Interstate 8 lane restrictions through Telegraph Pass Thursday
Motorists advised to allow extra travel time between Yuma and Phoenix
Crews are scheduled to conduct roadside maintenance along Interstate 8 in the Telegraph Pass area just east of Yuma on Thursday (Dec. 3)
Work is scheduled to take place between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Drivers are advised to allow extra travel time as they make their way through the mountainous region as lane restrictions will be in place in both directions during work hours.
ADOT works to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but there is a possibility that unscheduled closures or restrictions may occur. Weather can also affect a project schedule.
