Lauren Conrad Is Pregnant, Expecting First Child With Husband William Tell. Now this is how you kick off a brand-new year! Lauren Conrad had some big news to share with her loyal fans and followers Sunday morning. As it turns out, the fashion designer is going to be a mom in 2017. "Happy New Year! I have a feeling 2017 is going to be the best year yet..." she wrote on Instagram Sunday morning, alongside a sonogram. This will be the first child for Lauren and her husband William Tell who have briefly opened up about wanting to start a family. In a 2015 blog post, The Hills and Laguna Beach star was asked how many children she wants to have with her hubby. "Maybe two," she said. "That way we aren't outnumbered." Instead of getting pregnant immediately after saying "I Do," Lauren simply wanted to enjoy the honeymoon phase of her relationship as well as her successful career. "My favorite thing about being married is knowing that I have a partner in life that I get to do so many wonderful things with," Lauren once shared with her followers. "Dreaming of the things we will do 20 years from now is so fun." Before the end of the year, Lauren will be all about diapers, strollers and nursery's. For now, the former MTV reality star is going to savor her pregnancy and enjoy the support from those closest to her such as her husband. "William hates it when I say this, but he really is a very nice guy, and when you meet a nice guy who also manages to keep your interest, that is the dream," Lauren previously told Cosmopolitan. "If you're going to settle down, it should be with someone you can't stop thinking about." Congratulations to the happy couple! (Eonline)

Robbie Rogers and Greg Berlanti Are Engaged. It's been a very good year for Robbie Rogers and Greg Berlanti. The couple welcomed a son, Caleb Berlanti, via surrogate in February. And on Saturday, Robbie -- a winger for the L.A. Galaxy -- announced on social media that he will be marrying the TV producer. "Thank you to everyone before us that made this moment possible," he wrote. "I feel extremely lucky and blessed to end 2016 engaged to the love of my life. Happy New Year! Neither Robbie, 29, nor Greg, 44, have shared further details regarding the proposal. Based on the photo Robbie shared on Facebook and Instagram, it appears a string quartet was involved. Soon after Robbie shared the news, a number of celebrities who appear in Greg's shows -- which include Arrow, Blindspot and The Flash -- shared congratulatory comments with the couple. Robbie and Greg began dating in 2013. Earlier this year, Robbie spoke to Out about how fatherhood has forced their relationship to evolve. "It's hard to explain. It's just really such a gift and he brings so much to our lives," the athlete said. "You hear that things change and you have to give up this and that, but I don't feel like I'm giving up anything. I feel like I'm learning so much from him, like spending Sundays and family days and doing stuff with just the three of us has been so amazing. He's been teaching us lessons and we're excited since every week it's something new. It's really just one of the most amazing things for a couple or a person to go through. I feel really blessed and lucky, and the surgery gives me more time to spend with him." (Eonline)

Halle Berry Finalizes Divorce From Olivier Martinez. Over a year after they filed, E! News has learned Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez's divorce has been finalized. The couple filed for divorce in October 2015, and according to court documents obtained by E! News at the time, the Oscar winner cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. We also confirmed they had signed a prenup. As for their finalized divorce, TMZ reports Martinez and Berry settled on sharing physical and legal custody of their 3-year-old son, Maceo, but were still working out a property settlement. Meanwhile, the couple first met on the set of Dark Tide in 2010 and married in 2013 when Berry was pregnant with Maceo. Upon filing for divorce, they released the following statement: "It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son." Though the announcement was made in October, signs of strife first began surfacing throughout the summer of 2015. In fact, E! News interviewed Berry in July 2015, and their upcoming second wedding anniversary had slipped her mind. Ben Affleck has learned from his mistakes. The actor, 44, skyrocketed to success as the co-writer and star of 1997's Good Will Hunting, but has since weathered public breakups, troubling behavior, box-office bombs and critical praise and accolades alike. Now, Affleck is opening up about his "bad boy" days -- and how he managed to turn his life around. "I'd always had a strong idea about my values and the direction I wanted to be headed in, then I ran into getting famous and it totally spun me around and I flailed around for a few years," he told The Guardian. "When you're a young man in your 20s, part of that is making mistakes and learning from them. I just made those in front of everybody, rather than privately." He continued: "There's stuff I look back on and kind of cringe at but I always tried to treat other people well. My parents imbued that in me and the mistakes I made were mostly just of the embarrassing kind." He said his life took a positive turn after marrying his now-estranged wife Jennifer Garner in 2005 and becoming a father to their three children -- Violet, 11, Seraphina, 7, and Sam, 4. "I think becoming a father makes you see the world differently and it's good," he said. And though Affleck has comes to terms with living in the spotlight, he's still protective over his children's privacy. "I'm at peace with paying my own price, what I'm not at peace with is when it invades on my kids' space and time. They didn't make any bargains. I try to shelter them as best I can. That's my only real gripe." Affleck also talked about his turn as the Caped Crusader in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, revealing that a standalone film starring the actor is not set in stone. "That's the idea. But it's not a set thing and there's no script. If it doesn't come together in a way I think is really great I'm not going to do it," he said." (People)

Amanda Nunes Taunts Ronda Rousey on Twitter After UFC 207 Victory. After Amanda Nunes defeated Ronda Rousey in Las Vegas Friday, the 28-year-old Brazilian champion continued to taunt her opponent on Twitter. "The Lioness" shared a Photoshopped picture of herself holding the championship belt while pushing Rousey -- as a baby -- in a stroller. It only took 48 seconds in the first round for Nunes to win by TKO. It was the third fastest knockout in women's UFC bantamweight history, and the second consecutive knockout for Rousey, who lost to Holly Holm in 2015. "I stop everybody like that. When I asked for this fight, I prepared my mind, my spirit, my body for this moment," Nunes told UFC commentator Joe Rogan in the octagon after her big victory. "Nobody is going to take this belt away from me." Many others reveled in Rousey's loss, including Justin Bieber. Following years of public feuding with the MMA fighter, the unapologetic pop star tweeted, "You just got knocked the f--k out." Other stars, however, offered their sympathies to Rousey in the wake of her stunning defeat. "I trained for this girl since my first fight in UFC. I proved to everybody I'm the best on the planet. Now she's going to retire and do movies she's already got a lot of money," Nunes said after dominating her opponent. "Forget about f--king Ronda Rousey -- I'm the real champion!" Rousey, for her part, has remained silent on social media. (Eonline)

Todd Fisher Insists Debbie Reynolds "Didn't Die of a Broken Heart." Todd Fisher is looking for a silver lining. After the sudden deaths of his 60-year-old sister Carrie Fisher and his 84-year-old mother Debbie Reynolds, Todd appeared on ABC's 20/20 Friday to discuss the legacy they left behind. In his first television interview since their deaths, he explained, "From the family's perspective, this is Debbie's destiny. She didn't want to leave Carrie and did not want to her to be alone." As for Debbie, who died following a stroke, Todd told Elizabeth Vargas, "She didn't die of a broken heart. She just left to be with Carrie...Carrie was a force of nature in her own right, you know. It took another force of nature to bridle and work with that and she was great with her." Debbie died within a day of the Star Wars actress, who'd suffered a heart attack Dec. 23. "It wasn't that she was sitting around inconsolable -- not at all. She simply said that she didn't get to see Carrie come back from London. She expressed how much she loved my sister. She then said she really wanted to be with Carrie," he said. "In those precise words, and within 15 minutes from that conversation, she faded out. Within 30 minutes, she technically was gone." "She started to have a stroke, and she just effectively went to sleep and didn't wake up. She closed her eyes, peacefully like you're going to sleep, and she literally went to sleep and left. My mother, if anybody, had somehow a way to do that, and I watched it happen in front of my face," he told Elizabeth. "I was on her bed with her, and I watched her leave and go to Carrie." The mother-daughter duo became closer than ever in recent years. Todd described their relationship as a "magical" love story with "many ups and downs, but not at the heart level." Todd and his niece, Carrie's 24-year-old daughter Billie Lourd, are planning a joint funeral. The late actresses will be buried next to each other "and among friends," including actress Bette Davis and pianist Liberace, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in L.A. "We're brokenhearted, those of us that are left behind. We also are happy that they're together. It's horrible. It's beautiful. It's magical they're together," Todd admitted. "It's beyond words. It's beyond understanding." Todd and Billie chose the burial plots after a hummingbird appeared flew by the area. "My mother loves hummingbirds, and had hummingbirds in her yard," Todd told ABC News' Elizabeth. "We were going all over the place, and we got to this one place to look at this one thing, these hummingbirds came, and it was just like 'fait accompli,' as my mother would say." Earlier, Todd told E! News HBO had reached out in hopes of making the documentary Bright Lights: Starring Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher part of the joint memorial. "Remarkably enough," he said, "the documentary is the greatest tribute you can imagine to both of them." (Eonline)

Florence Henderson's Memorial Brings Brady Bunch Stars Back Together Again. Some of our favorite Brady Bunch stars got together again to say goodbye to our favorite TV mom. Maureen McCormick, who famously played eldest daughter Marcia on the '70s sitcom, reunited with former co-stars Christopher Knight (who played Peter), Mike Lookinland (Bobby) and Susan Olsen (Cindy) at Florence Henderson's memorial service. "Most beautiful evening with family and friends celebrating our beloved Florence," McCormick wrote with a photo of everyone gathered in front of a screen that read "Remembering Florence Henderson." Henderson, who became the staple of the sitcom through her role Carol Brady from 1969 until 1974, and in multiple specials after that, died on Nov. 24 at a Los Angeles hospital of heart failure. She was 82. Henderson was surrounded by family and friends when she passed, her manager, Kayla Pressman, told the Los Angeles Times at a time. Pressman also told reporters that the actress had not been ill, so her death came as a shock. It was especially surprising considering Henderson had visited the set of Dancing With the Stars (she also competed on the 11th season of the show in 2010) just three days prior to cheer on McCormick. After completing the Viennese Waltz to Aretha Franklin's "You Make Me Feel," McCormick had a tearful and sweet moment with her onscreen mom, who was applauding her from the audience. "You were fabulous," Henderson told McCormick with tears in her eyes. "I'm so proud." An emotional McCormick returned to host Tom Bergeron after stealing a quick hug and sweet kisses on the cheek from Florence, and told him, "I love her...This is such a dream. It doesn't feel real. It's just so amazing to be on this set. I'm honestly just so thrilled that I'm here and being given this opportunity." Henderson had four children with her first husband, Ira Bernstein. She was then married to Dr. John George Kappas from 1987 until his death in 2002. (Eonline)

Inside Zsa Zsa Gabor's Funeral: Her Widowed Husband and an Intimate Group Gather to Celebrate the Glamorous Socialite. Rain fell over Los Angeles on Friday morning as Zsa Zsa Gabor was laid to rest. Almost two weeks after she passed away, the socialite's funeral service commenced at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Beverly Hills where an intimate group of family and friends have gathered to celebrate her life, and cameras captured live coverage. The funeral was a classic, Catholic service with a priest leading prayer. Her ashes were placed in a gold, rectangular box next to a vase full of pink roses (her favorite color was pink). On the podium beside them was a photo of Gabor wearing a glamorous, red dress as well as a sign that read, "Farewell My Love." Her husband, Frederick Prinz von Anhalt -- who she married in 1986 -- also took the stage to give a speech about his wife. He revealed how he met her in 1982 after paying $5,000 to take a picture with someone famous in order to increase his own fame. After four years of seeing each other on and off, they decided to get married, three days before having a surprise service in 1986. Von Anhalt also touched on their many lavish trips as well as her difficulties battling several health issues since 2002. No matter what, he said, they "always had fun." As for her death, her late husband explained the way she passed was "peaceful" and "beautiful," describing how she went without pain in their home having stopped breathing on the floor before they ever arrived at the hospital. After the service, NBC New reports that Gabor's ashes will be laid to rest inside the famous Westwood Village Memorial Park in Los Angeles. Her late daughter, Francesca Hilton, who suffered a stroke in January 2015, as well as her younger sister, Eva Gabor, who died in 1995, were buried at the cemetery. Meanwhile, Gabor died on December 18 at 99-years-old. TMZ reported she suffered a heart attack and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. She was one of the first people who became famous simply for being famous, having a larger-than-life personality that was later intensified with famous romances (she married nine times) as well as a few roles in film and television. One of her most famous marriages was to Conrad Hilton with whom she was with for five years and shared her only child, Francesca, who died last year at 67. Gabor is survived by her most recent husband von Anhalt. (Eonline)

News confirms that the hold on Fisher's autopsy was lifted and the examination was finalized. We're told the body has been released from the Los Angeles Coroner's office this afternoon to "a mortuary of the family's choosing." We've confirmed that Fisher suffered a cardiac arrest, but the official cause of death, along with any additional results from the examination, are not available at this time. The Los Angeles Coroner's Office confirmed to E! News Thursday afternoon that Carrie's body was in their possession and that the autopsy was on hold due to the "family's loss for two." "We're not out to rush the family," the office shared with us. "We're giving the family some space. They not only lost Carrie, but lost Debbie too." Talk of a possible joint funeral for both Fisher and her mother Debbie Reynolds, who tragically passed away just one day after her daughter, has been brought up. According to Carrie's brother Todd Fisher, while a joint service has been discussed, it is not yet official as nothing has been finalized. "That is my preference," he shared with E! News. "Obviously it's not finalized, but I think that sounds like a grand idea given the beautiful story between them." In only a matter of months, both Debbie and Carrie were set to star in the HBO documentary, Bright Lights: Starring Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher, and Todd told E! News HBO has reached out in hopes of making the documentary part of their memorial in some way. "Remarkably enough, the [Bright Lights] documentary is the greatest tribute you can imagine to both of them," Todd shared. "This is a beautiful love story to witness in my 58 years," Todd wrote on Twitter with a drawing of a mother and daughter after Reynold's passing. "I miss them both so much. Love is everlasting." Thames Valley Police will prepare a file for the Oxfordshire Coroner. Mr. Michael's death is still being treated as unexplained but not suspicious." Queen Elizabeth II Misses New Year's Day Church Service Due to Illness But Is Feeling "Better." Queen Elizabeth II missed her annual New Year's Day church service Sunday due to her ongoing cold but her daughter Anne, Princess Royal said the 90-year-old monarch is feeling "better." The 66-year-old younger sister of Prince Charles and Prince William and Prince Harry's aunt made her comments to well-wishers outside St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham, Norfolk, where the queen has a country retreat, BBC News reported. Anne attended the service with her and Charles' father and Elizabeth's husband, Prince Phillip, and other Royals. "Her Majesty The Queen will not attend Sunday worship at Sandringham today," Buckingham Palace said in a statement. "The Queen does not yet feel ready to attend church as she is still recuperating from a heavy cold." Almost two weeks ago, the queen and her husband both came down with colds and canceled plans to travel by train to Sandringham ahead of the Christmas holiday. They then left a day later, arriving via helicopter. Phillip has since recovered from his cold, BBC News reported. Concern has mounted over the queen's health. Last week, she was the victim of an online death hoax. A Buckingham Palace spokesperson later told outlets the queen "continues to recover from a heavy cold." Meanwhile, later on Sunday, Buckingham Palace released a pre-recorded video of the queen sending her congratulations to the people of Canada in the 150th anniversary year of Confederation. Wearing a teal sweater with black trimming, a multi-strand pearl necklace and a maple leaf broach and sitting in a room in front of a Christmas tree, the monarch addressed the citizens in both English and French. "On this eve of national celebrations, my family and I are with you in spirit," she said. First Look: Emma Watson's Beauty and the Beast Dolls Bring the Magic of the Movie to Life. Say "bonjour" to Emma Watson! E! News has the exclusive first look at the actress' Beauty and the Beast "Enchanting Melodies Belle Doll," available in stores and online retailers everywhere in January 2017. Press the button on Belle's stomach to hear Watson sing "Something There" from Disney's live-action musical. Made in the actress' likeness, the doll wears a golden gown with removable shoes. The toy retails for $19.99 and requires three A76 batteries (included). Watson herself helped costume designer Jacqueline Durran recreate the timeless look for the big screen. "We camera-tested a lot of yellows," Durran explained in Entertainment Weekly's Nov. 11 issue. "It was just trying to work out the tone." They settled on a satin organza, which "has a satin finish, so it's less transparent than other organza." While there is a built-in cage underneath, she said, it's mostly "layers of organza" to "give it a lift, for it to have a lightness." Gold leaf and glitter were printed on the dress to echo the ballroom floor, as it's a gift from Madame De Garderobe (Audra McDonald). "For Emma, it was important that the dress was light and that it had a lot of movement. In Emma's reinterpretation, Belle is an active princess," Durran said. "She did not want a dress that was corseted or that would impede her in any way." For $49.99, fans can also buy the Beauty and the Beast "Deluxe Duo 2-Pack," which features Belle and Beast dolls, adorned in ballroom attire inspired by the characters' looks in the film. Hasbro also manufactured a small doll set so Beauty and the Beast fans can recreate the "Enchanted Rose Scene." According to the company, "Kids, collectors and fans of this timeless classic will love to create their own magical moments with these small dolls." The set retails for $19.99 and includes a Belle doll, a Beast figure and an enchanted rose, plus themed accessories. The "Castle Friends Collection" set costs $14.99 and features five of the most memorable characters from the live-action musical: Chip, Cogsworth, Lumiere, Plumette and Mrs. Potts. Beauty and the Beast is in theaters March 17. Bill Condon's film also stars Dan Stevens as Beast, Luke Evans as Gaston, Josh Gad as Le Fou, Kevin Kline as Maurice, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette, Ewan McGregor as Lumière, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts and Stanley Tucci as Cadenza. John Stamos Cheers Up Girl in Hospital by Scolding Her Ex-Boyfriend Over the Phone. John Stamos had no mercy on this hospital patient's ex. The Full House actor recently made an annual visit to Long Beach Memorial, south of Los Angeles, and brought along Josh Peck, who appeared with him in the short-lived series Grandfathered. There, they visited a young female patient named Amanda and learned her ex-boyfriend Jorge recently broke up with her. So they decided to call him. Peck filmed a cellphone video of Stamos sitting by Amanda on her bed, with her wearing a hospital gown, and phoning Jorge. He did not pick up the call, so the actor left a voicemail. "Jorge, this is John Stamos," he said, as seen in an edited clip posted by People. "I'm with Amanda, my new girlfriend. Apparently you guys broke up and I swooped right in. So, your loss, Jorge, your loss, because Amanda's a great gal." Stamos then called him again and this time he did pick up. The actor spoke to him on speakerphone. "Jorge?" he said. "Hey, Jorge? Hi, this is John Stamos." "Oh my God!" Amanda exclaimed. Stamos later told her ex, "We heard you broke up with Amanda, so we got our asses down to the hospital and now we're all dating and we don't need you, Jorge." "Well, I think you made a big mistake but it's nice to meet you, pal." "Thank you, John Stamos," Jorge replied. Stamos later posted on Instagram a photo of himself and Amanda, taken by photographer Katie Bickerstaff. "Made my annual trip to @LongBeachMemorial with @shuapeck and had a great time hanging out with Amanda!!" he wrote. (Eonline)

LeBron James ate like true king with prime meats on the menu to celebrate his 32nd birthday. The Chosen One hit up Fahrenheit Friday night -- the night of his birthday -- in Charlotte with a bunch of his teammates ... including Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson. We're told he rolled in around 8:30 PM and the group sat in a private room ... where they ordered $3k worth of food and drinks. LeBron specially requested a blackened salmon salad while the rest of the ballers feasted on 60-day aged NY steaks and lobster tails. They washed it down with some Hennessy and Moscow Mules before the big dessert -- chocolate and vanilla bean cake ... delivered by Chef Rocco Whalen himself. So, why Charlotte? The Cavs played the Hornets Saturday night.

Debbie Reynolds' childhood home on sale for $749K. When thinking of the late legend Debbie Reynolds, you might conjure up images of Hollywood's glory days -- of the spunky actress kicking up her heels in film classics such as "Singin' in the Rain." Reynolds' recent passing at the age of 84 -- just one day after the death of her daughter, Carrie Fisher -- has saddened many, and also has them wishing they knew more about the matriarch of one of cinema's foremost families. There are her movies and numerous interviews, of course. But for a truly illuminating look into the life of the iconic actress, we can also turn to Reynolds' childhood home in Burbank, CA. It recently went on the market for $749,000. Deirdre Salomone of the L34 Group, says the home has been on the market for just over a month. Plus, there are many reports from longtime neighbors who confirm she lived there. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house appears to have the same footprint it did when it was built in 1940, when Reynolds was just 8. While much of the home (including the kitchen, pool, and master suite) have been updated, other elements, such as the second bath and the outdoor fireplace, have retained their original '40s-era design. The neighborhood -- located in the Los Angeles metro area -- is a quaint enclave, holding on to much of its original charm over the years. "The current owners love the neighborhood so much they bought another home just up the street," Salomone says. And for good reason: Reynolds' childhood home is within walking distance of the fetching shops and restaurants in the Magnolia Park area. It's also near the Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio, which the actress founded in 1979. And guess what? That dance studio is still thriving today. At 1,246 square feet, the house is a bit small for a growing family, but the lot is over 6,600 square feet and also has a guest studio. You can certainly picture a young Reynolds sitting on her bed, daydreaming about being on the silver screen. She'd achieve the feat in rapid fashion, after being discovered by Warner Bros. scouts while competing in a Miss Burbank contest at the age of 16. Reynolds led a full life as an actress, singer, businesswoman, film historian, and humanitarian. She was married three times, first to singer and actor Eddie Fisher, who infamously left her for her friend Elizabeth Taylor. Reynolds went on to own a Las Vegas resort, earn multiple award nominations, and eventually win the prestigious Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award at the Academy Awards in 2015. Ultimately, Todd Fisher explained, the emotional strain caused by Carrie's death was partly responsible for the stroke that led to his mother's own demise. He reported that she said, "I want to be with Carrie," shortly before her death. We're heartbroken. But we're guessing that Reynolds would prefer that her many fans focus on all the beauty she brought to this world -- isn't that the whole point of singing in the rain? (PageSix)

Fadi Fawaz Says His Twitter Account Was Hacked After Tweeting George Michael ''Tried to Kill Himself'' Many Times. George Michael's boyfriend, Fadi Fawaz, has deleted his Twitter account after hackers tweeted false information about the singer's death. The now deleted tweets proclaimed, "We loved each other very much and we were together almost 24 hours a day. And finally he managed... he tried numbers of time to kill himself many times... the only thing George wanted is to DIE." The tweets continued, "Not sure who that nasty close friend of George but I was in relationship with george micheal (sic) till I found him dead in bed." However, Fawaz released the following statement to Us Weekly, saying, "I am shocked with what's going on with the Twitter thing. My Twitter account has been hacked and closed. It's a bit scary to be honest. I did not send those tweets. I woke up at 11.30am to the news. I am not going to worry about these things." Last week, Fawaz revealed he was the one who discovered his late boyfriend's dead body in his Oxfordshire home on Christmas Day. "ITs a xmas i will never forget finding your partner dead peacefully in bed first thing in the morning.." Fawaz tweeted. "I will never stop missing you xx." The Wham! frontman's publicist confirmed his death via the BBC. "It is with great sadness that we can confirm our beloved son, brother and friend George passed away peaceful at home over the Christmas period," the statement read. "The family would ask that their privacy be respected at this difficult and emotional time. There will be no further comment at this stage." (Eonline)

Eva Amurri Martino is not staying silent about her concerns that she may be suffering from depression. In a blog post shared on her website HappilyEvaAfter.com, the mother of two -- daughter Marlowe Mae, 2, and son Major James, 3 months -- opened up about her difficult end to the year. "A couple of days after Thanksgiving, our Night Nurse fell asleep while holding Major and dropped him, and he cracked his head on the hardwood floor," Amurri Martino, 31, wrote. "Kyle and I were sleeping at the time and were awoken by the sound of his head hitting the floor, and then hysterical piercing screams. He suffered a fractured skull and bleeding on his brain, and was transported by ambulance to Yale Medical Center where I spent two harrowing days with him to receive emergency care and further testing. To say these were the most traumatic and anxious two days of my life is an understatement." The actress and lifestyle blogger shares Major and Marlowe with husband and 36 Hours host Kyle Martino. And while her harrowing experience was terribly traumatic, she said she's lucky her son was not seriously injured. "But here's the good part: by the grace of all of his many angels, and every God one cares to pray to, MAJOR IS FINE. Completely fine," she wrote. "He has been healing well, hitting milestones, cooing, smiling, and generally showing us that he is and will be ok as he grows and develops." Amurri Martino also expressed concern about telling the world her story, and feared people might judge her for using a night nurse. "I chose not to share [for] fear of judgement. The internet can be a peculiar place, where some people forget about humanity and go for the jugular. I know that this news might reach many, and of those many there will always be the people who say that this accident was my fault. That if it had been me in there holding him instead of a Night Nurse, that this never would have happened. That I deserve this for allowing my child to be in the care of somebody other than me," she wrote. "Well, let me tell you– the guilt I bore in the days and weeks after this accident was more intense and more damaging than anything I would wish upon my worst enemy. I had all those same thoughts and more." She continued, "I wept in the hospital, telling anyone who would listen that it should have been me. That I was to blame. The truth is, even this woman who came so highly recommended, with a perfectly clean track record, could make a very human mistake. It "could happen to anyone," and as they told me repeatedly in the hospital, it DOES happen to anyone. More often than you'd like to hear. Obviously, the (extremely upset and remorseful) nurse is no longer working for our family, though we forgive her. And even though I finally made peace with the fact that this freak accident could not have been avoided by me, it has continued to affect me to my core and in all aspects of my daily life." Amurri Martino told readers that she can no longer handle anyone but herself taking care of her children. "It's nearly impossible for me to trust anyone but myself to take care of Major now," she wrote, adding that she no longer has help during the night. "Hearing Major cry hard immediately triggers my memories of the moments after the accident and instigates an immediate panic attack– my heart races and tears spring to my eyes. She went on to say that she sometimes gets dizzy spells, and often feels overwhelmed and nauseous. Her appetite "has decreased to nothing" and she has been having a difficult time sleeping. She said she realized she was "not okay" when her daughter Marlowe fell while they were at a playground. "Within 10 minutes she was totally fine and normal– but I stood there while Kyle held me, sobbing and shaking, while my scared two year old watched," she recalled. "I think I need to take some things off of my plate. It's time to really face this all and find a solution." Amurri Martino added that she believes she is dealing with "some form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, possibly linked to some form of Postpartum Depression." She also said she is seeking help from a therapist to deal with the trauma. "I have somehow retained a lot of optimism and humor through these challenges, and there have been many moments in the past month where I have found silver linings in the day– but the storm under the surface has been brewing to a point that I can no longer ignore." And for her New Year's resolution, Amurri Martino wrote that she hopes for a more smooth year overall. "With open arms, I welcome 2017 as the year I learn to forgive a little deeper, to let go a little more easily, to accept some things I cannot change, and to love myself a lot more unconditionally." Gwen Stefani, Her Sons & Blake Shelton Have a Dance Party With Their Families. Ain't no party like a Stefani-Shelton party! Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are vacationing at his Oklahoma ranch with her three sons Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2, as well as members of both of their extended families, including Gwen's brother Todd Stefani, his wife Jennifer Stefani and their children and Shelton's sister Endy Intieri, her husband Mike Intieri and their kids. The group had a big dance party at the house Thursday. Mostly everyone but Gwen and Blake wore matching camo outfits -- his favorite kind! The country star opted to remain in a dark T-shirt and jeans, but he did top the look with a nifty yacht captain's hat. Even Blake's dog Betty joined in on the fun. Gwen posted on her Snapchat and Musical.ly accounts videos of the family's dance party. The group danced to songs like Stefani and Justin Timberlake's Trolls soundtrack song "What U Workin' With?," Maroon 5 and Kendrick Lamar's "Don't Wanna Know" and Bruno Mars' "24K Magic." Gwen also shared a video that showed the neon "Blake's" sign from her music video "Make Me Like You" displayed on a wall in the ranch. Gwen and Blake have been dating for more than a year. She and the kids celebrated Thanksgiving with Blake and his family, including his mother, in Oklahoma. Blake joined Gwen, the boys and their extended family at their California home on Christmas Eve. Gwen and Blake have often spent time with each other's family members. Some of them are even Facebook friends. The families' post-Christmas vacation may be cut short Saturday, when Blake is set to perform on NBC's New Year's Eve with Carson Daly event. (Eonline)

Co-starring with the likes of Billy Bob Thornton and William Hurt is making a 15-year-old kid a ton o' dough ... as in six figures before he can even drive alone. Britain Dalton is on David E. Kelly's Amazon lawyer drama, "Goliath" ... and according to the kid's contract, he's making $12,500 per episode for the first season of 8 episodes. That's $100k payday for a kid with just a handful of films under his belt. Under California law, 15% of a child actor's pay goes into a trust until they turn 18. Sooo ... he'll get a nice bonus in December 2019. (TMZ)

Lamar Odom Ends 2016 With His Kids by His Side. Lamar Odom wants 2017 to be a slam-dunk. To prepare for the New Year, he checked himself into a 30-day rehab program in December to address the demons that led to his near-fatal overdose in 2015. Though he's expected to be in rehab at midnight Saturday, he managed to spend some time with two of his children on Friday. The 37-year-old athlete published a picture of himself posing with 18-year-old daughter Destiny Odom and 14-year-old son Lamar Odom, Jr. on Instagram -- his first update since the summer. "No better way to end 2016 than with my two favorite people," he said. "#TheOdoms RichSoil." Prior to entering rehab, Lamar taped an episode of The Doctors, set to air sometime in January. While in treatment, the former NBA player's protracted divorce from 32-year-old E! reality star Khloe Kardashian was finalized. Khloe first filed documents in 2013, and papers were signed two years later. After Lamar's overdose, however, she temporarily called off the divorce. Khloe, who is dating Cleveland Cavaliers forward Tristan Thompson, resumed the proceedings in May. In mid-December, shortly after E! News exclusively revealed Lamar had voluntarily checked himself into treatment, the athlete's attorney Walter Mosley said doctors were impressed by his progress. "We have a lot of very important things lined up for next year. I like to say Lamar is on a comeback tour in 2017. It's about maintaining health, being healthy, doing what's right for his family, being a better father, just improving himself," he said. "This was his idea and he has the full support of the people who work for him, his family, staff and everyone around him." Lamar is committed to making positive changes, Walter added. "It's 100 percent of bettering himself. Being a better father to his kids, being a better friend and just taking responsibility and live a more healthy and fulfilled life," he said. "There's a lot to live for. He's young. He has the rest of his life in front of him. He has a lot to look forward to." (Eonline)

Kenya Moore Pulls a Gun on Three Trespassers. Kenya Moore was feeling fired up Friday. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star recorded two Instagram videos after three unidentified individuals approached Moore Manor a few moments earlier. "Look, there's only one way to say this -- Imma get real real wit' y'all right now. I just had three motherf--kers come to my front door and knock on it. I didn't know who they were. They climbed over my fence where I live and came and thought it was a good idea to say, 'Hi, Kenya!' Like, bitch, you are on my motherf--ckin' property and you are trespassing, because you climbed over my fence to get over here," she explained. "Even though it's under construction, bitch, you can't crawl over it to get to me." Moore published stills from the security footage, and in one of them, she appeared to pull a gun on the three trespassers. "This bitch over here is on high alert. We on level orange up in this bitch. If you come over here, you come to my door, you find out where I live, please do, because if you come over here, you gonna get a motherf--king cap in your ass," the 45-year-old Bravo reality star warned them. "No, 'Who are you?' 'What are you doing here?' You are going to get a motherf--king cap in your ass. I will f--king shoot and I will ask questions later. Try me!" This is far from over, Moore added. "I will be pulling the security footage and I will be getting your license plates and I will be prosecuting you for trespassing," she said. "You come over here, you gonna go to jail -- and you might get an ass whipping on your way to getting shot." On Saturday morning, Moore offered a $1,000 reward to anyone who can identify one or more of the trespassers. Moore added that she is gathering more security footage from other cameras and asked anyone with information to e-mail her at mooremanor2016@gmail.com. Moore provided additional information regarding the three trespassers. "They were driving a white car. The female was recording on her phone the entire time," the Bravolebrity wrote. "They told someone! Turn them in anonymously and if it leads to their arrest you will get $1000 each. It is never ok to violate anyone this way. It is not funny. Men showing up at your door is an immediate threat. Things could have ended badly and all 3 will be criminally prosecuted." (Eonline)

Tesla is an awesome car with futuristic electronics that set the standard for the auto industry ... they also crash into garages and houses because the car malfunctions ... so claims a Tesla owner in a new class action lawsuit, but the car company claims it's all just a crass money play. The lawsuit centers on the Tesla X, a high-performance crossover SUV that was released in 2015. According to the suit, there have been at least 10 instances where the vehicle experienced full power acceleration while the driver was trying to park or while the vehicle was cruising at a slow speed. The suit claims of the 10 instances, 8 resulted in crashes. The plaintiff, Ji Chang Son, says he was returning home in September when he slowed the X to 6 MPH and eased into his driveway. He says the vehicle suddenly accelerated at full power, crashing through the garage, destroying beams and a sewer pipe, and coming to rest in his living room. He says he was trapped inside the X because it was pinned shut by support beams and other debris. The suit says only 16,000 Model X's have been sold in the U.S., so 10 reported instances of sudden acceleration is alarming, especially since the car can "explosively accelerate from a standstill to 60 miles per hour in under 3 seconds." The suit makes serious allegations against Tesla ... that the company knowingly refused to alert its car owners to the problem and failed to fix it. The class action -- which alleges 16,000 car owners are at risk -- asks for various damages including punitives. It also seeks an order forcing Tesla to repair, recall or replace the Model X. Tesla tells TMZ it fully investigated Mr. Son's claims and found "The evidence, including data from the car, conclusively shows that the crash was the result of Mr. Son pressing the accelerator pedal all the way to 100%." Tesla goes on, "Before filing his class action lawsuit against Tesla, Mr. Son had threatened to use his celebrity status in Korea to hurt Tesla unless we agreed to make a financial payment and acknowledge that the vehicle accelerated on its own." Lyft hires drivers who will get drunk behind the wheel and make dangerous decisions that cause car crashes that are so terrifying they cause heart attacks ... so claims a Lyft passenger in a new lawsuit. A California woman claims she hopped in a Lyft with terrifying consequences. She says the driver was DUI, made an illegal left and t-boned another car so fiercely the Lyft rolled. She says she suffered injuries to her chest and ribs. Get this ... the woman happens to be an Uber driver. The woman's lawyer, Paul N. Philips, tells TMZ ... his client had a "trauma-caused heart attack" and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. A Lyft rep tells us the company has a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy and has permanently banished the driver. (TMZ)

A passenger on a Princess Cruise Line ship claims she was injured in rough waters ... not ocean water, but dirty toilet water. Jillanne Buchannan says in a new lawsuit she and her husband were on a cruise from Spain to France, last year, aboard the Island Princess. According to the suit, the ocean liner had been in dry dock for sewage system problems, which were not fixed, because Jillanne says there was still lots of s*** on the ship. She claims she went to a public restroom on the boat, but the toilet was overflowing with sewage and she slipped ... falling to the floor, striking her face on the door sill, cutting herself, injuring her left breast and neck and losing consciousness as she lay in the contaminated toilet water. Jillanne says she had to get a tetanus shot and was placed on various antibiotics. She says she suffered permanent injuries and emotional distress. If true, no s***. (TMZ)

Mariah Carey's people are incensed Dick Clark Productions is trying to lay the blame on her for the New Year's Eve fiasco on live TV, and they say DCP's own people copped to the problem right after it went down. As we reported, Mariah's team believes DCP "sabotaged" her performance in order to score big ratings. She claims she and her team repeatedly told production people the earpiece was not working but they assured her it would be fine when she got onstage and performed. It did not. Our Mariah sources insist after the performance, people from Dick Clark Productions were "screaming' about the malfunction, with one production person saying, "I don't care that her ears didn't work. She could've just winged it." Dick Clark says Mariah's claim of sabotage is defamatory. But she's incredulous, saying she did Dick Clark Productions a favor after they begged for her to sing, and she did it for free. One Mariah source tells TMZ, "We could be in Aspen right now having the best time instead of being in dog s*** Times Square that smelled like a f****** sewer." (TMZ)

Mariah Carey Reacts to New Year's Eve Performance's Lip Sync and Sound Problems: "S--t Happens." Mariah Carey's New Year's Eve 2016 performance was not rockin'. Onstage at the Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest event in Times Square, the singer experienced technical difficulties that affected the sound, which in term affected her ability to lip sync properly. Carey continued her performance in stride, enlisting the help of the audience and her backup dancers. "S--t happens," Carey tweeted early Sunday. "Have a happy and healthy new year everybody! Here's to making more headlines in 2017." Carey had opened her set with her 1991 hit song "Emotions," but when the music started to play, only her pre-recorded vocals could be heard. "Well, happy new year. We can't hear," she told the crowd, as her dancers continued their routine. "I'll just get through the moment, okay?" "Alright!" she said. "We didn't have a check for this song. So we'll just say, it went to number one, and that's what it is, okay?" Carey continued to walk slowly onstage and attempt to perform to the music, looking a bit annoyed but with a smile of her face. Meanwhile, her dancers danced their choreographed routine. "We're missing some of these vocals, but it is what it is," she said. "I'm going to say let the audience sing, okay? We didn't have a soundcheck but it's New Year's baby. That's okay, you guys." That was...amazing," she said. Carey then started to perform her 2005 hit ballad "We Belong Together." "This is the album version, so I'm just going to let you put this thing on me and sing along," she told the crowd, sounding annoyed. Carey again took it in stride, lip synching part of the album version of the song. "It just don't get any better," she told the crowd as the track ended. (Eonline)

Mariah Carey believes her New Year's Eve performance -- which turned out to be a trainwreck -- was sabotaged so TV execs could score bigger ratings than usual. Sources connected with Mariah tell TMZ they repeatedly complained to execs at Dick Clark Productions that her "inner ears" -- aka earpieces -- were NOT working. Mariah did an interview with Ryan Seacrest an hour before she took the stage in Times Square and she was having trouble. You can hear her say to Ryan, "It's hard for me to hear you." We're told after the interview Mariah and her team went to the production trailer and complained to Dick Clark execs her inner ears weren't working. Mariah sources say they were told her inner ears would be on a different frequency when she hit the stage and there would be no problem. Fast forward to 6 minutes before her performance. Mariah was in the holding tent for last minute makeup, and she was alarmed, telling the production team she could barely hear anything. Mariah sources say they were assured the tent muffled the sound, and it would be fine on stage. At that point someone said her mic pack wasn't working because the battery was dead, so they changed packs. Mariah was suspicious and got on stage 4 minutes early to test things out, and she couldn't hear anything in her inner ear. She and her team say they complained repeatedly, but nothing was done. To make matters worse and even more suspicious, Mariah's people say when she got on stage the prompter wasn't working. The prompter has the lyrics when they appear in the song as well as stage cues. Mariah ripped the inner earpiece out -- out of frustration -- and thought she had a fighting chance just listening to the music, but the crowd was so loud in Times Square she could hear nothing. Short story -- Mariah's team believe there are too many coincidences and too many warnings ... they say it was sabotage "so they could get Mariah drama." We know Mariah's people fired off an email to an Exec at Dick Clark Productions, saying, "This is sabotage." We've reached out to Dick Clark Productions ... so far, no word back. UPDATE: Dick Clark Production sources tell TMZ ... Mariah's "sabotage" claim is "silly," seeing how she's the one who decided not to do a sound check, and had a stand-in do it instead. They also say there were 8 monitors on stage amplifying sound, so even without an inner ear, Mariah should have been able to hear just fine. They add Mariah changed her story ... initially saying the track was wrong. Our Dick Clark sources insist her camp provided the track list. (TMZ)

Josh Groban Deletes Snarky Tweet About Mariah Carey's New Year's Eve Performance -- Here's Why. Mariah Carey's botched performance at Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest spurred plenty of snark on social media, including from fellow acclaimed singer Josh Groban. However, he later took back what he said, adding he was "not out to diss artists." Carey had experienced technical difficulties during her set at the Times Square show, prompting her to lose her place while lip-syncing, a common practice at high-profile events televised live. She later wrote on Twitter that "S--t happens." While watching her performance, Groban tweeted, "Any time one of the greatest voices of my generation lip syncs an angel loses its wings." He then deleted the tweet. "Deleted my tweets about a certain performance because it was made in humor but taken way more meanly than intended," Groban wrote. "Not out to diss artists." "The problem is, you give Twitter an inch & it takes a mile...transforms it into what feels like bullying & I don't want that," he said. Groban also told critics that "for the record, my point wasn't that great singers never [lip sync]. It was that I don't like when they do." He also signaled that he wasn't bothered by mean comments that were directed toward him as a result of his remarks. "That doesn't bother me," he tweeted. "What does bother me is if people take something's meaning way out of whack. So I deleted." On New Year's Day, he echoed what many people who watched CNN's New Year's Eve coverage were thinking. "How many people woke up this morning feeling like Don Lemon's pierced ear?" he asked. The CNN host had downed tequila shots and then gotten his ear pierced live on the air while reporting from New Orleans with Brooke Baldwin. He appeared to be fairly inebriated by the end of the night and was the top trending topic on Twitter. "No, LEMONORCHARDFANARMY, I'm not deleting that," Groban said. "That one stays." (Eonline)

Selena Gomez Will Be Featured on Paulina Rubio's New Album. Two of the biggest pop stars are making music together, and we really like it. Mexican singer Paulina Rubio revealed that she's teaming up with Selena Gomez for her upcoming album. "My new album will be like one more of the team, as one more to the family. It's going to be a real warrior, and it's going to have a little of all the genres like banda and even pop, plus collaborations from DJ Snake and Selena Gomez. I tried to keep a key element: That the music is danceable" the singer said to Vanidades. This news is music to our ears! After taking a lengthy break to take care of herself, we saw the 24-year-old singer in the studio earlier this month. Songwriter Justin Tranter posted a picture of the "Same Old Love" songstress putting on makeup in a music studio, hinting to fans that Gomez was recording new music. "Music and love," Tranter captioned the post. While fans freaked out about Gomez having new music, one of the most excited seemed to be Nick Jonas as he commented with the praise emoji (both hands in the air with blue shine). Although Selenators can't wait to hear some new music from the star, they're happy that the singer put her health and wellness first. Selena took a 90-day hiatus in rehab, where she shut off her cell phone and disconnected from the outside world. "It was the most refreshing, calming, rejuvenating feeling," Selena answered in Thrive Global's questionnaire. "Now I rarely pick up my phone, and only limited people have access to me." (Eonline)

Is 2017 The Year DC Will Set the Course Straight? Can 'Wonder Woman' and the rest of the 'Justice League' convince skeptical audiences that Warners has a Marvel competitor of its own? 2016 wasn't the easiest year for fans of the DC Entertainment superheroes who wanted to see their favorite characters on the big screen. Sure, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice brought Wonder Woman to cinemas for the first time ever, and Suicide Squad introduced a whole new team of (anti-)heroes -- and they made plenty of money doing it. And yet... it would be a stretch to say that either movie was a slam dunk, let's just say. I write that as someone who liked both, to varying degrees, and who loves the characters involved. That doesn't change the fact that both BvS and Squad were movies that, to be polite, divided critics, and left general audiences unsatisfied. More importantly, they were a one-two punch that left audiences unconvinced that Warner Bros' attempts to build a competitor to Disney's all-conquering Marvel Cinematic Universe would succeed, given its rocky beginnings. With the next two installments in what's become known as the DC Extended Universe due next year, is there a chance that things could be turned around? The short answer is yes. The longer answer, however, is less likely to make Warner executives or movie audiences as happy as the short version. That the next DC movie will be Wonder Woman helps immeasurably; Gal Gadot's take on the iconic hero was one of the highlights of BvS for most critics, regardless of how they felt about the rest of the movie, and the character's first solo outing is something that's eagerly awaited by fans and critics alike for a number of reasons. Beyond director Patty Jenkins' clear enthusiasm for the project, and the colorful palette she's brought to initial trailers -- a noticeable, and welcome, difference from the all-too-dark colors of Zack Snyder's Man of Steel and BvS -- there's the fact that it'll be the first solo superhero movie anchored by a female lead since 2004's Catwoman (2006's My Super Ex-Girlfriend, if you're being generous, even though the movie was technically centered around Luke Wilson's Matthew), something that arguably opens up a new audience for the genre, and one of the few places where Warners can be said to be breaking ground Marvel hasn't just yet. Assuming that Wonder Woman is as good as people want it to be, though -- and that's not necessarily a safe assumption; remember the disappointment people felt with Suicide Squad when it didn't live up to expectations brought on by the early trailers? -- there's still a complication lying in wait with the second DC movie of the year: Justice League. Justice League will be the real test for the DCEU. It's a direct continuation of the two most controversial movies in the franchise -- Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice -- directed by the same man behind both movies. It'll be a movie easy to ignore by those who have already made up their mind about Zack Snyder's vision for the DC cinematic universe, and therefore the movie that has the most work to do to prove naysayers wrong. The brief glimpse audiences have seen suggest that the movie will try to do that, if nothing else; the teaser that debuted at San Diego Comic-Con showed more humor in a couple of minutes than either MOS or BvS managed in their entire runtime, tackling accusations of those movies' humorlessness head-on. Post-BvS, the character arcs are primed to shift away from the grim violence of the earlier movies as heroes learn from the sacrifice made by Superman, so there's a chance for the tonal change that non-fans claim to want, as well. Even with such changes -- and assuming that they're made to a degree that would satisfy those complaining the loudest about the franchise as it stands -- it's possible that it won't be enough to change anyone's mind. Snyder's trademark visuals, another target of derision from earlier installments, will still be in place, and all subsequent movies will forever be hurt by the events of Man of Steel and Batman v Superman that so incensed fans (Superman killing Zod and the hyper-violent Batman, respectively; the latter movie's "Our moms are both called Martha" scene didn't help, either). No matter what Justice League's screenplay is like, it's possible naysayers will continue to complain about the movie being too visually dark and that it's not the "real" Superman nonetheless. And all of that is with best case scenarios, of course. It's just as possible, after all, that both Wonder Woman and Justice League will continue the trend of all DCEU movies to date -- of being enjoyably flawed, imperfect movies where the execution isn't entirely successful, but there's something to be applauded about their ambition in the first place -- and fail to win over new audiences at all. But in a world where both Wonder Woman and Justice League are drop-dead classics, it's still possible that the combined impact of both movies will still not be enough of a change from what's gone before to change the overall perception of the DC franchise as a whole. This shouldn't seem like an entirely insurmountable problem for Warners, though. Even if 2017 doesn't change the way the audience en masse feels about the DC properties, that isn't to say it's an impossible task, just a superhuman one. After the reception of the 2016 movies, it feels fair to suggest that the only way is up, up and away. (Hollywood Reporter)

Debbie Reynolds' movies are back on top again in the wake of her death ... and numbers don't lie. Debbie's biggest films have jumped in the ranks on platforms like Amazon and iTunes, with her best known flick, "Singin' in the Rain," sitting pretty at #1 on Amazon's best sellers list as of Thursday. The same movie was nowhere near that position as of Wednesday night. Other Debbie movies have climbed the ladder as well -- "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" and a "Tammy and the Bachelor" triple feature pack are both among the top 4 bestselling DVDs on Amazon. Meanwhile, Debbie's films have suddenly been moved to iTunes' New and Noteworthy list since her passing ... even though the movies are at least 20 years old. Carrie Fisher isn't being left out of the surge either. The film "Postcards from the Edge," based on her memoir about Debbie and Carrie's relationship, has also bumped up in iTunes' charts. BTW ... a rep from YouTube also tells us any clips with "Singin' in the Rain" have shot up in searches by 1000% between Wednesday and Thursday. Yup, you read that right. (TMZ)

Katie Couric Returns to NBC's 'Today' Show as Guest Co-Host. Couric, who served as anchor of the long-running morning show from 1991 to 2006, is filling in for Savannah Guthrie, who's on maternity leave. NBC's Today rang in the New Year with a blast from the past on Monday's show. Longtime co-host Katie Couric returned as guest co-host for the first time since leaving the NBC morning show in 2006. Couric is filling in all week for co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, who's on maternity leave. Couric's return was heavily teased by the NBC morning show on social media last week and over the weekend and her appearance was included in the morning highlights at the top of Monday's show. After the major news stories, Today's intro featured a compilation of footage and photos from Couric's 15 years on the show as well as what looked like footage of Couric arriving to Studio 1A on Monday morning wearing sunglasses and carrying a cup of coffee. At the top of the show, Matt Lauer joked that it was January of 1997, since Couric was again by his side. She jokingly introduced herself to him before saying how thrilled she was to be back for the week, filling in for Guthrie. She also joked that the return might seem a bit like, cue the music, The Twilight Zone, for Lauer. As Lauer and Couric moved through the news during the 7 o'clock hour, various correspondents and even incoming White House press secretary Sean Spicer all took a minute to welcome back Couric. The two also returned from commercial with a clip of Lauer's first day co-anchoring Today with Couric, back in 1997, with Couric joking of their short hairdos, "Apparently we had the same hairstyle." She also seemed to be making herself at home, adding, "My side of the desk is a pigsty, and yours is all neat and tidy,'' she said. "Some things never change." Lauer and Couric also reunited with Al Roker, who appeared via video from Pasadena, where he was on hand for NBC's coverage of the Rose Parade. Roker joked about how the three of them had aged, saying, "What's a little frightening, Matt, is you and I look horrible, and she still looks fantastic." He added that he looked forward to reuniting with Couric in person Tuesday. Couric seemed in good spirits throughout the morning, displaying her trademark perky personality, and even joining an a capella performance on the plaza. And the large crowd gathered outside, despite it being a cold, rainy morning, seemed thrilled to see her as well, chanting, "Ka-tie" when Couric and Lauer took their first trip outside during the 8 o'clock hour. "It just feels like I never left," Couric told Lauer an hour into Monday's show. "And you make it so easy, Matt, because you're so great at this job." Couric, who turns 60 on Saturday, was in a unique position to join Dr. Oz for a segment about health at that age. But that segment wasn't without a couple of bloopers, with Lauer jumping in toward the end to physically move Couric and Oz to the right saying they were still in front of the first of several vertical panels. At the end, Oz told Couric "despite Matt's criticism, you did beautifully," leading her to blow a raspberry at him. But then she flubbed the throw to the local news, saying "this is Today" before remembering to add "but first your local news." There were rumors of Couric returning to guest co-host when Guthrie went on maternity leave with her first child in 2014 but it didn't happen then. Couric anchored Today for 15 years, from 1991 to 2006, before leaving for the CBS Evening News. Couric and Lauer have stayed friends and her return comes ahead of the latter celebrating his 20th anniversary on Today on Jan. 6. The long-running morning show, meanwhile, will also celebrate its 40th anniversary on the air all of next week, leading up to the official anniversary Jan. 14. Next week's shows will be co-hosted by another familiar face, Meredith Vieira, who served as Lauer's co-host from 2006 to 2011. Vieira was a guest co-host during Guthrie's first maternity leave. HBO Moves Up Premiere Date of Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher Documentary. After the back-to-back deaths of Carrie Fisher and her mother Debbie Reynolds, HBO has moved up the premiere date of its highly-anticipated documentary about the two Hollywood icons. Bright Lights: Starring Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds will debut on Jan. 7 at 8 p.m. EST, the cable network announced early Friday. The 95-minute film, directed by Alexis Bloom and Fisher Stevens, bills itself as a "story of the family's complicated love," and promises "an intimate portrait of Hollywood royalty in all its eccentricity." It was filmed in the months leading up to Reynolds preparing to receive her 2015 Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award, which Fisher presented to her mom. Fisher and Reynolds lived as neighbors in the same Beverly Hills compound. Their lives at home and the way in which they navigated their careers and close relationship will be seen in the film. Vintage family films and verite footage will also help bring the documentary to life. "It's a love story," HBO Documentary Films president Sheila Nevins told Variety on Wednesday. "Carrie wanted to make Bright Lights for Debbie and Debbie wanted to make it for Carrie. ... They just loved each other so much. The bond was just unbreakable." Fisher, 60, was aboard an 11-hour flight from London to Los Angeles on Friday when she went into cardiac arrest. She died Tuesday in the hospital. Reynolds died a day later at the age of 84. According to reports, she was only thinking about daughter Carrie in her final moments. Hours before she was rushed to the hospital, she reportedly told her son: "I miss her so much, I want to be with Carrie." While their love for one another was strong, Reynolds and Fisher had a somewhat complicated bond -- most memorably documented in Postcards from the Edge, the 1990 movie based on Fisher's 1987 semi-autobiographical novel of the same name. Desperately seeking her own identity from the shadow of her mother's fame, Fisher became estranged from Reynolds. The two barely spoke for almost ten years. "We had a fairly volatile relationship earlier on in my 20s," Fisher told Oprah. "I didn't want to be around her. I did not want to be Debbie Reynolds' daughter." Fisher had started smoking marijuana at 13, and by her early 20s her drug use had spiraled out of control, as she abused everything from cocaine and heroin to painkillers and LSD, she said. Later, Fisher would ascribe the drug use to a form of self-medication for her bipolar disorder, which she was diagnosed in her 20s. "It's very hard when your child doesn't want to talk to you and you want to talk to them, and you want to touch them, you want to hold them," said Reynolds. "It was a total estrangement. She didn't talk to me for probably 10 years. So that was the most difficult time of all. Very painful, very heartbreaking." Ultimately, time began to heal their relationship. "It took like 30 years for Carrie to be really happy with me," Reynolds told PEOPLE. "I don't know what the problem ever was. I've had to work at it. I've always been a good mother, but I've always been in show business, and I've been on stage and I don't bake cookies and I don't stay home," she added. After their deaths, Reynolds' son Todd Fisher tweeted a touching drawing of his mother and sister -- writing, "This is a beautiful love story to witness in my 58 years. I miss them both so much. Love is everlasting." (People)

Is Girl Meets World Canceled? Here's Everything We Know. It's not looking good for Girl Meets World, but we refuse to give up hope just yet! According to Shawn Hunter himself, the Disney Channel spinoff of the beloved series Boy Meets World is about to come to an end. Rider Strong revealed on his podcast, Literary Disco, that "the show ended" following production on season three. "We finished the third season of Girl Meets World -- my brother and I were directing a lot of episodes and I acted in a couple -- and the show ended," Strong said. As fans started freaking out, the show's writers did their best to calm fears on Twitter. "As much as I love Shawn Hunter, having created his character and everything, you have to remember that he was wrong a lot," the first tweet read. "There is no official word as yet. Disney decision on season 4 coming soon. Officially, season 3 ends with 3 wonderful episodes in January." "Whatever happens, it has been a great joy to get to continue this story. If it is over, thank you. If not, we will keep giving our best," they continued. While that is somewhat of a comfort, the season three finale is titled "Girl Meets Goodbye," and features all your Boy Meets World faves, including Eric (Will Friedle), Shawn (Rider Strong), Mr. Feeny (William Daniels), Mr. Turner (Anthony Tyler Quinn), Cory's parents (William Russ and Betsy Randle), Minkus (Lee Norris), and both Morgans (Lindsay Ridgeway and Lily Nicksay). That sounds an awful lot like a fitting series finale to us.. Disney Channel had no comment, and no other cast members have commented either, though Rowan Blanchard and August Maturo have retweeted the tweets from the writers' room. Hopefully, however, this is not the end for the adorable show, or for this adult's Friday night plans that still include visits with the Matthews family. Girl Meets World returns January 6 at 6 p.m. with an hour-long special on Disney Channel. (Eonline)

Bravo furious after LuAnn de Lesseps bans filming at her wedding. "Real Housewife" LuAnn de Lesseps has banned Bravo cameras from filming her wedding to businessman Tom D'Agostino Jr., after she sold the exclusive rights to People for around $20,000. Bravo execs are fuming after de Lesseps told them her wedding was a "private event, and so she didn't want it to be filmed, but then she sold the rights to People," according to a source, who added, "Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. The wedding is the biggest storyline of the year for the show, and Bravo is furious. She has said she will provide footage to the show from her private videographer, once her contract with People has expired." More than 200 people were on their way to the Palm Beach, Fla., wedding, which took place on Saturday night, New Year's Eve (which is also the groom's 50th birthday celebration). But the only "Housewives" who will attend the wedding are Dorinda Medley and Jill Zarin. Ramona Singer is in London with her daughter Avery, Sonja Morgan is in Thailand, and Bethenny Frankel appears to be in Mexico. (PageSix)
