US 60 Silver King and Superior Streets project, flagging operations for Friday the 29th

Motorists traveling along US 60 near Superior should expect possible delays on July 29 as traffic will be narrowed to one lane for ongoing improvement project to widen US 60. As work progresses, ADOT will be restricting traffic down to one lane (flagging operation), with intermittent stoppages on US 60 just west of Main Street (MP 225); from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. for paving and alternating traffic.
ADOT works to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but there is a possibility that unscheduled closures or restrictions may occur. Weather can also affect a project schedule.
For more information about this project, please call Julian Avila at 602-320-7263, or email javila@azdot.gov

*Be advised that a separate project on the US 60 has closures for blasting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am. to 1 pm. throughout the summer, from Devils Canyon to Oak Flat (approximately five miles east of Superior)*
