WHAT MEN SAY
Alright ladies, just how well do you really understand what men say? I mean let's face it, they don't understand our need to have shoes to match every outfit, or the multitude of hair products that we absolutely must keep in the bathroom. Have a look at these things that men say, and see if they look familiar to you.
- When he says: Maybe we should take some time off from each other -- you know, take a break. He really means: He doesn't really like you that much and he figures he is better off keeping his options open.
- When he says: I *am* listening! He really means: I'm listening, but sheesh, do we really have to get into a long drawn out conversation about this?
- When he says: I think I'm falling in love with you. He really means: I am close to saying the "L" word, but no way am I going to risk rejection. I want to be sure you feel the same way first.
- When he says: You're just too good for me. He really means: I want out of this relationship.
- When he says: We should hang out sometime. He really means: I won't outright ask you on a date until I can gauge your interest.
