I Forgot Day

I Forgot Day -- *If you want to remember where you put your car keys as well as what you had for lunch yesterday, the name of that new guy at work and the date of your next dentist appointment -- start clenching your hands. Clenching your right hand may help create a stronger memory of an event or action, and clenching your left hand may help you recall the memory later, Medical News Today reports of research from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Results showed that the volunteers who clenched their right fist when memorizing a list and then clenched their left when recalling the words, performed better. Specifically, clenching your hands increases brain activity in the frontal lobe and appears to help solidify memories.
