Big Brother's Aaryn Gries Gives Birth to a Baby Girl After Documenting Her Delivery on Snapchat. Aaryn Gries now holds the power of motherhood! The former Big Brother contestant had big news to share on social media today. As it turns out, the former CBS reality star turned vlogger welcomed a baby girl with husband Nick Williams by her side. "It's so surreal that we are actually here!" she wrote on Instagram before revealing the first photo of her daughter Skyla. "We did it." The announcement comes after the Vlogger documented her hospital visit on Snapchat for roughly 24 hours. It all began Monday evening when Aaryn was enjoying a movie night at home with her family and friends. Once it was time for her scheduled induction, however, it was go time! "We're here guys. This is like so surreal," she shared from her hospital room. "I have my what is this thing called? IV. Ugg, I hate IVs. And they're monitoring Skyla on these machines over here. You can hear her heartbeat." Before receiving an epidural, the mom-to-be also shared how she was feeling as her delivery got closer. "I'm having contractions and my back hurts," she commented. "I don't like feeling these contractions at all... Laying on my side is awful." With her Cannon camera set up on her hospital bed, Aaryn also shared with followers that she vomited at one time during labor and was given antibiotics. Luckily, all things turned out great when baby Skyla entered the world Tuesday afternoon. And no, there were no snaps during the actual delivery. Fans may remember Aaryn after she made several controversial comments during the 15th season of Big Brother. Once she was evicted from the house, host Julie Chen confronted the contestant on her headline-making remarks heard on the live feeds. "That was not meant to be serious," she told the audience after watching her comments played back. "And if I said those things... I feel horrible about that and I regret that. I honestly feel horrible." Big Brother returns for a new season on June 22. (Eonline)

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have yet to officially confirm their rekindled romance, but their outing Tuesday night was just another sign the duo is going strong. The on-again couple were spotted holding hands leaving Soho House in New York City, following a dinner date together. Cyrus, 23, donned a pair of colorful high-waisted trousers with a black top and denim jacket. Shining brightly on her left hand was the3.5 carat diamond engagement ring she had previously accepted from Hemsworth before their split in 2013. Hemsworth, 26, who has been in town promoting his new film Independence Day: Resurgence, wore a maroon jacket with black slacks, and escorted his former fiancee to their car. In May, the actor told GQ Australia that fans and followers may be smart enough to figure out the pair's current relationship status on their own. "People will figure it out, they already have . . . They're not dumb," he said of his reconciliation with the season 11 Voice coach. "I guess when I feel something, then I just feel it and I go for it," Hemsworth told GQ of Cyrus. "I make my decisions about what's going to make me happy, what I think is right and what I want to do-and I don't worry too much outside of that." Sources confirmed to PEOPLE earlier this year that the couple had reunited, though Hemsworth later said that he was "not engaged" during an interview with Australia's TV Week in late March. (People)

How Beyonce and Jay Z ''Found Love Again'' After Lemonade. It's no secret that Beyonce and Jay Z's relationship was at the center of speculation after Queen B dropped her latest (and possibly fiercest) project, Lemonade. After what seemed to be the singer putting all of her marital woes with the rapper on blast for the world to witness through her musical greatness, the status of her marriage with Hov has constantly been in question. Despite the pair making a few appearances together here and there, and Jay joining Bey on her current tour, people are still wondering what's up with these two. Well, we're happy to report that things are going smoothly between the stars. In fact, Bey and Jay are in a really good place right now. "Beyonce and Jay are really working on their marriage. Jay is making time for Beyonce and his family more overall," a source tells E! News exclusively, adding that their time on the road is also lending a hand to bringing these two together again. "Beyonce's tour has brought Jay and Beyonce very close. Jay has been by Beyonce side during many of her shows so far." And when Bey's not entertaining thousands of people on stage, she's enjoying date nights with her man. "They also have been making time for date nights with each other to some of their favorite restaurants around New York City," the insider continued. "They went on a romantic boat ride and got to laugh and enjoy the day together. They are in such a happy place as a couple...Beyonce and Jay have found love again and it's very obvious to all the people around them." The Formation World Tour has definitely become a beast of its own (albeit an amazing and incredibly successful beast), but our source explains that having Jay and daughter Blue Ivy along for the ride makes it that much more enjoyable for Bey. "Beyonce is working hard on her tour that has taken a toll on her body, but she has the help from Jay with Blue and that's important to her. She wants Blue and Jay to be with her as much as possible this summer. Beyonce is a very hands-on mom and having Blue with her only strengths her performance." The source adds that Bey is "extremely happy how well this tour is going and she feels this is one of her best tours yet." Bey entertained Detroit fans at Fort Field, and then take some time off before jetting to London to continue her tour in July. (Eonline)

Tito Jackson is setting the record straight about sister Janet's pregnancy. "She's doing very well. She's taking it easy," Tito, 62, said on Monday's edition of SirusXM's Andy Cohen Live. "As you know, she is off tour, protecting her health." While Tito says he can't share when his sister is due, he does note that Janet, 50, is carrying her own baby. She also doesn't know the sex of her first child, and is simply "hoping for a healthy baby." The youngest Jackson sibling is expecting her first child with her husband, Qatari businessman Wissam Al Mana. Speculation of a pregnancy first began swirling in April, when the "Dammn Baby" singer postponed her Unbreakable world tour to focus on "planning our family." And Tito isn't the only big brother Janet has looking out for her. In May, Jermaine Jackson shared his excitement about becoming an uncle again. "We look at her like our little baby and now she's grown and having a baby," Jermaine, 61, said at the time. "I'm proud to be an uncle and I can't wait to see how this baby is going to look. "She'll be a great mother because she is very tough, very strict," he added. "But I tell her, 'If you need any parenting skills or baby skills, let me know because I'm the best diaper changer there is on this planet, still to this day.' " (People)

Sean Penn Almost Named His Son ''Steak'' Because He Loves Meat That Much (Yes, Seriously). Well, we can't lie -- Steak Penn definitely has a ring to it. Interestingly enough, actor Sean Penn has such a deep love for red meat, that he actually almost named his son Hopper after it. In the latest no-this-is-actually-true news, Hopper Penn, who lent his good looks for a spread in Interview magazine, reveals that he would have had a very interesting moniker if his famous dad had things go his way. "My dad wanted to name me Steak, the food, because he loves it so much," Hopper explained to the mag. "But my mom was never going to go for it. What they told me is that I hopped in her stomach, I didn't kick, so they went with that." Additionally, Hopper's name pays tribute to Easy Rider's Dennis Hopper, who Penn idolized. Sean Penn may not have been able to name his son Steak (which was probably for the best), but he did manage to convince his son to follow in his acting footsteps. It may seem obvious that Hopper would create a career in front of the camera, with a dad like Penn and an also very successful actress mother Robin Wright, but the acting bug didn't really get Hopper...until now. "I asked if I could PA for it," he said of The Last Face, which starred Sean's then-girlfriend Charlize Theron and Javier Bardem, but Papa Penn had a different idea in mind. "He said, 'No, you're going to act in it.' I said no, because I'm very shy. I didn't know how to act. He said, 'Well, you'll get paid.' So I was like, 'I'm on board.' After the first day, I fell in love with it," Hopper explains, but still remains modest on his talents. "My dad is a really good actor, and there are a lot of sh----y actors, and I definitely think I'm one of them," he said. You can catch Steak Penn Hopper Penn with Brad Pitt in Netflix's War Machine. Richard Simmons Breaks Silence to Send ''Love, Strength and Compassion to All of the LGBT Community.'' Richard Simmons hasn't made a public appearance since 2014, but now he's speaking out about the ongoing rumors surrounding his personal life. The 67-year-old also took to Facebook to share his thoughts on the Orlando mass shooting this past weekend at Pulse nightclub. "Some tabloids have recently falsely reported that I am transitioning. In response, I feel compelled to set the record straight and refute these lies. Although I am not transitioning, I have and always will be supportive of those who are going through their journey," the fitness legend said in a statement on social media. "We should not lose focus on showing love, strength and compassion to all of the LGBT community during these tragic times. My broken heart and healing thoughts are with the people of Orlando and all other victims of prejudice, bigotry and hate." Just the other night, during a vigil, Lady Gaga took to the stage in front of thousands outside of Los Angeles' City Hall to read the names of all of the victims lost during the attack. "I will not allow my anger and outrage over this attack to overshadow our need to honor those who are grieving truly for their lost ones," she told the crowd while fighting back tears. "Lost members of the LGBT community, I hope you know that myself and so many are your allies. I can't help but feel that this level of hatred, like all prejudicial crimes, is an attack on humanity itself... Tonight, Orlando, we are united with you to remember." Want to help? Equality Florida, the state's largest LGBT rights group, launched a GoFundMe campaign for the victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting. (Eonline)

Matilda's Mara Wilson Reveals She's ''Embraced the Bi/Queer Label'' While Discussing the Orlando Tragedy. While tweeting about the tragedy of the Orlando shooting, Mara Wilson revealed how the LGBT community has "always felt like home" to her, especially after she learned more about her own sexuality. The Matilda star shared an old photo of herself at a gay nightclub, writing, "Me at a gay club when I was eighteen. I feel embarrassed looking at it now...Being a 'straight girl' where I clearly didn't belong, but I will say, I felt so welcomed there." She continued, explaining, "I have never had a better experience at a club than I did then. Great music and people. And one of my friends met his partner that night!" From that moment on, she said she's always felt welcomed within the gay community, and that connection was only strengthened when she had an eye-opening experience herself. "The LGBTQ community has always felt like home," she continued writing. "Especially a few years later when I, uh, learned something about myself." This obviously sparked questions from fans about Mara's sexuality to which the actress explained that she would define herself as a "2" on the Kinsey Scale (which means she is someone is "predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual"). "I know a lot of people don't like the Kinsey scale, and that is fine by me," she said. "But I'm pragmatic at heart and find comfort in numbers." She continued to clarify, explaining, "I said I

used* to identify as mostly straight. I've embraced the Bi/Queer label lately." Her tweets sparked quite a bit of attention over the last few day that she was not expecting. Most of the attention was positive. Some women even admitted to Mara's revelations giving them "a little bit of joy" during the rough couple of days, to which the actress responded, "Fair point. You're welcome, ladies." However, her tweets also sparked commentary from the critics. "Apparently admitting to something personal in a reply on my own Twitter makes me an 'attention whore' 'co-opting a tragedy,'" she tweeted Tuesday after letting everyone know she would only speak on the subject through her own writing. "ANYWAY I have no interest in doing interviews about this at the moment, at least not with people I don't know personally," she wrote. "If I am going to talk about this right now, it will be my own words. My own writing. Please respect that." She ended up wrapping up the conversation by saying, "I think I'm going to stay off Twitter for a few days. I had no idea this would be such a thing, but I guess it's flattering." However, she did not sign off before thanking fans and sending people to donate to the GoFundMe page in support of the victims of the shooting. (Eonline)

Warning -- This article contains spoilers: The quadriplegic author of moving memoir "Walking Papers" has slammed the new Emilia drama "Me Before You" -- in which a disabled character commits suicide. "I was surprised to learn that, in a key scene in the film, my book 'Walking Papers,' which I wrote about my experience sustaining a spinal cord injury after a diving accident, is featured," said author Francesco Clark. "I was never asked if my book could be included in the movie, nor was I ever told that it would be included. While I understand that this movie is based on a work of fiction, my book -- and my life -- is not." In the film, "Hunger Games" hunk Sam Claflin plays a bitter quadriplegic one-percenter with "Game of Thrones" star Clarke as his broke caregiver. But author Clark -- a former Harper's Bazaar staffer who suffered a spinal cord injury diving into a pool in 2002 -- said he's received "multiple emails" from those who've spotted his tome in the film and think he's involved. "I've worked tirelessly to show people that being quadriplegic isn't the end of your life, it's another beginning," said Clark, a veteran ambassador for The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation who founded skincare line Clark's Botanicals after his accident. "While I am by no means taking a stance on the issue of assisted suicide, I feel compelled to express that I am angry to be unwittingly associated with a storyline that suggests the only option for those who sustain injuries like mine is death." He adds: I had no involvement in the making of this movie, and am in fact saddened by the association. I will continue to spread a message of positivity and hope for those who have experienced spinal cord injuries, either directly or as a loved one. I am a prime example, along with many others, that life does not just 'go on,' it gets better and better with each day. My life is real, in contrast to this movie. I was not consulted and was included in the film, I did not give permission to be included and I do not endorse the message of this film in any way. Clark's also hosting an upcoming mini-series, "Overcome." A rep for the movie had no comment. Jojo Moyes -- who adapted her best-selling novel for the film version and has a hearing-impaired son -- said in a recent NPR interview of her film, "I feel passionately that this should not be seen as some how-to manual." Other disability rights activists have come out to criticize the film since its release. Moyes has also said: "This is not by any means sending out a message. It's just about one character -- it's nothing more than that." (Page Six)

Michael Jackson's daughter, Paris Jackson, has shed light on the reported 20 tattoos she has at the age of 18. "Some people like them, some people absolutely hate them," she posted on Instagram. "I appreciate art .?.?. especially when that art means something to me." Paris, who just added a tatt of her late dad, wrote, "I can look at my inner forearms and see art that has meaning .?.?. I don't see a dark past anymore. My scars and past of self-hatred have been covered by loving marks, creativity, ingenuity .?.?. and depth." (Page Six)

When spies saw Ashley Olsen meeting with artist George Condo at the Mercer Hotel recently, buzz began that the pair were dating. "It looked romantic," a source told Page Six. But a rep for Olsen, 30, told us it was all business. And Skarstedt Gallery, which reps Condo, 59, replied, "It was simply a business meeting. Mr. Condo just finished [an] advertisement for the Row," Ashley and twin Mary-Kate's fashion line. The brand recently posted a Condo sketch of its new Upper East Side store online. With work in the collections of MoMA, the Whitney and the Met, Condo was commissioned by Kanye West to create artwork for his 2010 album, "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy." Condo's wife, Anna, filed for divorce in 2015. (Page Six)

Sculptor Urs Fischer is molding a new life for himself -- divorcing his actress wife, Tara Subkoff, who just gave birth to their first child, The Post has learned. The split comes after only two years of marriage. The 90s "it girl" and the Swiss-born artist tied the knot in small ceremony in October 2014 at Soho restaurant Navy. The court has labeled the breakup "contentious," but both parties are keeping mum on the proceeding. It has been sealed by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper. This will be Fischer's second divorce; he split from artist Cassandra MacLeod in 2003. Subkoff -- a designer-turned-actress/filmmaker -- first announced in March via Instagram that she was pregnant with the couple's first child. Both are 43. Snapped posing at Gagosian Gallery Beverly Hills in front of a painting at Alex Israel and Bret Easton Ellis' show, she commented, "I am six months preggers, everyone." Subkoff again took to Instagram three weeks ago to announce the birth of their daughter. That snap shows a swaddled newborn sleeping peacefully along with the caption "#Grace George is born!! Xoxox." A subsequent black-and- white photo, posted to the same account last week, shows the new mom, seemingly nude, hugging the child to her chest as the two lay in bed. The heartwarming picture was posted along with "#love." The new mom most recently directed the 2015 film "#Horror" starring Chloë Sevigny and Natasha Lyonne. The pretty blonde first achieved celeb status as an actress, making her film debut in the 1994 thriller "When the Bough Breaks" opposite Martin Sheen. She filled subsequent supporting roles in "As Good as It Gets" in 1997, "The Last Days of Disco" in 1998, and, most recently, "The Notorious Bettie Page," in 2005. (Page Six)

Real Housewives of New York City's Jules Wainstein's Husband Files for Divorce. While she was the sole housewife on this season of Real Housewives of New York City, Jules Wainstein's marriage has come to an end after eight years. The reality star's soon-to-be ex-husband, Michael, has filed for divorce, E! News has learned. "They were having issues before the show but I think pressure from filming clearly put a strain the marriage," an insider tells us before adding, "It brought things to a head." Meanwhile, a source tells Life & Style magazine that despite the rocky times ahead for the newest member of the Bravo hit franchise, "she's strong and she'll get through this." During her big debut on the show, Jules revealed that she met her husband when she was 24-years-old outside of a French bistro in the Big Apple. After the two dated for three weeks, their whirlwind romance moved to the next level and they moved in together. Then, after just a year and a half, the duo was engaged. Neither Jules nor Michael have weighed in on the split on social media at this point, however, the last time she shared a photo of Michael and the family was 16 weeks ago. The exes have two children together, a son named Rio and a daughter named Jagger. (Eonline)

Amber Heard Planning to Take the Stand in Restraining Order Hearing Against Johnny Depp. Amber Heard is expected to take the stand come Friday morning. The actress has a court date set at the end of this week for her restraining order hearing against ex Johnny Depp, and E! News has learned that Heard is planning to testify. We're told Amber is being prepared by her attorney for direct examination questioning and for the cross-examination questioning by Johnny Depp's lawyer, and that the 30-year-old is ready to have her day in court. Attorney Troy Slaten, who is not associated with the case, explains that this is a common thing that you expect any attorney to do. "The last thing you want is for your client to be surprised at a question, to get flustered. You want to ask every possible question that could possibly be asked that way your client is not thrown off-guard." But will we see Depp in court, too? Heard's team has sent Depp's attorney a "notice in lieu of subpoena" demanding his attendance at the hearing. Slaten explains, "You issue a notice in lieu of a subpoena to a party, from one party to another party. If you want to make sure the other party is there, you issue the notice in lieu of subpoena." Regardless, that doesn't mean the celeb will be there. "Although she is requesting it, and demanding his presence, it doesn't really mean he has to appear," Slaten tells E! News. "He can still chose not to appear." If Depp does show up, however, Slaten tells us the actor will likely be advised to assert his Fifth Amendment right to remain silent because there is an allegation of a criminal charge. "Because everything you say is going to be on the record and held against you in any other proceeding, criminal or otherwise so it makes sense not to say anything. Now this is an issue of strategy from Johnny Depp's side, if you can attack the petitioner, the person seeking the restraining order without Johnny Depp's direct testimony you want to do that. You don't want to expose him to cross examination by Amber's team." He adds, "If they think they have enough damaging evidence for her, enough evidence to impeach her testimony, they would not want to have him there or have him testify." Earlier, E! News confirmed that Heard's attorney filed a declaration to withdraw the actress' temporary spousal support request of $50,000 a month. The issue would have been addressed in Friday's restraining order hearing, but the actress has requested it be removed. A source explains to E! News that when Amber filed for divorce, she thought spousal support was something one asks for, without taking in consideration how it would look to the media. After her request was denied, the restraining order was filed and in the eyes of the media "that didn't look good," the insider tells us. "She didn't want people thinking she was after Johnny's money. She is not after his money and is finally ready to share the truth, something which she hasn't been ready to do until now," the source explains. "These last few days Amber has surrounded herself with those closest to her. She is in a very vulnerable place, but also trying to stay strong. While she is deeply hurt, she is also upset and angry. She is the victim of his abuse and the media has made her into the villain." (Eonline)

Florida Jury Orders Boxer Canelo Álvarez to Pay $8.5 Million to Former Promoter. Saúl Canelo Álvarez' must not be too pleased after this news. The boxer was ordered by a Miami judge to pay $8.5 million in damages for unjust enrichment to the promoter that he had prior to joining Oscar de la Hoya's, Golden Boy Promotions. Felix "Tutico" Zabala, who originally brought Álvarez from Mexico to fight in the United States, received a verdict six years after he filed the lawsuit against the fighter for tortious interference and breach of contract. According to ESPN, in 2011, Zabala contended that he signed Alvarez to a four-year promotional deal in 2008 and that Golden Boy interfered and stole Álvarez. The trial lasted three weeks before Judge Migna Sanchez, then the jury deliberated for three hours before coming to a verdict. "I'm very happy. This case was about dignity and to create a precedent in the sport. I did it for my father's legacy, for my son who is coming up in the business, and for all promoters," Zabala told ESPN. "This is a very momentous moment in my company's and family's history, and bottom line: We won an $8.5 million dollar verdict against Canelo Álvarez." But the story doesn't stop here -- Álvarez plans to appeal. "It is absurd to think that All-Star Boxing provided anywhere near that amount [$8.5 million] of value that the jury awarded under a separate claim. We will appeal this part of the decision, and are confident we will win, just as we did on the contract dispute," Golden Boy said in a statement. "Outside of appealing the financial damages, we now look forward to putting this episode behind us and working with Canelo to continue his meteoric rise though the boxing ranks." (Eonline)

Cops are virtually certain the Kardashians' clothing store was hit by a lone suspect, but his race is not nearly as certain ... based on the 911 audio we obtained. A woman driving past the West Hollywood DASH store called in, describing the suspect as tall with a skateboard, throwing "something on fire." Check out the audio, there's a funny exchange about what that something was. However, the caller was sure the would-be fire starter was black with a baseball hat. But hold off on that APB ... you gotta hear the second witness paint a much different picture. As TMZ first reported ... the store was targeted June 6 and there's still no suspect. Police work ain't easy. (TMZ)

Rapper David Banner got into a standoff with a bouncer and ended up in handcuffs. Witnesses tell TMZ it all started after someone in Banner's crew got denied at Ozio Restaurant & Lounge early Sunday in D.C. We're told pissed off Banner went after the bouncer. According to the police report, he clenched a fist and told the bouncer, "I got you n*****, I got you. You a sellout n*****. I got money." He also allegedly threw money and credit cards at the bouncer during the exchange. When the responding officer tried to break things up Banner told him, "I don't give a f*** about no police!" And then he got arrested for inciting a fight. It's basically a ticket -- no biggie, but watch the vid ... Banner was heated! (TMZ)

THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Prince William Poses for Attitude, Becomes First Royal to Appear on Cover of Gay Magazine. Prince William is lending his voice -- and face -- to a community that needs advocacy more than ever before. Just days before the deadliest mass shooting in America took place at a gay nightclub in Orlando, the royal father of two posed for the United Kingdom's Attitude. As it is a gay magazine, the moment marked the first time a royal had ever posed for the cover of a gay publication. In between rounds of smiling for the camera, the Duke of Cambridge sat down with nine members of the LGBT community who have faced bullying for their sexual orientation and gender identity at school, online and in everyday life. Since he and his wife, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton have recently focused on improving mental health and social acceptance by partnering with programs offering services in schools and neighborhoods, William was interested in discussing how these young people suffered mentally from years of such abuse and how to prevent it from recurring. "He has established a taskforce on the prevention of cyberbullying and along with The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry is leading the Heads Together campaign on mental health and well-being," a Kensington Palace spokesman added. In addition to raising awareness, Heads Together is also the Charity of the Year for the 2017 Virgin Money London Marathon. "No one should be bullied for their sexuality or any other reason and no one should have to put up with the kind of hate that these young people have endured in their lives," he told the magazine. "The young gay, lesbian and transgender individuals I met through Attitude are truly brave to speak out and to give hope to people who are going through terrible bullying right now. Their sense of strength and optimism should give us all encouragement to stand up to bullying wherever we see it." The 33-year-old did not leave without offering a bit of tangible advice. "What I would say to any young person reading this who's being bullied for their sexuality: don't put up with it -- speak to a trusted adult, a friend, a teacher, Childline, Diana Award or some other service and get the help you need," he continued. "You should be proud of the person you are and you have nothing to be ashamed of." Editor Matthew Todd was pleased with the meeting and hopes for a beneficial future under the reign of William. "During my time as editor of Attitude I have met parents whose child has taken or lost their life after being bullied for being LGBT+ or even just perceived to be LGBT," he commented. "I am very happy that the future King of The United Kingdom agrees this must stop and I would urge parents in particular to raise their voices in their communities to ensure that every school protects– really protects–all children." The magazine is available to download now from pocketmags.com/attitude and will be available in shops on June 22. (Eonline)

Azealia Banks Is Bleaching Her Skin & Facing Obvious Backlash -- Here's The Rapper's Explosive Response! We meet again, Azealia Banks. The rapper is facing backlash from the Internet once again -- but this time for rumors that she's bleaching her skin. Fans took notice to the 25-year-old's noticeably lighter complexion over the weekend during her performances in Brazil, and now there's even a company taking credit for the transformation! Skin color-altering company Whitenicious featured the 212 artist earlier this week saying: The company's spokesperson Rebecca Matamba told Bossip: "She loves Whitenicious and has tweeted about it multiple times. She is one of our many celebrity clients but she is just one of the celebrities who uses it and doesn't care who knows. She is just a beautiful woman experimenting and trying new things and she looks great. People should focus on her talent instead of her skin. After all she's in an industry where everyone is getting a little nip and tuck here and there, the difference is others lie about it but she is open about it, because it's her body not anyone's and people should focus on her music." And now, it seems Miz Banks has not only confirmed that she's intentionally changing her complexion -- but has strategically avoided her Twitter suspension by getting a new account under an alias. If the account isn't actually her, she posted a screenshot of the exchange to her official Instagram to be sure. (Perez Hilton)

The bold and the beautiful! Bella Thorne has been struggling with acne for years, but only recently has she decided that her zits are "beautiful." The Duff actress, 18, explained that she was on the potent anti-acne drug Accutane for almost two years with the promise that she'd never see a pimple on her face again -- but that isn't quite how it worked out. "The [doctors] told me, 'Nine out of ten people never get one pimple again.' So many things are bad for you, but when you have this thing on your face that feels like a monster... I was like, 'Okay, I'll do it.'" That's when she stopped to point out more than one zit: "But what's this? And this? What's this acne I'm still struggling with?" Her solution? To ditch the prescriptions and start going all-natural with plant-based skincare free of toxins. While they haven't totally eliminated the breakouts, she's found a fresh perspective on her complexion. "I got this pimple the other day and I said to my sister, 'Look at this! I have a press day coming up!' And she said, 'That's a beautiful pimple, Bella. That is beautiful. Scars are beautiful," Thorne, who's partnered with Burt's Bees for its #LoveYourNature campaign, shared. "We both struggle with acne, but now, every time we get something on our face, we just to each other, 'That's beautiful. I love my scars. I love my skin.' You have to change your mindset." These days, Thorne, who's dating Pretty Little Liars alum Gregg Sulkin, said that when somebody says something hurtful about her acne, she just takes a breath and says, "Love your skin. Love it. Love your nature!" But on those days when you feel like you need a little extra boost, Thorne recommends a little wash of color. Her lipstick of choice is Burt's Bees, and she believes the line boasts a color for everyone, no matter their skin tone. Plus, she offered Us a tip: "Always start with a lip liner. If you shade your lips before applying lipstick, you'll really accentuate them." (US Weekly)

David Arquette is unloading his historic pad and, note to the buyer ... you're gonna need a good landscaper. Arquette's pad in L.A.'s Hancock Park neighborhood was listed for $8.495 million. The place was built in 1908, but it's since been renovated and updated. The English craftsman is huge ... 7 bedroom, 8 baths and just under 10k square feet. The lawn's also big, thus the landscaper suggestion. Not only is there a pool out back, there's a meditation pond. David bought the place 2 years ago for $7.15 million. (TMZ)

She may be the selfie queen, but that doesn't mean Kim Kardashian West always feels camera-ready. "There was a moment after [son Saint was born last December] when my body was mush," Kardashian West tells PEOPLE exclusively. "I felt like Gumby. There was definitely a moment when I looked in the mirror and I was like, 'I am never going to be the same.' " Now, six months later, thanks to a "militant" diet (she follows the Atkins plan and is an ambassador for the brand) and a dedicated exercise plan, 35-year old Kardashian West- who is also mom to 3-year-old North-has dropped the 60 lbs. she gained during her pregnancy, and is closer than ever to her goal. "I want to get back down to 120," says Kardashian West, who says she weighed last month. "My butt and my hips are the last to go, but I'm not stopping!" Adds Kardashian West: "Anyone who has had kids knows your body changes and it's hard to get your body back in shape. It takes so much determination and mental and physical power and energy." Kardashian West has 6 a.m. workouts with trainer Don Brooks "every day when I'm home," and eschews pasta and grilled cheese for vegetables, proteins and as a treat, Atkins peanut butter cups. The reality star and entrepreneur admits, "everyone has their insecurities," but says she's pleased with how far she's come. Says Kardashian West: "After having two kids, and being able to get in shape and still feel good about myself, I've never felt better. I worked my ass off, I've altered my life and I'm proud of that." Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sundays (9 p.m. ET) on E! (People)

The Father of the Bride House Is for Sale, so All You Need Is $2 Million to Relive Your Childhood. Don't even try to pretend like you didn't daydream about living in this house as a child. We all know and love the Father of the Bride movies for so many reasons. For George Banks (a.k.a. Steve Martin's) obnoxiously adorable neurosis. For Annie Banks' kick-ass wedding sneakers. For Nina Banks' amazing mom skills. For Ohhhh hello! That's five months! But mostly, we loved that house. As in, really loved it. 24 Maple Drive was everything we all wanted in a childhood home -- and often pretended that we actually had. The green shutters, the tree where they carved their initials, the basketball court where you could solve all of life's problems...it was all pure magic. And now, it could be ours. Really, any of ours! That's because the real-life home that served as the filming location for the Banks family abode is now for sale. It turns out it's a full-on mansion out in Alhambra, Calif., and it happens to be the place where they shot the wedding and backyard scenes. (FOTB loyalists will already know that front exterior shots came from a separate house in Pasadena.) For a very reasonable (or not, whatever) $2 million, this clapboard beauty could be your next house. It's being listed on Zillow in all its clapboard goodness, and it boasts all the Father of the Bride-y qualities you'd expect, like shutters and a formal entry and pillars and a tree-lined street and, yes, a basketball court in the back. It's still TBD whether the Banks family initials come carved in the tree or whether you'll see apparitions of young Annie learning to shoot hoops, but it seems like a good investment nonetheless. Nick Jonas Admits He's the Reason the Jonas Brothers Split. Nick Jonas is coming clean. The Jonas Brothers sadly broke up in October 2013, and since then fans of the beloved boy band have received vague explanations as to why they decided to call it quits. Shortly after disbanding, the brothers appeared on Good Morning America to try to calm the storm that had brewed. "I think it was time, and for us it took some time getting there, but we feel like it's time that the Jonas Brothers come to an end," Kevin [Jonas] said. At the time, Nick added that he "initiated" the conversations and shared that they had been fighting for a little while. "In a nutshell, I said, 'Look, I feel like we've had some complications within the group for a long time without addressing them. I think this train will fall off the tracks without really getting real about some of the concerns and some of the limitations that we may feel as individuals in the group.'" On Bravo's Watch What Happens Live Tuesday, Nick further addressed the breakup and finally admitted that he didn't just initiate the breakup -- he was the entire reason for it. "It was a very tough conversation, and it left the family kind of shaken up for a little while. I mean we were about to start a tour. We were two days from starting a tour," he reflected. Of course, everything turned out well for Kevin, Nick and Joe Jonas. "We're good now. I have a beautiful niece. My brother has a family. Joe's band DNCE is doing very well," Nick said. "It's good for everybody and it's good that it happened because I think we all grew from it, but it was very challenging for a little while." Nick also experienced nothing but success since going solo, having released two chart-topping albums. He has been busy promoting his most recent project, Last Year Was Complicated, appearing on various shows and opening up about the album's inspiration and telling hilarious anecdotes. Just the other day the "Jealous" crooner recalled the time he ate a weed lollipop and experienced an unexpected erection on the red carpet of the Young Hollywood Awards. "Out of nowhere, I get a NARB," Jonas shared on The Tonight Show before host Jimmy Fallon chimed in with some confusion. "A NARB is a no apparent reason boner." (Eonline)

Nick Jonas isn't taking any chances. The Chains singer spoke out on the tragic death of Christina Grimmie -- and the need for increased security at meet at greets -- during a few radio interviews earlier this week. On Tuesday, the pop star spoke out on the need for making meet and greets with fans a safer process, telling WKTU's Cubby & Carolina Bermudez: "I was talking to my manager about it the other day. Interestingly enough, in an interview a while ago, he mentioned that he thinks that security needs to be increased at venues. Just something that should be looked at." Tightened security certainly wouldn't hurt! During his interview with Elvis Duran and The Morning Show on Monday, the singer spoke more about the issue -- noting music venues aren't the only place that need to be safer. He said: "It's something that needs to be addressed across the board and it's not just specifically in meet and greets, because obviously the horrible tragedy in Orlando the next day ... I think it's just an issue we need to sort out as a country and get right. With music venues, I think there are some protocols that can be taken to make it safer, not only for the artists but for the fans. We all need live music, we need to be able to feel safe to go to a show and enjoy a concert. We can't let people win that are out there just to make people's lives horrible." The 23-year-old then spoke out on Grimmie -- who was shot by a deranged fan while signing autographs after her concert on Friday. Remembering meeting The Voice alum backstage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival last year, he added: "We talked backstage for a while and took a picture and you could tell she's a beautiful spirit and full of joy and light. [The shooting] shook me up pretty bad." While Nick is clearly one of many shaken up over this tragedy, we applaud the performer for speaking up about how things need to change. (Perez Hilton)

Leona Lewis has reportedly been dropped by her new record label only one year after splitting from former mentor Simon Cowell's company, Syco. The singer, who won the third series of the X-Factor in 2006, had formerly broken records with her powerful vocals. In 2007 her hit, Bleeding Love, stayed at number one for seven weeks and, since releasing her debut album, Spirit, that same year she has brought out several other albums, including 2015's I Am. However, sources say her contract with Island Records, announced last year just hasn't worked. A source told The Sun: "It simply didn't work out with Island. She made a great record and the label really championed her but something just didn't click." With her legendary vocals though, we have no doubt it won't be long until she's snapped up again. Who knows, she might even return to Simon Cowell's management. He's made no secret of the fact that he has a "soft spot" for the singer and the "door will always be open". Next up, you can see her in the musical, Cats, as she takes on the role from Nicole Scherzinger. (British Glamour)

Universal Signs Colombian Up-and-Comer Sebastian Yatra. Universal Music Latino has signed up-and-coming Colombian singer/songwriter Sebastian Yatra to an exclusive recording deal for the world. Yatra has also signed as a songwriter with Universal Music Publishing. "Sebastian is one of the most talented and promising artists today," said Alejandro Duque, GM for Universal Music Latino. "We're convinced he'll become one of the most far-reaching Latin acts in the Spanish-speaking world." Yatra is a good catch for Universal. At only 22 years old, and releasing independently, he has over 202,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, and his video for "Cómo mirarte" has over 25 million views. Yatra, who is Colombian but lives between Bogota and Miami, has also penned songs for Cali y El Dandee ("Por fin te encontre"), Thalía ("Todavía te quiero") and boy group CNCO ("Para enamorarte"). Ostensibly a pop act -- "Cómo mirarte" is a beautiful, slow ballad -- Yatra can also write and sing with an R&B sensibility, an asset for the U.S., where radio is dominated by urban-leaning fare. In Latin America, Yatra is already impacting beyond Colombia with tracks playing in Ecuador and Venezuela, where he recently played an "Undercover" concert as part of a Coca-Cola campaign. Paul McCartney, Demi Lovato Pay Tribute to Orlando Pulse Victims. The outpouring of support for the victims of the deadly mass shooting at the Pulse gay nightclub in Orlando continued on Tuesday with moving dedications from Paul McCartney and Demi Lovato. Playing in Berlin, McCartney took the stage holding a rainbow flag and told the crowd, "we stand together with Orlando." Lovato, a longtime supporter of the LGBTQ community, posted a moving note expressing her support and love for the victims and families of the 49 killed and 53 injured in the attack on the popular nightclub. "There are no words for how upset I've been since Orlando," Lovato wrote. "I cry for the victims, ache for the families, and have immense admiration for the LGBTQ community and their resolve in absorbing this horror and uniting with strength and fearlessness." Lovato -- whose current tour with Nick Jonas is skipping planned dates in North Carolina in protest of that state's anti-trans bathroom bill -- followed the initial tweet with a second one urging concrete action to stop the cycle of violence. David Allan Coe Ordered to Pay IRS Nearly $1 Million. Authorities say country music singer-songwriter David Allan Coe has been ordered to pay the IRS more than $980,000 in restitution for obstructing the tax agency. Federal prosecutors say Coe also was sentenced Monday in federal court in Cincinnati to three years' probation. The 76-year-old writer of the song "Take This Job and Shove It" pleaded guilty last year to impeding and obstructing administration of IRS laws. Court documents say Coe earned income from at least 100 concerts yearly from 2008 through 2013 and either didn't file individual income tax returns or pay taxes when he did file. Prosecutors say he also owed for prior years and spent the money on other debts and gambling. Coe attorney Michael Stengel says the judge noted Coe already has been repaying the IRS. (Billboard)

Justin Bieber's 'Sorry' Sets U.K. Streaming Record. Justin Bieber has etched his name in the history books by becoming the first act to hit 100 million streams for a song in the U.K. "Sorry" spent two weeks at the summit of the Official U.K. Albums Chart in October and has gone on to become the most-streamed song in Britain since records began. Produced by Skrillex and Blood and co-written by Bieber, "Sorry" is the second of three No. 1 singles lifted from Bieber's album Purpose. "For Sorry to become the first track in Official Chart history to pass the 100 million mark is a record which can never be taken away from Justin," notes Official Charts Company CEO Martin Talbot. "It is, perhaps, the four-minute mile of music streaming. A remarkable feat, a first which will be Justin's record forever." "What Do You Mean" and "Love Yourself" are also closing in on the 100 million streams milestone. The Purpose singles have clocked-up 98.6 million and 94.3 million streams, respectively, and they're expected to hit the magical mark in the weeks ahead. The U.K. has been a happy hunting ground for Bieber. Earlier this year, he become the first artist ever to occupy the entire top three on the U.K. singles chart, a feat that earned him the inaugural Official Chart Record Breaker Award. "Sorry" is currently No. 6 on the U.K.'s Top 40 Biggest Songs of 2016 survey, which is based on combined digital, physical and streaming equivalent sales. (Billboard)

"So, not for the time being." Of the play's lead actor, he added, "Jamie Parker is a wonderful actor and I'm very happy to see him play me. All of the questions can shift to him now. He can do all the Harry questions now." Radcliffe discusses the play in the video, beginning at the 4:45-minute mark and after chatting about his new film Swiss Army Man. (Hollywood Reporter)

Gerard Butler Action Thriller 'Den of Thieves' Lands at STX. Christian Gudegast, who co-wrote Butler's 'London Has Fallen,' is set to direct. STX Entertainment has picked up and is now developing Den of Thieves, a crime thriller to which Gerard Butler is attached to star. Christian Gudegast is set to direct from the original screenplay he co-wrote with Paul Sheuring. Producing the project are Mark Canton and Tucker Tooley, as well as Butler and his manager Alan Siegel via the duo's G-BASE production company. The storyline focuses on $120 million that is taken out of circulation on a daily basis by the Los Angeles branch of the Federal Reserve and a notorious crew of robbers that plan the ultimate heist right under the noses of the city's best cops. STX's involvement is the latest development for Den, which has been in the works since 2008. The project was first set up at New Line and then later moved to Relativity, where Butler first became involved. It escaped the latter when the company went bankrupt. Glenn Feig, Chris Bender and JC Spink are among the film's executive producers. Butler worked with Gudegast on London Has Fallen, on which the latter was a co-writer. The actor next stars in Geostorm, an environmental disaster movie from Skydance Productions and Warner Bros. Butler is repped by CAA and Alan Siegel Entertainment. Gudegast is repped by WME, Management 360 and Bloom Hergott. (Hollywood Reporter)

Rachel Weisz's Holocaust Drama 'Denial' Debuts Film Poster. Timothy Spall will star as writer David Irving in the Mick Jackson-directed drama. In Denial, Rachel Weisz stars as historian Deborah E. Lipstadt, who was accused of libel by writer David Irving when she called him a Holocaust denier. Timothy Spall will star as Irving in the Mick Jackson-directed drama, which is based on the book History on Trial: My Day in Court With a Holocaust Denier, which was adapted by David Hare. Tom Wilkinson will also star as lawyer Richard Rampton. Unlike in the U.S. where the accused is "innocent until proven guilty," the English legal system pushes the burden of proof onto the accuser, a circumstance that necessitated Lipstadt and her counsel prove that the Holocaust actually happened. Denial is set to be released Sept. 30. (Hollywood Reporter)

'Finding Dory' Review: The Latest Pixar Sequel Will 'Enchant Kids of All Ages'. 3 stars (out of 4) You remember Dory, right? She was the little blue tang fish (voiced by Ellen DeGeneres) with short-term memory loss in 2003's Finding Nemo. Plucky. Friendly. Unexpectedly helpful. Now she stars in her own delightful spinoff. And though by nature the film (opening Friday, June 17) is less imaginative than the original, it will still enchant kids of all ages. One year has passed since the successful rescue mission, and Dory's life with the young clown fish (Hayden Rolence) and his neurotic, overprotective dad Marlin (Albert Brooks) is going just swimmingly, thanks. She has a tendency to wander off and ask a gazillion questions, but hey, you take the good with the bad. Still, she can't shake the feeling that her parents are looking for her. One blase mention of "the undertow" is all it takes to trigger a flashback in which young Dory learns an important safety lesson from her mom and dad, Jenny (Diane Keaton) and Charlie (Eugene Levy). She knows she got separated from them years ago. But where? When? California sounds familiar. Maybe? By golly, she needs to find them right now! Dory and her pals cross the ocean, and so begins yet another Pixar adventure story in which the main character tries to find the way home. (Toy Story wasn't just a trendsetter in 1995 because of its groundbreaking computer animation.) Indeed, as Marlin cries out, "Not again!" while Dory accidentally gets scooped from the waters, the audience might nod its collective head in agreement. She ends up at the Marine Life Institute, where, according to its spokeswoman, Sigourney Weaver, the goal is to rescue, rehabilitate and release. (Just like in Wall-E, the actress is heard by never seen.) Kids and adults swarm the tourist attraction every day, oblivious that the colorful fish in these exhibitions have even more colorful personalities. The escape plan is simple. All Dory needs to do is follow a few instructions, and she'll be reunited with Mom and Dad. Alas, she remains hindered by her poor recall skills, and every time it seems like she's on the cusp of a revelation, her mind goes blank. And so on. And so on. The first time around, Dory's "I forgot!" shtick was an appealing novelty; now it wears thin in a hurry. No, Dory, don't go right when you're supposed to go left! When it comes to creating a wholly immersive universe, though, Pixar rules the school. Any studio can throw money at a movie to ensure that dazzling images zig and zag on the screen; it takes some mighty fine writers and actors to deliver a dose of humanity to cold-blooded sea creatures. Dory, you see, has a knack for making friends with endearing -- not to mention highly memorable -- allies in the waters. And everyone from a cranky camouflaged octopus (Ed O'Neill) to an eager-to-please whale (Ty Burrell) to a pair of sea lions (Idris Elba, Dominic West) add distinct comic personalities to the journey. (Kudos to whoever came up with the inspired idea of the two Modern Family actors playing off their TV personas.) Though her parental end goal never wavers, Dory learns with each passing encounter that family comes in all shapes and species. (Speaking of which: Thanks to endless viewings of Finding Nemo, there's a sincere gratification in watching Marlin spend quality time with his long-lost young son. #Neverforget) Finding other reasons to smile during the 105-minute pic is easy. The zany shenanigans aside, the message at the heart of the film is a real winner. During Dory's lowest moments at the bottom of the sea, she learns how to use her shortcomings to her advantage. Instead of panicking, she acts on her impulses and becomes resourceful. Sometimes it takes a slow-witted animated fish to illustrate the benefits of thinking of your fins (er, feet). Now that's a lesson worth retaining. (US Weekly)

America's Got Talent Contestant Lori Mae Hernandez Slays Audience With Donald Trump Joke. Want a surefire way to get a standing ovation on America's Got Talent? Be a precocious 13-year-old and slay them all with a joke about Donald Trump. Lori Mae Hernandez brought her stand-up comedy act to the America's Got Talent stage and delighted the judges with her take on her babysitting qualifications. "My only qualification to be a babysitter is that I used to be a baby," she said. "That's crazy. That's like saying, 'Hey, you're sick a lot. Do you want to be my doctor?' Or, 'Weren't you the host of a reality show? You want to be president of the United States?'" The judges, including Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel, and crowd gave her a standing ovation. Hernandez said she's been doing stand-up comedy since she was 10 years old as an effort to help her dad smile after he got Bell's palsy. She ended up receiving four yes' from the judges. Other acts Tuesday night included a singing Chihuahua, tightrope walkers, a senior citizen dance troupe, a trio of acrobats, juggler Viktor Kee, whose strange body suit puzzled the judges and Long Island native Sal Valentinetti, a pizza delivery man who wowed Heidi Klum with his singing voice enough to receive the Golden Buzzer from her and was sent directly to the live shows. America's Got Talent airs Tuesdays, 8 p.m. on NBC. (Eonline)

'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Returning to HBO. The Larry David comedy last aired an original episode in 2011. Making good on years of tentative "we'll sees" from both the creator and network, Curb Your Enthusiasm will indeed return to HBO. The network on Tuesday announced a ninth season for the beloved Larry David comedy, though a formal return date was not included. Curb Your Enthusiasm last aired an original episode in September 2011, and the nearly five-year gap since has seen neither HBO nor David ready to publicly dismiss the idea of revisiting the show. On the network end, former programming president Michael Lombardo had said he was "cautiously optimistic" about more Curb -- while David, in keeping with his schtick, often appeared less than optimistic in the many instances he's been pressed about the subject. On his decision to revisit his alter ego, David had this to say: "In the immortal words of Julius Caesar, 'I left, I did nothing, I returned.'" To say he's done nothing might be a bit melodramatic. David has been hard to miss in the last year, parodying Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders on Saturday Night Live, hosting the show and most recently sitting down on NBC variety hour Maya and Marty for an interview with Martin Short character Jiminy Glick. It's the first big move for newly minted programming chief Casey Bloys, who assumed creative reins at HBO just a month ago. He shared the news during a sit-down at the Banff World Media Festival. In a statement, he said, "We're thrilled that Larry has decided to do a new season of Curb and can't wait to see what he has planned." Curb, starring David as an exaggerated version of himself, has skewered Hollywood and, more often, David since it premiered as a special in 1999. A total of 80 episodes have aired since, the biggest breaks between seasons taking place between the third and fourth and seventh and eighth runs. David has not strayed from HBO. His biggest effort since the last season of Curb was the 2013 HBO Film Clear History, which he starred in and wrote. But it's a welcome bit of good news for HBO. The network, which has seen its executive shuffle happen amid a string of mediocre launches, has only a handful of new series premiering in 2016 -- though its new slate is comedy-heavy. Sarah Jessica Parker starrer Divorce, web adaptation High Maintenance and Issa Rae's Insecure are all on deck for the year, with Danny McBride's Vice Principals next up in July. Over its long, unconventional run, Curb has earned 39 Emmy nominations but only two wins (for directing and editing). The most recent season was one of its most popular, pulling in more than 2 million live viewers to an episode. (Hollywood Reporter)

Oprah Winfrey Releasing Cookbook in 2017. "In the past several months on Weight Watchers, I have worked with wonderful chefs to make healthier versions of my favorite meals. When people come to my house for lunch or dinner, the number one thing they ask is, 'How is this so delicious and still healthy?' So I decided to answer that question with recipes everyone can enjoy." To launch her own book imprint, Oprah Winfrey is releasing her first cookbook. Winfrey's Food, Health and Happiness: 'On Point' Recipes for Great Meals and a Better Life is scheduled to come out Jan. 3 of next year, Flatiron Books told The Associated Press on Wednesday. Winfrey's imprint, currently unnamed, is part of Flatiron, a division of MacMillan U.S. "In the past several months on Weight Watchers, I have worked with wonderful chefs to make healthier versions of my favorite meals," Winfrey said in a statement. "When people come to my house for lunch or dinner, the number one thing they ask is, 'How is this so delicious and still healthy?' So I decided to answer that question with recipes everyone can enjoy." Winfrey isn't entirely new to the cookbook world. Her personal chef, Rosie Daley, published In the Kitchen with Rosie: Oprah's Favorite Recipes in 1994. Winfrey contributed an introduction to The Oprah Magazine Cookbook, which came out in 2008. In announcing the imprint last year, Winfrey had planned to start with a memoir, The Life You Want. That book has been postponed to an underdetermined date, according to Flatiron. The imprint is expected to release several nonfiction works per year, all selected by Winfrey. (Hollywood Reporter)

Richard Dreyfuss Slams ABC for Refusing to Name Big Banks in 'Madoff' Miniseries. "They were afraid [the banks] would sue," the actor told THR of the reason why the network opted out of mentioning names. Richard Dreyfuss is slamming ABC for refusing to name all the big banks involved with disgraced financier Bernie Madoff in its February miniseries about the architect of the most notorious pyramid scheme of the 1980s. In a conversation with THR, the Oscar winner, who returned to the spotlight to tackle the title role in Madoff, lambasts the network's standards and practices department. "They were afraid [the banks] would sue," he says. "And I said, 'Not only will they not sue us -- because if they did, they would have to open their books -- but we should be standing on the street corner, inviting their lawsuits.'" Dreyfuss also says ABC failed to promote Madoff when it was rebroadcast in May. "They didn't advertise, which was a pretty stupid corporate decision," he goes on. "ABC, which in the '80s really did deserve bragging rights for some pretty extraordinary television, is not the same organization it had been." ABC declined to comment on the record, while a network source pointed out that Madoff mentioned at least one major bank. (Hollywood Reporter)

Meet Netflix's "Juicers": People Who Get Paid to Watch TV. "Project Beetlejuice" -- about which little is known -- pays people to pick the best still images and videos from thousands of titles to help users figure out what to watch. Now, two of them are suing for overtime, paid vacation, health insurance and more. Being paid by Netflix to watch movies and TV series might seem like a dream come true, but not for some folks in a secretive program at the company known as "Project Beetlejuice." These individuals, known as "juicers," are paid $10 a film or show to pick the best still images and videos from the thousands of titles in Netflix's library to help its users figure out what they want to watch. They are paid as independent contractors but now are demanding overtime, paid vacation and holidays, health insurance and a 401(k) plan. Netflix refuses to reveal how many people work in the program, the rationale behind its name or much at all about this line of work. That's because there are two putative class action lawsuits pending in L.A. Superior Court -- one filed in November by Long Beach resident Lawrence Moss and the second filed in May by L.A. resident Cigdem Akbay -- that claim the hundreds of people paid to watch Netflix deserve higher pay after being allegedly misclassified as contractors instead of employees. Netflix argues in court papers the employees signed agreements that require the dispute be handled privately in arbitration. Famous for its use of algorithms to help make programming decisions, Netflix apparently requires at least a bit of grunt work computers are incapable of handling. Although the company never has publicly acknowledged "juicers" -- who can work from home -- it has spoken before about "taggers," who are paid to watch a movie and label it as, for instance, "thriller with strong female lead" to better serve users. In 2014, Netflix even advertised its need for "taggers" in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Both Moss and Akbay allege they worked closely with Netflix management and sometimes labored more than 40 hours a week. "Theoretically, [Akbay] could set her own hours, but Netflix imposed deadlines for assignments that in effect imposed a rigid work schedule," states her complaint (damages being sought are not specified). Watching Netflix became her primary source of income, and after she told the company this in 2014, she says she was terminated. One labor attorney says it's not surprising to hear about "juicer" class actions because there has been a rash of lawsuits of late -- including from Uber drivers and Grubhub delivery people -- testing whether their work fits the definition of an employment relationship. "There is a perfect storm of events, which includes the proliferation of 'gig economy' jobs and the advent of legislation with strict penalties for misclassification," says Kate Gold at Drinker Biddle & Reath. "The employment laws have not kept pace with the new realities of the labor economy." (Hollywood Reporter)

CBS Extends Grammy Deal, Airing Music Awards Through 2026. The new pact will keep the Recording Academy's flagship event for 53 consecutive years. CBS' love affair with the Grammys continues. The network has signed a new deal to continue broadcasting the awards show through 2026. The extension, which will set a new record for the longest continuing awards show-network partnership at 54 years, comes earlier than expected. CBS and the Recording Academy last inked a 10-year deal in 2011. What's no surprise is CBS' interest in keeping the show. Even with dips in its Monday move, this year's Grammy telecast will likely wrap the year as CBS' highest-rated telecast. The Feb. 15 show averaged a 7.7 rating in the key demo of adults 18-49 and nearly 25 million people. Behind the Oscars, currently at ABC, the Grammys regularly ranks as the second-highest-rated awards show on TV. Coinciding with the news, the 2017 Grammys date is now set for Feb. 12 -- returning to Sunday night and airing live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. "We are pleased to continue our valued partnership with the Recording Academy and remain the home of the Grammys for years to come," said CBS Corp. president, CEO and chairman of the board Leslie Moonves. "This long-term agreement provides opportunities to continue to grow music's biggest night beyond the annual Grammy Awards with new specials throughout the television season." The deal does include yet-to-be announced Grammy specials. "We've called CBS home for more than 40 years, and they have truly become an exceptional partner to The Academy, sharing in our commitment to showcase music's transformative power through our annual telecast," said Academy president and CEO Neil Portnow. "The continuity of this long-standing partnership not only marks an unprecedented milestone in the industry, but also enables The Academy to expand its philanthropic works - preserving our musical heritage, supporting music makers in need, and putting music in more schools to ensure that it remains a lasting part of our culture. We look forward to the next 10." (Hollywood Reporter)
