Sunset Snake Sssssearch! - McDowell McDowell Mountain Regional Park Join the Ranger for this sunset exploration of the Sonoran Desert and look for some of our most well known reptiles. Overcome your fear and plan to hike 3-4 miles in search of some serpents! Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Bring your sense of adventure, camera and a flashlight. Snake sightings are not guaranteed, but don't let that keep you away from an evening hike! Meet the Ranger at the Visitor Center. Group may re-locate after initial meeting.
