A new Kickstarter darling has emerged -- a jacket designed for travelers that has become the most successful clothing campaign in the crowdfunding site's history! Entrepreneur Hiral Sanghavi, a 29-year-old MBA student at Northwestern, created the jacket with his designer wife, Yoganshi Shah. They called it the "World's Best Travel Jacket" and were hoping to raise $20,000. They raised $9,192,055! The jacket comes in four styles (sweatshirt, windbreaker, bomber, and blazer) and has 15 features, including an inflatable neck pillow, a pocket that doubles as a cup-holder, and gloves in each sleeve. Most of the features themselves aren't particularly new, but the campaign has thrived on great publicity and a savvy marketing hook aimed at busy travelers.
