Bury your face in fast-food packaging

Chase sugar highs
When flies eat a diet of about 40 percent sugar for three weeks, they died 7 percent sooner than those that eat a healthy diet with only 5 percent sugar. Okay, you're not a fly, but eat too much sugar and you could end up dropping like one according to Cell Reports.

Cheat with lard
Going crazy with high-fat meals can harm your liver and even set it up for higher risk of future fatty liver disease according to Heinrich Heine University Diabetes Center.

Bail on breakfast
People who regularly eat a morning meal are less likely to end up with heart disease. The estimated 20 to 30 percent who skip breakfast are also more likely to suffer from obesity and diabetes according to the American Heart Association.
