" In February, the actor broke the sad news about Henry's death on his own Facebook page, "Henry had been diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2016, shortly after his first birthday, following persistent vomiting and weight loss. He had surgery to remove the tumor and further treatment through the early part of 2017. Then the cancer returned last autumn and he died in January." Jamie Foxx keeps a low profile at Miami club amid breakup rumors. A few days after being spotted at an Atlantic City jiggle joint, Jamie Foxx was again seen partying at a Miami nightclub Sunday as his not-so-secret-girlfriend Katie Holmes kicked it in Paris amid breakup rumors. The 50-year-old actor rolled up to E11EVEN, for the club's Official After Dark Party of Irie Weekend, in a Rolls Royce convertible with singer pal Jason Derulo around 4:30 a.m. "He was with Jason Derulo at the VIP table of the club that was tucked away," an insider told Page Six. "He was not with any women as he was probably trying to keep a low profile with all the Katie Holmes rumors." Chatter over the couple's split surfaced last week, however sources denied the rumors and told Page Six, "all is well in paradise." "[Foxx] was definitely in a good mood and was seen laughing with the crew he was with," our source said. He was with a group of about 10 people. Also at the ultra-club was rapper 2 Chainz, who performed for partygoers wearing a $945 VLTN fanny pack, and Jonathan "Foodgod" Cheban, who was seen "enjoying himself and laughing with friends." Later, Diplo took over the DJ booth. (PageSix)

Penn & Teller postpone shows so Teller can undergo back surgery. The comedy and magic team of Penn & Teller announced this week that they are postponing performances until Aug. 18 so that Teller (the short, silent one) can undergo back surgery. The duo had already scheduled a hiatus to take care of Teller's problem, but abruptly called off a show scheduled for Friday night in Biloxi, Miss., because Teller was in too much pain following a Wednesday performance, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. Teller's back trouble represents "the lingering result of hanging from straitjackets and climbing in and out of boxes for more than 40 years," the report said. He'll undergo surgery Monday in Las Vegas, the report added. "Teller is getting his back totally fixed a little sooner than expected," tweeted Penn Jillette (the tall, loud one). "So P&T are on hiatus from everything until August 18th and then the boys will be back and bad!" "My sincere apologies to our fans in Biloxi and folks who were planning on seeing the Vegas show," Teller tweeted Thursday. "Last night during the show my back firmly ordered me to cut the crap and get it fixed. So I'm stopping work from today till August 18th and getting my back surgery pronto. Love -T." "In our entire prior career," Teller added, "I think we've had to cancel only four shows on short notice. So I (and much of our crew) feel disoriented and befuddled as if we're in one of those showbiz nightmares where you can't find your way back to the stage in time for the next cue." Penn Jillette, 63, and Teller (Raymond Joseph Teller), 70, have been performing together for more than 40 years. (PageSix)

Heather Locklear will soon move from the psychiatric ward at an L.A.-area hospital to a long-term facility so doctors, psychiatrists and others can help her deal with serious substance abuse as well as mental health issues ... TMZ has learned. Sources connected to Heather's family tell us ... doctors at the hospital where she was taken after her latest arrest have conducted a battery of tests that have painted a clear picture ... Heather's problems involve substance abuse and mental health in equal measure, although it's possible the latter is even more serious than the former. We're told Heather has been cooperative so far and has voluntarily agreed to enter the long-term facility for treatment. Our sources say there is no plan to try and get a conservatorship, because it's virtually impossible under these circumstances in California -- courts just wouldn't approve it. There's a lot of breath-holding in Heather's family ... they're hoping she stays committed to receiving long-term treatment. TMZ broke the stories ... Heather was arrested in June for battery on a police officer, before she was hospitalized for an apparent overdose. (TMZ)

Busy Philipps Calls Out Delta Airlines Over Tickets That Would Have Separated Her From Her Child. Busy Philipps is traveling with her family and is angry at Delta Airlines, saying they issued her tickets that would have put one of her children on a different plane, headed to a different state. On Friday, the 39-year-old Dawson's Creek alum flew with her daughters Birdie, 9, and Cricket, 4, and one of the older girl's friends across the country to scout locations for her upcoming E! late night show, Busy Tonight. "Hey @Delta! Thanks for cancelling my flight and then rerouting us and separating my MINOR child onto a different flight than mine and having a 2 HR call time wait!" Philipps tweeted on Friday. "You are terrible!" The airline apologized, tweeting, "Hello, Busy. My sincere apology, please be assured that this does not represent the Delta Brand of customer service." "I really would like an opportunity, to do everything possible to help, please share with me in a direct message your ticket number or Confirmation Code from this travel," read another tweet from the airline. "Very rocky start to the morning," Philipps said in a selfie video on Instagram Stories, which showed her and the kids walking through the airport in Chicago for a layover. "At 2:30 this morning, we got a text that our other flight was canceled and they had rerouted us and put us on different planes to different places, so like, I was going to Saint Paul, B was going to Detroit...but thankfully, we found a flight that we could all get on, at 2:30 in the morning." A source told E! News that Philipps and her children were booked on the same flight but were under two different itineraries and when the first flight was canceled, they were assigned to separate flights because they were under different booking numbers. The source also noted that the group was not physically separated. The source said Philipps was unable to reach someone at Delta immediately due to the high volume of calls, because of the bad weather along the East Coast, which has affected flights for a couple of days, and that once Delta was aware of the situation, they reached out to her, but she had already booked travel on another airline. The source said Delta worked with the family and refunded the unused portion of their travel and that due to the inconvenience that this caused, the airline extended a goodwill gesture to the family. The incident came amid criticism and debate over the recent separation of more than 2,300 migrant children from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border as a result of President Donald Trump's administration's policy of "zero tolerance" toward illegal immigration. Philipps later promoted on social media the Families Belong Together rallies that are set to place on Saturday. UPDATE: Delta Airlines said in a statement to E! News, "We apologize for the inconvenience this caused Ms. Philipps. Delta worked quickly to resolve the rebooking issue and coordinated directly with the customer to adjust their travel." (Eonline)

Dan Levy and pooch trapped in elevator for 90 mins. Dan Levy was trapped in an elevator for nearly two hours on Sunday. "Currently trapped in an elevator. Turns out, not that fun," the "Schitts Creek" star, 34, tweeted. He then followed up with a snap of his white kicks and his shaggy pup who he claimed was "pissed" at being trapped. "Also, the alarm button and the call button don't work," he added. "I feel like that's illegal." Despite the potentially scary situation, Eugene Levy's son kept his sense of humor adding, "My future husband is not in here. Thanks for nothing, TV." It's unclear if Levy was trapped in his home building in Toronto, Canada or elsewhere. At one point, his patience grew thin as his buzz from a mimosa wore off. To raise the level of concern, Levy even tweeted at Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in hopes he would send help. "90 minutes later and we're out," he updated fans and followers. "My tell-all will be published in the fall. Thanks for the support... Trudeau got me out. Involved several Mounties. It was a whole thing." He's pissed. #trappedinanelevator #thankgodiputondeodorantpic.twitter.com/JWy7PrTuLa -- dan levy (@danjlevy) July 1. (PageSix)

50 Cent is a man of his word ... especially when the word is "lawsuit," 'cause he's going after a hip-hop blog for using his photo in a post he calls "fake news." He's filed suit against HipHopDX for its post about Fiddy allegedly selling his catchphrase, "Get the strap," to Bellator MMA. We'll get back to the catchphrase, but the rapper's real issue is with the photo the blog used. According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, the pic -- showing 50 Cent with Bellator execs -- was taken on June 25 by a guy named Christopher Conrad. 50 says Conrad gave him rights to the photo on June 28. His point ... at no point did HipHopDX have rights to publish the pic. The site posted an article on June 27, calling out 50 Cent for claiming he sold "Get the strap" to the MMA league for $1 million. That same day, 50 said, "This s**t is fake news Justin Ivey (the writer), you better go fact check. Matter of fact I'm gonna sue you and this website for using my picture." Can't say he doesn't follow through. Dare we say it ... get the strap! (TMZ)

Dan Bilzerian barely had any time to make himself at home in his new Vegas mansion ... thanks to a couple of burglars who ruined his housewarming. Sources close to Bilzerian tell TMZ ... the renowned poker player dropped $10 million for his new Vegas crib earlier this month but, just 5 days later, surveillance cams caught 2 burglars breaking into the house. We're told items stolen included designer clothes and a bunch of electronics. Cops were called and took a burglary report. They're now investigating. We're told Dan was not home at the time of the burglary hit. BTW, Dan's new house is a total playboy playground -- with a basketball court, hockey rink, batting cages and, get this, a frigin' golf simulator. Not the first time burglars zeroed in on one of Dan's cribs. The mega gun collection at his Hollywood Hills crib was targeted in a burglary back in 2015 but thieves came away empty. (TMZ)

With Brazilian officials STILL trying to prosecute Ryan Lochte over the infamous gas station incident during the '16 Olympics in Rio ... his lawyer says the whole thing is "absurd and disgusting." Prosecutors have gotten the green light to try Lochte for spreading false information to the media about what really went down when Ryan told NBC he and other athletes were robbed at gunpoint. Officials said Lochte made the story up to cover up what really happened -- security guards confronted the group after they vandalized a gas station. Lochte later said he wasn't lying -- and described it as an "over exaggeration." A panel of judges had previously ruled that Lochte's actions did not constitute a crime -- but a different court sees it differently and will allow prosecutors to move forward with a case against him. We spoke with Lochte's attorney, Jeff Ostrow, who says the whole thing is a joke -- and Lochte "would never be treated this way in this country." As for the chances of Lochte returning to Brazil to face the charges, Ostrow says they're keeping their options open ... but you gotta think there's no chance in hell Ryan's going back to Brazil. (TMZ)

"Today my love-my strong, sweet, beautiful love-took his last breath at 3:30 a.m. and went Home to be with Jesus exactly one year after his brain surgery," Lindsay Cappotelli wrote in a statement. I know where he is now is so much better, but it doesn't change how much I miss him." Back in June 2017, TMZ Sports reported on Matt's second surgery to remove a brain tumor -- over 10 years after he had one removed and had his pro wrestling career cut short. But, in December, things took a turn for the worse ... doctors say he had a Grade 4 tumor that could not be operated on because it was too close to his brain stem. Cappotelli fought like hell and will definitely be remembered as a warrior inside and out of the ring. He was 38. RIP. (TMZ)
