"The Doctors" sent an interventionist to Aaron's Florida crib last week. The person showed up Thursday, knocked on Aaron's door, to no avail. THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Frankie Muniz is loving his time on Dancing with the Stars more than he ever thought he would -- but competing on the ABC reality dance competition has taken a physical toll on his body. The former Malcom in the Middle star revealed on the Sept. 18 premiere of DWTS that he had broken his back in a 2009 car racing accident. "I don't really ever feel my back [in my everyday life] because I don't do anything like this," Muniz, 31, told PEOPLE after Monday's episode of DWTS. "My lower back, it scares me because I'm trying to protect it when I dance and that makes me tense up, which isn't good." Muniz admits that just two days before dancing to rave reviews on Monday's ballroom night, he was "messed up" to the point that he couldn't move. "I was stuck," he told reporters. "We've been having to end practice early, which sucks in a week that you have to learn two dances. My mind says I have to keep going but I physically can't. I try to do it one more time but I say, 'Okay, now I'm going to cause more damage.'" Muniz's pro dancer partner Witney Carson verifies his dangerous work ethic. "In rehearsal I'll say, 'Okay, we have to stop,'" she said. "And Frankie is like, 'No. No. We have to keep going.' And I'm like, 'No. We have to stop. It's to that point.'" Muniz says he's been doing yoga, physical therapy and cryotherapy constantly to help combat his pain. "As soon as I'm done with rehearsal, my entire day is healing," said the actor, who had never done cryotherapy before DWTS but has been doing going up to twice a day over the past week. But he also admitted that after Monday's show, "it hurts really bad right now, probably the worst it's felt all week." But he says nothing will keep him from performing on Tuesday's show. "I would be more disappointed than anything if I couldn't dance because of [my injuries.] I'd rather dance and get 1s and get sent home than not be able to dance at all," he says. "I love being a part of it and I love dancing and I don't want to go home any time soon because I just want to keep learning and dancing." Dancing with the Stars' special Latin Night episode airs Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET on ABC. (People)

The former president of SeaWorld Orlando in Florida, Terry Prather, is helping the feds by giving evidence in their probe into the company for matters related to CNN's "Blackfish" film. The company has said it's the subject of probes by the Justice Department and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Investigations are looking into "disclosures and public statements" made by company execs in 2014 or earlier "regarding the impact of the 'Blackfish' documentary" on SeaWorld's stock, according to a filing. A source says the feds are investigating whether there was a cover up at SeaWorld about the negative effect of the documentary as Blackstone took the company public in April 2013. In the months before the IPO, "Blackfish" debuted at Sundance, was acquired by CNN Films, and was released in July 2013. CNN's "Blackfish" details the mistreatment of orca whales at SeaWorld, particularly in Orlando, Fla., where killer whale Tilikum was involved in three deaths. But then-SeaWorld CEO Jim Atchison said in 2013, "Ironically, our attendance has improved since the movie came out." Shareholders sued SeaWorld in 2014, alleging the company deceived investors about the impact of "Blackfish" before and after the IPO. The DOJ asked for a pause on the civil litigation while it conducts a "federal criminal investigation." Prather -- who was president of SeaWorld Orlando from 2010 to 2015 -- plans to cooperate with the probe. It is believed feds want him and others to talk so they can go after "the bigger fish" at SeaWorld, which denied wrongdoing. Prather's attorney Sal Strazzullo said, "He wants to make sure that any person involved in covering up the problems at SeaWorld will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and that may include very senior figures." Blackstone bought SeaWorld for $2.3 billion in 2009. Shares were priced at $27 in the 2013 IPO, hit a low of $12.12 in Sept. 2016 and were at $18.30 in March, when Blackstone nearly tripled its money on its investment in SeaWorld by selling it to a Chinese firm. Blackstone declined to comment. (Page Six)

The family that grooves together, stays together. Jay-Z, Beyonce and their daughter Blue Ivy, 5, attended Bruno Mars' sold-out 24K Magic World Tour show at Madison Square Garden on Saturday. Spies said they were stealthily watching Mars perform from the venue's soundboard. "They seemed to be enjoying the show. Beyonce danced while Jay cuddled with Blue Ivy," a spy told us. They later went to see Mars backstage. While it was one of the family's first public nights out since Beyonce gave birth to twins Sir and Rumi, they appropriately left the newborns at home. Mars also performed a private concert uptown at the Apollo Theater this month for a TV special that will air Nov. 29 on CBS. Beyonce and Mars performed together during halftime at the 2016 Super Bowl. (Page Six)

Diddy and DJ Khaled are deep in negotiations with Fox for a new talent competition show, "The Four," and this one's different from all the rest. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ, neither of them have signed but negotiations are far along. We're told there will be 4 judges -- Diddy is the mogul, DJ Khaled is the producer ... there will also be a songwriter, and the 4th judge will be a performer. At least one of the remaining 2 spots will be a woman. The centerpiece of the show will be contemporary pop with an emphasis on hip hop. It will be an ongoing battle, with new competitors trying to knock out the front-runners. In the end, the winner will get the entire judges panel behind them to launch their career -- a mogul, a producer, a songwriter, and someone to perform onstage with. No word on when the show will premiere, but it sounds different ... and interesting. (TMZ)

Oscars: Philippines Selects 'Birdshot' for Foreign-Language Category. The thriller, directed by 24-year-old Mikhail Red, follows a young girl who accidentally shoots a rare Philippine eagle. The Philippines has chosen 24-year-old filmmaker Mikhail Red's Birdshot as its contender for consideration in the best foreign-language film category at the 2018 Oscars. Equal parts coming-of-age drama and thriller, the film follows the story of young girl who accidentally shoots an endangered Philippine eagle. The film premiered last year at the Tokyo International Film Festival, where it won best film in the Asian Future section. It was later selected for the Ingmar Bergman International Debut Award at the Goteborg Film Festival. The Film Academy of the Philippines' official Oscar selection committee announced its choice Tuesday. The organization said its vote was initially a tie between Birdshot and Baby Ruth Villarama's Sunday Beauty Queen, a documentary about expatriate Filipino domestic workers in Hong Kong. The group's chairman Jose N. Carreon then cast the tie-breaking vote, tipping the balance towards Birdshot. Birdshot stars Mary Joy Apostol, Arnold Reyes, John Arcilla and Ku Aquino. Mikhail Red co-wrote the screenplay with his cousin Rae Red. Mikhail Red also co-edited the film with Jay Halili. Birdshot was produced by PelikulaRED, Tuko Film Production and Buchi Boy Production. No Filipino film has ever made the Academy's shortlist in the best foreign-language film category. (Hollywood Reporter)

Burger King Russia Demands 'It' Ban, Saying Clown Looks Like Ronald McDonald. The company has filed a complaint with Russia's Federal Anti-Monopoly Service. Burger King's Russian division has filed a complaint with the country's Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS), demanding that the movie It be banned in the country. The company claimed that the movie's clown character Pennywise looks like Ronald McDonald and therefore works as an advertisement for the rival fast-food brand. A spokeswoman for the FAS confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that Burger King's complaint has been received and is being evaluated. "We can't be concerned with the content of the film because the writer and director have their own creative understanding of any character," she said, adding that the agency would have to determine though whether the movie contains advertising or product placement. There is no timeframe for consideration of complaints of that kind. Burger King has been actively expanding its operations in Russia and has been aggressively pushing new ideas. It was recently forced to explain to Russian regulators the issuance of its crypto currency, WhopperCoin, as crypto currencies are not allowed in the country. Earlier this year, a video called It - McDonald's Edition was made available on YouTube, containing some of the movie's plot points and featuring Ronald McDonald instead of Pennywise. It opened in Russia on Sept. 7 and has grossed $14 million in the country so far. As of Tuesday, the movie was still available in more than 100 movie theaters throughout Russia. Russian social media users reacted sarcastically to Burger King's complaint. "I think that the head of Burger King Russia should have played Pennywise," a user said on Facebook. (Hollywood Reporter)

Fixer Upper Ending With Season 5: Chip and Joanna Gaines Bid a "Bittersweet" Goodbye. Hold on to your shiplap: Fixer Upper is ending. Yes, it's an end of an era for HGTV and stars Chip Gaines and Joanna Gaines. The home makeover stars made the announcement on their blog that season five of Fixer Upper would be their last. "It is with both sadness and expectation that we share the news that season 5 of Fixer Upper will be our last. While we are confident that this is the right choice for us, it has for sure not been an easy one to come to terms with," the couple wrote in a joint blog post. "Our family has grown up alongside yours, and we have felt you rooting us on from the other side of the screen. How bittersweet to say goodbye to the very thing that introduced us all in the first place." The duo said their time on TV has been "an amazing adventure," and they've poured their all into the show. "We would be foolish to think we can go and go and fire on all cylinders and never stop to pause. Our family is healthy and our marriage has honestly never been stronger. This has nothing to do with a fraudulent skincare line or anything else you'll inevitably read. This is just us recognizing that we need to catch our breath for a moment. Our plan is to take this time to shore up and strengthen the spots that are weak, rest the places that are tired and give lots of love and attention to both our family and our businesses," Chip and Jo said. The fifth season, which begins in November on HGTV is the "perfect finale," they said, because they "laid it all on the field and didn't hold anything back." Fixer Upper might be ending, but they aren't done with Waco. The couple said they still plan to renovate homes and they're "just getting started." "Who knows what the future holds, but we're excited for whatever is around the bend and in the meantime, we will definitely be staying in touch," the said. Fixer Upper has been a ratings hit for HGTV and helped put the couple's Magnolia brand on the map. "We've all been on an incredible journey with Chip and Joanna for five years. It takes a huge amount of time and creative energy to make a phenomenal series like Fixer Upper," the network said in a statement. "We understand their decision to spend more time with their family. Like all of their fans, we want only the best for them and they know they will always have a home at HGTV. Fans can expect that the upcoming season of Fixer Upper will be the best season ever and we can't wait for it to hit the air later this year." (Eonline)

Adam Levine Reveals Surprising Emotional Connection to The Voice's Dave Crosby and His Daughter Claire. Say it with us now: Awwww! As if viral video stars Dave Crosby and his daughter Claire hadn't already stolen our hearts a million times over with their adorable duets of Disney classics on YouTube, they had to go and steal the show during the season 13 premiere of The Voice when Dave, emboldened by the fame his adorable daughter has amassed, decided it was time to pursue his musical dreams once more. After a gorgeous performance of Death Cab for Cutie's "I'll Follow You Into the Dark," coach Adam Levine, who turned around for the crooner and ultimately landed him on his team, admitted that he found the guy familiar. As luck would have it, after Adam and wife Behati Prinsloo welcomed daughter Dusty Rose into the world, a friend shared Dave and Clarie's videos with him. "When I had my baby girl, that was one of the most amazing moments of my life," Adam told him. "And someone sent me that video and I lost it. I'm so happy you realized that you should never have given up on this because if you had given up on this, that never would have happened. What a beautiful thing. I can't believe that it's you that dude from the video, standing in front of me right now. I'm blown away." With the little girl backstage, beaming with pride over her daddy's performance, the coaches invited her out to make her dream of performing on The Voice's stage come true. And with that, we were treated to a few bars of "You've Got a Friend in Me." And our hearts absolutely melted. "So excited to be on #TeamAdam!! Thank you @adamlevine!" Dave tweeted after the show aired. "One of the coolest moments in my life. #TheVoice #TeamAdam." Dave and Claire weren't the evening's only memorable performances, not by a long shot! There's was episode opener Chris Weaver, the worship leader by day, drag queen by night, whose performance of "Try a Little Tenderness" had new judge Jennifer Hudson throwing shoes. Then there was cancer survivor Janice Freeman, whose story and performance of "Radioactive" had everyone in tears, landing her a spot on Miley Cyrus' team. And then there was Esera Tuaolo, the openly gay former NFL player who stunned everyone with a performance of Andra Day's "Rise Up," landing him a spot on Blake Shelton's team. And we're still trying to figure out how Lucas Holliday, who performed "This Woman's Work" and landed on Team JHud, looked like that and sounded like that. If night one is any indication, the talent pool in season 13 will prove to be a force to be reckoned with. Whose audition was your favorite? The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC. How Kevin Can Wait Handled Donna's Death In Season 2 Premiere. Viewers no longer have to wait. In an unexpected twist, it was a sitcom that delivered one of the most buzzed-about deaths of the season, with Kevin Can Wait finally revealing how Donna (Erinn Hayes) died in the season two premiere on Monday night. Except JK, the show never revealed how the Gable family matriarch passed away. For real. Instead, the season two premiered picked up "over a year" after the death of Donna, with Kevin running the household, sporting a beard that made him look like "Pavorotti." As for how it was revealed to viewers that Donna had died, Kevin grew upset when he received another postcard from his wife's gym saying they missed her. "So do I," he said...before asking his daughter not to throw out the coupon for the free kung fu lesson. That was it. Oh, and there was a mention of Donna toward the end of the episode, just before Kendra's wedding to Chale, who will be deported if they don't get hitched. "We're just missing one thing," Kevin said, with I know. I wish Mom was here, too." Kevin then said, "She'd be very proud of you." There to support Kevin and Kendra throughout the episode, including helping Kendra with her wedding planning? Leah Remini's Vanessa, with James' former King of Queens' co-star joining the show as a series regular. Kevin James' CBS sitcom made headlines over the summer when it was revealed Erinn Hayes would be written off the show, and it made headlines again when the network revealed Hayes' Donna, Kevin's wife on the show, would not just be exiting the show, but the character would be killed off. Executive producer Rob Long told TV Line ahead of the premiere that Donna's death would drive Kevin's storyline in a major way in the new season. "The goal was to give Kevin's character a real drive and a real predicament [involving] how a family comes back together [after tragedy]," Long said. "Also, out of respect for the character of Donna -- and certainly the way that Erinn Hayes portrayed her -- it seemed like the only right and fair way to treat her character." While Hayes has yet to sound off on Donna's demise, after news of her exit broke, she tweeted, "True, I've been let go from the show. Very sad, I had a great experience season 1. Thank you for all the support from our wonderful fans." What did you think of Kevin Can Wait's premiere? Were you surprised by how quickly the show moved on? Kevin Can Wait airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on CBS. (Eonline)

Everything we know about This is Us Season 2. Prepare for your heart to break... This is Us returns to television screens across America after what feels like a lifetime. Starring Milo Ventimigila, Mandy Moore, Sterling K. Brown, Chrissy Metz and Justin Hartley, This is Us won the hearts of the nation through its very real telling of family life. The struggle with body image, alcoholism, adoption, race, marital difficulties and fame, no topic is off limit. Prepare to laugh, cry and have your heart break all over again. We CAN'T wait. While our expectations are sky high we are sure that they will not disappoint, here's what we know so far. Don't forget your tissues. Jack Hopefully the show will answer the question all of us are desperate to know: How did Jack die? While we don't want it to be true, we have GOT to know. Show creator Dan Fogelman has confirmed that he will not rush along his timeline (despite our begging). He explains to The Hollywood Reporter, "These characters are real people who exist in our minds and this is what happens and this is their history. You can't necessarily change that timeline because it's pleasing or displeasing, or not fitting in line with how the audience wants to witness it. In terms of the reveal of Jack's death, the only balancing act we're trying to be cognizant of is spacing it out in a way that is interesting for the audience and keeps people engaged and talking about it." All we know so far is that Jack isn't going anywhere any time soon, Mandy Moore explains to People, "Milo is No. 1 on the call sheet." Phew. In season two, we should expect to see more of Jack's home life growing up, the poker crowd and Vietnam, before Rebecca or the Big Three were even in the pipeline. Prepare for your heart to break straight away as supposedly the new season will start with Rebecca and Jack breaking the news to their kids on their recent separation. Fogelman has described season two is a "little darker" in terms of Jack and Rebecca's relationship. ?? Rebecca In the only sneak peek of the show so far, Rebecca appears to dish out motherly advice to Randall. We also should expect more screen time for present-day Rebecca as well as her relationship with Miguel. Fogelman also promises that we may start to warm up to him... (unlikely #TeamJack) Hands up if you're crying already... ?? Randall Things are going to be a lot different for Randall in the new season. At the end of season one, he had lost his biological father, quit his job and wanted to adopt a new child, so it will be interesting to see how that all pans out. Kate Always playing with time hops, we should expect season two to kick off three months after we left the present day storyline, with a now engaged Kate and Toby living together and Kate pursuing a career in music. Kevin Hollywood or the love of his life? Season two will play out that conflict for Kevin. Sylvester Stallone is set to cameo in the new season playing a version of himself and will apparently act as a paternal figure to Kevin. Exciting. There will be 18 episodes in total but sadly a UK release date has not been announced as of yet. Although the first season was shown on Channel 4, the second may be on Amazon Prime. Watch this space. 'Liar's' big reveal held a mirror up to society's attitude to rape. Did you fall for his act too? MAJOR SPOILERS: Watch Liar episode three before reading on So, finally we have learnt the truth about the rape at the centre of ITV's Liar. At the end of episode three - after the CPS decided not to pursue rape charges against Andrew (Ioan Gruffudd) - we see a flashback: he did drug the wine that Laura (Joanne Froggatt) drank at home, just as she had said. It was a shocking moment. And an important reminder that a man can be handsome and still a rapist. A man can be charming and still be a rapist. He can have a respectable job and still be a rapist. Over the past few weeks, viewers - including us in the GLAMOUR office - have speculated that someone else must have committed the rape (the taxi driver, the ex, a random stranger who broke in). So this was a wakeup call. We'd fallen for Andrew's 'charming man' act too. OK, so the show unfolded in a way that was meant to provoke doubt - but why didn't we whole-heartedly believe Laura from the outset? Is it because Andrew didn't fit our pre-conceived ideas of what a rapist 'looks like'? Did we think that because he was a widowed single dad, that made him too 'good' to be a sexual predator? Of course, sexual predators are manipulative. They hide in plain sight. They abuse their positions of authority, their good-standing in the community. We're only now seeing the ugly truth about Andrew - but Liar has held up a mirror to our attitude towards rape. If his character had been a TV stereotype of a loner weirdo, we might have been quicker to think he was guilty. Another uncomfortable truth: did we doubt Laura because she didn't behave in a way that we expect victims too? She got angry and posted about it publicly online. She snuck into his house and snooped for evidence. She shouted at the police. Would we have believed her if she was presented as crying and helpless? There is no 'right' way to behave after you have been raped. Hopefully Liar will remind people of that. (British Glamour)

'Mad Men' Alum Vincent Kartheiser Joins 'Das Boot' Event Series. Tom Wlaschiha of 'Game of Thrones is also on board for the submarine drama, together with James D'Arcy and Thierry Fremont. Vincent Kartheiser, who played Pete Campbell on seven seasons of AMC's Mad Men, has joined the cast of WWII event series Das Boot. Game of Thrones actor Tom Wlaschiha, James D'Arcy of Marvel's Agent Carter and French actor Thierry Fremont (Juste un regard) have also boarded the drama, which is inspired by the best-selling novel by Lothar-Gunther Buchheim about the submarine war of the 1940s, as well as by Wolfgang Petersen's Oscar-nominated film adaptation from 1981. Shooting has already begun in Prague for the series, which German shingle Bavaria is producing together with Sky Deutschland and Sonar Entertainment. Sonar is handling world sales on the $31 million production. Sky will premiere the series in late 2018 across its pay-TV networks in Germany, Italy, Austria, the U.K. and Ireland. Austrian filmmaker Andreas Prochaska (The Dark Valley) is helming Das Boot from a script by head writers Tony Saint (Margaret Thatcher: The Long Walk to Finchley) and Johannes W. Betz (Der Tunnel). The series' ensemble cast also includes Lizzy Caplan (Masters of Sex), August Wittgenstein (The Crown), Rainer Bock (The White Ribbon) and Robert Stadlober (Summer Storm). Executive producing are Moritz Polter, Oliver Vogel and Jan S. Kaiser for Bavaria, Marcus Ammon and Frank Jastfelder for Sky and Jenna Santoianni for Sonar. (Hollywood Reporter)

Mr. and Mrs. Cooper! Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) and Amy Fowler (Mayim Bialik) are finally engaged. During the Big Bang Theory season 11 premiere, Sheldon got his answer -- only after interrupting his own proposal to take a call from Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco). Showrunner Steve Holland opened up about the big moment -- and the wedding -- during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. "It's not going to be super quick; there's certainly fun stories to play with this couple planning their wedding. Specifically, Sheldon who has ideas about everything is going to have ideas about their wedding," he teases. "One of the episodes is Sheldon, who is so excited, wants to make the wedding so perfect that he starts to drive himself crazy trying to pick a wedding date. Because he can't just pick a date -- he has to analyze every date; he's sure that there's a best one out there. And he can be like that with every decision for this wedding." In other words, Sheldon is bridezilla. "But in a sweet way where he wants it to be perfect," Holland clarifies. "So Amy has to love that he's doing that but also be frustrated by it." Another big bombshell during the season opener? Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) is pregnant -- again. And Howard's (Simon Helberg) reaction was priceless. (Spoiler: He freaked out!) In July, Raunch revealed that she is pregnant in real life after suffering a miscarriage. "When Melissa told us that she and her husband were expecting, we started talking about what we wanted to do in the show. Our first thought was that Howard and Bernadette just had a baby and we can do the regular sitcom thing of having her sitting down a lot and putting things in her lap to hide her belly. Then we started talking about it and realized that it's really interesting that they wouldn't be expecting to get pregnant again so quickly and nobody in the audience would be expecting them to do so, either. It seemed like a really interesting story to tell," Holland says. "They're not unhappy about having a second baby but it definitely changes things." Ahead of the premiere, costar Cuoco shared an Instagram photo of the cast touching Raunch's growing baby bump on set. The Big Bang Theory airs Mondays on CBS at 8 p.m. ET. (US Weekly)
