Meghan Markle's Coat of Arms Proves She'll Always Be a California Girl at Heart. Kensington Palace revealed Meghan Markle's Coat of Arms on Friday. According to the Palace, The Duchess of Sussex "worked closely" with the College of Arms in London to create a Coat of Arms that was "both personal and representative." "The Duchess of Sussex took a great interest in the design," Thomas Woodcock, Garter King of Arms, stated. "Good heraldic design is nearly always simple and the Arms of The Duchess of Sussex stand well beside the historic beauty of the quartered British Royal Arms. Heraldry as a means of identification has flourished in Europe for almost 900 years and is associated with both individual people and great corporate bodies such as Cities, Universities and for instance the Livery Companies in the City of London." Meghan's Coat of Arms is full of historic symbolism and California charm. According to the Palace, the blue background symbolizes the Pacific Ocean off the coast of California, where Her Royal Highness was born. Similarly, the two golden rays across the shield represent the California sunshine. The shield also sits on a bed of green grass with golden poppies peaking out -- a nod to California's state flower. As a tribute to her new home in London, there is also wintersweet -- a flowering plant that grows at Kensington Palace. Per the Palace, the Coat of Arms also features three quills, which symbolize communication and the power of words. Even before she was a duchess, Meghan spoke on a panel with Harry, Prince William and Kate Middleton at the first annual Royal Foundation Forum. Of course, she also did plenty of public speaking before her days as a royal. Royal admirers will recall she spoke at the United Nations on International Women's Day in 2015. There's also a lion on the left side of the Coat of Arms and a songbird on the right. These are the Supporters. According to the Palace, it's "customary" for the wife of a royal family member to feature one of her husband's Supporters in addition to her own. Harry's Coat of Arms features the English lion on the left and the Scottish unicorn on the right. So, the lion on the left side of the shield symbolizes Harry while the songbird on the right symbolizes Meghan. According to the Palace, the bird's open beak and elevated wings once again represent communication. The Coat of Arms also features traditional elements. According to the Palace, the lions of England appear in the first and fourth quarters while the lion of Scotland appears in the second. The harp of Ireland appears in the third. The Duchess of Sussex has also been assigned a Coronet, which is a small crown. "It is the Coronet laid down by a Royal Warrant of 1917 for the sons and daughters of the Heir Apparent," the Palace states. "It is composed of two crosses patee, four fleurs-de-lys and two strawberry leaves." Queen Elizabeth II and Woodcock approved the design. Meghan's Coat of Arm reveals comes less than a week after her marriage to Harry and just a few days after she made her royal debut. (Eonline)

Famed chef Mario Batali's Vegas Strip restaurants will close. Mario Batali's three Las Vegas Strip restaurants will shut down July 27, officials said Friday, as the celebrity chef faces sexual misconduct allegations from multiple women. Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group partner Joe Bastianich sent a letter to nearly 300 workers about the closures of Carnevino Italian Steakhouse, B&B Ristorante and Otto Enoteca e Pizzeria at The Venetian and Palazzo resorts. He promised to visit the restaurants to speak to employees. The letter said Las Vegas Sands Corp., which owns both properties, was ending the business relationship. Sands Corp. issued a statement confirming the closure. The move came days after police in New York confirmed an investigation into a woman's claim on "60 Minutes" that Batali drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2005. Batali denies assaulting the woman. A Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group representative said the company decided to close the Las Vegas restaurants before the "60 Minutes" report aired, reported the Las Vegas Review-Journal, which is owned by the family of Sands chairman and CEO Sheldon Adelson. Batali stepped down in December from daily operations at his restaurant empire and cooking show "The Chew" after four women accused him of inappropriate touching over a period of 20 years. Batali has apologized for those encounters. (PageSix)

Khloe Kardashian's Colorist Tracey Cunningham Flies to Ohio Just to Fix Her Roots. That's gotta be one pretty big travel fee! Khloe Kardashian hopped on Instagram Stories on Saturday to let the world know just how far her hair colorist would go for client -- and that's from Los Angeles to Cleveland, Ohio. The new mom, who has colored her brunette tresses blonde in recent years, posted a video on her IG Stories and said to the camera, "So Tracey Cunningham flew all the way from L.A. because look at these roots! Horrible. She's here in Cleveland like a real sweetie!" In addition to the reality star, Cunningham boasts A-list clients Jennifer Lopez, Drew Barrymore, Charlize Theron, Toni Collette and Jennifer Garner. Khloe has ditched SoCal for the Midwest in the past few months to be with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, and to welcome their first child together. Many thought that KoKo would come back home to Cali following Tristan's shocking cheating scandal days before the reality star gave birth to True Thompson on April 11 -- but the Revenge Body star has kept put in her man's town. She's been spotted supporting him at his basketball game, as well as going on a dinner date. Khloe has been getting things back in gear just a month and a half after welcoming her daughter, documenting her postpartum weight loss journey. Earlier this week, KoKo teamed up with one of Tristan Thompson's best friends for a personal training sesh she documented on social media. The male pal caught the new mama laying on the floor, who said she was feeling "so good" but wanted to nap there for the rest of the day. During her Snapchat posts on May 21, Khloe explained, "The beginning parts of working out kind of suck cause you're pushing your body so hard. You're so tired and you're trying to get back into your rhythm. And it's much more difficult than I think you expect it to be." The social media superstar also addressed fans who slammed her for putting focus on her getting her famous form back in gear. "I've been working out for 11 days now. I feel really good but I'm tired, my body is sore. It's re-waking itself back up. What I'm annoyed about is that I've read a couple of times on Twitter that they feel like I'm focusing too much on my body," said Khloe. "But the truth is I've worked out 5 or 6 days a week before I got pregnant and that's my sanctuary, something I love to do so I want to start doing that now and getting into my rhythm." The fitness host added that it's important to bring workouts into her life and get used to a "new normal. Looks like her hair's back to a new normal too! (Eonline)

Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett Reunite After Split at Son's Hockey Game. Putting their kids first.., Less than two months after Kendra Wilkinson filed for divorce from husband Hank Baskett, the two put on a united front to support their son, Hank IV, at his ice hockey games in Las Vegas this weekend. While at the game, the reality star shared some videos and images on her Instagram Story and her estranged husband popped up a couple of times. In one image, the former NFL player spends time with his 4-year-old daughter Alijah, 4, watching his 8-year-old in the game and filming him. In the image, Kendra writes "proud papa." The exes also took pics selfie along with Wilkinson's mom, Patti Wilkinson, and her brother Colin Wilkinson, who tweeted a group shot of the cheering family with the caption, "Lil Hank support squaddddd." This is not the first time that Baskett and Wilkson have been spotted spending post-split time together at their kids' sporting event. Almost exactly a month after the split, Kendra took to Instagram to update fans on how she'd been doing with her new reality. "Just posting random selfies and saying hello to u all," she wrote on Instagram to her 2.8 million followers. "Been trying to take care of myself lately. My mental, emotional n physical wellbeing." Kendra added, "Kids come first at all time but mama needs some fun rt now. I need a little kick in the ass. SOS." The famously blonde star has also made her tresses brunette that she admitted in the comments section needed a "touch up." Judging from the recent images, looks like that touch up happened! In April, Kendra cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce, according to court documents obtained by E! News. The date of separation is listed was January 1. Following weeks of split rumors, the Kendra on Top star and Girls Next Door alum said on Instagram on April 6, "Today is the last day of my marriage to this beautiful man. I will forever love Hank and be open but for now we have chosen to go our own ways." Hank did not comment. The two wed at her former home, the Playboy Mansion, back in 2009. In court papers, Kendra requested joint legal and physical custody. As for the reasons behind the split, a source told E! News at the time that it wasn't one specific thing but something that was years in the making. "It's definitely been a long time coming. They've been trying to work on this for a long time and it finally hit a roadblock," our source shared. The exes "tried to work things out for so long for the sake of the kids, and they did want to be together. They tried everything they could." (Eonline)

Mariah Carey quietly sold mega diamond ring from ex James Packer. Mariah Carey has sold the -- 35-carat diamond engagement ring James Packer gave her two years ago. The huge sparkler, widely reported to be worth $10 million, was part of the financial settlement the diva made in 2017 after her split from the Australian media baron. "Mariah has been very vocal recently about her choice to move forward in her life surrounded by positivity," her publicist told me. "That requires leaving emotional and material baggage behind, including an old engagement ring from an ex-boyfriend." A source said Carey had one of her business managers quietly sell the ring for $2.1 million to a Los Angeles jeweler. "A confidentiality agreement was signed, but the jeweler is currently selling it, and there's only one such ring," my source said. "Mariah Carey's public relations people are desperately trying to keep the story from the press and have threatened the jeweler with litigation if he discloses her name." An insider in Carey's camp scoffed at the idea that she sold the bauble because she's short on cash: "She owns multiple homes, her entire catalog of music, and she's had numerous successful tours and residencies." The insider also said the ring was worth way less than $10 million. Carey is fighting what her reps claim is a "frivolous and baseless" lawsuit brought by her former manager, Stella Bulochni-kov, who claims Carey sexually harassed her by often being naked in front of her. Kim Kardashian Gets in Bitter Twitter Feud Over Kanye West's Charity, Donda's House. UPDATE: Following Rhymefest's response to Kim Kardashian's tweets, the reality star posted a series of tweets, defending her husband once again. Kim began the tweets, "Let me break this all the way down..." She followed up with, "Kanye and Donda started a charity called Loop Dreams. When Donda passed, they changed the name to Donda's House. Kanye paid Rhymefest a salary to run it." "After several years of lack of performance from the organization and Kanye going through personal financial issues, he could no longer fund salaries. Rhymefest asked to take it over and Kanye agreed with no financial strings attached," continued Kim. "Kanye gave his 'friend' an opportunity to run an organization on his own. So now that Kanye is being publicly shamed for not being involved makes no sense and, at this exact time, just seems very calculated." The mogul continued, "I have and will always applaud any efforts to give back to the community. To fight for justice and to help uplift the youth. But I will never tolerate someone who was close to Kanye who attempts to use his late mother's name to publicly shame him while pretending to do good. She ended the string of tweets, "I will always ride for my man!"

Sorry Haters, Scott Disick and Sofia Richie Are Still Going Strong. Happy birthday, Scott Disick! The reality star turned 35 years old on Saturday. It certainly has been an eventful year for Kourtney Kardashian's ex -- partially due to his romance with 19-year-old model Sofia Richie. The two sparked romance rumors last year and are still together. In fact, a source told E! News Sofia and Scott are "talking about moving in together permanently." "Scott and Sofia are still going strong and have gotten more serious the past few months," the insider exclusively told E! News. "They have definitely had their ups and downs, but lately everything has been really good between them." Rumors of the romance started spreading in May 2017 after Scott and Sofia were spotted getting cozy on a yacht in Cannes. While the model insisted she was still single and that the two were "just homies," fans continued to speculate. It wasn't until September that Scott seemingly confirmed their relationship status by posting a photo of the two of them in Miami. It was on that getaway that the duo was spotted kissing and partied with Kylie Jenner's beau Travis Scott. Still, it wasn't clear if this was a long-term romance or a short-term fling. While one source told E! News the two were "inseparable" in September, another insider said the relationship was "not serious" for Scott in October. As time went on, Scott and Sofia took their romance across the globe, traveling from Italy to Mexico and packing on plenty of P.D.A. along the way. However, not everyone was enthusiastic about their relationship. When Us Weekly asked her father Lionel Richie if he was happy for the new couple, the Grammy winner quipped, "I am scared to death. Are you kidding me?" Kris Jenner also grilled Scott about his new romance on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Even though the protective papa once referred to the relationship as just a "phase," it seems like he's coming around to his daughter's beau. "Lionel Richie has finally warmed up and accepted the fact that Scott Disick is dating his daughter Sofia," another insider told E! News. "Lionel had a hard time with the situation at first and warned Sofia to end the relationship before she got in too deep with Scott, but he now has finally come full circle. " The aforementioned source told E! News Scott is now "allowed to come to family events" and that Lionel has "stopped giving him a hard time." "He still teases him with his humor, but he has learned to back off a bit," the insider added. "Scott and Sofia are still very serious and things are going well. They basically live together in Scott's home and are on a great path." As their relationship progressed, the two celebrated major milestones -- like enjoying the holidays together. The couple rang in the New Year in Aspen, and Sofia wished her man a "Happy Valentine's" Day via Instagram on Feb. 14. However, one of the biggest steps in their relationship has been introducing Sofia to Scott's kids. Lord Disick shares three children with Kourtney: Penelope, 5; Mason, 8 and Reign, 3. Back in January, Sofia enjoyed a dinner in Malibu with Scott and his three little ones. They've also since traveled to Mexico with his children. The first insider told E! News Kourtney has "recently become more open" to Sofia hanging out with the kids. "Sofia spends a lot of time at Scott's house and has really gotten to know the kids," the first insider told E! News. "It's a very comfortable situation now but wasn't always easy. Kourtney has recently been more open about Sofia coming around the kids and has also let [boyfriend] Younes [Bendjima] do the same. It's a mutual situation and everyone seems happy about it. Sofia doesn't try and act like a 'stepmom' and doesn't want to ever impose on Kourtney but she definitely takes the role most days." The source said Sofia and Scott like to do "normal activities" with the kids, like going out to dinner and visiting the trampoline park. So, how are Scott and Sofia celebrating his birthday? The first insider told E! News the two may be planning a little getaway for the long weekend. (Eonline)

Inside Scott Disick's Unique Relationship With the Kardashian Family as Kourtney's Co-Parent. The Scott Disick thing is admittedly weird. He and Kourtney Kardashian broke up in 2015, largely due to some chronically absurd behavior on his part. She's been dating Younes Bendjima for a year and Scott's still with Sofia Richie. Yet he remains embedded in the fold. In good times and bad, for better or worse, the Kardashian-Jenner family has never cut him off -- from their connections, their homes or their hearts -- and he has been given endless chances to regain the trust that's frayed over the years. Happily, a little distance, combined with that closeness -- be it actually geographical or just a promise of continued acceptance -- seems to have helped Disick grow up and shed the trappings of drama that have plagued him for most of his adult life. And just in time, too, since he's celebrated his 35th birthday. There of course have been highs and lows in his relationships with individual members of the family, not all of whom are always feeling the Lord love every day, especially when they don't feel as though Scott is holding up his end of the equation. And he has a history of testing their patience. "Scott just roams into my house like it's his house, he walks in my bedroom -- I don't think he should come in my bedroom anymore!" Kourtney told Khloe and Kim Kardashian on their girls' trip to San Francisco last fall. Kourtney had told her therapist she wanted to "keep things comfortable" with the father of her three kids but it was time to set some boundaries when it came to showing up unannounced. "All things that are understandable in this co-parenting life," Scott agreed when they eventually had the conversation. As for his own boundary issues, he joked, "I don't really want to hug anymore, I think we should just shake hands with each other." Meanwhile, he didn't exactly take the news that Kourtney had a boyfriend well. "I get a little jealous," he admitted early on. And as recently as February he was "still insanely jealous," a source told E! News -- though, having started dating Richie last September, he doesn't have any more legs to stand on there. Kris Jenner, who has tirelessly embraced Scott as if he were one of her own kids, noticed right away that he was having issues with Kourtney's new relationship, especially after he put on a robe and got in bed during a trip to Williams Sonoma with her. "The situation is extremely hard and complicated, but I do have my own priorities and things that I need to focus on. He's just not my biggest concern anymore," Kourtney mused after telling her mom to ask Scott herself if she was so worried about him. The predictably unpredictable son of a moneyed New York family who became a reality-TV star at 24 and is now invested in the luxury house-flipping trade has had his raw moments with the family before, especially when Kourtney finally let him go in 2015 and he felt that his relationships with Kris, Khloe and Kim were slipping away. But it took literally years before anyone, Kourtney included, knew what was really going on with her and Scott, since the two of them still went on cozy-looking trips and spent as much time with the kids together as possible. It really wasn't until she started dating Younes that the are-they-getting-back-together speculation stopped. If it has, indeed, stopped. "I just feel like you love that you're able to hold this over me and that's like your control factor," Scott told Kourtney after she didn't invite him to Khloe's birthday party last June, to which Kourtney fired back, "And I feel like you think you can go out and do whatever you want and purposely try to hurt me and still get invited to everything." Scott tried to rationalize his very public, leisure-time-heavy lifestyle as him acting out of love rather than spite, but Kourtney wasn't having it. "That's not a way to show love," she informed him. "I am on the longest Ferris wheel of all time," Khloe, who was hosting this little tte--tte on neutral ground at her house, chimed into their conversation. "Like, we gotta get off the ride at some point and get on a new one." After they'd put that issue to rest for the moment, Scott half-jokingly asked Kourtney if she wanted to make out. "You guys are so f--king dysfunctional!" Khloe exclaimed. "I don't know if this is something you guys do as foreplay but this is f--king nuts." "We don't hook up," Kourtney assured her. Aside from Kourtney, it's perhaps Khloe and Scott who've had the most turbulent relationship over the years, with Khloe liking him at first, then coming to despise him for not treating Kourt right, and then turning into one of his best friends, their selfie action the stuff of legend. "Well Scott and I -- we're sleeping together apparently," Khloe quipped to Complex in 2015 (pre-breakup with Kourtney), referring to the wide-eyed commentary often left on their cozy-looking pictures. "Obviously, we're best of friends, but what's crazy is how much I hated him before. He was a douchey little dick." She added, "He still falls off or makes mistakes, which everyone does. I don't expect anyone to be perfect, but what I like about Scott is that he's honest about his weaknesses and his strengths." But at the end of the day it's always sisters before misters in this house (or these houses). "I haven't seen any good behavior yet," Khloe advised her big sis when Kourtney said post-breakup that it was going to take a lot of effort on Scott's part to even consider getting back with him. Kim observed at the time, "I think regardless of Scott and Kourtney being together, Scott will always be in our lives. I mean, he's the father of my nephews and my niece. We want him healthy and happy, so that he can be in their lives as much as possible. But I still want Kourtney to figure it out and be strong and not get back together with him." Kim has tended to go with the flow when it comes to Scott, always treating him kindly when it was important to Kourtney but also not wasting too much effort on worrying when he was in the dog house. But the sisters were all pretty much in agreement initially that Scott dating Sofia wasn't exactly their...favorite thing. At this point, though, the exes have more or less agreed to disagree about their significant others, so long as their kids are thriving and no one -- Scott, that is -- is making an ass of himself. Kendall Jenner, despite trolling Scott on social media -- "Awww, Scott and his kids," she commented on one of his pics with Richie -- still considers him close enough to jump out of a plane with him. Kris Jenner has gotten the question -- "Wait, so how old is she? Because I really don't know! Is she Kylie's age?" -- out of her system on the show. "I don't even track their relationship as much as I track the family like he's my kid," Kris once said about Scott and Kourtney. And Kim certainly prefers happy, healthy Scott to the out-of-control version she tolerated for Kourtney's sake. "I've started to see pictures of Scott running around New York and whatever makes him happy," she said toward the end of last year. "I don't judge, I don't care. I think it's a good thing. I just hope that he's making good choices and having fun and nothing's getting crazy." Everyone -- including Bendjima and Disick -- managed to get into and stay in the holiday spirit at the annual family Christmas bash (though Scott noticeably did not bring a date). "Scott and Kourtney get along very well. There was no drama at all at the party between them. At this point, the Kardashians are his family too," an insider told us. "Scott is more part of the family than Younes is, that much is clear even just based on how he was interacting with everyone." Moreover, the many, many other life events occupying the family's time these days have largely relegated his relationship with Sofia to a side note. Kim's off with Kanye West and their three kids, Khloe is a new mom who's still figuring out her future with Tristan Thompson, and Jenner too is busy bonding with baby Stormy and boyfriend Travis Scott. "When you involve the whole world, everyone has an opinion," Kylie told The Hollywood Reporter last summer, referring to how hard it was for Kourtney's breakup to play out on camera. "It's not the healthiest. That part of your life should remain sacred." (Case in point, she never confirmed her pregnancy till Stormy was born.) Meanwhile, Scott has made himself available where need be. Toward the end of 2016 he was showing up for Kardashian as he awaited the birth of his first child, sharing parenting advice with the expectant dad and expressing his hope that Rob's baby would become as close as North and Saint West are with his kids, Mason, Penelope and Reign. And when Khloe got pregnant, Scott wanted to be there for her too. "If she ever asks, I'm sure I would try" to lend a hand, he told E! News in October. "But I feel like all of us are so close that all of our children are kind of brought up in the same vicinity, or one block over, that everybody's kind of there for each other." So far, so good. Ayesha Curry says she had a physical altercation with a Rockets fan moments after the Warriors' nail-biting loss ... claiming the heckler bumped her 8-month pregnant belly. In a video shot Thursday night in Houston, you can hear the fan talking all kinds of smack while holding a cigarette. Ayesha jumps at the opportunity to turn the tables ... grabbing the guy's cig and flicking it in his direction. Ayesha took to Twitter Friday to call out the video's poster, saying, "The fact you have the audacity to post this after this man bumped me in my 8-month pregnant belly asking and I quote 'doesn't losing feel like getting punched in the gut?' And continued to follow me and taunt me with his camera is beyond me...but 'This is America' right." She followed up a series of tweets by explaining, "I thought it was an accident at first because it was crowded and then he made that gut comment and continued to follow me." Ayesha continued, "I should've got him in the face instead of saving his life by removing that cigarette he was swinging around in my face. Wish there was full footage." We'll keep our eyes peeled. Dwyane Wade's best buddies LeBron James and Chris Paul are still in the hunt for an NBA Championship ... but D-Wade's doing just fine with wifey Gabrielle Union. Gabby and the 3-time NBA Champ soaked up the sun in the South of France Friday ... and Union was totally hamming it up for the camera. Wade -- who just wrapped his 15th season in the league -- acted as Gabrielle's personal photographer while she posed on the rocks and in the water. Dwyane got in on the photo shoot too, posing for a selfie with his wife of 4 years. It's unclear if Dwyane will be back for another season ... but by the looks of things, retirement is gonna be pretty sweet. (TMZ)
