Agave Heritage Festival
Join this exploration and celebration of the cultural, commercial, and culinary significance of the agave plant in the southern Arizona-Mexico border region through May 6th, times and locations vary. The
festival includes varied talks, tours, tastings, dinners and exhibits at several venues. Presentations and demonstrations will be led by distinguished ex- perts involved in all aspects of study and production related to the vital Southwestern plant.
