Down in Australia, a man named Shin Takagi freely admits he's a pedophile - but one who has never harmed any children or broken any laws. Instead he's channeled his deviant energies into what he calls his art - creating child-like dolls sex dolls for other pedophiles. Takagi says he believes his dolls help prevent child abusers from targeting children but not everyone agrees. Since 2013, 18 crates of the horrifyingly life-like sex dolls were confiscated by border control officials in Australia. The dolls are all created on consignment. However, under the Customs Act 1901, the penalties for intentionally importing objectionable goods include a fine of up to $450,000, imprisonment for 10 years, or both. All of the dolls have been destroyed, according to Australia's Department of Immigration and Porter Protect. (Metro)
