by NBC Chairman Robert Greenblatt in a conversation moderated by PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly Editorial Director Jess Cagle at the Paley Center for Media in Los Angeles. "To have a superstar like Jennifer Lopez starring in this classic show, which every high school in America has done, will ensure that our holiday musicals continue to be must-see events for the whole family," Greenblatt said in a statement released to PEOPLE at the time. Greenblatt also revealed it was Lopez who suggested she step into the role originated by Chita Rivera, who starred opposite Dick Van Dyke in the original 1960 Broadway production of Bye Bye Birdie. "Broadway musicals and films fueled my childhood and Bye Bye Birdie was one of my favorites," Lopez said. "I'm proud to be a part of the NBC family with Shades of Blue and I thought it would be a blast to take on one of their big live musicals." Harvey Fierstein will adapt Bye Bye Birdie for the telecast; he also adapted and stars in Hairspray Live!(People)

Rumors keep kicking up that CBS will give "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" to James Corden. A TV insider told Page Six on Wednesday, "There's talk they will move 'The Late Show' to LA -- and replace Colbert with James Corden." But insiders close to "The Late Show" countered that Colbert's job is safe. And a source exclusively told Page Six that "The Late Show" is not moving to LA -- but that Colbert's producers are exploring taking the show to LA for a week of remote shows with Colbert. "They are just exploring going to LA for a week with Colbert," the source explained. Colbert's producers have been calling around to different venues in LA to accommodate "The Late Show," we hear -- including the Hollywood Pantages Theatre. But plans are preliminary. Hollywood first began buzzing last summer that Corden could replace Colbert. An insider told us, "They have been talking about this for a long time, but there's no chance it could happen before next fall. The talk is that CBS would offer Colbert the chance to do an edgier show at 12:30?a.m., which he is actually more suited to." But both Corden and CBS brass have adamantly denied the possibility. Corden told Howard Stern that it's "never gonna happen," and said to Variety, "I just think it's silly." CBS exec Glenn Geller told The Hollywood Reporter, "We have no plans to flip the two shows." Since the summer, Corden's career has gotten hotter. He's been picked to host the Grammys after his Carpool Karaoke segment has attracted the likes of Adele, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and, on Wednesday night, Madonna. But CBS has crowed that Colbert's ratings have been on the rise. The network's Les Moonves said at a UBS conference this week, "We now have Colbert and Corden, both are doing extraordinarily well. Colbert had a little bit of a rocky start, but his ratings are going way up, and James Corden has become an Internet sensation. So both of them are very profitable, which wasn't the case in the latter years of Letterman and our 12:30 show." (Page Six)

Hairspray Live Ratings: Big Hair Does Not Mean Big Audience. You can't stop the beat, but you can stop some viewers from tuning in it seems. Hairspray Live had an initial audience of 8.9 million viewers and a 2.3 rating in the coveted 18-49 demographic. This is down from The Wiz Live, NBC's last live musical offering. The broadcast aired from 8-10:54 p.m., so adjustments are expected to be made in total live viewership. However, NBC is touting Hairspray Live beat out Empire, Fox's ratings powerhouse, in total viewers. The live musical starred the likes of Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Martin Short, Harvey Fierstein, Dove Cameron, Kristin Chenoweth, Garrett Clayton, Maddie Baillio and Ephraim Sykes. NBC kicked off its live musical holiday tradition with The Sound of Music Live in 2013. Carrie Underwood and Stephen Moyer starred and the broadcast had 18.6 million viewers upon initial airing. Peter Pan Live starring Allison Williams followed in 2014, but ratings dropped to 9.2 million. The Wiz Live starring Queen Latifah, Mary J. Blige and Shanice Williams had 11.5 million viewers in 2015. Fox got in on the musical game in January 2016 with Grease: Live starring Julianne Hough, Vanessa Hudgens and Aaron Tveit. Grease: Live had 12.2 million viewers on Fox. These numbers don't factor in delayed viewing by way of DVR or on-demand. (Eonline)

Gayle King has signed a $16.5 million deal to remain co-host of "CBS This Morning" for another three years, Page Six can exclusively reveal. King has agreed to a three-year deal at $5.5 million per year to stay in the anchor chair with Charlie Rose and Norah O'Donnell. "CBS This Morning" is the only morning news broadcast to show a growth in viewers, up from last year to 3.77 million viewers total, while ABC declined and NBC remained flat, according to recent Nielsen figures. Plus, a source told us, "Gayle is a huge asset to the show, and her chemistry with Charlie is great. She's here for the long term." CBS News would not discuss the terms of the deal, but a rep confirmed to Page Six, "We have a long-term deal with Gayle." (Page Six)

Blast from the past -- or not? Revivals of fondly remembered 1990s series have taken the front seat for nostalgic TV lovers of late, with viewers enjoying such Netflix updates as Fuller House and Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. Sadly, Dawson's Creek fanatics may have to brace themselves, as Katie Holmes recently shared some potentially devastating news about the series that helped launch her career. "I don't think we're going to do a reunion," the alum of the teen dramedy series explained on SiriusXM's Just Jenny Show on Tuesday, December 6. When asked whether she keeps in touch with her former costars -- including James Van Der Beek (Dawson Leery), Michelle Williams (Jen Lindley) and Joshua Jackson (Pacey Witter) -- Holmes told host Jenny Hutt, "We did grow up, but we see each other every now and then." The Batman Begins star, 37, pointed out that while she might not be reprising the role of Joey Potter anytime soon, she still has very positive memories from her time filming the WB series that signed off in May 2003 after six seasons. "I think that the charm of the show was [series creator] Kevin Williamson's writing, and it was of that time, and it gave teenagers this voice," Holmes said. "It was a very, very special time -- a special show, and I loved every minute of it." In happier news for fans, the show's Williams and Van Der Beek were photographed hanging out together on Saturday, December 3, at a party thrown by Jeff Bezos and Matt Damon to fete the new film Manchester by the Sea. It's almost like they never left Capeside. (US Weekly)

Stephen Colbert Tells Pizzagate Conspiracy Theorists to "Grow the F -- Up". Colbert criticized Michael Flynn: "A guy who spreads this bullshit shouldn't be in charge of national security." Stephen Colbert addressed the Pizzagate conspiracy theory and its subsequent real-world consequences on Wednesday's The Late Show. The host started off by talking about the fake news epidemic, saying it's important to distinguish between real news, entertainment and fake stories. "I really hope you don't get your news from me because, news flash: This isn't news; this is entertainment," said Colbert. "Don't go to some anonymous guy on social media, because a lot of the news on social media is a lie." Colbert then explained the conspiracy theory behind Pizzagate: that Hillary Clinton and John Podesta were running a child sex ring out of a Washington, D.C., pizza restaurant, smuggling children in and out of tunnels connected to a basement (even though the pizzeria has no basement). The fake news story then became a real-life problem when a man who said he was investigating the theory fired an assault rifle in the popular pizza store Comet Ping Pong. Luckily, nobody was injured. "Apparently, some alt-right folks were combing through Clinton campaign emails hacked by Russia and published by WikiLeaks and noticed there seems to be more references to pizza and pizzerias than they had expected," said Colbert, "which can only mean one thing: secret sex ring." He said a lot of "uninformed, gullible people" fell for this conspiracy theory, including Donald Trump's national security adviser pick, Michael Flynn. Flynn tweeted a link to a story about the theory, telling his followers: "U decide." "OK, then I decide a guy who spreads this bullshit shouldn't be in charge of national security," said Colbert, adding a sarcastic compliment to the Trump transition team for responding to this by firing Flynn's son, who also spread the story on social media. Since Colbert mentioned pizza at the end of his special on Election Day, he was brought into the Pizzagate conspiracy. He was also criticized for a leaked email in which a Bill Clinton staffer took credit for booking the former president on The Colbert Report. Colbert teased conspiracy theorists and Info wars' Alex Jones for making a big deal out of Colbert conducting pre interviews. He joked that he's starting to think late-night shows might be rehearsed and that their use of commercials shows that they are "in it for the money." Colbert added, "It's like these shows are some kind of business." To drive the point home, Colbert brought out a script of his preinterview with Trump, saying this conspiracy goes all the way to the top. He said he would read Trump's preinterview script out loud, except he acknowledges there is a tacit agreement with his guests that the preinterviews don't go public. "Here's what these conspiracy theorists don't get: There's a difference between a conspiracy and an agreement," Colbert said. "A conspiracy is what villains do. An agreement is what adults do. Look around the country. Wouldn't you agree we need some more adults? So WikiLeaks, Alex Jones, and the subreddit sub-geniuses, and I mean this in the nicest way possible: Grow the f -- up."
