Work to replace cattle guards at the I-40/SR 95 Lake Havasu City traffic interchange begins Dec. 12

Motorists traveling along Interstate 40 and State Route 95 at the Lake Havasu City traffic interchange (Exit 9) should be prepared for brief delays while the Arizona Department of Transportation replaces the cattle guard at both on- and off-ramps.
Work will take place 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. through Wednesday, Dec. 14. One travel lane will remain open and a flagging operation will be in effect assisting with traffic control.
Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
