           label, Polygram, for $200 million. They charge misrepresentation,

           fraud and unfair enrichment at the group's expense.

   In 1984 "Purple Rain" by Prince and "Penny Lover" by Lionel Richie both

           enter the U.S. top 40 chart.

   In 1985 Bandleader Nelson Riddle dies of heart and kidney failure at age 64.
