1998 TRAILMOBILE 53 FT DRY VAN TRAILER (HXYAAA6174T609 (2000A36218 (Tag A9416))) 1998 Trailmobile 53 ft dry van trailer. VIN 1PT01JAH4W6002251. This tandem axle trailer is 13 ft 6 in tall and 102 in wide. Tandem axle with a spring air suspension. Mix of virgin and recapped tires are in good condition and the size is 295 75R22.5. Roof, floor, landing gear, and brakes are in good condition. Hinges on swing door are loose and the right side needs replaced but doors open and close easily. Mileage on trailer is unknown due to hubometer change in 2004. Company specific information has been spray painted over including names, logos, and slogans. Large flag is on both sides of the trailer. Base security applies. ACCIDENT DAMAGED 2003 TRAILMOBILE 53 FT DRY VAN (HXYAAA6172T616 (3730A09167 (Tag A9167))) 2003 Trailmobile 53 ft dry van tandem axle trailer. 13 ft 4 in tall and 102 in wide. VIN : 2MN01AAH431001294. Mileage approx. 266718. Combination of recapped and virgin rubber tires are in good condition and the size is 295 75R22.5. Landing gear, floor, brakes, and door are in good condition. Trailer was in and accident where the driver ran off the road and the roof was damaged by tree limbs. The right front radius panel and upper rail are damaged. The roof as well as some of the ribs sustained damaged. A clean SF-97 (U.S. Gov Certificate to Obtain Title) will be issued for this accident damaged trailer. Company specific decals have been spray painted over. Mechanically there is no reason you could not pull this trailer off the property with a tractor but you must secure the pieces of the roof and brace the walls where the ribs were damaged to keep the walls from collapsing. We highly recommend you not take this a long distance to where you are repairing it. Base security applies. Double Wide Modular Office (7072FH614405231 and 05232) One each 2006 Redman double-wide modular office trailer. Each side measures 12x56, making the total size 24x56. The unit is in need of repairs. The exterior door is rusted. There is some roof leakage. There are some weak spots in the flooring. Floor covering is in poor condition. Some water stains in the interior paneling. There is one broken window. The unit needs two axles and needs all new tires. Property is not under any warranty and removal of the unit is the responsibility of the requesting purchaser, which includes; disassembly, removing wooden ramp or stairs, making the unit road ready and transportation of the unit. Purchaser will also need to remove any debris and repair holes or ruts in the ground created from removing the unit.
