Vanderpump Rules Stars Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz Are Married. We now pronounce Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney husband and wife. The Vanderpump Rules stars got married Wednesday evening in Northern California and the bride tells E! News exclusively: "I'm so happy to have married my best friend and love that I finally get to call Tom my husband. Celebrating with our closest friends and family has been nothing short of an amazing experience." Close to 100 guests including several co-stars watched the couple exchange vows and say "I Do" at a venue perfect to their tastes. "We wanted to be secluded and in the woods and we are just that. It's so pretty," Tom told E! News days before the big day. "Our theme is woodsey-elegance and the thing I'm most, most excited about is that we get to have so many of our close family and friends there. It just makes it that much more special." Katie was extra excited to make things official while also showcasing her wedding dress for the first time to Tom. "My dress, when I put it on, I got goose bumps and I knew that was the dress I was going to marry him in and it had all the elements that I really, really wanted," the co-founder of Pucker & Pout shared with us. "For me, it's unique and its different and it's very me." Before the wedding, much of the Vanderpump Rules cast including Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, Jax Taylor and Scheana Shay headed to New Orleans to enjoy a joint bachelor-bachelorette party. Katie also enjoyed a bridal shower in July that could only be described as an "amazing day." "Thank you to allll my girls for everything," she shared on Instagram. "My heart has doubled in size!" As Vanderpump Rules viewers know, Tom and his leading lady often referred to as Bubbie can't hide their affection for one another. And if you've ever wondered what their dynamic is away from the small screen, it's just as sweet as you'd hope. "She's a good person to do nothing with. She's got great eyebrows," Tom recently joked to E! News when asked about what he likes most about his wife. "I like waking up next to her." Katie added, "Tom has the cutest kind of face. He makes me laugh. I just love being around him and I can't get enough of him." Congratulations to the couple on their special day. (Eonline)
Miley Cyrus can't stop changing her mind. The "Wrecking Ball" singer recently canceled flights and lodging for a -- honeymoon in Bora Bora with fiance Liam Hemsworth, a source reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly. "They had the entire trip planned, but Miley just decided she didn't want to go there anymore," explains a Cyrus insider. "They have yet to pick a new locale." It would help if they stuck to a wedding date. After scrapping the idea of a small summer beach ceremony in -- Australia, 23-year-old Cyrus "is still very erratic with her decision-making," adds a pal. Their new plan, says the source, is to marry this fall -- destination unknown. But there's one decision the new coach on NBC's The Voice hasn't wavered on. "Miley is pretty adamant about having a small, private ceremony," says the insider. "But Liam wants a really big wedding, so I'm sure they'll come to a compromise." The pair announced their engagement in 2012, but split the following September. After spending more than two years apart, they quietly reunited this past December. Hemsworth opened up about the split and their rekindled romance in a recent interview with GQ Australia. "Of course it was hard, man," the Independence Day: Resurgence actor, 26, said in the magazine's June/July issue. "But we were both going in different directions and it's just what needed to happen. We were both super young and it was a good decision at the time -- we both needed that." Whenever the pair decides to walk down the aisle, at least one A-lister is hoping to score an invitation. As Cyrus' godmother, Dolly Parton, told Us in late July, "If she ever decides to really go and do it, I'd love to be there!" (US Weekly)
Avril Lavigne and Ryan Cabrera had the most romantic steak dinner you've ever seen 2 "friends" have. The duo was spotted Tuesday night at STK Midtown in NYC, sipping rose and chowing down on filet and foie gras. Witnesses say they were cozy, cuddly and even kissed a few times. Avril's been adamant they're just pals. As we reported, Ryan moved in with Avril after she ended things with Chad Kroeger -- but only because his GF kicked him out. That's what friends are for, right? Ryan was in NYC for his My2K tour and obviously ... some QT time with his friend. (TMZ)

Kourtney Kardashian is sent "over the edge" on this Sunday's Keeping Up With the Kardashians after seeing a Chymoji of Blac Chyna slapping a Kylie Jenner look-alike. After seeing the Chymoji, Kourtney decided to call Rob Kardashian to give him a piece of her mind. "Everything with Rob, I always try to be super calm but I was just like in a mood," Kourtney tells her makeup artist Mario in the clip. "So I was gonna call Chyna and then Kylie was like, 'No just call Rob, it's too crazy to call Chyna.' And I'm like I don't want to yell at a pregnant person." "So wait what did you say to Rob?" Ryan Lochte Stands by Rio Robbery Story Amid Alleged Discrepancies: "We're Victims in This." Amid an ongoing investigation surrounding Ryan Lochte and his teammates, the Olympic gold medalist is standing by his story. After swimmers Gunnar Bentz, Jack Conger, Jimmy Feigen and Lochte told U.S. Olympic Committee officials they were being driven home Sunday morning when "their taxi was stopped by individuals posing as armed police officers who demanded the athletes' money and other personal belongings," Rio police could not corroborate their story. As of Wednesday, they had been unable to find any evidence supporting the athletes' claims, including the men's taxi driver or witnesses to the reported crime. Brazilian Judge Keyla Blanc De Cnop subsequently ordered Feigen and Lochte's passports seized to prevent them from leaving the country, though Lochte had already arrived in the United States. Wednesday evening, Conger and Bentz were pulled off of their flight home shortly before takeoff and detained for questioning by Brazilian authorities. The men were released overnight "with the understanding that they would continue their discussions about the incident on Thursday," according to United States Olympic Committee spokesperson Patrick Sandusky. Regardless of recent developments, Lochte stands by their account. "I wouldn't make up a story like this nor would the others," Lauer said on Today, quoting Lochte from their phone conversation Wednesday. "As a matter of fact, we all feel it makes us look bad. We're victims in this and we're happy that we're safe." However, the journalist noted that there had been differences in what the athlete told him and what he had described to Billy Bush in a previous on-camera interview. While Lochte told Bush the gun had been cocked to his forehead, he told Lauer it was pointed in his "general direction." As for the location of their taxi, he originally told Bush the cab had been pulled over by men with a police badge, while in his account to Lauer, he said they had stopped at a gas station to use the bathroom when the alleged robbery occurred. Additionally, in a statement from the Rio de Janeiro court on Wednesday, Cnop mentioned that the athletes had been inconsistent about the number of robbers involved during their initial testimonies. She also mentioned their "attitude" while going through security upon return to the Olympic Village, where they were recorded on surveillance cameras. Lochte's lawyer, Jeff Ostrow, told the Associated Press Tuesday that his client was telling the truth. "This happened the way he described it," Ostrow said (via NBC Connecticut). "Ryan was a hundred percent cooperative and fully available when they reached out to us for an interview." "It doesn't behoove Ryan and anyone else to make up a story," he added. Currently, Bentz and Conger are barred from leaving Brazil and Rio's special tourism police unit, DEAT, are "in the process of analyzing the testimonies of the swimmers as well as investigating other evidence surrounding the case," according to a new statement from Rio de Janeiro civil police. Ryan Lochte and his teammates left out a huge part of their "robbery" story -- which is that they busted up a gas station bathroom, and THEN a security guard pulled a gun on them ... TMZ Sports has learned. Sources connected to James Feigen tell us the real deal is ... the 4 swimmers -- including Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz -- were on their way home from a party early Sunday morning when they stopped to take a leak at a gas station. We're told one or more of the guys was peeing outside the bathroom, and also kicked in the bathroom door. Our sources say the swimmers were all wasted. That's when the gas station's armed security guard rolled up, pulled his gun and demanded they pay for the damage. We're told he did take money from the swimmers, but only to cover the expenses, and then let them go. Rio police say the gas station manager tells a slightly different story -- claiming the guard never pulled the gun and the manager merely asked them to pay, which they did. Bottom line ... it's possible Lochte and co. didn't lie about a gun or losing money. However, they DID create a whole bogus scenario about their taxi getting pulled over and fake badges -- and totally omitted the part about them starting the trouble in the first place. On Wednesday night, Lochte repeated most of those lies to Matt Lauer. They could face prosecution for lying to Rio cops. They have a news conference scheduled for later Thursday. UPDATE: Security camera footage from the gas station shows the swimmers walking through a hallway back toward the bathroom, and then leave. You can't see what happens by the bathroom door. Once they get in their taxi though, gas station employees approach and after some discussion they all get out of the cab. At the very end of the footage ... the swimmers have their hands up and it appears they're being forced to sit on the ground. There's no gun visible in the video. (TMZ)
The writer Thomas Gibson kicked on the set of "Criminal Minds" had his own issues with violence on the set of "ER" -- and Gibson might use it to fight back against his firing ... TMZ has learned. Virgil Williams wrote for "ER" back in 2006 and was also a player/manager for the show's softball team. Our sources say Virgil went ballistic when he got wind a female production assistant was going to take his spot on the team. Multiple "ER" sources tell us Williams called the woman into his office, closed the door and went off -- threatening her life, and promising to ruin her career. We're told it never got physical, but still, the 22-year-old PA was left in tears. The show suspended Williams and ordered him to take anger management classes. Sources close to the writer tell us he learned his lesson, and hasn't had any issues in the workplace since then. Thomas is aware of Virgil's past, and we've learned he's prepared to use it. We're told he feels he was wrongfully fired from "Criminal Minds" -- he insists the kick was in self-defense -- and is strongly considering legal action. Sources at ABC, the producers of 'Criminal,' reiterate their investigation showed Thomas was the aggressor, and Virgil's keeping his job. (TMZ)
Bam Margera spent a night in a Finnish drunk tank after getting into an argument with his wife. Helsinki cops tell TMZ ... they detained the "Jackass" star on Sunday night outside the Sea Horse -- a landmark restaurant in that city. Witnesses say things were getting heated between Bam and his wife, Nicole ... when cops arrived and hauled off Bam at 11 PM. We're told he was not booked for any crime, and they just let him sleep it off until 6 AM Monday. Bam and Nicole have a rocky past with booze. As we reported, she DUI earlier this year, and wrecked their Porsche. (TMZ)
A guy who has been tailing Kendall Jenner, chasing her, banging on her windows and scaring the hell out of her has just been ordered to stay far far away. Shavaughn McKenzie has been shadowing Kendall for a long time, and it all came to a head Sunday night at her Hollywood Hills home. We now know details about the encounter that resulted in an arrest and stalking charges. McKenzie was lying in wait for Kendall to arrive, and when she drove in her gate he followed and then banged on her car window and screamed, "Can I talk to you?" ... this according to the police report. Kendall started screaming, and cops say McKenzie tried reassuring her, saying, "Hey look, I don't have a gun" as he held his hands in the air to accentuate the point. According to the report, McKenzie also camped out at her West L.A. condo, once chasing her car as she left and actually running into traffic. When Kendall moved, McKenzie followed. He's now been charged with misdemeanor stalking but maybe more important ... now that Kendall has a restraining order, thanks to her lawyer Shawn Holley, if he comes near cops will hook him up. (TMZ)

Vice President Joe Biden Dedicates Monument to Late Son Beau: "Every Biden Born Will Make the Trip to See That Monument." It's been over a year since Vice President Joe Biden lost his son Beau to cancer, but his memory lives on in a land close to both of their hearts. America's second-in-command arrived in Kosovo Wednesday to pay tribute to the 46-year-old former Delaware attorney general. He tragically died in May 2015 after battling brain cancer for years. Joe was in good company, surrounded by his wife Dr. Jill Biden, their son Hunter Biden, Joe's sister Valerie Biden Owens, Beau's widow Hallie Biden and Beau's children, daughter Natalie and son Hunter. The family paid their respects during a dedication ceremony held at Camp Bondsteel, the main base of the United States Army under KFOR command in Kosovo. The spot is significant for the father and son as they had first visited the base together in 2001. Beau was visiting the war-torn region as a legal advisor helping to rebuild the justice system and felt moved by what he witnessed to serve. "He came to Bondsteel, saw your predecessors here and decided he had to be part of it. He had to be part of it. Like all of you, he's crazy, thank God for America -- he is -- and I just want to tell you that I admire what you're doing," Joe said in an address at the camp in September 2009. "He was inspired by what he saw then and by the women and men he met here at Bondsteel. And now, as I said, he is, like you, he's serving away from his family, like so many thousands and tens of thousands of Americans." After joining the military as a member of the Delaware Army National Guard and as a major in the Judge Advocate General Corps, he deployed to Iraq in 2008 and served until September 2009, while simultaneously acting as Delaware's attorney general. The Kosovo government honored the public servant and his past commitment with a statue and 21-mile road named "Joseph R. "Beau" Biden III National Road." "Beau talked to me about his time over there and how he came back from that experience in Kosovo very much committed to sign up for the National Guard," Joe told the audience during the ceremony. "We've got to focus on what Beau was about and devote our lives to making fulfilled what he fought so hard for," the VP continued. "That's how my family views this day. That's how we view what we're about -- to know that five, 10, 20, 60 years from now, my grandchildren, my great-grandchildren, my great-great-grandchildren because I assure you, every Biden born will make this trip. Every Biden born will make the trip to see that monument to their father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great grandfather." (Eonline)
Cindy Crawford's Daughter Kaia Gerber Lands First Solo Magazine Cover for POP: "It's Really All I Dreamed about." Welcome to the big leagues, Kaia Gerber! The 14-year-old daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford is POP magazine's September cover girl, marking the first magazine issue she's posed solo for on the front page. Kaia proves she's got major modeling chops on not one, but three, different versions of the mag's cover, with a fourth one on the way ahead of Paris Fashion Week. Sporting Chanel, Gerber looks effortlessly stunning in the photos, and we can't help but notice she's a mini Crawford in the making. With such an impressive shoes to fill, it's no surprise that Kaia seeing her modeling aspirations realized is nothing short of a dream come true. "It's not like I never dreamed it could happen because it's really all I dreamed about," she explained to the fashion magazine. And Gerber has already had a taste of the modeling world, notably back in March when she graced the cover of French Vogue alongside her proud mama. Of the breakout moment, she told POP, "But I never thought it'd happen this early. It didn't hit me until Mum and I got the French Vogue cover -- even after that I was like, 'Wait is this really happening?' I'm still kind of shocked." Most recently, the catwalk mother-daughter duo sat down for an interview with Teen Vogue, except Crawford was the one asking her youngest all the questions. The teen was also shot by none other than Kendall Jenner for Love magazine earlier this summer and before that became the face of Miu Miu sunglasses. With only a year of professional modeling under her belt (she signed with agency IMG Models in 2015), Kaia has certainly come a long way since her first Vogue Italia photo spread and debut in CR Fashion Book with her brother last July. Rob Kardashian Spent $13,000 in a Month on Postmates to Satisfy Blac Chyna's Pregnancy Cravings! A girl's gotta eat! During a candid (and cute!) Facebook Live Q&A, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, the stars of E's upcoming series Rob & Chyna, weren't afraid to share adorable details about their relationship! And of course, one of the burning questions on fans' minds was whether Chyna, who is expecting the couple's first child, has been experiencing any crazy pregnancy cravings. "I feel like I don't have any pregnancy cravings though," she responded when Rob read the question. But he didn't accept that answer. "What do you love to eat?" Rob asked. "What do I always order you?" "Philly cheesesteak!" she said enthusiastically, adding, "P.F. Chang's." Yum! But is Rob the one going on those late-night runs to satisfy his future baby mama's cravings? Not so fast! "We actually met at Kendall's Sweet 16," Chyna said. "The weirdest thing looking back at it we were winning prizes together and sitting on the ride close to each other. It was weird. It's funny like... " "Everything just comes full circle," Rob said, finishing her sentence. "Gotta love Six Flags!" (Eonline)
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are trying to land a free $30 million apartment in Manhattan through Airbnb. After Kardashian kin Kylie and Kendall Jenner recently, and posed for endless bikini shots to maximize the publicity for the incredible Caribbean crib, the short-term rental giant is now trying to negotiate a luxury penthouse for Kimye in NYC for a few months this fall. An Airbnb source told us: "The plan would be for Kimye to live there for a few months for free, and Kim will post on social media about the apartment, like her sisters did from Turks and -- Caicos. Airbnb would pick up the tab for the rent." We're told West wants to be in Manhattan for New York Fashion Week, and to use the apartment as a base for his "Saint Pablo" Tour, which kicks off on Aug. 25 in Indianapolis. While self-described genius West already has an apartment on Houston Street, a source close to the star told us, "It's only a one-bedroom, and it is smaller than Kim's closet in LA. He's grown out of it, plus they need more space for the family." We're told staffers for West have viewed stunning penthouses, all currently for sale, at 10 Sullivan St. in Soho ($29 million), 35 North Moore St. ($29.9 million) and 471 Washington St. ($24.5 million), plus a few other palatial downtown pads. But the "modern-day Marie Antoinette" and her rapper hubby haven't had immediate success. "Not many of these sellers want to rent to Kimye, as having their names, and Airbnb, attached to such a luxury property won't help a sale," a source said. "It isn't attractive to high-end buyers. Plus, Airbnb is only offering a little more than $150,000 for the entire stay, when most of these places rent for [more than] $100K a month." Kardashian's rep didn't get back to us, and reps for West and Airbnb didn't comment. A source close to West added that his manager "Scooter Braun has people looking at places .?.?. Kanye wants to use New York as the hub for his tour. They have been talking to Airbnb, and hope to decide on an apartment soon." (Page Six)
Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill are back on the West Coast and their first order of business is moving into a boss mansion together in Bev Hills. Sources tell TMZ ... Nicki and Meek are dropping $30k a month to rent the 11,500 sq. ft crib. Don't worry, they're getting a lot for that cash -- 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a sprawling driveway with a 5-car garage. Parking can be a real bitch in BH. We're told Nicki and Meek's plans to buy L.A. property got screwed up when he got nailed with house arrest. For now, they're going slow with a lease. We're told only Nicki's name is on the papers. Meek's already putting all that driveway space to good use for his ATVs. #CaliforniaLove (TMZ)
Australian swimmers banned from closing ceremony. The Australian Olympic Committee banned swimmers Josh Palmer and Emma McKeon from the Rio Games' closing ceremony after they failed to return to the Olympic Village with teammates after an outing at a Copacabana nightclub Tuesday night. AOC chief Kitty Chiller also announced in a statement all swimmers were put on a 2 a.m. curfew through Sunday's closing ceremony. "Palmer and McKeon's behavior was unacceptable and they breached disciplinary protocols," Chiller said. "I have raised the need for the swimming team leader to ensure he is aware of his athlete's whereabouts when leaving the Olympic Village." Palmer "continued drinking" with a friend, according to a statement released by the AOC. When his friend left, Palmer was forced to withdraw $1,000 out of an ATM by man. Palmer was described as "disoriented" when he was found by two Copa businessmen. Palmer was taken to the Australian Consulate, where he was later retrieved by an AOC official. McKeon violated team rules by not informing team management about her whereabouts, according to the statement. Palmer and McKeon were ordered to remain in the Olympic Village between 8 p.m.-8 a.m. local time and are only allowed to travel between sporting events using official Rio Games transportation. U.S. Olympic Swimmers Jack Conger & Gunnar Bentz Detained at Rio Airport Amid Ryan Lochte Robbery Probe. E! News has confirmed that two U.S. Olympic swimmers have been detained by authorities while attempting to leave the Rio Games in Brazil, and are currently being questioned in connection to the alleged robbery involving fellow Olympian swimmers Ryan Lochte and James Feigen. United States Olympic Committee spokesperson Patrick Sandusky tells E! News, "We can confirm that Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz were removed from their flight to the United States by Brazilian authorities. We are gathering further information." NBC reports that Bentz and Conger were in their seats on the plane when they were removed shortly before takeoff. The report continues to state that the two Olympians are being held at the airport but are being treated well and cordially, and authorities have indicated they don't want to hold the swimmers long, but want to gain some information on what happened during the alleged robbery (especially since there seems to be conflicting reports). On Sunday night, the four swimmers said they were robbed at gunpoint after a night out in Rio by men who posed as officers. Lochte told Today's Billy Bush, "We got pulled over, in the taxi, and these guys came out with a badge, a police badge, no lights, no nothing just a police badge and they pulled us over. They pulled out their guns, they told the other swimmers to get down on the ground -- they got down on the ground. I refused, I was like we didn't do anything wrong, so I'm not getting down on the ground." The case took an interesting turn, however, when police found no evidence to support Lochte's claim, which led to a Brazilian judge ordering seizures of their passports. E! News obtained a statement from the Rio de Janeiro court earlier, which said Judge Keyla Blanc De Cnop, the Special Court of the Fan and Major Events, found inconsistencies in the swimmers' testimonies about the amount of robbers involved in the incident. Lochte reportedly said they were only robbed by one culprit, while Feigen said there were multiple people involved. Furthermore, the judge highlighted the men's "attitude" as they passed through security after the alleged stickup, which was captured by security cameras. Bentz and Conger were not named by the Brazilian judge who wanted Lochte and Feigen's passports seized, but now they are reportedly in limbo. Authorities said the swimmers did not call police, and officials only began investigating after seeing media reports in which Lochte's mother had discussed the robbery. Police interviewed Lochte and one other swimmer, who said they had been intoxicated and could not recall details about the taxi they were driven in, or where the robbery happened. The athletes could not say what time the events occurred, or when they left the French House. Legal expert Troy Slaten tells E! News, "If, and that's a big 'if,' Lochte is convicted of 'making any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation' to the FBI, then he faces up to 5 years in federal prison...The FBI takes lies very very seriously." Slaten adds, "I doubt there would be a trial unless he wanted to fight it all the way. There would likely be a deal." UPDATE: Patrick Sandusky, United States Olympic Committee spokesperson, released the following statement to E! News regarding the airport incident: "Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz were detained Wednesday night shortly before their flight was scheduled to depart from Rio. They were released by local authorities with the understanding that they would continue their discussions about the incident on Thursday. James Feigen is also communicating with local authorities and intends to make further statements regarding the incident on Thursday as well. We will continue to provide updated information as it is appropriate." (Eonline)

Britney Spears Releases Millennial Anthem "Do You Wanna Come Over?" Britney Spears wants you to come over. A week ahead of the pop legend's ninth studio album release, Spears gave fans another taste of what's ahead for Glory. The fourth track off of the upcoming record, "Do You Wanna Comer Over?" dropped late Wednesday night and headlines are already claiming it the official anthem of one of the millennial generation's favorite hobbies, "Netflix and Chill." Against a signature sexy pulsing beat, the track immediately encourages listeners to get up and move their feet, but Britney's vocals ask for something else. "I could get into that kissin' and touchin' or we could be good and do next to nothing. Do you wanna come over?" she asks. "'Cause all I want is what you want, and all you want is me. Yeah, all you want is what I want, and what I want is you." Judging from the pattern of her last three released tracks, "Make Me...," "Private Show" and "Clumsy," Brit is not beating around the bush about what she wants in her newest music in three years. However, she hasn't exactly been on a hiatus from the spotlight in that time. Her Las Vegas residency show has been going strong since December 2013 and, with a continuous stream of fans worldwide flocking to see it, the concert has been extended through 2017. Among those attendees was actor Colton Haynes, who Spears pulled up on stage Wednesday night to participate in her provocative "Freak Show" routine where she chains up a fan. The 28-year-old was inspired -- he's now gunning for his own show. "I don't even know what just happened. I got brought up on stage to perform with @britneyspears & I hope I get a residency now!!! Lol" he joked on Twitter. "Britney Spears just gave a shoutout to my behind on stage...what the hell is happening. Thk u @britneyspears . I'm avail for dance hire lol." Meanwhile, before the show, Spears was busy dancing to a different tune -- "Vogue." In honor of her "Me Against The Music" co-star Madonna's 58th birthday, the Grammy winner literally grooved to the music with her niece, Lexie. "Pre-show warm up!" she captioned the video. "Wishing a happy belated birthday to @madonna!!" (Eonline)
Blake Shelton Apologizes for Past Offensive Tweets: ''I Have No Tolerance for Hate of Any Kind.'' Blake Shelton has issued a public apology after old tweets of his resurfaced. The country singer took to social media to clear the air over the tweets, which were made from 2009 to 2011, and to assure fans that he was deeply sorry for offending anyone. "Everyone knows comedy has been a major part of my career and it's always been out there for everyone to see. That said, anyone who knows me also knows I have no tolerance for hate of any kind or form." Shelton added, "Can my humor be inappropriate and immature? Yes. Hateful? Never. That said I deeply apologize to anyone who may be offended." The Twitter handle @MusicFactsTea was the first account to resurface the old tweets, which caused a frenzy on the social media platform. After the old messages -- which have not been directly confirmed by Blake -- went viral, the hashtag #BlakeSheltonIsOverParty began to pick up steam. The Twitter apology comes on the heels of Ellen DeGeneres being at the center of her own firestorm after posting a Photoshopped meme of her piggybacking on Usain Bolt. After fans from far and wide criticized the post, the daytime talk show host tweeted: "I'm highly aware of the racism that exists in our country. It is the farthest thing from who I am." (Eonline)

Steven Tyler's 'Shocking' Hand Gesture Removed From Disney Hollywood Studio Attraction. Steven Tyler is known for a lot of things (scarves, those lips, that voice, saying incomprehensible catch phrases), but being subtle is not one of them. In fact, the Aerosmith singer has made it a point throughout his career to remove the whole "double" from double entendre and just go for the crude buzzer whenever possible. Sometimes, though, he's been a bit more subtle, which might explain why it took the good folks at Disney nearly two decades to realize Tyler was pulling one over on them in the intro video to the Rock N' Roller Coaster at Florida's Disney Hollywood Studios. According to the Inside the Magic site, close observers of the 17-year-old video might have noticed that Tyler slyly threw up a gesture known as "the shocker" in the clip, but it now appears his three-finger salute has been digitally removed from the intro. A Disney spokesperson could not be reached for comment at press time. (Billboard)

'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' Re-Cut with Beastie Boys' 'Sabotage' is the Trailer You've Been Looking For. Just like some people will tell you that everything's better with butter, there is a faction out there that will argue that a little Beastie Boys enhances any experience. And considering how far the band's iconic 1994 hit "Sabotage" cranked up the trailer for Star Trek Beyond, a Star Wars fan named Matthew Longua decided what's good for James Kirk is good for Jyn Erso. As noted by Cinema blend, Longua took it upon himself to soup up the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story trailer with a new soundtrack, and whaddya know, once again "Sabotage" is the perfect choice. The song's signature double-strike opening drum kick and rev-up guitars are the perfect pulse-quickening intro to Felicity Jones' lines, "this is a rebellion isn't it? I rebel." (Billboard)

'Hunting Ground' Producer on Nate Parker: No Conviction Doesn't Mean No Guilt (Guest Column). Amy Ziering, an Oscar nominee for 2012's 'The Invisible War' and an Emmy nominee for the 2015 documentary about campus rape, responds to the firestorm over the 'Birth of a Nation' director. Amy Ziering is the producer of the Oscar-nominated 2012 documentary The Invisible War, about the epidemic of sexual assault in the U.S. military, and the Oscar-shortlisted 2015 documentary The Hunting Ground, about the epidemic of sexual assault on U.S. college campuses. The latter is nominated for a Primetime Emmy in the category of Exceptional Merit in Documentary Filmmaking. * * * "My responsibility as a filmmaker, an actor, an artist and an American is to say this period in history... had an impact on all of us." -- Nate Parker "I will not relive that period of my life every time I go under the microscope." -- Nate Parker "I think the ghosts continued to haunt her." -- "Johnny," the victim's brother, Sorting through the recent press on Nate Parker, I was acutely struck by these three statements. On the one hand, Parker rightfully implores us to bear unflinching witness to slavery's pernicious, intractable and horrific legacy -- while on the other, he firmly states we should decisively close the door and curtail discussion on traumatic events that are part of his personal history, events whose legacy are -- while incomparably smaller in scale -- also achingly sad and piercingly horrific. What to make of this contradiction? What can we learn from it? Who benefits from keeping certain ghosts buried while righteously exhuming others? Who suffers when we collectively agree that it is okay to give up on some of our ghosts? Parker declares that he "will not relive" parts of his life, deciding that a certain event will or will not be part of his consciousness. Unfortunately, survivors of sexual assault don't have the luxury of that choice. "It was the day my life stopped." -- Valene Demos, rape survivor and subject in The Invisible War When we started doing research for The Invisible War, over the course of six months I spoke with close to 200 rape survivors. These were long, difficult conversations, and I took copious notes. I remember walking into director Kirby Dick's office one day and saying that I was struck by the peculiar language these men and women repeatedly used to describe the event. It wasn't simply a crime that had happened to them and that they had since recovered from -- it was a profoundly life-altering experience from which they all had yet to recover. Even if the rape had taken place 5, 10 or 20 years in the past, it was still vivid, present and haunting. I won't rehash the details of what Fox Searchlight's press team antiseptically refers to as Nate Parker's "incident" (for that you can review the publicly available transcripts and articles). But I will tell you what we learned in the course of making The Invisible War and The Hunting Ground and, in doing so, look -- as Parker implores us to -- unflinchingly at uncomfortable truths and their legacy. 1) All well-designed national studies have confirmed that 1 in 5 women will be raped in college and in the military, yet less than 1% of these crimes result in a felony conviction. The absence of a conviction does not indicate the absence of guilt. 2) 92-98% of the time when someone reports a rape they are telling the truth, as is the case with most felonies. Yet this is the only felony where the testimony is, by default, viewed as highly untrustworthy -- where the victim's own actions are called into question. 3) Alcohol doesn't rape people. Rapists do. If you are drinking and someone robs you, the robber has still committed a crime. 4) Rapists always say the assault was consensual -- if criminals admitted to their crimes, we wouldn't need a judicial system. 5) A large number of rape survivors suffer from PTSD -- suicidal thoughts, acute anxiety, panic attacks, depression and self-harm. So, if the crime lacks corroborating proof beyond a victim's testimony, then look at the victim's behavior post-assault and see if there are changes. These changes can be seen as evidence of that person having suffered a violent attack. We ask you to consider all of the facts when you hear the oddly sterile and sanitizing PR statements like those burnished by the distributor of The Birth of a Nation: "Searchlight is aware of the incident that occurred while Nate Parker was at Penn State. We also know that he was found innocent and cleared of all charges. We stand behind Nate and are proud to help bring this important and powerful story to the screen." No one wins when we whitewash history. Parker's film eloquently testifies to this and asks us to look at the ways in which America's history of racial injustice is not something only of the past, but toxic, alive and present. Its ghosts -- mass-incarceration, police brutality, gang violence, economic inequities -- are its festering manifestations. Don't we owe the same to survivors of sexual assault and their relentless ghosts? Shouldn't these crimes be examined and these stories told with same unflinching honesty and candor? Bollywood Celebrates as Sakshi Malik Wins India's First Olympic Medal in Women's Wrestling. The bronze medal in Rio comes in a year when Bollywood has produced two wrestling dramas, including Walt Disney India's upcoming 'Dangal.' Bollywood was jubilant on Thursday amid news that India has won its first medal at the Rio Olympics, with Sakshi Malik picking up a women's wrestling bronze. The win is historic as it is the first-ever Olympic medal to be won by an Indian female wrestler. Malik is also one of only four Indian female athletes to win an Olympic medal. As news of her win broke Thursday morning Indian time, news channels aired wall-to-wall coverage with clips of her winning bout in the 58 kilo freestyle wrestling category against Kyrgyzstan's Aisuluu Tynybekova. "I always wanted to be the first Indian woman wrestler to win an Olympic medal and today I have achieved that as a result of so many years of hard work," Sakshi was quoted as saying in Hindi to news channel ABP TV. Congratulatory messages poured in on social media for the 23-year-old winner as #SakshiMalik became a top trending topic on Twitter in India. Big-name celebrities who lauded the win included Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan, who posted a series of tweets to his 21.9 million followers, and actor Anil Kapoor (Slumdog Millionaire), who is currently starring in the second season of the Hindi remake of Fox's 24 and who congratulated Malik by saying "stars like you make India shine. Actress Tina Desai, whose credits include Netflix's Sense8, which is currently filming its second season, wrote: "Enjoy that you've made history." Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a series of tweets praising Malik's achievement given the challenges faced by aspiring female wrestlers in the country. The male-dominated sport has historically not encouraged women, but more women have challenged traditional norms and taken up the sport in recent times. Malik was born in the northern state of Haryana, which has given India some of its top male wrestlers, including 2012 London Olympics winners Sushil Kumar and Yogeshwar Dutt, who is also competing in Rio. She started to break through internationally after winning a silver medal at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games, followed by a bronze at the Incheon Asian Games the same year. Bollywood's connection with wrestling this year saw the release of Sultan, starring Salman Khan in the title role of a former wrestling champion from Haryana who makes a comeback. The film starred actress Anushka Sharma as his love interest who is also a wrestler. Malik's win led her to be hailed on Twitter as India's real-life Sultan. The London Olympics also saw a historic performance for India, with Mary Kom winning a bronze, thus becoming the first Indian female boxer to win an Olympic medal. Her story inspired a biopic starring Priyanka Chopra (Quantico) in Viacom18 Motion Pictures' Mary Kom, which premiered at Toronto in 2014. Meanwhile, Bollywood is gearing up for another wrestling drama, Dangal starring Aamir Khan as real-life wrestler and Olympics coach Mahavir Singh Phogat. Also from Haryana, Phogat became a trail-blazer by teaching the sport to his two daughters Babita Kumar and Geeta Phogat. Both sisters won medals at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, bagging a silver and a gold respectively. Following Malik's win, Khan congratulated her in a tweet stating that she "had done India proud." Dangal is due for release on Dec. 23 by Walt Disney Studios India. (Hollywood Reporter)
Nike Air Jordans Are the Elusive Must-Have Shoes in 'Kicks' Clip (Exclusive Video). "Staying true to yourself is much cooler than following the crowd," says Christopher Jordan Wallace, the son of Notorious B.I.G. "Just because something is popular doesn't mean you have to like it." Christopher Jordan Wallace isn't really buying into a buddy's shoe story in The Hollywood Reporter's exclusive clip of Kicks. The inner-city coming-of-age drama, from first-time director Justin Tipping and also starring Jahking Guillory and Christopher Meyer, revolves around the theft of a pair of flashy Nike Air Jordan 1s. "Friends over exaggerate situations and try to make themselves sound cool to each other," said Wallace of the clip, which shows how Guillory's Brandon says he got his new shoes. The son of Notorious B.I.G. -- previously seen in the 2011 dramedy Everything Must Go and the 2009 biopic Notorious (in which played his father as a young teen) -- plays the comical sidekick, Albert. "Even in serious situations, he always finds a way to make you laugh," Wallace tells THR. "But the toughest part was maintaining a certain calmness while delivering my lines. Almost everything Albert says is inappropriate -- it was a bit of a challenge saying my lines without laughing on every take!" Wallace -- who hopes his next project is a TV role -- believes Kicks sends a message to audiences, especially younger viewers. "Material items are not everything -- that new iPhone or those new Jordans can be taken from you at any moment. We all should focus less on material items and learn to appreciate the little things in life, such as our health and our friendships," he explains. "Staying true to yourself is much cooler than following the crowd. Wear the shoes that you think are cool. Just because something is popular doesn't mean you have to like it." Kicks hits theaters Sept. 9. (Hollywood Reporter)

OMG, New Kids on the Block Is Guest Starring on Fuller House Season 2! The Tanner household definitely has the right stuff. '90s kids, prepare for the epic crossover of your teen dreams, as New Kids on the Block is set to guest star on Fuller House. The Netflix hit's official Twitter account posted a photo of leading ladies Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber rocking NKOTB t-shirts to properly welcome the iconic boy band for a season two episode "@candacecbure @JodieSweetin @andreabarber got The Right Stuff to welcome some special guest stars! @NKOTB #NKOTBFH," was the cute pic's caption. Hm...we wonder if Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood, Joey McIntyre, Jordan Knight or Jonathan Knight will become the object of any of the ladies' affection when they stop by to perform, because the trio are definitely fans of the band. Back in February, Bure admitted in an interview with Rotten Tomatoes that NKOTB was the guest stars that got away during the original run of Full House, saying, "We never got New Kids on the Block." And Barber added, "We really want New Kids on the Block though. We'll put our vote for that." Mission accomplished, ladies! Another epic blast from the past guest star fans can expect in season two? Growing Pains' Alan Thicke, who tweeted, "Fuller House is over its growing pains. Renewed season 2. See you there. See me on it. #fullerhouse @netflix @candacecbure @bobsaget." While many fans are hoping he plays Dr. Jason Seaver, all Thicke would tell us about his role was that D.J. sets him up with one of her friends in the episode. And it sounds like fans can expect a lot more cameos in the new season, with executive producer/Uncle Jesse himself John Stamos telling E! News, "There are a few guest stars that could be surprises for everybody that I'm working on, but as far as the show, we're just in a better place to make a good, solid sitcom now." Fuller House season two is set to premiere later this year. (Eonline)
The Flash's Newest Villain, The Top, Will Make Your Head Spin. Meet the newest member of The Flash's Rogues gallery: The Top, played by Awkward star Ashley Rickards. E! News has exclusively learned that Rickards will play Rosalind "Rosa" Dillon, a.k.a. The Top, in the fourth episode of The Flash's third season. She's the Bonnie to Mirror Master's Clyde and one of the most dangerous members of the gallery of Rogues. Executive producers Aaron and Todd Helbing told E! News that episode 304 is an origin story of sorts for Mirror Master, played by Aquarius' Grey Damon -- and it'll also mark the return of Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold. "It's kind of the origin of Mirror Master...We're really excited," said Aaron. Added Todd, "It's the origin story of him, but it's this struggle between Mirror Master and Captain Cold and you get to see who comes out on top." You'll have to wait until the fall to find out who that is -- but you should know that everyone on The Flash was very excited for Miller's return. "We're excited to have Wentworth back because he always brings this amazing presence," said Aaron. Miller is the first DC TV actor to strike a unique deal that allows him to be a series regular on every CW superhero show: Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow and now Supergirl. "But from her perspective the amount of life that she had inside of her was intense in the way that it comes across." David Schwimmer has spoken about how Friends nearly ruined his life. It was the show that made him an overnight success, at one point he was earning $1 million an episode, but it wasn't as rosy as it seemed. Reflecting on his fame, the 49-year-old actor told The Hollywood Reporter: "It was pretty jarring and it messed with my relationship to other people in a way that took years, I think, for me to adjust to and become comfortable with." He also shared how it actually prevented him from acting in the way that he wanted to. "The effect of celebrity was the absolute opposite: it made me want to hide under a baseball cap and not be seen. I realized that after a while I was no longer watching people; I was trying to hide." "I was trying to figure out: How do I be an actor in this new world, in this new situation? How do I do my job? That was tricky". The star also revealed he was originally offered Will Smith's role in Men In Black but turned it down because he'd already signed a three year deal with Miramax movie studio on the condition that he could direct his own film. "About a month before production, I get the call about Men in Black, which was a direct conflict with directing that film," he said. "And I just said, 'I can't'. These are my closest friends in the world - this is their first shot at a movie, my first shot at directing. It wasn't even like a choice." Schwimmer's most recent role was that of Rob Kardashian in the series American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson. This marked his first time on television since leaving Friends 12 years ago. He said at first he had no idea who Rob Kardashian was but spent lots of time researching and talking to his widow Kris Jenner. "There were a couple of clues that she gave me," he says. "He [Kardashian] had a crisis of faith." We wonder what he'll do next. (British Glamour)
'Gomorrah': TV Review. Sundance TV brings the gritty Italian drama to American television with both familiar and unfamiliar rewards. It won't come as a shock to anyone who has obsessively absorbed imported television in the last five years, but it's not just the Brits who can make (or exceed) American-quality television. All around the world there have been excellent dramatic imports. On Aug. 24, Sundance TV finally gives the U.S. audience a chance to see Gomorrah, the 2014 Italian drama series based on Roberto Saviano's 2006 nonfiction book on the Camorra, the Neapolitan crime syndicate that was turned into a 2008 movie by Matteo Garrone. But the Italian television series transcended all of that and proved to be an international hit (its second season came out in the spring of this year in Europe, and future seasons are planned). Sundance TV will give Americans with a willingness to read subtitles a glimpse into the dark greatness of the series. That said, Gomorrah won't be a complete revelation because in many ways it pays homage to the best of American television, particularly HBO's The Wire. But the execution of it all is foreign (in all ways) enough to make it unique and compelling on its own, a glimpse into another culture where things are done differently, characters and codes are inherently new but motivations, particularly of the baser kind, are universal. Gomorrah is also exceptionally cinematic, from cramped interiors in the Naples slums to exhilarating car chases rapid-cut from rooftop to passenger-side to hood-mounted angles. There's an intimacy to family dinners and a freshness to remote Italian village scenes that add a layer of visual allure to storylines American television viewers will be very familiar with. The series is set around Don Pietro Savastano (Fortunato Cerlino), whose bored but pampered wife Imma (Maria Pia Calzone) and spoiled and soft 20-year-old son Gennaro (aka "Genny") aren't ready to uphold the Savastano name. Genny's too busy being coddled by the otherwise ruthless Don Pietro, a very similar theme to the woes of Tony Soprano when it came to being both loving father and feared enforcer. Don Pietro turns frequently to Ciro (Marco D'Amore) as both right-hand man and the one who will groom Genny to eventually take over the family, an event that grows more likely when an unfortunate (but creative) twist lands Don Pietro in jail just after he and Ciro and the rest of the crew have chased rival drug dealer Conte (Marco Palvetti) into seclusion. The unexpected jailing causes a power vacuum that sets up the rest of Gomorrah in increasingly thrilling ways. What makes the story work beyond the assured pacing and fine acting all around is the familiarity of the concept -- Ciro is loyal but not in charge, Genny has no respect from the rest of Don Pietro's crew, and the Italian drug business is too lucrative to survive any break in the chain of supply and demand, which is attracting rivals to step up; but also the directions Gomorrah goes in that neither The Wire or The Sopranos chose. Gomorrah is dark -- both in tone and how it was shot -- and it requires concentration on the subtitles, but it's also completely riveting and worth the effort as Italy steps up, via Sundance TV, to prove we don't have a lock on quality dramas. Cast: Fortunato Celino, Marco D'Amore, Maria Pia Calzone Airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on Sundance TV. (Hollywood Reporter)
(TMZ)

Rob Kardashian Threatens to Slam His ''Disgusting Family'' After Fight With Kourtney Over the Blac Chyna-Kylie Jenner Slap Emoji. "That's Kylie!" Kourtney Kardashian is sent "over the edge" on this Sunday's Keeping Up With the Kardashians after seeing a Chymoji of Blac Chyna slapping a Kylie Jenner look-alike. After seeing the Chymoji, Kourtney decided to call Rob Kardashian to give him a piece of her mind. "Everything with Rob, I always try to be super calm but I was just like in a mood," Kourtney tells her makeup artist Mario in the clip. "So I was gonna call Chyna and then Kylie was like, 'No just call Rob, it's too crazy to call Chyna.' And I'm like I don't want to yell at a pregnant person." "So wait what did you say to Rob?" Mario asks. "I yelled at him," Kourtney admits. Kourtney then explains that this is the first time that she's had to "question Chyna's intentions" and this just set her off. When Kourtney called Rob he denied that it was Kylie in the Chymoji and Kourtney says it "really upset him." Kourtney then tells Khloe Kardashian that Rob told her, "I'm gonna go on the red carpet tonight and I'm gonna tell everybody how I have the worst, most unsupportive, disgusting family." (Eonline)
Ryan Lochte Stands by Rio Robbery Story Amid Alleged Discrepancies: "We're Victims in This." Amid an ongoing investigation surrounding Ryan Lochte and his teammates, the Olympic gold medalist is standing by his story.

Since it's the 21st century and there's an app for pretty much anything and everything, Rob depends on Postmates to bring the grub right to the front door. Genius! "Yes, I do," he proudly admitted. "I do every single delivery." "Every day," Chyna added. "I want to know how much your Postmates bill is. It's probably ridiculous," she joked. "I think one month it got to like $13,000," he disclosed. Whaaat? Now that's true love. Later, the engaged couple also shared the very sweet story of how they first met at Six Flags.

The Top, which was a male character in the comic books, has the power to make people's heads spin. Rickards starred on Awkward for five seasons after a memorable turn on One Tree Hill. She also appeared in two episodes of American Horror Story's first season. The Flash season three premieres Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. on The CW. (Eonline)

Kennedy Jr. and her sister Lauren in 1999. "There's a weird reference to an individual who died tragically at like a very early age that I have to highlight," Tyler tells Carole immediately after she hands him a ring. "Oh my God," a shocked Carole responds. "Of course it's sad in any case where there's a tragedy," Tyler says. "But from her perspective the amount of life that she had inside of her was intense in the way that it comes across." Tyler continues, "Like if she walks in the room, I feel like everyone looks at her." "I knew exactly who Tyler was connecting with and of course when I gave Tyler the ring he almost immediately characterized her exactly how she was and was so on point," Carole explains. David Schwimmer has spoken about how Friends nearly ruined his life.
