Ellie Kemper Gives Birth to First Child. And a baby makes three! Ellie Kemper has given birth to her first child with husband Michael Koman. The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star has kept the details of her firstborn under wraps, however. People was the first to report the baby's arrival. Kemper's co-star, Titus Burgess, shared a few details via Facebook Monday. "My Ellie had her baby. A son. But why am I emotional. He's not mine. Also someone is gonna call her mom. I cannot wrap my head around it," he wrote. "Like she went into labor and pushed someone out. I cant process it. In fact, when she told me she was preggers -correction I told her cause her nose was swollen...she denied it but Im from the south..if we dream about fish we know someone in the fam is pregs- anyways when we spoke about it i laughed..because on the first day of filming i looked her square in the eyes and I said 'bitch..dont get pregnant cause I dont have time for it.' She laughed and said trust i wont...I feel such betrayal and happiness." Back in April, Kemper broke the news that she was expecting a little one during a guest appearance on The Tonight Show when she explained how pregnancy affected her filming of season two of her hit show. "It didn't really affect filming until the very end. We had a table read and I saw that my character was supposed to be on a roller coaster...I was Googling pregnant women on roller coasters," she shared with late-night host Jimmy Fallon. "Because it was still so early on we decided we'll just tell people that I have a back injury and that's why I can't ride on the roller coaster. I could not act like I had a back injury. I kept forgetting I had one so I would do things someone with a back injury can't do." She further explained, "They'd yell lunch and I would leap up and do cartwheels to catering. You're not supposed to do that!" True, Ellie, very true. Congratulations to both the actress and her hubby on their arrival! (Eonline)

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Singing to Justin Bieber in the Car Together Is the Duet We Never Knew We Needed. We may have just witnessed one of the cutest moments in Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's relationship thus far. The rekindled duo have taken a much more private approach when it comes to their romance this time around, but the singer did give fans a glimpse into their world earlier today when she shared an Instagram video of the duo singing along together in the car. We only get to see a little bit of Miley's face and her dog Barbie, but we hear her amazing vocals and Liam's not-bad singing voice as they belt out together to Justin Bieber's "Love Yourself." These are the moments we live for, people. At one point, Hemsworth does something to try and freak out Miley, and she yells, "Babe, stop! Seriously." Sigh, relationships. The last time we saw Miley and Liam out together was during a dinner date at Nobu in Malibu, and the pair left the restaurant with all smiles while also flipping off the cameras. LOL, classic. Miley and Hemsworth ended their engagement and split in 2013. Earlier this year, they rekindled their romance and sources told E! News they had gotten re-engaged, and Miley has been spotted several times wearing her ring over the last few months, but neither have confirmed wedding plans. Miley's father and former Hannah Montana co-star Billy Ray Cyrus acted coy when asked about the subject in an interview with E! News in May. "Here's what I do know. They're so happy. That's the main thing," he said, adding, "If any of my kids decide that they're gonna have a wedding of any kind, whatever role they want me to play, I'll be there." (Eonline)

One Direction's Niall Horan Slams Fan for Photographing Him Sleeping on Plane. Niall Horan is not pleased after a recent incident on a plane ride left him feeling as though his privacy was invaded. The One Direction singer took to Twitter to direct attention to a post that a fan shared on social media, showing the singer sound asleep on a flight from London. The fan wrote, "And to sum up the perfect European adventure, I sat directly next to Niall from One Direction for 9 hours on my flight home from London last night. He was sick and asked for no selfies, but here is a pic I snapped when he was sleeping lol he was so friendly." They added, "Talked about Ireland, LSE, lolla and more. Not a British Duke... But an Irish popstar will do. Thanks for treating me so well Europe!" Niall's reaction to the photo -- which he seemingly had little to know awareness of -- read as follows: "I think this s--t is unreal. I mean if you can't sleep on a plane without people taking photos of you, what can you do?" And aside from the plane ride that Niall would rather soon forget about, it was an otherwise exciting weekend for him and his fellow band members. The beloved group took home the Teen Choice Awards for Choice Song Group and Choice Love Song. (Eonline)

Looks like he is Spartacus, now. Seven years in the slammer clearly did a world of good for Michael Douglas' drug-dealing son -- who looked buff and happy while walking hand-in-hand with a new girlfriend on Monday. Cameron Douglas, 37, strolled through Lower Manhattan with the mystery woman hours after Page Six exclusively revealed he had been released from prison to a halfway house. Douglas wore a light-blue, v-neck T-shirt that couldn't hide the muscle he packed on to transform himself from the scrawny, strung-out junkie who got busted by the feds in 2009. The grandson of legendary leading man Kirk Douglas ("Spartacus," "Lust for Life") upended the lives of his last two love interests, with former live-in girlfriend Kelly Sott serving seven months in jail for smuggling him heroin while he was under house arrest. One of his defense lawyers, Jennifer Ridha, also got fired from her firm after she fell head over heels for the Hollywood scion and repeatedly sneaked Xanax pills to him inside the Metropolitan Correctional Center. Douglas is currently living at the GEO Care halfway house in The Bronx and working at a film production company in Manhattan, sources said. A cashier at a Bronx corner store described Douglas as a "quiet guy" who came in every morning for a coffee, light and sweet, and a 11/2-liter bottle of Smartwater. "He gets the $4 Smartwater and seriously drinks it in one minute -- he says, 'That's how I do,'" said the worker, who gave his name as Tony. (Page Six)

Team Yeezy. Justin Bieber taunted Taylor Swift while FaceTiming with none other than Kanye West this week. The "Sorry" singer, 22, posted a screenshot of his phone conversation via Instagram on Tuesday, August 2. "Taylor swift what up," he captioned the black and white photo. In the pic, Bieber is wearing sunglasses indoors. On the other end of the FaceTime call, West, 39, has a big smile on his face and is joined by Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, in another location. Bieber and West previously worked on a remix of the young star's 2011 song "Runaway Love." Bieber opened up about the collaboration in September 2015. "Kanye's a talker. You get him in a room and he starts talking and ranting, I just sit and I listen," Bieber told MTV News at the time. "He's been through a lot of stuff and he's not just talking to talk, he has something to say from his heart. I just sit and listen because he's really smart." West and Swift, 26, meanwhile, have been feuding since last month. On July 18, Kim Kardashian released snippets of a phone conversation that her husband and Swift had about his song "Famous," which calls the pop star a "bitch." Swift denied that she gave him permission to use the lyric and blasted the couple via Instagram soon after. "Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me 'that bitch' in his song? It doesn't exist because it never happened. You don't get to control someone's emotional response to being called 'that bitch' in front of the entire world," Swift wrote via Instagram. "Being falsely painted as a liar when I was never given the full story or played any part of the song is character assassination. Swift has never been on the best of terms with Bieber either. A source previously told Us that she "hated him" while he dated her BFF Selena Gomez. In 2013, she refused to answer a question about Bieber at the Billboard Music Awards pressroom and stuck out her tongue when she saw him kissing Gomez backstage. Bieber's latest Instagram may surprise fans. Back in May, the feud between him and Swift appeared to be over when he shared via Instagram a video of himself singing "Teardrops On My Guitar" -- and she liked the post. (US Weekly)

Patton Oswalt has been candid about his late wife Michelle McNamara, who died in her sleep April 21 at age 46. But nearly four months later, the 47-year-old actor and comedian is still struggling to pick up the pieces in the wake of his sudden loss. In an emotional message on his Facebook page posted Monday, Oswalt detailed how he's managed his grief-calling it worse than depression. "Depression is the tallest kid in the 4th grade, dinging rubber bands off the back of your head and feeling safe on the playground, knowing that no teacher is coming to help you," he said. "But grief? Grief is Jason holding that 4th grade bully's head in a toilet and then f------ the teacher you've got a crush on in front of the class." "Grief makes depression cower behind you and apologize for being such a d---," he added. Oswalt's post came 102 days after McNamara's death-and it appears Oswalt has felt every one of them. He explained: "102 days at the mercy of grief and loss feels like 102 years and you have s--- to show for it. You will not be physically healthier. You will not feel 'wiser.' You will not have 'closure.' You will not have 'perspective' or 'resilience' or 'a new sense of self.' You WILL have solid knowledge of fear, exhaustion and a new appreciation for the randomness and horror of the universe. And you'll also realize that 102 days is nothing but a warm-up for things to come." "I was face-down and frozen for weeks," he wrote. "It's 102 days later and I can confidently say I have reached a point where I'm crawling. Which, objectively, is an improvement. Maybe 102 days later I'll be walking." Despite the pain, Oswalt said he's been shown "new levels of humanity and grace and intelligence" by his family, friends-and even fans. "They will show up for you, physically and emotionally, in ways in which make you take careful note and say to yourself, 'Make sure to try to do that for someone else someday,'" he wrote. "Complete strangers will send you genuinely touching messages on Facebook and Twitter, or will somehow figure out your address to send you letters which you'll keep and re-read 'cause you can't believe how helpful they are." Oswalt and McNamara were married in 2005. The two share a 7-year-old daughter, Alice- whom Oswalt said McNamara put "the best parts" of herself into before her death. He also detailed how he's learned to let go by watching his daughter. "You'll wish you were your kid's age," he explained, "because the way they embrace despair and joy are at a purer level that you're going to have to reconnect with, to reach backwards through years of calcified cynicism and ironic detachment." Before her death, McNamara-an accomplished crime writer who founded the website True Crime Diary-was working on a book about a serial killer she dubbed The Golden State Killer, whom she wrote a series of pieces about in Los Angeles Magazine. Oswalt said he has put any spare energy he's managed to summon into finishing her book. "It will come out. I will let you know. It's all her. We're just taking what's there and letting it tell us how to shape it. It's amazing," he wrote. He also promised his fans he's going to get back into comedy, acting and writing. "I like and working with friends on projects and do all the stuff I was always so privileged to get to do before the air caught fire around me and the sun died," he said. "It's all I knew how to do before I met Michelle. I don't know what else I'm supposed to do now without her." And when Oswalt will get back to work, it won't be because it's what his late wife would have wanted him to do. "For me to even presume to know what Michelle would have wanted me to do is the height of arrogance on my part," he said. "That was one of the many reasons I so looked forward to growing old with her. Because she was always surprising me. Because I never knew what she'd think or what direction she'd go." (People)

Tyga is nothing but a deadbeat dad to the tiger he illegally owned ... at least in the eyes of the sanctuary that's now racking up HUGE costs to care for the animal. The big cat's now called Maverick and it's living at Lions, Tigers & Bears non-profit rescue in So Cal, but the staff tells us Tyga's never made any effort to help out with his care. Founder and director Bobbi Brink tells TMZ ... it costs more than $10k a year just to feed a 500lb tiger like Maverick, plus there are vet costs, flea control and general maintenance. She says they rely on public donations to cover costs. We're told the rapper hasn't so much as said thanks to the facility. You'll recall, Tyga faced criminal charges for having the exotic pet. He eventually surrendered it to animal control, which transferred the tiger to LT&B. Law enforcement tells us Tyga effectively dodged the charges because they couldn't track him down when he moved. The good news ... Maverick looks like he's doing just fine. (TMZ)

An LAPD cop, falsely accused of racism and brutality, is being attacked by an L.A. City agency for exposing the truth and defending himself ... and now the City wants a big chunk of his retirement. It's a slap in the face to anyone who believes Blue Lives Matter. The L.A. Ethics Commission is gunning for recently retired LAPD Sgt. Jim Parker, trying to force him to pay a $10,000 fine for leaking audio to TMZ ... audio proving he did not profile a black woman engaged in lewd public conduct with her boyfriend. You'll recall, "Django Unchained" actress Daniele Watts, who is black, was in a car with her white boyfriend near CBS Studios in the San Fernando Valley back in Sept. 2014. People from nearby offices called cops and complained they were having sex in the car. Sgt. Parker responded, and when Watts refused to hand over her ID and then walked away, he cuffed her and placed her under arrest. Watts' BF went on a Facebook rant, which he then restated, claiming Sgt. Parker showed prejudice and aggression because of her color, and cuffed her so tight she was bleeding. The LAPD did not come out and defend Parker, and he was getting skewered in the media ... labeled a racist cop. That's when the Sgt. leaked to TMZ the audio of the encounter, which shows Watts was not only the aggressor, but falsely accused him of racism and threatened to get her publicist involved. The Ethics Commission met Monday and is pressuring Sgt. Parker -- who has acknowledged he gave TMZ the audio -- to admit wrongdoing by leaking a police tape. The Commissions lawyer -- who was extremely aggressive at the hearing -- tried cutting a deal ... admit guilt and pay $2,500. Otherwise, the Commission would gun for the retired cop's checkbook to the tune of $10k. Sgt. Parker is not going to fold, so the case is headed for trial. It's pretty amazing ... a cop who did the right thing in the field and gets falsely accused of racism cannot defend himself from public humiliation. BTW ... Watts and her BF pled no contest to disturbing the peace ... they had been charged with lewd conduct. (TMZ)

Joe Biden Officiates Same-Sex Wedding for White House Staffers. Joe Biden had an important item on his agenda Monday: officiate a wedding. The Vice President of the United States, 73, conducted a ceremony at 4 p.m. in Washington, D.C. Biden tweeted a photo of himself presiding over the wedding between Brian Mosteller and Joe Mahshie. "Proud to marry Brian and Joe at my house," he told his 1.6 million Twitter followers, adding, "Couldn't be happier, two longtime White House staffers, two great guys." Dr. Jill Biden, Second Lady of the United States, retweeted the photo and wrote, "Love is love!" David Lienemann, official vice presidential photographer, tweeted, "Congrats to Brian and Joe!" Biden publicly endorsed same-sex marriage in 2012. He obtained a temporary certification from the District of Columbia before Monday's ceremony, his office said. According to BuzzFeed News, Mosteller and Mahshie were married in a small ceremony attended by family members. Monday marked the first time Biden had officiated a wedding. Mosteller is the director of Oval Office operations, where he works closely under President Barack Obama. His husband, meanwhile, is a trip coordinator for First Lady Michelle Obama. Earlier this year, Mosteller was the subject of a profile published in The Washington Post that detailed his relationship with POTUS. He had been open with the president about his sexual orientation since the early days of the campaign. After Obama affirmed his support for gay marriage during an interview with Robin Roberts in 2012, POTUS asked Mosteller how he did. "When I was young, I couldn't fathom that I could ever have a partner, and now I was with the president of the United States and, together, we were talking this kind of partnership, and it was not only public but so very normal," Mosteller told the newspaper. "How often does a boss talk about love? Now, how often does a boss contribute to our country's blessing of your love?" (Eonline)

Serena Williams Is Going for Olympic Gold on Cover of Self Magazine: "I Live for This." Serena Williams has waited a long time for this moment. E! News has your exclusive first look at the tennis champ gracing the cover of Self magazine's September issue, revealing that she is more determined than ever to return from the 2016 Rio Olympics with a fifth gold medal around her neck. Williams -- who is currently ranked the No. 1 woman's player in the world -- will also go for her fourth gold medal alongside sister and doubles partner, Venus Williams. The duo came out on top in 2000, 2008 and 2012 while Serena earned her first gold in the singles event four years ago in London. On refocusing her attention towards the podium, she told the mag, "This is my blood. I live for this and have for the last 32 years. When I step out on the court, you're going to get all of me." And while Serena might come off as an incredibly passionate athlete, the 34-year-old also has her sights set on some well-deserved downtime that doesn't necessarily include a tennis racket. "In five years, I'm on a boat or an island, sketching the latest collection," she mused of her next design inspirations. "Maybe there's a baby, maybe a couple, we'll see. I'm done traveling -- I'm throwing away my passport. Yeah, I'm done with it." When it comes to Serena though, one things for certain: she knows her impact on young women knows no bounds. As for how she she fights back against those who criticize her appearance, Williams offers advice on perfecting the art of confidence. "I love my body, and I would never change anything about it," Williams shared, adding, "I'm not asking you to like my body. I'm just asking you to let me be me. Because I'm going to influence a girl who does look like me, and I want her to feel good about herself." For more from Serena, grab the next issue of Self out on newsstands this month. (Eonline)

Robert Herjavec kept his promise to 4-year-old Liam Brenes, the California boy whose prosthetic leg was stolen. Less than 24 hours after getting married to new bride Kym Johnson, the Shark Tank star hosted a party for Brenes to celebrate the little boy's new Ghostbusters-themed prosthetic leg that Herjavec, 53, had offered to fund. Liam-who was born without a fibula and had his right leg amputated below the knee when he was 1-was enjoying the day at Crystal Cove State Beach in Orange County with his family on July 24 when he discovered that the prosthetic he was trying to protect from the salt water had gone missing upon returning from his swim. "Married last night & this a.m. @robertherjavec met Liam, whose prosthetic leg was stolen. Robert had a party 4 him!" ABC7 reporter George Pennacchio shared on Twitter along with a photo of the pair. On Sunday, Herjavec tied the knot with his former Dancing with the Stars partner in Los Angeles. The couple fell in love during season 20 of the ABC dancing competition and got engaged in March after nearly a year of dating. Among the surprises Brenes had at his party were Ghostbusters toys and gifts as well as a surprise appearance by Noah Galloway. Galloway, a double-amputee Iraq War veteran, competed on the same season as Herjavec and Johnson. In addition to the party, Herjavec has offered Liam a trip to Disneyland. "We're going to arrange to have him to a VIP tour of Disney and get to go to the park and have some fun in life because it's good to have fun in life," the Canadian millionaire previously said. Guy Fieri may be a devout meat lover who serves up barbecue and other carnivore-friendly meals at his many restaurants -- but that doesn't mean he has no love for vegetarian and vegan lifestyles. "I always tell my family -- and they laugh about it -- but someday I will write a vegetarian book," the Food Network star told PEOPLE on Wednesday at the Carnival Summertime Beer-B-Que in New York City. "My cousin, who's a big vegetarian, tells me flat out, 'You're my favorite vegetarian chef.'" The restaurateur developed a love for creating vegetarian dishes while cooking for his late sister, Morgan Fieri, as she battled cancer in 2011. "I learned so much about it," he says. "At first, people think about vegetarian food like, 'Here's some veggies. Here's some pasta.' But there's so much more you can do in the vegetarian and vegan world." Fieri even has some vegetarian mega-fans. He responded to his "fangirl" Lea Michele -- who's known for her clean and occasionally vegan diet -- after she expressed her love for the chef and dubbed him her "hero" at Coachella in April. "She's awesome," he says. "I didn't get a chance to get her info, but I gotta reach out to her because here's the thing, I cook so much vegetarian and vegan food, it's crazy!" He also doesn't mind going vegan-for-a-meal himself. The star previously dined at a Minnesota vegan butcher shop, The Herbivorous Butcher, on an episode of Diners Drive-Ins and Drives show, and in June, he raved about the Green Elephant Vegetarian Bistro & Bar in New Hampshire. Since the king of Flavortown is busy promoting his upcoming Guy Fieri Family Food cookbook and tending to his new smokehouses on cruise ships, it's unclear when he'll actually get around to turning his passion for vegetarian cuisine into a full book. But if he does ship this baby out, we just hope there's still something delicious and smoky in the mix. If there's anyone who can convince us to go vegan, it's Guy Fieri. (People)

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are strengthening their ties to New York by buying a $20 million-plus apartment in a waterfront Tribeca building, Page Six has exclusively learned. The Patriots QB and supermodel wife are in contract to buy a five-bedroom pad at 70 Vestry, a luxury Robert A.M. Stern-designed building overlooking the Hudson River. We're told Tom and Gisele's 5,000-square-foot apartment, with a sprawling terrace, is on a high floor and offers stunning views of Manhattan. The power couple was attracted to the building because of the privacy, sources say, as residents can enter by driving into a covered porte-cochère entrance. The 14-story building also features an 82-foot lap pool, studios for cycling, yoga and Pilates, a squash court, a sauna and a steam room. Tom and Gisele -- who modestly didn't go for the top $65 million penthouse in the building -- currently own an apartment at the towering One Madison in Flatiron, but are expected to move out of that space once construction at 70 Vestry is complete in 2018. The couple will join Tribeca celebrity residents including Taylor Swift, Cooper, Jennifer, Brady's ex Bridget Moynahan and their son, Jack. A spokesperson for 70 Vestry owners Related Companies didn't comment. Reps for Tom and Gisele didn't get back to us. (Page Six)

Miss Teen USA Karlie Hay Defends Keeping Her Crown: "I've Grown From Then." Amid public outrage, Miss Teen USA Karlie Hay is keeping her crown. Shortly after winning the annual competition Saturday, tweets dating back to 2013 revealed Hay had used the N-word on multiple occasions. Hay offered a public apology, and The Miss Universe Organization, which oversees Miss Teen USA, issued a statement, saying, "As Karlie stated, she was in a different place in her life and made a serious mistake she regrets and for which she sincerely apologizes." Many, including Miss Teen USA 2010 Kamie Crawford, accused the organization of trivializing the racial slur and questioned why Hay's reign should continue. In her first TV appearance since the scandal erupted, Hay spoke to Good Morning America's George Stephanopoulos Tuesday. "I am very sorry. It's embarrassing," the 18-year-old Texan pageant queen said. "It's something I'm ashamed of. I've grown up from that 15-year-old girl who used that type of language. It's never acceptable and now I know how hurtful it is, and it hurts me to know that at one point in my life, I used that language. I said that. It's not me." Asked why she ever used such language, Hay explained, "At that age, I was being a follower. I was trying to fit in with my friends. The word was thrown around in the music I listened to, with the friends I hung out with, and I had no guidance. So, it was kind of a careless mistake. When the tweet got brought back up, I was just, like, kind of, like, embarrassed, ashamed and just amazed that I actually at one point in my life thought it was OK to use that word, because it's never OK." "It's not an excuse," Hay added. "There is no excuse to say that word ever, at all." Stephanopoulos noted that many have called for Hay to be dethroned due to the controversy. "A lot of people think that, but I've grown from then and I've blossomed into the person I am today," Hay said of wanting to keep her title. "And I think that I can turn this message into a positive message, because there are people that use this word, and it's unacceptable. Ever." "I've learned that, you know, through every obstacle there's something positive that can come out of it, and I can use my title to do great things. And hopefully people learn from my mistakes, because it is a big mistake. It's something I'm embarrassed about, something that will stick with me and definitely has affected me," she said. "I'm just going to try to learn from it and move forward." "Were you prepared to lose the crown?" Stephanopoulos asked. "Like I said, I was trying to stay positive. I was trying to stay positive through all of this," said Hay, who made her pageant debut at the 2015 Miss Texas Teen competition. Without providing much context, she told the news anchor, "I've been through a lot of obstacles and this was just another one that I'm going to have to go through. It was an incredibly bad mistake. It's...People go through these obstacles. I've gone through my own personal struggles, and everyone has their own personal struggles, but that doesn't give you an excuse to use this type of language or to use any bad language at all. It goes to show that it can come back and hurt you and it has definitely hurt me on the inside forever saying it. It has hurt other people as well." (Eonline)

YES, Ashley Graham! The mega hot supermodel/designer/body activist has spoken out - via an essay on Lena Dunham's Lenny newsletter - about the body shaming she receives on a daily basis, and how she's over it. She starts her essay telling readers that she can't NOT read the comments on her photos, and that she has to read them to join in with the inspiring conversation about her #BeautyBeyondSize campaign (which is incredible, btw). However, on a recent Instagram snap, when Ashley posted a photo of her outfit while working as a judge filming America's Next Top Model, her body was picked apart, and she's really not happy about it. She wrote: "It was one of those photos where you look and say to yourself, 'YESSSS, HONEY! I look damn good'". Some fans accused her of betraying the plus size community, with one fan saying: "You don't love the skin you're in, you want to conform to Hollywood, you believe being skinnier is prettier." That isn't the truth. Far from it. Her inspiring essay continues: "To some I'm too curvy. To others I'm too tall, too busty, too loud, and, now, too small - too much, but at the same time not enough. When I post a photo from a 'good angle,' I receive criticism for looking smaller and selling out. When I post photos showing my cellulite, stretch marks, and rolls, I'm accused of promoting obesity. The cycle of body-shaming needs to end. I'm over it." She concludes: "I'm more than my measurements. I'm not Ashley Graham just because I'm curvy. For the past sixteen years, my body has been picked apart, manipulated, and controlled by others who don't understand it. But now my career has given me a platform to use my voice to make a difference. We can't create change until we recognize and check our own actions. If you see another woman taking a selfie or a photo in her bathing suit, encourage her because she actually feels beautiful, don't give her the side eye because you think she's feeling herself too hard. Why waste time and energy spewing negativity? Let's worry about our own bodies." Let's all listen to Ashley because she has a very valid point. (British Glamour)

Vanilla Ice had a meltdown at Delta in Atlanta Monday, after realizing his plane had left ... without him. Ice tells us he arrived an hour early and sat near the ticket counter. He says when he looked up the gateway door was closed, so he bolted to the counter, asking why no one called the flight. Delta employees weren't in the mood for attitude, but what really set Ice off was a traveler who inserted himself into the discussion, schooling Ice on airport protocol. James Corden Reveals Kanye West Canceled His Appearance on Carpool Karaoke...Twice. Kanye West has canceled his appearance on Carpool Karaoke two times, but James Corden hasn't given up on him just yet. The funnyman covers the September issue of British GQ and opens up about his career, including forgiving celebs like 'Ye when "things come up." He explained, "Kanye has been booked to do Carpool Karaoke now twice and both times something came up. He'll do it eventually. He wants to do it." It hasn't been hard for Corden to forgive the rapper either. "[When he cancelled he sent] about three dozen white roses, of course. Arranged in the shape of a cube. What could be more Kanye than that?" Other than Kanye, Corden sticks to his guns in his No.1 pick for the show. "[The dream would be] Beyonce," he reiterated his hopes once again. "It would break the internet. She's on tour right now. We're working on it." Meanwhile, Corden is easily one of the most successful names in comedy right now, especially in the U.S. -- much thanks to his Carpool Karaoke -- but that didn't come easy for him. In fact, he still receives some scrutiny in Britain. Corden said that there was an "expectation of failure" in Britain when he launched his show in the U.S., noting: "If we'd made this show for ITV to air at eight o'clock on Saturday night people would have destroyed it." He believes this is due to the "elitist" culture in the U.K. "I've come to the conclusion that it is about class," he admitted. "Look at my career: I was in a really good play at the National Theatre, The History Boys, which then moved to Broadway and won six Tony awards. We came back. I wrote a sitcom (Gavin And Stacey) that did really, really well. I did a couple of films, got a play in New York, One Man, Two Guvnors, and subsequently won every best actor award going. I mean, that's quite a lot of good stuff!" However, he said, "Douglas Booth has got a great career, he's a brilliant actor, but he's never going to encounter the sort of shit like I've had. Nor will Tom Hiddleston. Nor Eddie Redmayne. Nor Benedict Cumberbatch." He continued, "I fear acting is becoming an elitist sport and I worry about where that lands us culturally. I really do." Despite what everyone else is doing, Corden continues to work on himself, his career and even trying to be healthier! "I do a dance class three times a week, something called PlyoJam -- it's dance using plyometrics," he revealed to GQ. "I lost 70 lbs. I want to lose another 30 lbs., maybe two stone by the time I'm 40 -- that's two years away." See the full interview in the September issue of British GQ, on sale August 4. (Eonline)

Simon Cowell Has a Lot to Say About One Direction's Solo Careers and the Chance of a Reunion. Things are changing for the guys of One Direction and nobody knows that more than Simon Cowell. Just a couple of weeks after Liam Payne signed a solo record with Capitol Records in the United Kingdom, Simon is speaking out on where the members are today. As it turns out, he has a lot to say. "It is a bit annoying if I am honest with you -- mainly because it is another label who has now got your artist who you worked with for so many years," the X-Factor U.K. judge shared with The Sun when asked about Liam's new gig. "But that is the music business, unfortunately. I don't think anyone else from the band will do that." "We had spoken a lot -- him and I -- about what he wanted to do next. But I guess he read about Harry's deal and thought we weren't interested," he continued. "My impression was that he wasn't in any hurry to make a record because he discussed this last year. He was more into songwriting... Of course there is a part of you that goes, 'Maybe we should have had the conversation.' That maybe is my fault but it has happened now." While Simon is staying mum on Niall Horan's possible solo deal with Syco, he supports Harry Styles' decision to stay with Sony and work out of the United States. "We spoke about this a long time ago and certain artists do prefer to be signed to an American label and he spends a lot of time over here," he explained. "This was something we were very instrumental in and it was the result we all wanted so it was great." In regards to Louis Tomlinson, many Directorers couldn't get enough when he served as a guest judge on Simon's current show America's Got Talent. As it turns out, his brief appearance made quite the impression on big wigs within the NBC series. "Louis is a young guy and doing America's Got Talent show was a great experience. The network liked him, the producers liked him," Simon shared. "I wouldn't be surprised if he has been offered a lot of other shows already." And for loyal fans who just want the guys to get back together, there is still hope. However, there simply isn't a time table for when that special moment will come about. "I think there would be such an appetite amongst the fans for a reunion, whether it was a tour or a record. They are going to have successful solo careers -- that is assured as much as it can be," Simon teased. "They have got to make great records but I reckon they will. I wouldn't rule anything out. With these guys, I left the decisions up to them." (Eonline)

Rihanna Transforms Into Post-Apocalyptic Queen for 'W' Magazine. Rihanna dresses like the "last woman on Earth" for the September 2016 cover of W magazine. Ditching the standard interview, the singer lets her ensembles speak for her as she morphs into a post-apocalyptic queen, donning chains, metal keys and billowing designer pieces (all personally made by Margiela, Prada, Christian Dior, among others) and stands alongside MadMax-esque men and muzzled canines. W magazine's creative director Edward Enninful offered more insight into the collaborative shoot and the inspiration behind the theme. He explained, "I take random inspiration from everywhere. I was obsessed with these pictures of military men running around with dogs on their backs, and I was like 'Oh, that's a statement about today.' The thing about Rihanna is that she never wants to repeat something she's done, and she did a video where she wore lots of camouflage-so I knew I didn't want to do a military story. Instead, I wanted to do something that was set in the future world. We thought, 'Wouldn't it be nice to take this concept and apply it to the last woman on earth, the last warrior on earth, really. "When I talked to Rihanna, I told her that I didn't think she should wear clothes off the runway because a queen gets her clothes made," Enninful added. He also said, "With Rihanna, it's always a collaboration and that's why I love her so much. So I'll send her ideas, she'll bounce them back. It's not me going, 'Here you go, Ri.' It's 100 percent collaboration. I'll send her one of the sketches and she'll say 'Oh I love it,' or 'I wish it was shorter.'" (Billboard)

Marc Anthony's Magnus Media Forms JV With Pulse Music Group. Magnus Media, the entertainment company founded by Marc Anthony with Michel Vega, continues to expand. The most recent development, to be announced Tuesday, is a joint venture relationship with Pulse Music Group, the indie music publishing, management and music services company whose catalog of hits includes Katy Perry's "Wide Awake" and "Roar" and Neon Trees' "Animal." The partnership seeks to grow Magnus' music publishing division and creative team and sign Latin songwriters, producers and artists. Pulse will provide exclusive worldwide music publishing administration and sync licensing services for Magnus through Pulse Publishing Administration and Hitcher Music. Magnus, launched last year, already represents Marc Anthony, Gente de Zona, Chino y Nacho and Alejandro Sanz, among other music stars, in addition to a roster of over 60 athletes. The company had been actively looking to expand its publishing division, said CEO Michel Vega. "Scott and Maria and the entire Pulse team impressed us from day one with their passion and commitment to expanding opportunities for Latino content creators," said Vega in a statement, referring to Pulse co-CEO Scott Cutler and Pulse president and head of creative Maria Egan. "This move gives Magnus full service capabilities in songwriter representation and a strong partner to help cross over our talent to the general market, film, television, commercials, and other platforms." "In just one year Marc and Michel have made Magnus an important force as a label and management company and are filling the void that existed for a powerful independent that can identify and develop the next generation of Latino superstars and creative talent," said Egan in a statement. "Our publishing partnership is the product of a shared vision that strong independents, sharing creative expertise and resources can make a profound impact on global culture." (Billboard)

Kanye West Teases Drake Album Collabo at OVO Fest. Not content to merely surprise the fans in Toronto on Monday by just showing up on the final night of Drake's OVO Fest 2016,Kanye West blew them away by revealing that the dynamic duo might have a joint album in the works. "Toronto, I got one question for you," West said as he stood center stage and the crowd chanted his name, as seen in a fan-shot video. "Is y'all ready for this album?," he added, cutting off the DJ and explaining himself. "Now, I'm not talking about Pablo. I wasn't talking about Views. I wanna ask y'all right now, y'all ready for THIS album?" He then pointed to Drake, who came out on stage for a moment before Yeezus took the spotlight to perform "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1." While no official announcement has been made from either camp about a potential album, the pair have been talking about wanting to release a joint project for years. Before 'Ye dropped The Life of Pablo he told The Breakfast Club in 2015 that the song "Wolves" was inspired by discussions the pair had about collaborating. "The 'Wolves' song came from a conversation that me and Drake had, when was gonna do an album together, and the album was called Wolves," he said at the time. Back in February, West also hinted that more good things were coming from the duo in a pair of tweets thanking Drake for helping him on Pablo and saying "we all got new shit together that's gonna drop soon." In April, NME reported that Drake also dropped hints that he and 'Ye were close to releasing a mixtape, after a collabo on the Views track "Pop Style" (which also initially featured Jay Z) fell through. "I love [Kanye]. He's a really good guy. I grew up with him as a role model. Always given him credit that's why we're here right now. It's amazing to be his friend," Drake told Zane Lowe. "We'll just sit and collaborate. We have a few things that we've worked on. It's all about finding a place for it. We can link each other and discuss anything. Feeling a way on this or just leisure talk, we have a great relationship. I hope we get more music out. We were supposed to do a mixtape together an album together... You never know, he'll call me tonight and say, 'I'm putting these two songs out tonight'." Representatives for West and Drake could not be reached for further comment on the possible collaboration at press time. The West hop-on at OVO was the topper to a weekend full of surprise cameos, including walk-outs by Rihanna, Sean Paul, French Montana and Future. While we wait for the album, enjoy Kanye and Drake's "Pop Style" from OVO Fest. (Billboard)

Kesha Files to Dismiss Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Dr. Luke. Kesha and Dr. Luke's legal battle experienced a surprise turn of events on Monday. The "Timber" singer filed to dismiss her sexual assault lawsuit against the producer in California, according to multiple reports. "Kesha has dismissed her California action without prejudice while she pursues her appeal and other legal claims in the New York courts," the pop star's counsel, Daniel Petrocelli, said in an official statement to Rolling Stone. "Kesha is focused on getting back to work and has delivered 28 new songs to the record label. We have conveyed to Sony and the label Kesha's strong desire to release her next album and single as soon as possible." As the news broke, Dr. Luke's legal team spoke out slamming Kesha for her "false and meritless" claims. "If Kesha is voluntarily dismissing her claims in the California case, it is because she has no chance of winning them," Christine Lepera said in a statement to E! News. "Earlier this year, she lost her meritless counterclaims against Dr. Luke in the New York Action. Recently, the California Court invited Dr. Luke and the other defendants to move to dismiss Kesha's claims in that action. Kesha never should have brought her false and meritless claims against Dr. Luke in any court. Dr. Luke's defamation and other claims against Kesha are still proceeding." For nearly four years, Kesha has remained bound to Dr. Luke and his Kemosabe label under Sony Music. And while she has been able to perform at select events like the 2016 Billboard Music Awards, the singer hasn't been able to release new music as the case continues. The development comes less than a week after Kesha addressed the "pain" she was feeling amid her legal drama. While performing at an Americans for Responsible Solutions PAC event for Gabby Giffords in Philadelphia, the singer paused to thank the politician and discuss the "hurt" and ''pain'' she's felt, not only from her lawsuit but from the tragedies that have struck the nation lately. "I've been thinking about it because I feel like if you're a human being, you go through things, and you go through hurt. And every single one of us knows that emotion. I don't know if you guys know what I'm going through, I'm going through a lawsuit," she explained. "We as a nation, we can't control who feels hurt. We can't control who feels pain and we can't control what you do with the hurt, and the pain and the anger." The 29-year-old added, "I do think love is something as humans we all have and I hope heals us. I really believe that love and empathy, it can heal us." As the case has played out, Dr. Luke has denied any allegations of sexual assault or battery against Kesha. "Until now I haven't commented on the lawsuits, which should be resolved in court not here on Twitter," Dr. Luke shared on Twitter back in February. "I didn't rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her. Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister." He continued, "Kesha and I made a lot of songs together and it was often good but there were creative differences at times. It's sad that she would turn a contract negotiation into something so horrendous and untrue. But I feel confident when this is over the lies will be exposed and the truth will prevail...I want to thank all my friends and family who have supported me throughout this. This is an ongoing legal case so I won't be responding / talking much about this. This should be tried in a court of law." (Eonline)

Kevin Spacey, Dana Brunetti Screen Winning Films of Jameson First Shot Competition. Maggie Gyllenhaal appears in all three short films created by up-and-coming young filmmakers. The winners of this year's Jameson First Shot, the filmmaking competition overseen by Kevin Spacey and Trigger Street Productions partner Dana Brunetti, premiered their short films July 30 on the Paramount Pictures lot. The finalists, who hail from Los Angeles, Australia, and England, were chosen from nearly 3,000 applicants to work with Trigger Street and actress Maggie Gyllenhaal in bringing their scripts to the screen in short films that are now available online. "I look back at my own career and, in all honesty, if it weren't for the first-time directors and producers and screenwriters who took chances on me, I wouldn't have a career," Spacey told The Hollywood Reporter of his reasons for launching Jameson First Shot, now in its fifth year. "It all boils down to this beautiful philosophy that Jack Lemmon passed down to me: if you've done well in the business, you've got to send the elevator back down." The winning films that screened included Cameron Thrower's Beauty Mark, about a door-to-door cosmetics saleswoman in the 1980s; Kat Wood's Home, which centers on a homeless woman living on the beach; and Jason Perini's The New Empress, featuring a couple who feigns proposals for free food. All three shorts, all of which featured Gyllenhaal, were filmed on location in Los Angeles over the span of two days, with two days allotted for pre-production and a week for post. "When they land, they hit the ground running. They go from the airport to the production office," Brunetti said of the production process. Each applicant submitted a seven-page script, a video bio, and a scene they directed based off one of three sample scripts provided to the contest, sponsored by Jameson Irish Whiskey. Of the 20 scripts that made it to the eyes of Spacey, Brunetti, and Gyllenhaal, these "were the only three that I could play and that I was excited to play," Gyllenhaal said of the final three projects selected. "These ones compelled me in some way. I felt like, 'ooh, that would be interesting. I don't quite know how I would do that, but I'm curious about it.'" The filmmakers said working with the Academy Award-nominated Gyllenhaal, an Oscar supporting actress nominee for Crazy Heart, and a professional crew provided a major learning experience. "The biggest thing has been being surrounded by these talented people and working with Maggie Gyllenhaal, just learning what you can do on your next set better. I would always collaborate on other films that I did, but I didn't know I could collaborate this much on the set and people would actually say, 'what you're doing-that's cool,'" Thrower said. "It gave me the stamp of approval-keep it up, you're on the right path." "The best special effect you can have in a film is an actor," Perini commented in the post-screening Q&A, moderated by editor-in-chief of Empire magazine Terri White. "It was great to see Maggie's face [onscreen] taller than my whole body." In past years, the Jameson First Shot films have starred Adrien Brody, Uma Thurman, Willem Dafoe, and Spacey himself. When picking the lead actor for the project, Brunetti said, "It's definitely got to be people who get the indie spirit but also get the spirit of the competition. This isn't a payday for them. The whole idea of this is about giving back, supporting up-and-coming talent and having some fun doing it." He added that this has been a goal of his and Spacey's since they launched triggerstreet.com in 2002 as an online community for aspiring writers and filmmakers. With the increasing shift toward web-first content, as demonstrated by their success with House of Cards on Netflix, they hope Jameson First Shot will help the filmmakers gain good exposure. In fact, Wood has already scored a development deal for her first feature with Creative England. "We're at this intersection of a kind of explosion of technology and at the same time creativity." Spacey added. "And I hope our effort here sends a message to the studios and to those money men and women in charge: support the trailblazing filmmakers because that's what's going to make this business continue to grow and continue to be great." Fox, Sony Circling Remake Rights to Korean Zombie Hit 'Train to Busan'. Rights to South Korea's first zombie blockbuster, which continues to smash box-office records, is also being pursued by Gaumont, Canal Plus and EuropaCorp. South Korea's first zombie blockbuster, Train to Busan, has sparked a bidding war for remake rights, with 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures and several of France's biggest studios competing for the property. Still on release in South Korea, where it continues to smash local box-office records, the zombie thriller was produced by Seoul-based Next Entertainment World (NEW). The company's international rights division, Contents Panda, is handling the sale, and France's Gaumont, Canal Plus and EuropaCorp are circling the property along with the two U.S. studios, a source close to the negotiations tells THR. Contents Panda senior manager Danny Lee declined to the confirm the names of the companies in the negotiations but acknowledged the interest. "Several major Hollywood studios as well as top French and European companies have made inquiries about remake rights, with some even making offers," he said. "There has been a lot of interest since the film received positive reviews at the Cannes Film Festival in May. It is currently doing very well in the local box office, so we are in no rush to make deals right away." Train to Busan opened on July 22 and grossed $38.8 million in its first five days, an all-time record for the Korean box office. So far, the film has grossed $63.9 million in South Korea alone. Critically acclaimed animator Yeon Sang-ho makes his live-action directorial debut with the thriller. It chronicles the chaos that ensues after a deadly virus sweeps through Korea and passengers aboard a bullet train from Seoul to the southern port city of Busan, which is ensconced from the outbreak, must fight for their survival. Lee said French studios have been especially interested in remaking the film. "There seems to be more ways for French filmmakers and audiences to relate to the story, because bullet trains are a big part of daily life there, as in Korea," he said. (Hollywood Reporter)

Mel Gibson, Sean Penn to Star in 'Professor and the Madman'. Voltage Pictures, the company behind 'The Hurt Locker' and 'Dallas Buyers Club,' is backing the film about the creation of the Oxford English Dictionary. After nearly two decades, Mel Gibson is ready to bring the best-seller The Professor and the Madman to the big screen and has enlisted Sean Penn in the effort. Gibson, who acquired the film rights to the Simon Winchester book back in 1998, is poised to star opposite Penn, who is in negotiations, in the true story of the creation of the Oxford English Dictionary -- a tale that delves into madness, genius and two obsessive men who changed the course of literary history. Though Gibson had long developed Professor and the Madman as a directing vehicle, he has handed the reins to his Apocalypto writer Farhad Safinia, who is set to direct the film. Gibson will play Professor James Murray, who in 1857 set about compiling the OED, one of the most ambitious projects ever undertaken. Penn will play Dr. W. C. Minor, who submitted more than 10,000 entries but was also an inmate at an asylum for the criminally insane. Safinia wrote the screenplay. The film brings together two heavyweights, Gibson and two-time Academy Award best actor winner Penn, who have never worked together despite coming of age in Hollywood around the same time. Gibson made his film debut in 1979's Mad Max, while Penn appeared on the scene two years later in 1981's Taps. Both men also frequently direct, and Gibson has two Oscars to his credit for directing and producing Braveheart. Voltage Pictures, the company behind The Hurt Locker, is selling the film in international territories and will likely be introducing it to buyers at the upcoming Toronto Film Festival. Gibson's Icon Pictures also is producing. Gibson, Zev Foreman, Nicolas Chartier and Craig Flores will serve as producers. The filmmakers are eyeing an October start date in Europe. Gibson directed the upcoming Hacksaw Ridge, which Lionsgate releases Nov. 4. As an actor, his most recent credits include The Expendables 3 and The Beaver as well as the upcoming Blood Father for Lionsgate Premiere. He is managed by Rick Nicita. Penn directed the Charlize Theron-Javier Bardem starrer The Last Face, which debuted at the Cannes Film Festival in May. He is attached to direct and star in Flag Day, which centers on a father who lives a double life as a counterfeiter, bank robber and con man in order to provide for his daughter. He is handled by CAA and Hirsch Wallerstein. In addition to writing Apocalypto, Safinia created the American political drama series Boss, which starred Kelsey Grammer and ran for two season on Starz. He is represented by WME. (Hollywood Reporter)

The Bachelorette's Newest Couple Makes Their Public Debut on After the Final Rose. So what's next for JoJo and Jordan? The newly (publicly) engaged couple finally made their debut in front of the world Monday night after Jordan Rodgers was finally revealed as The Bachelorette's season 12 winner. Apparently, he and JoJo are about to move to Dallas just as soon as they possibly can, which is also as soon as their obligatory press tour comes to an end. "My bags are packed," Jordan told Chris Harrison when he asked about the next step in the relationship. "We have a house in Dallas, we're moving in right after this." Harrison tried to ask about the Rodgers family drama, but Jordan clearly didn't have any interest in talking about it, and JoJo only barely commented. "It's the same situation that it's been, but it's not the focus for us right now," she said. "It's about us." "We got furniture to buy, we got lots on the list," Jordan added. As for the wedding planning, JoJo and Jordan have yet to set a date or pick a venue, but JoJo says she's been texting with Jordan's mom about picking a date and venue. Right now, the couple is more interested in just being in public. "Just so excited to be normal, and to be together, and just let people see us together," JoJo said. "I think that's been the most exciting thing for me." "You don't know how many dumb pictures we've taken with each other on Snapchat. It'll just be fun to be us," said Jordan. Of course, JoJo also had her moment with Robby, and it was pretty clear that she no longer thought about him at all anymore. "My heart always was with Jordan, and I couldn't imagine ever saying goodbye to him, and that's kind of the thing that I was thinking about the whole time," she told Robby. He said once again that he was happy that she was happy, and all seemed about as well as it could be. Of course, we didn't get any Bachelor announcement Monday night, so we'll just have to wait to find out whether Luke, Chase, or some other surprise guy will show up to take on the challenge next season. Bachelor in Paradise premieres Tuesday at 8 p.m. on ABC. (Eonline)
