Slow traffic expected on US 95 near Yuma Thursday morning

Arizona Department of Transportation continues work along US 95 at Fortuna Wash (milepost 34), just east of Yuma. Trucks delivering materials to the project site could slow traffic in the area.

Work will begin after 10 p.m. Wednesday (June 29) and continue until about 10 a.m. Thursday (June 30). Similar events are planned for mid-July and early August.

 ADOT works to inform the public about planned roadway restrictions, but there is a possibility that unscheduled closures or restrictions may occur. Weather can also affect a work schedule.
