Serial No: 465-75, Model: NA-265-65, Color: White, License No: N570R*****Per a Consent Final Order of Forfeiture issued on November 19, 2015 and filed in the United Stated District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. This Consent Final Order of Forfeiture has been filed with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The Consent Final Order of Forfeiture shows in the (Motion for Entry of a Consent Final Order of Forfeiture) in which parties were notified of the government's forfeiture action and given an opportunity to file a claim to have their lien(s) recognized. If a party did not file a claim, their lien is now vacated by the United States Government.
