Long-term frontage road closure at Loop 303 and I-10 interchange

The Arizona Department of Transportation will have the following closures in place as part of the Interstate 10 / Loop 303 Interchange project in the West Valley.

  • Eastbound I-10 Frontage Road closed between Citrus Road and Cotton Lane from 2 a.m. Monday (June 13) to mid-March 2017. Detour: Drivers can use Van Buren Street or McDowell Road as an alternate route.
  • Eastbound I-10 narrowed to two lanes between Citrus Road and Loop 303 from 9 p.m. Monday (June 13) to 5 a.m. Tuesday (June 14).
  • Westbound Interstate 10 ramp to northbound Loop 303 closed from 9 p.m. Monday (June 13) to 5 a.m. Tuesday(June 14). Detour: Drivers can use Sarival Avenue to McDowell Road to Cotton Lane to access northbound Loop 303 at Thomas Road.

ADOT works to inform the public about planned roadway restrictions, but there is a possibility that unscheduled closures or restrictions may occur. Weather can also affect a work schedule.
