COMMERCIAL GRADE RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT (HXYAAA6167E626 (FTKX REST)) This is one lot of commercial grade restaurant equipment from closed Godfathers Pizza and Taco John Restaurants. Unless noted there is one of each of the following items. Qty 2 Hatco Warming Tables, Qty 2 Bunn Hot Water Dispensers, Rolling Cart, Potato Cutter (missing blade), Delfield Cold Pan, AWP Wyott Electric Grill, Qty 2 Fryer Stations (surplus Burger King), Fry Master Fryer (natural gas), Somerset dough press, Hatco Warmer, Amana Microwave Over, Prince Castle Warmer (missing cord), Groen Steam Kettle Table, Qty 2 Lincoln Ovens Model 1450 (natural gas) Randall Pizza Make Up Table, Hobart Mixer, Qty 2 Star Griddles, Perlick Kegerator, Homes Equipment Stainless Steel Center Island Make Up Table (refrigerated and heated). Most of this equipment was in working order when it was removed from service in the past couple years. Most is over 10 years old. See attached Additional Documents 71QSCI16380002.pdf for additional photos and information regarding this equipment. The buyer must provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to disassemble, remove, and load this equipment. AAFES cannot assist in the process or provide equipment or tools. This equipment is in a storage area and all utilities have been disconnected. All work must be accomplished in a safe manner and in compliance with any applicable codes or regulations. Any debris generated by the removal of this equipment will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be properly disposed of. Buyer will be responsible for any damage caused to the property that is not consistent with the removal of this equipment. With proper notification, forklift assistance is available to set this onto the back of a truck or trailer. AAFES will not assist in securing the equipment in the truck or trailer.
