Maintenance work on Interstate 8 in Casa Grande

Westbound Interstate 8 will be narrowed to one lane in Casa Grande (milepost 159) on Wednesday (Aug. 24) from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to allow Arizona Department of Transportation crews to conduct maintenance work.

Message boards will guide drivers through the work zone.

ADOT advises drivers to plan ahead to avoid the closure or allow extra travel time if traveling during the scheduled closure period.

ADOT works to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but there is a possibility that unscheduled closures or restrictions may occur.
