Josh Duhamel and Eiza Gonzalez have split after five months of dating, Us Weekly can confirm. Duhamel, 45, allegedly told photographers in L.A. on Monday, July 23, that he and Gonzalez are "done," according to the Daily Mail. Us broke the news in February that the Safe Haven actor started seeing the From Dusk till Dawn alum less than five months after announcing his split from wife Fergie after eight years of marriage. The pair met in early February at Jennifer Lopez's pre-Super Bowl concert at the Minneapolis Armory and hit it off. "They drank and partied together until very late," a source told Us at the time. "After, Josh reached out to a mutual friend and asked for Eiza's number." Since then, the former couple seemed inseparable. "They definitely have a connection because they've been FaceTiming and texting nonstop while she's been in England working," the insider added. "They're keeping it on the down-low. He's telling her he's never met anyone like her before." Although the duo kept their romance under wraps, they were spotted packing on the PDA during a vacation in Mexico earlier this month. Demi Lovato's Mom and Sister Rush to Hospital After Her Apparent Overdose. Demi Lovato's loved ones have gathered by her side at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. An eyewitness tells E! News the pop star's mother, Dianna De La Garza, and 16-year-old sister, Madison De La Garza, were seen at the hospital on Tuesday afternoon. A large security presence has also gathered outside Cedars-Sinai, we're told. Lovato is currently being treated for a suspected heroin overdose. NBC News reports the 25-year-old is "stable and alert," though her exact condition is currently unknown. At around 11:40 a.m. local time, emergency personnel responded to an overdose call placed from a residence in the Hollywood Hills area. She was reportedly administered the overdose reversal drug Narcan. Demi's family has not commented publicly on the developing situation. Only four months ago, the singer attended a signing for her mother's new book, Falling With Wings, alongside Madison, and her 30-year-old sister Dallas Lovato. Around that time, Demi also commemorated six years of sobriety. But a source recently told E! News that Lovato has been "heavily using" and stuck in a "downward spiral" over the past few months. "She has had really good days where she is perfectly OK and on track and really bad days where her team and friends have been very concerned," explained the source. "She has distanced herself from many important people in her life and even let go of a few people on her team. Everyone has been urging her to get help with her life coach, and to seek treatment again, but Demi thought she could handle it on her own. Demi recently has wanted to be more social and out in about and has been privately partying more with friends." Through the ups and downs of Demi's sobriety journey, she has remained especially close to her little sister, who pop culture fans might remember from Desperate Housewives. As Madison explained to Seventeen in 2015, "When Demi is home, our relationship is just like any sisters.' We get fro-yo and watch the ID channel -- we're obsessed -- and we talk about anything and everything. I know I can trust her with it all." Demi also shared with the mag, "I tell Madison to call me as much as possible. I want her to come to me with things. I just let her know that I'm always there for her, whether I'm on the other side of the world or I'm next door." (Eonline)

Joe Jonas Reacts to Ex-Girlfriend Demi Lovato's Overdose: ''She Needs Our Prayers.'' Joe Jonas is reaching out to Demi Lovato. Hours after news of the pop star's apparent overdose and subsequent hospitalization broke, the former Disney Channel star took to Twitter with a message for his close friend and ex-girlfriend. "Like all of you I am thinking of @DDLovato right now," Jonas wrote. "She needs our prayers and support. We all know how strong you are Demi. #prayfordemi" Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas, former members of the Jonas Brothers and Demi's Camp Rock co-stars, have yet to address Tuesday's shocking update. As of now, Lovato remains hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. An eyewitness told E! News exclusively that her mother and 16-year-old sister are by her side as she continues receiving treatment. Demi and Joe briefly dated in 2010 but have remained in each other's lives ever since. The DNCE rocker referred to Demi as "family" in a 2016 interview with E! News, noting, "We've known Demi for so many years. We're performed with her, toured with her. She's just incredible... I don't think of her as an ex. We're really good friends. We've gone through so much together and we're really close now." In fact, the Jonas Brothers are credited for helping Demi get sober for the first time. As the singer's manager, John Taylor, revealed in her Simply Complicated documentary, "It was actually the Jonas Brothers waving the flag, and saw Demi veering in a different direction." Aside from Joe, 25-year-old Demi has received an outpouring of support from fellow friends and peers in the entertainment industry. Ellen DeGeneres tweeted, "I love @DDLovato so much. It breaks my heart that she is going through this. She is a light in this world, and I am sending my love to her and her family." Best friend Ruby Rose also shared, "My whole heart and my whole soul is with @ddlovato today. I adore you and so does the entire world. You will fight this and you will come out of it even stronger. Addiction is powerful beyond measure, but you can defeat it. I love you." (Eonline)

Demi Lovato refused to tell paramedics what drug caused her to overdose, and law enforcement sources say no drugs were seized at her home. Law enforcement sources say Lovato was not cooperative when EMTs arrived at her home Tuesday morning. Those sources believed it was a heroin OD based on what they observed at her home, but a source close to Lovato tells us it was not heroin, though the source refused to divulge what caused the OD. As we first reported, Demi was unconscious when paramedics arrived and she was brought back to consciousness with Narcan, which is used to counter the effects of opioids. Our law enforcement sources say there is NO criminal investigation, because they did not seize any drugs and can't determine if Demi was in possession of an illegal substance. Demi is recovering in the hospital. (TMZ)

Demi Lovato did not OD on heroin ... so says a source connected to the singer. TMZ broke the story ... law enforcement sources involved in the case told us it was an apparent heroin overdose, but the source close to Demi says no. The source would not reveal what drug caused her to OD, but as we reported she was given Narcan, which is used to counter the effects of opioids. Lovato had previously struggled with cocaine and Oxycontin addictions but had been clean for 6 years. She recently confessed she fell off the wagon. (TMZ)

Demi Lovato's overdose was not a shock to some of her friends, who say there were big warning signs for weeks that she had lost her battle for sobriety. Friends of Demi tell us ... even before she released her song, "Sober," confessing she had fallen off the wagon, it was apparent to them she had slipped back into her drug use. They say the signs became more alarming as the days passed, and one friend says he knew for weeks she was in the danger zone ... when he saw her this week it was apparent she was in trouble. Another warning sign ... she had a big falling out with her sober coach earlier in the month, accusing him of betraying her. It seems Demi was able to compartmentalize her social life, because other friends say they didn't see this coming. One friend says he was at her home less than 2 weeks ago and she seemed great. TMZ broke the story ... Demi OD'd at her home Tuesday and law enforcement sources say it was an apparent heroin overdose, but a source close to Demi says it was NOT heroin. When they arrived, she was unconscious and they used Narcan to bring her back. Narcan is used to counter overdoses of opioids. (TMZ)

Demi Lovato's overdose came at the end of a party at her home that lasted all night, but when EMTs and police arrived to help her ... the partygoers were nowhere in sight ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ. Our sources say when first responders arrived at Demi's Hollywood Hills home Tuesday just before noon, they were told there had been a party. We're told members of Demi's team were present when first responders arrived, but provided no information about the drug or drugs that caused her to OD. It's unclear when the party broke up, or if people scattered once it became apparent Demi was in trouble. TMZ broke the story ... the night before the emergency, Demi was at the Saddle Ranch restaurant/bar celebrating the birthday of one of her backup dancers and she seemed happy and lucid. We don't know if the people who were at her home were part of the group that partied at Saddle Ranch. (TMZ)

MTV VJ Jesse Camp Located and ''Doing OK'' Days After Being Reported Missing. Jesse Camp is no longer considered a missing person. Authorities with the Riverside Police Department confirm to E! News that as of Tuesday afternoon, Camp was contacted by a local law enforcement agency and not in need of assistance. Per Officer Ryan Railsback, law enforcement personnel said the former TRL star, 38, was "doing OK" and appeared "capable of taking care of himself." Additionally, Camp's family has been notified of the latest development in the case. On July 19, Camp's sister, Marisha Camp, reported him missing. At the time, he hadn't been heard from since July 11 and was last seen in the Riverside, Calif. area. An Instagram post allegedly shared by Marisha on Monday read, "I can't begin to thank everyone who reached out to express their concern and support after my brother Jesse went MIA. He truly has the most beautiful friends from all walks of life, and he is so loved... Jesse was last seen in California last week but has not reached out to us lately. Jenelle Evans keeping a loaded gun in her car -- in reach of her children -- proves she's not using sound judgment as a parent and doesn't deserve to have custody ... so says her ex and 2nd baby daddy. We spoke with Nathan Griffith -- who shares 4-year-old Kaiser with Jenelle -- and he tells us he's incredibly concerned for his kid's safety in light of Jenelle's recently aired road rage incident on "Teen Mom." He believes the video shows her kids are being raised in an unstable and hostile environment ... so his fight to get custody of Kaiser is well justified. There's also this ... Nathan actually sides with Jenelle's husband, David Eason, who berated her for following someone home and confronting them. Nathan says it could've turned into a bloodbath, which is true ... 'cause the other driver told us he was armed. Bottom line for Nathan ... Jenelle's apparent lack of proper gun safety around her 8-year-old son tells a much bigger story -- she's unfit as a parent, and his son would be better off with him. (TMZ)

Safaree Samuels was screwed from the get-go when he was robbed at gunpoint -- not only did he know one of the alleged assailants, but the dudes were tracking his every move before the hit. Sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... cops found a GPS device which had been installed on Safaree's car before he was held up at gunpoint in April and robbed in New York. We're told it's unclear when the device was planted, but cops believe it's how the robbers pinpointed Safaree. Interestingly enough, our sources say this tracking technique is one that's been used by authorities in NYC as of late ... and they even think the perps picked up the trick from them. We're told these GPS devices have been getting used more and more in high-profile stickups. As we reported ... two suspects have already been arrested in the case, one of whom Safaree knows very well. A third man has also been arrested in connection with the crime. Safaree told cops the robbers took upwards of $183k in cash and jewelry from him. We reached out to his attorney, James Leonard Jr., who declined to comment. (TMZ)

Allison Mack Facing New Charges for Alleged Role in NXIVM Case. UPDATE: Allison Mack is facing additional charges for her alleged role in NXIVM, federal prosecutors announced Tuesday. According to a press release obtained by E! News, the actress was charged with racketeering conspiracy involving an array of crimes, including identity theft, extortion, forced labor, sex trafficking, money laundering, wire fraud and obstruction of justice. Keith Raniere was also charged. Additionally, heiress Clare Bronfman was among four women arrested and charged with racketeering, forced labor, money laundering, identity theft and wire fraud. She was set to be arraigned in court on Tuesday. E! News has reached out to Mack's attorney for comment.

Allison Mack and Keith Raniere appeared in Brooklyn federal court on Friday. It's been two weeks since the former Smallville star was arrested and charged with sex trafficking in connection with the purported self-help organization, NXIVM. On April 20, Mack was arrested after an indictment was unsealed in federal court, charging her and the organization's founder, Raniere, with sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy and forced labor conspiracy. On April 24, Mack was released on $5 million bond and placed under house arrest, while Raniere has been held without bail. On Friday morning, May 4, Mack appeared in Brooklyn federal court for a hearing along with Raniere. Shortly after entering the courtroom on Friday, Raniere was arraigned and pled not guilty on all three charges, E! News has learned. During Mack's initial appearance and arraignment, she also pleaded not guilty to all three counts. Following Raniere's arraignment, the government indicated they would be filing a protective order around the discovery since it contains a lot of sensitive victim information. The government also said there would be an enormous amount of discovery in this case and asked for time to gather it all. At least a month or a month and a half. The government also stated in court on Friday that they anticipate additional charges for both defendants and will possibly be adding additional defendants. The judge said he wants the case to move quickly, "with alacrity." He wants to set a court date as soon as possible. He then asked the government how long it will likely take to present their side once trial starts. They said probably four to six weeks, but it could be longer in light of additional charges and defendants. While in court, Raniere's lawyer expressed that he wants to speed things up because he indicated his client will not be granted bail. The government agreed saying there is no bail package for Raniere they would accept. The judge said Raniere's lawyers could come up with a bail package and take it directly to him, the judge, and Raniere's lawyers said they will probably do that in the coming weeks. That being said, Raniere will not waive his right to a speedy trial and they requested a trial start date of mid-July. Judge asked government about how many documents they are expecting in discovery, to which they replied that "we are talking years' worth of hard drives," plus electronics, emails and recordings. Raniere's lawyers argued that most of the discovery will likely be 99 percent irrelevant because this is a case about witnesses. Testimony will be at the core of the case, not discovery. "At the end of the day this is a case about consent and will depend on witness testimony," Rainere's lawyers stated, to which the government disagreed. The judge then set a trial date of Oct. 1.
