Maintenance work on US 60 near Apache Junction

US 60, east of Apache Junction (milepost 211), will have intermittent daily lane closures beginning Tuesday(Aug. 9) through Friday (Aug. 12) from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. to allow Arizona Department of Transportation crews to conduct maintenance work. The work will occur as follows:

Message boards and traffic control will guide drivers through the work zone.

ADOT advises drivers to plan ahead to avoid the closure or allow extra travel time if traveling during the scheduled closure period.
