Stuart Valentino, 34, already made headlines after he drunkenly etched himself with the 6.5 inch design, using a tattoo gun that wife Samantha had purchased as a Christmas present. But she failed to see the funny side, and left her husband after claiming that the tattoo was the final straw in a long-running series of pranks that she had been subjected to. Now, Stuart has undergone laser surgery at a clinic in Portsmouth in the hope that it will win back his wife. He said, "I had no idea that a joke could ruin my life. I'm devastated I've lost my family, and frustrated with myself. I can't blame anyone else." He was also previously dubbed the "world's most annoying husband"-after posting a series of pranks on YouTube, which saw him spend the whole weekend slapping his family with a fish, making his wife vomit after pretending to eat cat poop, and drawing a monkey face on his sleeping wife's bottom.
