Sam Hunt Marries Hannah Lee Fowler in Romantic Hometown Ceremony. Cue the wedding bells! Sam Hunt tied the knot with his fiancee Hannah Lee Fowler this afternoon after a brief engagement. The two exchanged vows in the country singer's hometown in Georgia and were surrounded by a small number of friends and family. In a picture obtained by E! News, the bride wore a white gown featuring a long, beautiful train. She also had her hair done in a side-braid. The two became engaged in January of this year and have kept their relationship largely out of the public eye, save for a few of Hunt's more famous songs. In fact, in his track "Drinkin' Too Much," he details the ups and downs that he and Fowler faced after their romance went public. "Every dream I ever had was you. Hope you know I'm still in love. It's the kind you can't fall out of... Hannah Lee I'm on my way to you. Nobody can love you like I do. I don't know what I'm going to say to you, but I know there ain't no way, I know there ain't no way, no there ain't no way we're through." The two have been on and off for around a decade it seems, and most recently reconciled back in 2016 shortly before they took a trip to Israel together. In an interview with ABC News Radio, Hunt shared that Fowler was a huge source of inspiration for his work. "I spent a lot of time talking to her about songs. I probably should have included her as a co-writer on a lot of these songs because I spent a lot of time chatting with her." He added, "I got a lot of insight into females in general from being in a close relationship with her. I used a lot of that when writing on the songs because a lot of the songs are relationship-based." Congratulations to the newlyweds! Here's to more inspiration for Hunt for years to come. TMZ was first to report the wedding news. (Eonline)

Jeff Goldblum and Emilie Livingston Welcome Son River Joe. Say hello to Jeff Goldblum's mini-me! The Thor: Ragnarok actor's wife, Emilie Livingston, announced via Instagram Friday that she'd given birth not too long ago. "I can't believe it's been a week already!" she wrote. "River Joe Goldblum was born 4/7/17 at 8:53am. Charlie Ocean is such a sweet and caring older brother." The mother of two shared a trio of photos with her fans, two of which included her husband. Livingston, who wed Goldblum in 2014, added, "We couldn't be happier!!!" She said the actor "is our rock and continues to be an exceptionally loving and passionate father! Love my boys!!!" Goldblum has yet to address his son's birth via social media. Livingston announced her second pregnancy via Instagram in January. Shortly after welcoming Charlie on July 4, 2015, Goldblum appeared on TBS' Conan, where he gushed about his happy family. "She's so wonderful," he told Conan O'Brien. "She's so good." His firstborn, meanwhile, was a "very good" baby. "I enjoy him. I love him to bits. I nuzzle him," Goldblum, 64, raved. "I smell him. I kiss him. I talk to him. I make jokes with him. I sing to him." By all accounts, Charlie was an easy baby. "I found that in the beginning he slept more. He was taking longer [naps]. Now he's taking less naps. It's always an evolving process. It's not like, 'Ah-ha! Here's the trick,'" she told People last year. "We're lucky; he's a really good sleeper. I put him down at 7:15 p.m. and he falls asleep around 7:30 p.m. or 7:40 p.m. so we watch some TV." Goldblum's favorite time of day came just before bedtime, though. "We get in the bathtub every night, the three of us, and we give him a bath," the Jurassic Park actor shared. "So cute." Before his third wife, Goldblum "never seriously considered" having kids. "I'm at a different place now," he told Parade last year. "I was enthusiastic to marry her and try to have a baby." (Eonline)

Elle King: "Skipped Out on My Wedding." This runaway bride is rocking out! "Ex's & Oh's" singer-songwriter and Rob Schneider's daughter Elle King was set to marry her fiance Andrew "Fergie" Ferguson in New York Saturday. However, King headed to Seattle instead and revealed some surprising news on Instagram that night. "Skipped out on my wedding," she wrote, alongside a video of her rocking out onstage with Eagles of Death Metal at the Paramount Theatre. "I married Rock&Roll instead...so I hopped on tour with EAGLES OF F--KING DEATH METAL." Ferguson has not commented. He proposed to King in February 2016 on a boat under the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. Ferguson, who is Scottish, had met King at the lobby of a hotel in London. He soon quit his job and moved to the United States to be with her. They even got tattoos of each other's names. King chose her wedding gown, a $4,900 blush, long sleeve, off-the-shoulder, lace, beaded Stephen Yearick A-line dress, at Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City on an episode of TLC's Say Yes to the Dress that aired in March. King had dropped hints in recent weeks that she and Ferguson had split. On March 28, she posted on Instagram a selfie taken in the Hollywood Hills with the caption, "Gotta say...no matter how heartbreaking one day may be, it's hard to not smile in this California sunshine," as well as a photo of her with her girlfriends. "All my single ladies," she wrote. Last week, King posted a video of herself snuggling her dog. "Been a really rough and insane start to this year. But I haven't seen my sugar in a month," she wrote. "Lately I don't cry very much. I feel like it will just be an explosion if I did. But seeing my little baby girl again, and having her by my side, well I lost it. She's my best friend and the only true loyalty I've ever known." "Today someone tried to make me feel a certain way about myself," she continued. "But we have to remember, no one can make you feel anything unless you let them. Don't give people power over you. As a human, other people may try to be threatening in more ways than just verbal or physical acts. Always be strong. Always have dogs. Never forget your rights and your worth. If no one has told you today, I love you and I think you're beautiful and are worthy of love and kindness." King recently bought a house in Los Angeles. She recently made mention of a "new chapter." "All my s--t arrived in boxes while I slept. I think I'll just ignore the mountain for a while," King wrote earlier this month. "If you look at moving boxes as a mountain, it can be overwhelming and terrifying," she said Friday. "But it's been a surprise each time. It's wonderful to rediscover all of your favorite things. I think our memories make up our souls. What we've done, who we've seen, what we've feared, who we've loved. Isn't that what makes us who we are? We can't control the world. All I can control is what I allow within my own world." "I'm going to choose happiness and curiosity and try practicing more patience with this new chapter," she added. "It's scary. But I don't think I'd learn any lesson that didn't leave me shakin in my boots. Funny what a little white coat can stir up within you." (Eonline)

Richard Simmons is "perfect," and "happy," but he's still dealing with a knee problem that has kept him in virtual hiding for the last 3 years ... that's the takeaway we got from one of his closest friends. A woman named Denise -- who says she's known Richard for 35 years -- was at Richard's gate delivering flowers where she said the former fitness guru is doing great. But then she says Richard's been dealing with a medical issue for years -- his knee. TMZ broke the story back in November, 2014 -- 8 months after Simmons just disappeared -- that he had 2 bad knees and an operation on the first was so painful he was delaying the second. It seems that based on what Denise is saying ... Richard was bedridden for a time because he never got the second knee operation. Unclear if he's gotten it done yet. The mystery continues. (TMZ)

"Easter with #demkids," she shared with her followers. "#moments #rocandroe #easter #family @nickcannon." The family time comes less than a week after reports surfaced that Mariah and Bryan Tanaka had broken up after less than a year of dating. "Mariah is happy. She is focusing on her kids and new music," a source shared with People when the news was revealed. "Bryan was a good distraction after she split from James. This is a good time for her to be single and focus on herself." In fact, both Mariah and Nick continue to focus on co-parenting with very little drama. Whether attending Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards or a family dinner together, this famous pair has been able to remain friendly. Saturday Night Live's Leslie Jones Continues Her Weight-Loss Journey: Inside Her Fitness Routines. She's shedding the pounds and showing the world what she's made of! Funny lady Leslie Jones has been hitting the gym and then hitting the "Share" button on Instagram, showing off her new fitness regimen as she sheds the pounds for all to see. About six weeks ago, the Saturday Night Live star started posting gym pics on social media and ever since then it's been a non-stop, workout-sesh selfie storm. The 49-year-old comedian has been working with personal trainer Thaddeus Harvey in New York City and it seems like the fitness expert is kicking Jones' butt in gear! Last August, the Ghostbusters star went on Live with Kelly and opened up to Kelly Ripa about her 40-pound weight loss, which was inspired by a trip to the doctor's office. "The first thing is for your doctor to tell you that you need to lose 40 pounds," she told the daytime host. "I got rid of soda and juice that was the first thing I did. That literally was 20 lbs. right there." In addition to the improved diet, Jones said her co-star Kate McKinnon helped her start exercising. "Every time we went to dinner she would make me walk to dinner, we would walk after dinner. And then it just started becoming -- I would work out, I would do yoga, I really tried to watch what I eat. It's not always easy because I do have a sweet tooth that's a killer. But I do they best that I can." It looks like the best she could do then is pretty bad ass now! In the past six weeks, the Memphis-born actress has posted over 40 photos from her workouts, which look pretty grueling. From six-mile runs to weight training and leg lifts, Jones is serious about toning her slimmed-down body in the gym. Seems like she just needed a push from a fellow funny gal. Jones may be using her core strength to get through the strenuous workouts but she's also using her humor, joking on Twitter that Harvey is trying to kill her. "Hello 911 yea my trainer tried to kill me today! What's that? Is my ass looking good? Yea but...nevermind. Oh well I guess that didn't work," she wrote on March 20. (Eonline)

Angelina Jolie Drops $25 Million on Historic Cecil B. DeMille Home: How Brad Pitt Affected Her Decision. Angelina Jolie just purchased one of the most historic homes in Los Angeles. E! News can confirm the actress offered $25 million to buy late director Cecil B. DeMille's massive estate in Los Feliz, where he lived until his death in 1959. The 7,500-square-foot Beaux Arts style home comes complete with six bedrooms and ten baths as well as 2.1 acres of land on the Laughlin Park community. Accompanying the mansion, there's also a pool with a pool house, a gym, a studio with its own separate entrance, fountains, rose gardens, rolling lawns, a library and much more. We're sure that's more than enough space to accommodate her six children -- Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne -- and despite their split, we think Brad Pitt may have had a bit of an influence on her decision to return to Hollywood. Considering reports circulated that she was considering moving to London as she just recently started her professorship at the London School of Economics, we can only assume she's decided to return to Los Angeles to assure her children maintain a relationship with their father (who also lives in L.A.). In fact, while breaking her silence about the divorce, Jolie said the former couple's main concern is to stick together as a family. "We are focusing on the health of our family," she said in a pre-taped interview on Good Morning America. "And so we will be stronger when we come out of this because that's what we're determined to do as a family." Not to mention, Jolie and Pitt have already started unloading their other homes together. They listed their French Chateau Miraval and their New Orleans mansion. They put their NOLA home on the market long before they announced their split, asking $6.5 million for the 7,645-square-foot digs. Meanwhile, other than Pitt, Jolie will find herself living among many other famous faces in the neighborhood, including" Ellen Pompeo, Casey Affleck, Natalie Portman, Will.I.Am., David Fincher, and Lauren Graham. What do you think of her news digs? (Eonline)

Kendall Jenner loves to party, but she'll pass on the dutchie ... at least that's what she did during a Coachella weed after-party this weekend. Eyewitnesses tell us Kendall attended Talent Resources' and Weedmaps' "Marijuana Oasis" party after Coachella closed its final curtain Saturday night, but did not take one puff of pot herself. We're told Kendall arrived at around midnight with an entourage of 9 -- including Hailey Baldwin and A$AP Rocky, who was performing that night alongside Tyler the Creator, Action Bronson and others. And while nearly everyone around her indulged in bud, sources say Kendall made it clear she wouldn't be joining. Instead, Kendall simply enjoyed herself -- dancing with friends, snapping selfies with guests, chatting up the crowd and snagging A$AP's yellow goggles off his head. We're told she was totally pleasant, despite damn near everyone around toking up on products from Gen-X, West Coast Cure, Brass Knuckles, Nameless Genetics and FlavRX. Sources say the main product of choice was pre-rolled joints from said companies. It appears Kendall ain't a fan of the ganja -- in public, anyway -- even if her man A$AP is. We're told he was smoking ... a lot. Good news is she wasn't alone in her abstinence ... Hailey Baldwin didn't smoke either. Still ... we're guessing they couldn't avoid a contact high. (TMZ)

Survivor Contestant Jeff Varner Fired From His Job After Outing Zeke Smith During Tribal Council. Jeff Varner continues to face the repercussions of his actions on Survivor. Just a few days after outing fellow contestant Zeke Smith during tribal council, reports have surfaced claiming Jeff has been fired from his job as a real estate agent. According to News & Record Greensboro, Jeff was let go from his job as a real estate agent on Thursday. Jeff was told by his employer that he is "in the middle of a story that we don't want anything to do with." Just one week earlier, Jeff took to Twitter where he appeared to be just starting out on the job. "Hitting SEND on my first active listing with @AllenTate," he shared from his office. "#Realtors, send me buyers #Realtorlife." For those who missed the shocking reality TV moment, Jeff admitted to Survivor host Jeff Probst during last week's tribal council that he felt he was going home. In an attempt to save himself, the contestant revealed personal information about Zeke. "There is deception here. Deception on levels Jeff that these guys don't even understand," he explained before looking at Zeke. "Why haven't you told anyone that you're transgender?" Within moments, several cast members voiced their outrage at Jeff for outing their teammate. "I didn't want to be the 'trans' Survivor player and I wanted to be Zeke the Survivor player," Zeke explained. "I don't even need a cheerleader because I know I can do whatever I want to do." Since the episode aired, Jeff has apologized for his actions and maintained his support for the LGBTQ community. "I offer my deepest, most heart-felt apologizes to Zeke Smith, his friends and life allies, his family and to all those who my mistake hurt and offended," he shared on Twitter. "I recklessly revealed something I mistakenly believed everyone already knew." "I was wrong and make no excuses for it. I own responsibility in what is the worst decision of my life." Survivor airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS. (Eonline)

Lady Gaga Debuts New Single "The Cure" and Gets Much Love at Coachella 2017. Lady Gaga certainly did not disappoint at Coachella. During her headlining set at the 2017 music festival Saturday, the singer debuted a new song, "The Cure," which was then released to Spotify, Apple Music and other streaming services. Her set featured an elaborate, theatrical stage production, made up of giant cameras and spotlights, and took more than hour to build. In addition to her new single, Gaga also performed a slew of her past tracks, including "Yoü And I," "Alejandro," "Telephone," a downtempo version of "Edge of Glory" and an uptempo version of "Million Reasons" from her 2016 album Joanne. During her performance, audience members in the front rows yelled "I love you!" to Gaga, to which she responded, "I love you" in return and said that every time she hears someone in the crowd say that to her, she gets emotional and tears up. Celebs spotted in the crowd watching Gaga's set included Katy Perry, Rihanna and Wiz Khalifa. The singer was announced as a headlining performer to replace Beyonce after she pulled out of the festival in February due to her pregnancy. The singer and husband Jay Z are expecting twins. Other headliners of the two-weekend Coachella festival include Radiohead, Bon Iver and Future, who introduced surprise guest performer Drake Saturday. (Eonline)

Vegas clearly couldn't compete with Coachella over the weekend, with acts like Gaga, Weeknd and Kendrick Lamar, Quavo, Drake and Future taking the mic in the California desert ... but the Nevada desert still got its piece of the action with Aaron Carter! Aaron performed at the Go Pool at Flamingo, and let's be fair ... he attracted a pretty big crowd that seemed to be enjoying it. Truth be told ... in that one shining moment, Aaron Carter was King of Sin City. (TMZ)

Celebs showed up to day 2 at Coachella in big numbers, some to perform ... and others to just bask in the sun. Drake, Future, The Weeknd, Diddy, Quavo, Gucci Mane, A$AP Rocky ... and, of course, Lady Gaga all took the stage. Others who were just there to enjoy ... Joe Jonas, Olivia Culpo, Ashley Tisdale, Nicole Richie, Jourdan Dunn, Christina Milian, Brooklyn Beckham, Tyga, Jared Leto, Emma Roberts and Sofia Carson ... among many, many others. Just goes to show ya ... even Hollywood succumbs to the pull to Coachella. (TMZ)

Aries Spears took repeated blows to the head from a pissed off host when a heated radio interview turned violent, and TMZ's obtained the video that was censored from the broadcast. The incident went down during the 'Corey Holcomb 5150' online radio show. One of the co-hosts, Zo Williams, got into it with Aries, and then it got real racial. Aries went off on a jag about "light-skinned n****s" being loud. That's when it got physical with Zo throwing the first punch. Actually, he threw all of 'em. Sources tell us Zo and his co-hosts were fed up with Spears being rude. In the video, Spears said he was drunk during the show. After the incident he dismissed Zo as a "bitch n***a" ... on Twitter. We smell a rematch. (TMZ)

Star Wars' Mark Hamill Fights Back Tears While Paying Tribute to Carrie Fisher: ''She Wore This Toughness Like Armor." Carrie Fisher's passing is still undoubtedly weighing heavily on her former Star Wars co-stars. During a 3-day event in Orlando focused around all things Star Wars in honor of the 40th anniversary, Mark Hamill took to the stage to speak to a packed audience about the loss of his longtime friend. The actor read his tribute statement that was originally released at the end of last year, shortly after her death. "Determined and tough, but with a vulnerability that made you root for her and want her to succeed in being happy," he began while holding back tears. "That was what I thought was so incredible about her. For all of the vibrato, it was almost like a defense mechanism... That she wore this toughness like armor but down deep, there was the vulnerability of a little girl." He added, "It was enormously appealing and she was so smart...When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure. Here we are today to celebrate the treasure that was Carrie Frances Fisher." Hamill further read his original statement, saying, "She played such a crucial role in my professional and person life, and both would have been far emptier without her. I am grateful for the laughter, the wisdom, the kindness and even the bratty, self-indulgent crap my beloved space-twin gave me through the years." So will fans get to see more of Carrie's legacy on the screen in the coming installments of the hit franchise? Well, earlier ABC News released a sneak peek of an interview with the President of Lucasfilm, Kathleen Kennedy, who explained just how much of the late actress we should expect to see. "Sadly, Carrie will not be in nine. But we will see a lot of Carrie in eight," she shared. And just a few hours ago, the trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi was released after what can only be described as the most anticipation for a trailer in a long, long time. (Eonline)

Justin Theroux Was "Completely Moved" by How The Leftovers Ends. There might not be anything leftover on set from HBO's The Leftovers. Well, maybe one thing. "No, I did not take [the gray sweatpants]," Justin Theroux told E! News at the premiere of The Leftovers. We're of course talking about that infamous jogging ensemble that will forever live on in GIF form. "I took a T-shirt, thank you very much." Meanwhile, Theroux's ex TV wife, Amy Brenneman, took something very specific to her character, Laurie Garvey. "Anything white I associate with Laurie," she told us. "I have her lighter from the first season. Laurie goes very deep in my heart. I wanted to take Margaret Qualley as a memento, but she's a grown woman -- and she has a mother! But I'm very attached to her." The Leftovers begins its third and final season on Sunday, April 16. The show, which is based on the book of the same name by Tom Perrotta and was created by Perrotta and Damon Lindelof, follows the aftermath of the Sudden Departure, the day when 2 percent of the world's population suddenly disappeared. Lindelof, one of the masterminds behind Lost, is known for his twists, but don't expect a controversial ending. "I don't think it's controversial. I think our show does a thing where you expect it to zig and it always zags, so it definitely, I think, does that to a certain extent, but without giving anything away I can say when I read the script I was completely moved and thought it was a beautiful, beautiful way to end our show," Theroux said. The Leftovers also stars Liv Tyler, Ann Dowd, Carrie Coon, Chris Zylka, Christopher Eccleston, Scott Glenn, Regina King and Kevin Carroll. Season three premieres Sunday, April 16 at 9 p.m. on HBO. Star Wars: The Last Jedi Trailer: Luke Skywalker Tells Rey It's "Time for the Jedi to End." At last, the Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer is here. On day two of the three-day of Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, the film's director Rian Johnson and several cast members -- including John Boyega, Mark Hamill and Daisy Ridley -- promoted Lucasfilm's blockbuster adventure movie, which flies into theaters Dec. 15. A live stream aired on the Star Wars YouTube channel. Johnson made a surprise appearance as fans waited in line overnight before Friday's panel. Introducing himself with a bullhorn, the director spent hours shaking hands, posing for photos and signing autographs for thousands. He repeatedly dodged questions about the movie's plot. As he walked through the convention center (with his longtime producer, Ram Bergman, at his side), he thanked fans for their devotion to the film franchise. "Just stay where you're at!" he instructed. "I promise to come to you. I'm psyched to meet you guys. You guys are hardcore!" Kennedy began by thanking fans for maintaining their enthusiasm. "The energy in this room -- given that everybody was up until 3:00 in the morning -- that is cool," she said. Johnson echoed Kennedy's comments, saying, "To meet you guys and get to know you, thank you. This is the best fan family in the world. You guys are the best. You made me feel so good. So, thank you." Lucasfilm's Star Wars: The Last Jedi -- the eighth installment in the billion-dollar film franchise -- also stars Gwendoline Christie, Anthony Daniels, Benicio Del Toro, Laura Dern, Adam Driver, Carrie Fisher, Domhnall Gleeson, Oscar Isaac, Billie Lourd, Peter Mayhew, Lupita Nyong'o, Simon Pegg, Timothy M. Rose, Andy Serkis, Kelly Marie Tran and Jimmy Vee. Josh Gad, who famously hounded Ridley for Star Wars spoilers while filming Murder on the Orient Express, hosted The Last Jedi panel. "I am here because Daisy Ridley forced my hand," Gad said. "This is truly insane. This is my first time at Star Wars Celebration, and I'm so excited." Star Wars: The Last Jedi is currently in post-production, Johnson said. "We're still editing, but we're very far along," he teased, adding, "It's all coming together." "We had the time of our lives making this movie. It was such a joyful experience, from top to bottom," the director said, comparing London's Pinewood Studios to Camelot. "To be able to set up came there and come to work every day, it just added to this really magical experience." Kennedy also touched upon Fisher's legacy in the film series. "It was extraordinary, needless to say. Carrie is remarkable in the movie," she told Gad. "What Rian wrote and the performance she ends up giving, I think you guys are going to find that an amazing tribute to her talent." Johnson added, "I love her so much, man. I just adore her and connected with her first and foremost as a writer. She's a brilliant writer -- just an incredible mind. I'd go to her house and we'd sit on her bed for hours...We'd have these stream of consciousness, adlib poetry jam sessions...Every six hours there'd be four lines of dialogue that would be a distillation of that." After Ridley came onstage, Gad grilled her with questions: "Are you and Luke related by blood? Are you a Skywalker? Is your name Rey Skywalker? Is your name Rey Kenobi? Who doesn't know their own last name? Imagine if I went up to you and said, 'My entire name is Josh. Nice to meet you!' Are you the Madonna of Jakku? I see we're getting nowhere, Daisy!" To his surprise, Ridley said, "I actually can tell you some things. What I can say is, in The Last Jedi, we go deeper into Rey's story. What is very apparent from where we left off in The Force Awakens and where we pick up in The Last Jedi is Rey has a certain expectation of [her future]...As everyone knows, it's difficult to meet your heroes, because they might not be what you expect." Ridley added that she's excited for fans to hear "Luke's first words." BB-8 joined Johnson, Kennedy and Ridley onstage, with Gad translating the droid's messages. Boyega was on deck next, and he was similarly coy whenever Gad asked too many probing questions. The actor did, however, confirm that Finn has recovered after sustaining a back injury in The Force Awakens. "He's not playing this time," he said. "In The Last Jedi, it's a test for all the characters, but specifically for Finn, he wants to find his place now. Is he part of the Resistance, or is he going to keep running away from The First Order?" as for Finn's relationship with Poe Dameron (Isaac), Boyega told Gad, "There's always a new adventure for us to go on." Johnson revealed that out of all the new actors in the sequel, Tran has the "biggest part in the new movie." It's ironic, the director joked, since Tran is "the smallest actor" in the ensemble. "My character's name is Rose," she said. "She's part of the Resistance; She works in maintenance." According to Johnson, Rose is "not a soldier" and "she's not looking to be a hero." Hamill wasn't at risk of revealing any secrets. "I might be one of the most valuable characters to Lucasfilm -- not because I'm a legacy character, but thanks to short term memory loss, I don't remember what I had for breakfast," he said. "I'm joking, but even when I went in and did ADR and saw this footage, it was like an out of body experience. It's so contained in its own world." "In Seven, you discovered Luke is a hermit on this island. There's so much unsaid about where he's been and what he's done. It's time for the Jedi to end." Netflix Is Reportedly Reviving Carmen Sandiego With Gina Rodriguez. Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego? Pretty soon, the answer to that question just may be: On Netflix. According to a report by Tracking Board, the streaming giant is reviving the iconic '90s character with a 20-episode order of a new animated series meant to both entertain and educate children about geography. Per the report, this new version of the globetrotting thief will be voiced by none other than Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez. The new series will be based on the video game Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? and the subsequent PBS game show of the same name that ran for five seasons and put kid's geographical knowledge to the test. Rodriguez can currently be seen in the third season of Jane the Virgin on the CW. The dramedy has been renewed for a fourth season, as well. Are you looking forward to a new Carmen Sandiego? And could there be a better person to bring her to life than Rodriguez? (Eonline)
