(Health) The key to feeling happier? Build in more time for what's truly meaningful, says leadership coach Ellen Petry Leanse, author of "The Happiness Hack." Here's how:

Set an intention
Don't let your packed calendar dictate your day. When you wake up, take a moment to focus on how you want to feel that day; relaxed? accomplished? challenged?, then approach your to-do list from that mind-set.

Carve out tech-free time
One morning a week, find three solid hours in which you can focus on big picture idea generation or problem-solving.

Stuck? Don't turn to your feed
It's normal to grab your phone the second you feel bored or blocked. But relying on our phones actually makes us less creative and connected to the rest of the world, says Leanse. Instead, take a walk, daydream, or wander over to chat with a co-worker.
