After her pregnancy flew under the radar back in February, the blonde beauty and her fiance Jamie Afifi have officially welcomed their second bundle of joy into the world. Aww! What is up with these celebs giving birth in secret these days? LOLz! Nonetheless, the blonde beauty revealed she named her daughter in honor of her own grandfather. Aww! On her newborn, Sarah added: "I'm madly in love with my kid. It's been really fun." Now that's what we like to hear. However, it seems time is already flying by for the new mother of two as she noted: "It's really weird -- it's going so fast that the other day, someone asked me [how old Frankie is], and I gave a number that's two weeks younger. And I'm like, 'Why am I lying about my daughter's age?'" Hilarious! We're wishing Sarah and Jamie only the best as they juggle the responsibilities of having two kiddos. Good luck! (Perez Hilton)

Miley Cyrus keeps bringing the bling -- while keeping fans guessing. On Sunday, the 23-year-old singer uploaded an Instagram photo showing herself and a friend lounging at the pool. Cyrus wore a bikini emblazoned with photos of Seth Rogen (and other things she enjoys) ... plus a conspicuous new addition to her ring finger. "Pool daaaaaze," she captioned the photo. On her ring finger, Cyrus sported a gold band which appeared to be set with small diamonds. On the same day, Cyrus wore a more sizable ring on her left ring finger as she stepped out with her on-again, off-again beau Liam Hemsworth in Malibu, California. The two took to Nobu restaurant in the city and Cyrus sported a larger ring that resembled the diamond engagement ring Hemsworth gave her in 2012. The star was dressed casually for the lunch date, wearing a black tank top with matching leggings, a denim jacket and a red cap that donned the words "Make America Gay Again." Hemsworth, 26, was dressed down as well, wearing shorts and a button-down top with a T-shirt underneath. Cyrus and the Australian actor dated for years before he proposed in 2012. The two ended their engagement and broke up a year later, but have reconnected in recent months. "They have been very close for the past few months," a source close to Cyrus told PEOPLE in January. "They just wanted to keep their relationship out of the spotlight while they figured things out." Miley Cyrus Has a New Favorite Australian Food and a Tattoo to Prove It Although the pair's relationship status remains unclear (Hemsworth said in April that he is not engaged), the two have been spending a lot of time together, including dinner with Hemsworth's parents, date nights and spending holidays together. Ozzy Osbourne Says Marriage to Sharon Osbourne Is "Back on Track Again." Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne are working on their marital issues. The Black Sabbath rocker appeared on Good Morning America Monday and opened up about his marriage, telling contributor Jesse Palmer that he and Sharon are overcoming their problems. Palmer addressed Sharon's public announcement that she and Ozzy were separating, but Ozzy was quick to characterize it as a "bump in the road." "It's back on track again," Ozzy said. His son, Jack Osbourne, who joined him in the interview then chimed in to give his perspective. "As a married person myself, marriage isn't like, 'Hey we're married all is good.' It's just life." Ozzy also explained that there's no such thing as a perfect marriage all the time, especially when you've been together such a long time. "'And they both lived happily ever after,'" Ozzy quipped. "I'd like to find the person who wrote that and poke him in the eye with a burning stick." He added, "Some days are good. Some days are terrible. Some days you just drift apart for a while but you get back on the horse." Fans thought the couple might have been able to work out some of their issues after Sharon was spotted wearing her wedding ring to X Factor UK auditions last month. The surprising sighting came about one month after Sharon announced her split from Ozzy after 33 years together. "It's right for me," she said at the time. "I have no idea what I am going to be doing for the rest of my life. I don't know where I am going, who I'm going with and I just need time to think and really think about myself and what I really want for the rest of my life because this is really like getting to the last chapter of the book and I really want to think about it very carefully where I want to go." She added, "I am 63 years of age and I can't keep living like this." At the time, Sharon didn't definitively say they were going to divorce. "I honestly don't know," she said. "I can't cry about anything because there's nothing to cry about." Sharon announced the separation after Ozzy's alleged affair with celebrity hairstylist Michelle Pugh came to light. (Eonline)

When two celebrity singletons are spotted on a candlelit, wine-fueled date, rumors are bound to start swirling about potential romance. And this was exactly the case for Kate Beckinsale and David Walliams over the weekend... When actress Kate and comedian David were photographed enjoying some cozy drinks together in Mayfair, London, over the weekend, people assumed they were a new item. The photos, published on The Sun, showed they pair visibly close, with Kate laughing on David's shoulder and the pair holding hands over the table. But all was not as it seemed, after the perpetually funny Kate took to Twitter to quash any rumors of a romance in the best way possible. (British Glamour)

New couple alert? Iggy Azalea and French Montana were spotted getting close while partying in Las Vegas on Saturday, July 23, an onlooker tells Us Weekly. Azalea, 26, and Montana, 31, attended Jennifer Lopez's residency show before heading to Jewel Nightclub, where they hung out with friends before the "Booty" rapper performed some of her hits for fans. "At multiple points, he leaned in to her and swiped his hand across her lower back and shoulder," the eyewitness says, noting that they had good chemistry. "[They] hung out for a few minutes, laughing, dancing and throwing their hands in the air." Azalea later took the stage during the night. She belted out some of her biggest hits, such as "Fancy" and "Black Widow." "He was bobbing around during her performance watching the crowd," the onlooker notes. The pair then left together around 2:30 a.m. As previously reported, Azalea is newly single after ending her engagement to Nick Young in June. That month, she claimed via Twitter that she caught the L.A. Lakers player, 31, cheating on her at their home. Earlier this month, Young's ex Keonna Green exclusively confirmed to Us Weekly that she's pregnant with their second child. Despite the split, Azalea appeared to be in good spirits in Las Vegas. She opened up about Young and what it's been like decorating her new place. (Azalea moved out of Young's L.A. pad in June.) "It hasn't been totally fresh but it's fun mixing it up and doing all the drapes and boring stuff that girls love," she told reporters on the red carpet. "I renovated the home, so it's like that weird anxiety when you are doing something but also fun and seeing how it all works out." She added: "Change is good." Azalea is also concentrating on her music -- but don't hold out for any breakup anthems on her new album, Digital Distortion. She revealed that no tracks will be about their split because she recorded it back in February. (US Weekly)

Rob Kardashian Deletes All Signs of Blac Chyna on Instagram. Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have gone radio silent on Instagram. Rob, who is expecting his first child with the Lashed salon owner, deleted all photos on his Instagram except for an old photo of himself. Any and all images of Chyna have been erased, and Chyna hasn't posted a new picture on Instagram since July 7. The couple, who are also set to tie the knot, were active on social media ever since getting together. Chyna often posted Snapchats of her and Rob's life together, while the Arthur George sock designer frequently shared images of his fiancee and her growing baby bump. At one point, Chyna tracked Rob's weight loss journey on her accounts, cheering him on and motivating him to continue his successful efforts. Although there doesn't seem to be a trace of Chyna on Rob's Instagram, Chyna has kept images of her fiance on her account. But Rob has gone through social media purges before, having cleared out his Instagram a couple of times before this, so is this just another cleanse or is there something going on with Rob and Chyna? On Friday night, Kim Kardashian opened up to E! News about Chyna and her pregnancy, telling us that the family is excited to have a new cousin. She didn't mention anything about the social media silence. "They have talked to me about names but I would never tell because that's really personal to them. If they want to share that, they could," Kim said. "But we're just there to support them. We're so excited that we're getting a new cousin." She added, "I was FaceTiming with Chyna the other day and explaining to North [West] that there was a baby in her belly and then sharing the sonogram pictures with North and explaining to her that this is her little cousin and it's so exciting we have a new cousin coming." Kim also said she was looking forward to sharing baby advice with her brother and future sister-in-law. "I think they're just starting to get into it, but we share a ton of different baby stuff," Kim told E! News Friday. "I think once it starts happening for them we'll have way more tips, once the baby's here. I'm excited to see my brother in this role as a dad. I think he'll be an amazing dad." (Eonline)

Justin Timberlake Can't Get Enough of the Carlton. Justin Timberlake can't stop that fresh prince feeling. The Grammy winner may have a slight obsession with the Carlton dance from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air considering it's his recurring move during golf events. Saturday in Lake Tahoe, Timberlake, actor Alfonso Ribeiro and basketball pro Stephen Curry dropped their golf clubs for a brief dance break, recreating the groove made famous by Ribeiro in the early '90s for the crowd at the American Century Championship. Fortunately, the impromptu show didn't stop there. Next, the trio took on the moves from the Jones' BBQ and Foot Massage commercial, for which they have to hold their arms out and alternate stepping in front of themselves at a diagonal. If there was ever a more perfect time for social media, NBC Sports Network captured both routines in GIFs and shared them on Twitter for all to enjoy. While their moves were on par, they didn't all come out on top of the leaderboard. Ribeiro ultimately placed ahead of the pack in the 13th spot while Timberlake was in 21st place and Curry tied for 27th place. It was a reunion performance for Timberlake and Ribeiro as they performed the dance at the American Century Championship a year ago in July 2015 and then again in February at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Golf Tournament in Calif. Timberlake looked like he was having a ball and affirmed his fun on Twitter. "What a weekend, Tahoe," he wrote along with a photo of himself fist-bumping Curry. However, while the performance was a sight to see, it seems one of Justin's young fans may have just stole his thunder. A mom shared a photo of her toddler on Twitter after trying to get the pop star's attention at the tournament. She photographed her son wearing a black tank top that read, "Suit & Tie." "We couldn't get @jtimberlake's attention at the tournament, maybe we can get him to see Mason's shirt on here." The photo was retweeted by Timberlake and currently sits at the top of his Twitter feed. Looks like he spotted you, little Mason! (Eonline)

Insiders say Taylor Swift's halo took a beating in show business circles after a series of celebrities exposed what they see as shady methods of manipulating her image and that of her rivals. Sources say Kanye West and Kim Kardashian -- who released audio intended to prove Swift had consented to West rapping about her, although she later denied it -- didn't want a public battle, but felt compelled to defend West. "It's a tough pill to swallow when someone wants to continue to reinforce this image of you as a villain," said a West pal. Meanwhile, after Swift suggested Katy Perry tried to "sabotage" her tour, Perry told Billboard she, too, needed to defend herself. "If somebody is trying to defame my character, you're going to hear about it," she said. Finally, Swift's ex Calvin Harris tweeted, "I know you're off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I'm not that guy." Said a Hollywood insider, "There's this misconception that Taylor's a sweetheart, but she's quite calculated." (Page Six)

Andy Dick has come so far from the depths of his addiction -- when he was getting arrested all the time -- that he's now doing extensive work for a recovery center. TMZ has learned Andy is a spokesperson for SOBA ... where he's been getting outpatient treatment for 18 months. SOBA's Founder and CEO, Greg Hannley, says Andy's become an unofficial staff member, promoting the center on local TV appearances, in magazines and he even has one-on-one meetings with other patients ... who tend to open up to him. The gig doesn't pay -- Hannley says it's simply Dick's way of paying it forward. Andy tells us this is the first time he's been excited about sobriety and he's never felt better. SOBA was his 20th rehab stint. (TMZ)

Jeremy Renner's a deadbeat dad who refuses to pay for preschool and catch up on child support ... or so claims his ex-wife. Sonni Pacheco says Jeremy time and again refuses to pay his half of the $1,600 monthly preschool tuition for their 3-year-old daughter, Ava. In new docs, obtained by TMZ, Sonni also says Renner's fallen behind on child support to the tune of $48,367. As we reported ... Jeremy and Sonni struck a deal last year for Jeremy to pay $13k a month in child support as part of their divorce settlement -- and he seems to think that should be more than enough dough. Sonni's docs include a text exchange where Jeremy says, "I'm not sure why you keep coming after more money here Sonni. I don't have the cash to give you. I'm sorry you can't figure out how to care for [Ava] with over 300k." She's asking the court to make Renner pay for all of Ava's schooling, and all of the back child support. (TMZ)

Things are getting ugly. Police were called to Lindsay Lohan's apartment in London on Saturday, July 23, after she reportedly got into an argument with her fiance, Egor Tarabasov. The Sun obtained a video of what is purported to be the Mean Girls actress, 30, screaming at her "f--king psycho" husband-to-be, 23, at approximately 5 a.m. local time on Saturday. "Please, please, please. He just strangled me," the woman in the video shouts from the balcony of a flat in the grainy video. "He almost killed me. Everybody will know. Get out of my house! Do it. I dare you again. You're f--king crazy. You sick f--k. You need help. I'm done. I don't love you anymore. You tried to kill me. You're a f--king psycho." The person in the video further alleges: "You've been strangling me constantly. You can't strangle a woman constantly and beat the s--t out of her and think it's OK. Everybody saw you touch me. It's filmed. Get out!" Shortly after, Metropolitan Police were called to the apartment following "a report of a woman in distress," but they didn't find Lohan or the Russian billionaire inside. "Officers attended and, following concerns for the welfare of the occupants inside, forced entry into the address," a police spokesperson told Us Weekly on Monday, July 25. "There was no one inside but enquiries were made and the occupants were traced and found to be safe and well." The shocking video surfaced on the heels of the Freaky Friday actress' bizarre Instagram posts about her fiance over the weekend. On Saturday night, she shared a series of cryptic posts claiming that Tarabasov cheated on her during a night out with her pal, Dasha Pashevkina, who Lohan referred to as a "Russian hooker" in one post. Lohan later tweeted a photo from her 2009 movie Labor Pains, writing, "I am pregnant!!" It is unclear whether the star is, in fact, expecting. The troubled child star's father, Michael Lohan, told Us that he has been in contact with his daughter since her claims on Saturday night. "She said he cheated. I don't think she would say that if it wasn't true," he explained during an interview on Sunday, July 24. "She had never accused him before, you know?" As for LiLo's pregnancy claims? Michael, 56, told Us, "All I know is what she said." (US Weekly)

Adriana Lima Gears Up for the 2016 Rio Olympics on the Cover of Vogue Brazil: Get the Exclusive First Look. In honor of the upcoming 2016 Rio Olympics, Adriana Lima is gracing the cover of her home country's Vogue edition. E! News has the exclusive first look at the photo spread featured within the pages of Vogue Brazil's August 2016 issue, which sees the supermodel putting her own high-fashion spin on the art of athleticism. Lima stuns on the mag's cover, sporting a sophisticated wool coat and equally as chic leather wristwatch. And while the Victoria's Secret angel looks rather buttoned up at first glance, an inside look at the issue reveals a much more rugged (albeit stunning!) version of the star. An additional image pictures a piercing Adriana in the boxing ring surrounded by local fighters and a coach. She's equally as sporty as she is glam, rocking a pair of sequined pants and bomber jacket. Adriana continues the trend for another snapshot in neon color-block fitness gear and a midi-skirt. Lima traveled to a Rio-based gym for the shoot, where she supported the Fight For Peace project -- an organization that combines martial arts with education to mitigate crime and violence plaguing young people in the area. Of her latest cover shoot, the 35-year-old tells E! News, "I'm so incredibly honored and moved to be featured on the cover of Vogue Brazil during such a historic time in my native country." "Not only was this shoot a memorable career moment for me, but I was also given the opportunity to raise awareness for Fight for Peace, an organization that benefits underprivileged youths in Rio," she added. Tina Brown is putting her money where her mouth is on Brexit. Page Six has learned that media maven Brown -- who publicly supported her native Britain voting to stay in the European Union in June's historic referendum -- is hosting a private dinner for ousted chancellor of the Exchequer and fellow "Remain" supporter George Osborne at her Manhattan home this week. Osborne, even though he is now out of office, is still coming to New York to try to drum up trade with the US in the wake of his country's shock exit from the European bloc. He had said that although Britain is leaving the EU, "we are not quitting the world." and is urging America's biggest investors to "stick with the UK." And his longtime pal, editor-turned-women's- rights campaigner Brown, we're told, is doing her part by throwing a party where Osbourne can mingle with the city's elite at the gorgeous East 57th Street triplex she shares with Sir Harold Evans. We're intrigued to hear who else will make the guest list. (Page Six)

Christie Brinkley's Hamptons party got an unwelcome dose of reality on Saturday. Bravo reality show "Summer House" turned up to film at the party celebrating Brinkley's Social Life magazine cover. Organizers hoped the taping would be low-key. But "they were filming two girls fighting on a couch, and then one got up and stormed away," said a witness. Bravo insiders had previously claimed the show would be "nothing like 'Jersey Shore.' We are so much above that." Apparently not. (Page Six)

Demi Moore celebrated her daughter Scout's 25th birthday this week along with sisters Rumer and Tallulah. The family was spotted in the outdoor Japanese garden at Yamashiro in Hollywood, Calif., snacking on red dragon rolls, spicy tuna crispy rice and calamari. Scout, who was involved in the "free the nipple movement," recently released a song called "Mysterious Ways." (Page Six)

Jill Zarin's annual summer fête introduced a pleasing measure of insanity to the calm of the Hamptons weekend on Saturday. We're told world famous drag racer Joe Amato helicoptered in and landed across the water from former "Real Housewife of New York" star Zarin's Southampton mansion, whereupon an amphibious vehicle, described by a partygoer as "a military tank that can float," was dispatched to drive into the water to pick him up. Our impressed source said the vessel "landed on the beach," right in front of the raging party, James Bond-style. Also at the bash, Jonathan Cheban, DuJour's Jason Binn, Trump Organization senior vice president Rhona Graff and a gaggle of Real Housewives. (Page Six)

As we previously shared, the pop diva took to the social media site AGAIN and wrote: Seriously, if these tweets are all about bangs we're going to be a bit concerned for the Victorious alum. LOLz! Also, Ariana hinted at her altered relationship status as she shared on Instagram: As you may know, it's speculated that the 23-year-old's track Knew Better/Forever Boy is about her relationship with Ricky. Florida Georgia Line dissed law enforcement working security at their concert ... according to an Iowa Sheriff who says the band banned officers, and then came crawling back for protection. Jones County Sheriff Greg Graver tells TMZ he was headed backstage Saturday night at the Great Jones County Fair to discuss security protocol with the band when he was stopped by a crew member and told no uniformed officers were allowed backstage, per the band. Sheriff Graver says he was told the country duo even threatened to pull the plug on the concert if they saw any cops. Graver says midway through the performance, he was told the band wanted a police escort out of town after the show -- but he told them he wouldn't spend "one tax dollar assisting them" ... after being disrespected. He says the band's management scrambled for other law enforcement agencies to provide the escort ... but they also told FGL to kick rocks. They ended up leaving on their own. A similar incident went down with Wisconsin cops last week. We've reached out to the band ... no word back. They did tweet, saying they have "nothing but love and respect for the police." (TMZ)

Usher, Sheryl Crow and More Stars Sing to Demand That Politicians Stop Using Their Songs. Singers have had enough of politicians using their music without asking for permission. John Oliver gathered a group of famous musicians to appear in a "Don't Use Our Song" clip that gave politicians a clear message: stop using their music at political conventions. The British host opened the segment by discussing Donald Trump's unauthorized use of a Queen song and elaborated on other politicians who have used iconic music for introductions or celebrations. The clip's new, catchy tune included Usher, Sheryl Crow, Josh Groban, Cyndi Lauper and more. "But we notice something's wrong and it's gone on way too long / So we're asking you right now stop using our songs," Usher crooned. Lauper also joined in and made it clear, "Stop using our music that's our one and only rule." The song referenced specific moments that take place during the national conventions, including a "sarcastic amount" of balloons falling, turning on confetti machines and laser shows. "Stop using our music that's on our one and only rule / We didn't write these songs to make your campaign stops look cool," the group continued. The chorus had all the musicians' band together to drive their point home: "Don't use our song because it used it wrong / It might seem appealing but you're just stealing Don't just use our song it just seems wrong / By the time this tune is through you'll be lucky if we don't sue." Oliver's song wasn't without its jokes, though. Groban provided some comic relief when he sang a pointed lyric about streaming services. "If I wanted to sing and not get paid I'd be on Spotify," Groban crooned. And if somehow politicians missed the memo, the group added one last message: "Just to be clearer / You can't use this song either." (Eonline)

Here Is Why Ariana Grande Won't Be Performing at the DNC. Ariana Grande really is a dangerous woman. The "Into You" songstress was asked to perform at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, but Grande had to decline because of a scheduling conflict. Grande's rep told Billboard that the singer was given an offer to perform at the closing ceremony, where she would have duetted with a soul legend. This news comes after a massive email leak on Wikileaks Friday revealed Grande's performance at the White House was canceled after Doughnut-Gate occurred. According to the messages, Grande was considered to perform at a gala for the president but was denied after a very detailed correspondence combed through her controversy, in which she went into a doughnut shop and licked donuts before declaring, "I hate America." "Can we also vet Arianna Grande?" DNC Finance Chair Zachary Allen wrote in an email, notably misspelling the singer's name. "Ariana Butera - video caught her licking other peoples' donuts while saying she hates America; Republican Congressman used this video and said it was a double standard that liberals were not upset with her like they are with Trump who criticized Mexicans; cursed out a person on Twitter after that person used an offensive word towards her brother," a Lexis-Nexis search sent to several White House officials on Sept. 10 reads. The lengthy correspondence also made note of Grande's YouTube apologies, but it seemed GOP Congressman Jeff Duncan's Facebook post, in which he called out politicians for their "double standards," added even more pressure against Grande. "This misguided young pop star said that she hated America and hated Americans, while she proceeded to contaminate food for resale with the very tongue with which she uttered the hatred rant," Duncan wrote. "The double-standards in this country are disgusting." So when it came down to it, Grande's appearance at the White House was dismissed with, "Nope, sorry." (Eonline)

"I don't want to see you texting your boyfriends or your girlfriends," she told the crowd during her performance. "I don't want to see you catching any Pokemons up in this bitch." Yes, we didn't exactly expect a Grammy winner to be saying those words to an audience who may have spent triple digits to hear her perform. Nonetheless, the clip circulating the Internet got us thinking of all the stars who have expressed their love and enjoyment at the game. To the celebrities, here's a gentle warning to put the phone away during your next RiRi show. (Eonline)

Fan Army Face-Off: One Direction's Directioners Attempt to Overthrow Rihanna's Navy. In the ultimate fan army showdown, Rihanna's Navy takes on One Direction's Directioners in this week's round of Billboard's Fan Army Face-Off. Easily one of the fastest-growing fandoms (thanks to social media), the Directioners have bestowed such high levels of fame upon the 1D boys, their fandom is often compared to that of the Beatles. Yet, Rihanna's Navy might be the anchor Directioners can't shake. One Direction's rise in Billboard Hot 100 charting success is accredited to their loyal band of followers. With the combination of the boys' pop/rock vocals, relatable singles for the tween/teen market and their heartthrob looks, 1D has captured audiences since their formation in 2010 on The X Factor U.K. Their debut studio album, Up All Night, hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and brought the No. 4-charting single "What Makes You Beautiful." The British-Irish boy band followed with three more No. 1 albums: Take Me Home (2012), Midnight Memories (2013) and Four (2014). Early 2015 brought devastating news for Directioners, as Zayn Malik ventured off for a solo career. Despite the upset, the band continued with Made in the A.M. in 2015. 1D is currently on hiatus, with their fate unknown due to the recent confirmed solo deals for Harry Styles and Liam Payne. Rihanna's Navy has helped the pop/R&B/dance singer reach No. 1 on the Hot 100 time and time again. The artist's 11 No.1 hits began with "SOS" in 2006, which was followed by "Umbrella" in 2007 featuring Jay Z. The good girl went bad in 2008 with "Take a Bow" and "Disturbia." Two years later, Rihanna released "Rude Boy" from her fourth studio album, Rated R. The top-charting artist then began her list of singles featuring Drake with "What's My Name" and dabbled on the Top Dance Club Songs chart with "Only Girl (In the World)" and "We Found Love" with Calvin Harris and "S&M" featuring Britney Spears in 2011. Rihanna released "Diamonds" in 2012, written by Sia. Her latest album Anti brought another hit single with Drake, "Work," and her Anti World Tour for the Navy to enjoy. It's clear Rihanna is commander in chief when it comes to her loyal Navy, but for One Direction, Directioners call the shots. The battle between the two fandoms has been tight, with the Navy one step ahead (for now). There are two days left in the current round of Billboard's Fan Army Face-Off-vote for your fave now! See Paul Kalkbrenner Bring Techno to Tomorrowland's Main Stage Masses. Tomorrowland attendees received a special techno treat on Sunday (July 25). It's not often that underground legends like Paul Kalkbrenner are given main stage slots at major dance music festivals, and the Berlin institution made good use of his moment in the limelight to give his audience a memorable techno lesson. Since it's unlikely that this will occur in America anytime soon, Billboard Dance streamed some of the set for the stateside crowd watching from home. (Billboard)

Katy Perry and Good Charlotte Crowned Chart Champions Down Under. Katy Perry's Rio Olympics anthem "Rise" (Capitol/EMI) is the new champion on Australia's singles chart. Perry's new release becomes her fourth No. 1 on the ARIA Singles Chart following "I Kissed A Girl" (Aug. 2008), "California Gurls" (June 2010) and "Roar" (Aug. 2013) and it's her first new entry on the chart since "This Is How We Do" reached No. 18 in Sept. 2014. "Rise," which dropped July 14 and will tie-in with NBC's coverage of next month's Olympic Games, bumps The Veronicas' "In My Blood" (Sony Music) into second place, while Calvin Harris featuring Rihanna's "This Is What You Came For" (which holds at No. 3 via Sony/Columbia), Shawn Mendes' "Treat You Better" (unchanged at No. 4 via Island/Universal) and Drake feat. Wizkid & Kyla's "One Dance" (down 2-5 via Republic/Universal) complete the top 5. Melbourne rapper Illy lands his first top 10 single with "Papercuts" (Warner Music) featuring Vera Blue, which rises 37-8 to eclipse his previous best of No. 18 with "Tightrope" from June 2014. The week's other best debut comes from homegrown pop-punk band 5 Seconds Of Summer, whose "Girls Talk Boys" (Capitol/EMI) from the new Ghostbusters soundtrack appears at No. 21. It's the Sydney group's 10th top 50 single in Australia. Meanwhile, Good Charlotte leads the national albums chart with Youth Authority, their first release in six years. Youth Authority opens at the ARIA Albums Chart summit to give the U.S. pop-punk act their second No. 1 on these shores after The Chronicles Of Life And Death, which reached the top in October 2004, and their first No. 1 as an independent artist (it's released through the Madden Brothers' label MDDN and distributed worldwide by Kobalt Label Services). The twins, who have high profiles Down Under thanks to their stints as coaches on the local production of The Voice, scored No. 1s with their 2014 Madden Brothers album Greetings From California and single "We Are Done". The Avalanches' Wildflower (Modular/EMI) wilts 2-1; Midnight Oil frontman Peter Garrett's debut solo album A Version Of Now (Sony) opens at No. 3; Delta Goodrem's Wings Of The Wild' (Sony) slips 2-4 and Adele's 25 (XL/Inertia) is down 4-5. Notable entries on the chart include Emma Louise's Super Cry (Liberation/Universal) at No. 14, sister rock act Stonefield's As Above, So Below (WDK/Universal) at No. 19 and the Ghostbusters soundtrack (RCA/Sony) at No. 21. LCD Soundsystem Soundtracks the Final Night of Panorama 2016. As reunion tours go, LCD Soundsystem wouldn't have had a more accepting crowd than they got Sunday night (July 24) on Randall's Island at the final evening of NYC's inaugural Panorama Festival. And per reunion tour protocol -- and the band's own as well -- they shut up and played the hits. "We're trying to get through as many songs as we can tonight," frontman James Murphy said early on in the set, ostensibly as a way to ward off any expectations of between-song statements. Accordingly, LCD got right down to it by delivering a set that simultaneously gave fans what they wanted to see, paid tribute to their fallen brethren, and also promised much more to come. Opening with "Us Vs. Them," Murphy and co. got right to it, and the leading man made it a point to repeatedly make sure that the crowd knew the names of his band members. "Daft Punk Is Playing In My House," as the second song made it clear (if it wasn't already) that the band was wasting no time. As the blazing heat finally started to subside, marginally at least, and the city skyline beckoned downtown, the group ran through "You Wanted a Hit," while the driving beat of "Movement" then bled into the lose-your-voice-screaming cut "Yeah" -- a signature LCD song if only because it seems the simplest combination of the group's patented complex-yet-still-insanely-simple-and-danceable formula. "Someone Great," from their magnum opus (in this writer's opinion, at least) Sound of Silver, erupted into a massive dance jam before making way for Murphy's first hit, "Losing My Edge." It's that song that, even now, encapsulates LCD's penchant for casual, off-kilter lyrical delivery while still maintaining its dedication to impossibly tight grooves; dissonance combined with driving beats, a laissez-faire attitude tempered by a meticulous dedication to pushing the beat forward. But again, it was LCD Soundsystem -- New York's own, after all -- on a late Sunday night outdoors in NYC, and on a comeback run, no less. So the final few songs, while no less vital, were predictable: the plaintive singalong "New York, I Love You But You're Bringing Me Down" and "Dance Yrself Clean" were both welcome reminiscences as the clock creeped toward cutoff. The group made space for "Bye Bye Bayou," a cover of the late Suicide singer Alan Vega's, which they had released in 2009, before finishing with a triumphant "All My Friends." LCD Soundsystem officially announced their return with the comeback show back on Easter Sunday. But as the weekend, and Panorama itself, came to a close, it was hard to think of a more fitting act to soundtrack it. (Billboard)

Pokemon Go is a free-to-play, interactive smartphone game and people of all ages are going mad for it. But with instances of trespassing, people falling in ponds, and people running around in graveyards all occurring, it seems it's going a little too far. And guess what: Rihanna's had enough. While performing at a concert over the weekend, Rihanna urged people to give her their sole attention and to NOT play Pokemon Go. Is this a real problem?! Does this warrant a warning? Apparently so... Speaking to the seas of adoring fans, Rihanna said: "I don't want to see you texting your boyfriends and girlfriend." She continued: "I don't want to see you catching any Pokemons up in this bitch." A stern warning from the pop superstar: Rihanna is more important that catching a Pigeon and hatching Poke-eggs. And you better not forget it. (British Glamour)

It's Official: David Bowie's 'Lazarus' Musical Sets London Run. Michael C. Hall will reprise his starring role as Bowie's troubled 'Man Who Fell to Earth' character in the fall show. Lazarus is officially headed to London. The David Bowie alt-musical, which had its world premiere off Broadway just before the musician's death in January, is set to run Oct. 25 through Jan. 22 at the Kings Cross Theatre. Michael C. Hall will reprise his lead role as Thomas Newton, the character Bowie played in the cult movie, The Man Who Fell to Earth. Also returning from the New York production are Michael Esper and Sophia Anne Caruso, with full casting to be announced at a later date. Based on Walter Tevis' classic 1963 British sci-fi novel and considered Bowie's completion of Nicolas Roeg's 1976 film adaptation, Lazarus stars Hall as a humanoid alien who came to Earth from his drought-stricken planet many years earlier. After amassing a fortune in business while attempting to build a rocket ship to take him home, he was experimented on by the government and finds himself living in depressed isolation, unable to leave or to die. Directed by Tony winner Ivo van Hove, the production was co-written by Bowie and Once playwright Enda Walsh, and features the musician's most well-known songs, including "Changes," "Life on Mars?" and "Heroes." The sold-out premiere run at the 200-seat New York Theatre Workshop in New York's East Village, which also featured Cristin Milioti, became a memorial site for fans following Bowie's passing, and talk of a run in London was widely anticipated. Hove told reporters of its likelihood while backstage at the Tonys in June: "It would be wonderful, and the producers said it would be inevitable. It is David Bowie's hometown." Hall previously told The Hollywood Reporter at May's Lucille Lortel Awards of reprising the role, "The chance to be part of what turned out to be a component of David's final artistic expression was humbling, gratifying and exhilarating, and will always be a highlight for me. There is another production in the works. We'll get a chance to do it again." Caruso added, "I love singing David Bowie's music, and I look forward to doing it all over again with a new set of eyes." The London production of Lazarus is produced by Robert Fox Ltd. and Jones/Tintoretto Entertainment. (Hollywood Reporter)

We are SO excited about this. The trailer for Wonder Woman, the movie starring Israeli actress Gal Gadot, has been unveiled and now we can't wait for it to hit cinemas. After being named the highlight of Batman Vs Superman following its release earlier this year, Gal Gadot is set to blow us all away once again as she plays the superhero we all need - Diana of Themyscira, in the new kickass Wonder Woman movie. DC Comics chief creative officer Geoff Johns said that when it comes to Wonder Woman, "People don't know her origin like they know Superman's origin or Batman's origin. What we want to do in the film is really tell people who she is, where she comes from, and why she does what she does. Gal Gadot said: "We are going to see her coming of age, the entire history, what's her mission." The trailer shows Gal Gadot as the most powerful warrior on earth as she fearlessly takes on a sea of Nazis during the Second World War. The movie - which is set for release in 2017 - also stars Chris Pine and Robin Wright. (British Glamour)

Jennifer Aniston Talks Overcoming Self-Doubt and Sticking Up to Bullies at Italy's Giffoni Film Fest. "We need to start having conversations and put our phones down and get out of social media," the actress told young fans. Jennifer Aniston was presented with a lifetime achievement award at the Giffoni Film Fest, Europe's largest fest for children, on Saturday. Hundreds of children and teens are brought in from around the world to attend the festivities in the south of Italy, and to get up close and personal with the guests of honor. Aniston didn't disappoint fans. Guests recorded an extended welcome video for the former Friends star, which visibly moved the actress, before the floor opened to questions. When asked how Hollywood can work to tell the stories of women, Aniston encouraged the young writers in the room to get to work and start writing those stories. "I think we need to empower women to not just be about dresses and beauty and selfies. We need to start having conversations and put our phones down and get out of social media, take social media brakes," she said. "That's why we're not seeing the right stories being told, because everyone is stuck in their phones." One teen asked how she would have handled the topic of bullying, which was featured in some storylines on Friends. "When you see a bully, you have to, in a group of you, take the bully down and not allow it," she told the assembled teens to much applause. "You have to support each other in just eliminating that. People didn't stick up to bullies enough." "And now with the Internet, it is endless, and it is a bunch of anonymous bullies that can sort of be stalking," she continued. "We used to think that it was just in childhood that we would be bullied or made fun of. I was. I think many of us can say that we were. And it's the worst feeling in the world. And now that we are grown up, the Internet is filled with them. And they're cowardly, and they're anonymous and they hide behind their computers, so it's about not allowing it to penetrate and have again, put your computers down and have conversations." And finally one quiet girl's question brought the Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winning actress to tears. The teen meekly asked Aniston if she ever woke up in the morning and didn't know who she was. "There are not enough fingers and toes in this entire room to count how many times that moment has happened to me," she responded, wiping her eyes. "We're all human beings at the end of the day, whether we're a waitress or a baker or a student or whatever we are, at the end of the day you kind of hit walls and think I kind of can't go any farther. Or this is too much. My heart can't take it or the pain is too great, or am I good enough? Will I survive? And you just have to sort of somehow miraculously overcome. You just go, 'I can't, yes I can, yes you can.'" "And also know that your actors, your idols, your icons, whatever you call them, have all had that experience in their lives many, many times," Aniston continued. "There's nothing that separates us from you, because we all started at the same place. We all came out of nowhere. Don't punish yourself if you feel that. Go talk to people and seek help and always find something to inspire you." Aniston recently made headlines and was applauded by peers for speaking out against the constant tabloid speculation on pregnancy rumors. She has spoken out in the past saying that cyber bullying has led her to stay mostly at home with husband Justin Theroux, avoiding the public spotlight. Aniston can next be heard as the voice of Mrs. Gardner in the animated film Storks. She was No. 5 on Forbes' world's highest-paid actresses in 2015 with $16.5 million in earnings. 'Trainspotting' Sequel Teaser: Ewan McGregor and the Boys Return with a "Lust for Life". Danny Boyle's hotly-anticipated sequel -- 20 years in the making -- is due to hit theaters early next year. They may be 20 years older, but Danny Boyle's Trainspotting gang are returning to screens with same iconic soundtrack as they had in 1996. In the first teaser for Trainspotting 2-amusingly entitled T2-Iggy Pop's "Lust for Life" plays as Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremner, Jonny Lee Miller and Robert Carlyle assemble on a train platform (where the original film kicked off). The long-gestating sequel-discussed for years following the success of the first, which catapulted the actors into stardom-finally went into production early this summer, with Sony and Film4 on board. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter last year, Boyle said the actors were "understandably worried" about damaging the reputation of the first film and "not want to let people down or to just be cashing in." T2 is set to borrow elements from author Irvine Welsh's follow up book Porno, which is set 10 years after the original, but will, according to Boyle, be its "own thing." T2 is due for release early next year, hitting U.S. theaters on Feb. 3. (Hollywood Reporter)

China Box Office: Jackie Chan's 'Skiptrace' Rockets to $60M. The action-comedy's opening haul is the biggest debut of Chan's 50-year career. Jackie Chan's action comedy Skiptrace shot to $60 million over its four-day opening at the Chinese box office, easily besting Warner Bros.' The Legend of Tarzan. Skiptrace debuted Thursday to $15.6 million, including previews, and stayed strong throughout the weekend, averaging $15 million each day, according to data from Beijing box office monitor Ent Group. The four-day opening haul marks the biggest bow of Jackie Chan's career, topping the $54 million Dragon Blade earned during its Thursday-to-Sunday debut last year. The film was directed by Finnish filmmaker and Hollywood action veteran Renny Harlin, who moved to Beijing two years ago to work in the fast-growing Chinese industry. The opening is also a career high for Harlin, topping Die Hard 2's $34 million first weekend way back in 1990. The film co-stars Johnnie Knoxville as a fast-talking American gambler. Chan, playing a Hong Kong detective, is forced to team up with Knoxville's character after his niece, played by Fan Bingbing, runs into trouble with a notorious criminal mastermind. The movie was made on a production budget of $30 million. Harlin has launched his own Chinese production company with financial backing from Jiabo Culture Group. He'll next direct an adaptation of the popular Chinese video game Legend of the Ancient Sword for Jack Ma's fledgling studio Alibaba Pictures Group. Tarzan opened with $7 million on Tuesday (July 19) and has earned a modest $27.1 million over its six-day debut. Warner Bros. scored a rare July release date in China for the film, as local regulators lifted the usual summer blackout on imported Hollywood titles in an effort to counteract a rare slump at the box office. In third place, Japanese animation Doraemon: Nobita and the Birth of Japan took $8 million from Friday to Sunday. The 36th film in Shin-Ei Animation's Doraemon franchise, the movie won't match the astonishing $86.9 million that its predecessor, Stand By Me Doraemon, made in China last year. Local animation Big Fish & Begonia added $1.4 million for fourth place. After 17 days on Chinese screens, the film has earned $79.4 million. The box office leader of the last two weeks, Hong Kong crime thriller Cold War 2, slipped to fifth place with just 1.1 million for the weekend. Its $96.7 million total after three weekends is the slow summer's biggest gross so far. South Indian blockbuster Baahubali: The Beginning, a historical epic directed by S. S. Rajamouli, failed to catch fire in the Middle Kingdom, taking just $610,000 in its first three days. (Hollywood Reporter)

Dimension Sells Off Mandy Moore Shark Thriller '47 Meters Down' to Byron Allen. The move comes as the financially strapped Weinstein brothers have begun to sell off some of their films. Byron Allen's Entertainment Studios has acquired North American rights to the Mandy Moore shark thriller 47 Meters Down, which it will distribute on 2,500-plus screens through its recently purchased theatrical distribution company Freestyle Releasing. Entertainment Studios bought the finished film for seven figures from Dimension. The story revolves around two adventure-seeking sisters who go cage-diving while on vacation in Mexico. Much to their horror, the cage breaks away from the boat, leaving the pair in an observation cage trapped at the bottom of the ocean, surrounded by hungry Great White sharks. The key to their survival -- with very little time and very little oxygen in their tanks -- is to try and swim 47 meters to the surface while being hunted by the sharks. Claire Holt (The Vampire Diaries) and Matthew Modine also star in the film directed by Johannes Roberts. Mark Lane and James Harris produced 47 Meters Down, with Bob and Harvey Weinstein serving as executive producers. The move comes as the financially strapped Weinstein brothers have begun to sell off some of their films. "Dimension Films has delivered us a terrific movie," Allen said. "We have paid a premium for 47 Meters Down because we really believe in the genre, and in the film." Added Dimension's Matthew Singer: "We love this film and support the filmmakers. We even contributed additional funds to enhance the picture. Our original plan was to release the film before The Shallows, but since that couldn't happen, we decided to go with a more conservative release strategy that would take place this summer. When the producers brought us Entertainment Studios, who will release the movie wide next year, we all agreed this would be the best option for everyone involved and were happy to make a deal. We wish Entertainment Studios the best of luck and couldn't be happier for the filmmakers." Entertainment Studios currently has a multi-year output deal with Netflix and also recently closed a multi-year home entertainment output deal with Anchor Bay/Starz and aims to distribute 100 motion pictures over the next five years. 47 Meters Down marks the second acquisition by Entertainment Studios, following the horror/suspense movie Friend Request, which is scheduled for release on 2,500-plus screens on Oct. 7. "We loved working with Bob, Matt and Keith at Dimension," said Lane and Harris. "They stepped up creatively and financially to improve the film tremendously and we are grateful to them for allowing us this opportunity. We are discussing a few projects and hope to work together in the near future." (Hollywood Reporter)

Netflix Picks Up Global Streaming Rights to FX's 'American Crime Story'. The first season, 'The People v. O.J. Simpson,' will be available globally on Netflix (excluding Canada) in 2017. Netflix is hoping American crimes have worldwide appeal. The streaming service announced its first global pact with 20th Century Fox TV Distribution Monday, which will make it the exclusive global streaming home for FX's anthology American Crime Story. The first season, The People v. O.J. Simpson, will be available globally on Netflix (save for Canada) in 2017. All future seasons will become available to streaming viewers after their broadcast window on FX. The news comes several months after American Crime Story, a co-production between FX Productions and Fox 21 TV Studios, wrapped its critically praised first season, and fresh off earning 22 Emmy nominations in mid-July. The series, which counts Nina Jacobson, Brad Simpson and Ryan Murphy as exec producers, concluded its 10-episode run as cable's most-watched new series of 2016, and has plenty of hype surrounding season 2, which will focus on the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. "We're excited to evolve our relationship with Fox and to bring their lauded content to our members around the world," noted Netflix's VP of global television Sean Carey, with 20th Century Fox TV Distribution's exec VP worldwide pay TV and SVOD adding: "We're extremely pleased to continue our relationship with Netflix on this groundbreaking deal. We are very proud of the first installment of this franchise, The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, which has received extraordinary critical acclaim and perfectly captured the cultural Zeitgeist." In recent years, FX Networks CEO John Landgraf has been publicly critical of Netflix's practices, be it the service's lack or ratings or its unwillingness to attach network branding to programming running in its second window on Netflix. One has to assume this deal was too lucrative to turn down. (Hollywood Reporter)

Yahoo Sells to Verizon for $4.83 Billion. The internet pioneer, led by CEO Marissa Mayer, has been engaged in a multi-round bidding process for the better part of this year. Yahoo has agreed to sell its core internet business to telecom giant Verizon for $4.83 billion after a bidding process that took several months. The transaction will "create a new rival in mobile media technology reaching over 1 billion users with a roster of the world's most beloved brands," including 600 million monthly active mobile users, the companies said in unveiling the deal on Monday. The agreement makes official a deal that has been expected for the last week, following the due date for the final round of bids from interested parties said to include AT&T and private equity firm TPG. Verizon, which has a market cap of more than $228 billion, was long considered the front runner in the bidding war, with executives speaking out frequently about their interest in Yahoo's assets. Yahoo will continue to own its stakes in Alibaba and Yahoo Japan and certain minority investments at the close of the deal, as well as its non-core patents, which are called the "Excalibur" portfolio. "These assets will continue to be held by Yahoo, which will change its name at closing and become a registered, publicly traded investment company," the companies said. "Yahoo will provide additional information about the investment company at a future date." Yahoo had a market capitalization of $125 billion-plus during the internet boom, but then saw its value drop. The company has in recent years continued to struggle to compete with online powerhouses Google and Facebook. The deal adds Yahoo's media properties -- including Yahoo Finance, Yahoo Sports, Tumblr and video ad platform BrightRoll -- to Verizon's growing advertising tech and media business, which was bolstered last year by the purchase of AOL for $4.4 billion. The move also unites longtime business rivals Yahoo and AOL, which have considered merging in the past. AOL CEO Tim Armstrong, who has been building Verizon's online media assets, was a key player in the telecom firm's Yahoo bidding process. Yahoo will be integrated with AOL under Marni Walden, executive vp and president of the product innovation and new businesses organization at Verizon. "Just over a year ago we acquired AOL to enhance our strategy of providing a cross-screen connection for consumers, creators and advertisers," said Verizon chairman and CEO Lowell McAdam. "The acquisition of Yahoo will put Verizon in a highly competitive position as a top global mobile media company, and help accelerate our revenue stream in digital advertising." Mayer said: "Yahoo is a company that has changed the world, and will continue to do so through this combination with Verizon and AOL. The sale of our operating business, which effectively separates our Asian asset equity stakes, is an important step in our plan to unlock shareholder value for Yahoo. This transaction also sets up a great opportunity for Yahoo to build further distribution and accelerate our work in mobile, video, native advertising and social." She added: "Yahoo and AOL popularized the Internet, email, search and real-time media. It's poetic to be joining forces with AOL and Verizon as we enter our next chapter focused on achieving scale on mobile." Armstrong said: "Our mission at AOL is to build brands people love, and we will continue to invest in and grow them. Yahoo has been a long-time investor in premium content and created some of the most beloved consumer brands in key categories like sports, news and finance. We have enormous respect for what Yahoo has accomplished: this transaction is about unleashing Yahoo's full potential, building upon our collective synergies, and strengthening and accelerating that growth. Combining Verizon, AOL and Yahoo will create a new powerful competitive rival in mobile media, and an open, scaled alternative offering for advertisers and publishers." Verizon said the deal will create "one of the largest portfolios of owned and partnered global brands with extensive distribution capabilities." Combined, AOL and Yahoo will have more than 25 brands in its portfolio for continued investment and growth. Yahoo's key assets highlighted by Verizon "include market-leading premium content brands in major categories including finance, news and sports, as well as one of the most popular email services globally with approximately 225 million monthly active users. Additional technology assets in the advertising space include Brightroll, a programmatic demand-side platform; Flurry, an independent mobile apps analytics service; and Gemini, a native and search advertising solution." The deal is subject to approval by Yahoo's shareholders and regulatory approvals, and it is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017. Pivotal Research Group analyst Brian Wieser said there are "a lot of synergies between Verizon and Yahoo," so they "are better off together than apart." Importantly, he said the combined company would be "a stronger number 3 player in the industry, better able to compete for shares of marketers' 'wallets.' They'd still be a long way from number 1 and number 2, Google and Facebook, but closer." Another Wall Street observer summarized the hopes and feelings among most Yahoo investors in the weeks before the deal announcement this way: "Just get it over with already!" Verizon was one of several bidders who entered into the lengthy sale process earlier this year to acquire a large piece of the beleaguered tech company. By acquiring Yahoo's core internet business, Verizon is hoping to breathe new life into a company that still has a sizeable audience. Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer has faced mounting pressure since late last year to sell the company's core business as a tax-free way of separating Yahoo from its large stake in Alibaba. The company confirmed in February that it would begin to explore a sale, setting up an independent committee to evaluate its options. The three-round process kicked off this spring and reports surfaced in mid-May that bids for all or parts of the pioneering internet company had come in lower than expected. While some figured that Yahoo could get as much as $10 billion for its core business -- which excludes its stake in Alibaba and Yahoo Japan -- offers from about a dozen suitors were as low as $2 billion, according to observers. Final bids were due Monday July 18, the same day the company reported unimpressive second quarter results, in what will now be its last earnings report as an independent public company. Among those believed to have submitted finals bids were AT&T and private-equity firm TPG. There were also reports of a final bid from Dan Gilbert, the founder of Quicken Loans and owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA team, supported by Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway. The sale brings an end to her four-year effort to turn around Yahoo's business. Her 2012 hiring was seen as an opportunity to revive the search and advertising company. But despite pumping significant resources into Yahoo and hiring buzzy names like Katie Couric for its media business, Mayer has struggled to return Yahoo to its previous position. Yahoo's second-quarter earnings report was largely overshadowed by investors anxious for news on the state of its sale. The company reported adjusted earnings of 9 cents per share, down from 16 cents per share during the second quarter of last year, on revenue of $1.2 billion, which was boosted by the sale of some real estate. Yahoo stock on Friday had closed at $39.38, near its 52-week high of $39.78. (Hollywood Reporter)
