US 60 (Grand Avenue) and Bell Road Weekly Project Update
Weekly Update #47—Week of Dec. 19, 2016
Current Activities

Work continues on the following:
Reconstructing eastbound Grand Avenue.
Installing curb and sidewalk along eastbound Grand Avenue.
Spreading landscape rock along westbound Grand Avenue.
Paving Grand Avenue ramps.
** City, County, and State law enforcement will be patrolling the area. Please obey all traffic signage and posted speed limits. **

The Grand Avenue/Bell Road Interchange Project is using the design-build contracting method, which provides flexibility while the contractor’s designers work side-by-side with the construction team to deliver an improved connection between the two roadways. The project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2017.
