Combination of recapped and virgin tires are in fair condition and the size is 275 80R22.5. Landing gear, roof, floor, and brakes are in good condition. Roll up door is missing a couple rollers but still function properly. Base security applies. Forest River Travel Trailer (367117614005191 (EE 77081)) One each Forest River travel trailer Sn:4X4FSMD286R393767 trailer has major water damage to front. See photos. All of the wall behind the bed has rotted and showing steel from the inside. Has soft floors. Sky light is broken and allowing water to enter unit. Roof leaks, evidence of rodent activity. Covered in thorny vegetation. Unit has been outside exposed to weather its whole life. Tires are flat and dry rotted. Exact date of manufacture is unknown was purchased in 2007. Approx. 28 feet in length INSPECTION ENCOURAGED, AND BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
