Courtney Stodden has suffered a miscarriage while pregnant with her first child with Doug Hutchison. "It is with a heavy heart to inform you that last week Courtney Stodden suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage," Stodden's manager Gina Rodriguez said in a statement to PEOPLE. "Courtney and her husband, Doug, are at an emotional loss for words and are using this time to grieve with their close family and friends. "Please respect their privacy as the couple try to cope with losing their precious baby and seek the support they both need," the statement continued. Stodden, 21, and Hutchison, 55, first announced that they were expecting a baby in May. The Big Brother U.K. star said at the time that she felt "happy about [her pregnancy] but extremely overwhelmed." On Saturday, Stodden tweeted, "I love you my sweet angel." She followed up with another tweet, writing, "God is embracing you." Two-and-a-half years after tying the knot, Stodden and Hutchison were legally separated. However, nine months later the pair reconciled, as Stodden's mother Krista Keller told PEOPLE that her daughter "found out that she really, really loves Doug and he's the one she wants to spend the rest of her life with." Maury Povich is one step away from getting involved in Nick Young's family drama. The NBA star finally confirmed he and ex-girlfriend Keona Green are expecting baby No. 2. "Yeah," the Lakers guard chuckled to reporters at the RISE basketball event in Los Angeles on Saturday, according to People. Young, 31, who shares 4-year-old son Nick Jr. with Green, 30, hadn't publicly commented on reports he impregnated his former gal pal. While single mom Green told Us Weekly she was "200 percent" sure her unborn daughter was Young's, the unexpected pregnancy didn't factor in to his split with Iggy Azalea. "I have never even been told by Nick that his baby mother is pregnant, so if this is true I'm finding out via E News," the 26-year-old singer tweeted. "This is just like a second shot to the chest. And I feel like I don't even know who the hell it is I've been loving all this time." Azalea originally broke off her engagement to Young in June after she caught her beau bringing home other women via security footage. Green explained her affair with the NBA star had been going on for quite some time. "It was last year, around September," Green said. "We would take our son to Magic Mountain together. But sometimes Nick would say, 'Oh, there's too much traffic,' and he'd just play with Nicholas in his room. We got caught up in the moment and it just happened." While Green's relationship status with Young is still unknown, she'd be willing to give their romance another go. "We haven't discussed how we're going to move forward," she explained. "Right now he needs to focus on basketball and getting his life in order. Basketball is what puts food on two people's plates that he's taking care of. But I will definitely give it a chance if he comes back and says, 'I'm really going to make this work this time.' Why not?" (Page Six)
Calvin Harris has found a new love. A source tells Page Six exclusively that the DJ is "casually" seeing "Superlove" singer Tinashe. "They have been seeing each other on the DL. It's only been weeks, so it's still pretty casual right now. They've been on a few dates," the source told us. Tinashe and Harris met in the studio in 2014 when they collaborated on the song "Dollar Signs." They were rumored to be writing songs for Rihanna at the time. "They stayed in touch and recently started hanging out again," the source said. The duo was spotted on a date at Nobu in Malibu on Saturday. "It was clearly a date. They were super close," a spy said. Reps for the couple did not comment. (Page Six)
Miley Cyrus isn't hiding her love for Liam Hemsworth these days. On Sunday, the Wrecking Ball singer took to Instagram to flaunt her affection for the Hunger Games hottie -- oh and to promote her charity The Happy Hippie Foundation too. Way to be IG official, guys! For the snap, the former Disney darling wrote: "So much love in one pic... ?????? get ur happy hippie teeeee hereeeee http://miley.lk/HappyHippieMerch"We're not sure what we love more, Liam in Miley's pro-LGBT swag or his adorable pup Dora? It seems there's no denying that Miz Cyrus and the Independence Day: Resurgence actor are back on. In case you forgot, the twosome called off their engagement and split up back in 2013 but sparked reconciliation rumors in January of this year when they were spotted getting cozy at the Falls Music Festival. Not to mention, the blonde beauty has dropped hints about her rekindled romance with Chris Hemsworth's brother on IG over the last few months. We mean, does anyone else remember when she rocked that Hemsworth t-shirt or got a matching vegemite tattoo?? We certainly do! Here's hoping this display of affection means the famous couple will get more candid about the status of their relationship. We can't be the only ones that want answers about why the 23-year-old is constantly wearing her old engagement ring... (Perez Hilton)
Kim Kardashian Posts Video of Kanye West and Taylor Swift Discussing "Famous" Lyrics. Kim Kardashian is shedding light on a conversation Taylor Swift and Kanye West had regarding the song "Famous." In a series of Snapchats posted Sunday evening, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star allowed fans to get a glimpse into portions of the phone call exchanged by the music performers. "For all my Southside n-----s that know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex," Kanye said when reading a portion of the lyrics to the song. Kanye is also overheard saying that he doesn't "want to do rap that makes people feel bad." "Umm, yeah go with whatever line you think is better," Taylor replied. "It's obviously very tongue in cheek either way. And I really appreciate you telling me about it, that's really nice." She continued, "I really appreciate it, the heads up is so nice. Even asking or seeing if I would be okay with it and I really appreciate it. I would never expect you to like tell me about a line in one of your songs." Taylor goes on to also thank Kanye for the flowers he sent her that were later posted onto her Instagram page. "Relationships are more important than punch lines," Kanye explained. Taylor replied, "I don't think anyone would listen to that and think that's a real diss she must be crying. You've gotta tell the story the way that it happened to you and the way that you experienced it. You honestly didn't know who I was before that. It doesn't matter that I sold seven million of that album before you did that, which is what happened, you didn't know who I was before that. It's fine." Speculation regarding how much was communicated between Taylor and Kanye before the release of "Famous" has gone on for several months. Back in February, Taylor's rep said in a statement to E! News that "Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single 'Famous' on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric, 'I made that bitch famous.'" Kim has yet to post video or audio of Taylor approving the lyrics "I made that bitch famous." (Eonline)
Taylor Swift Responds to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's "Famous" Video Footage. We've heard from Kimye, but now it's time to get Taylor Swift 's perspective. Shortly after Kim Kardashian shared video footage of Kanye West's phone call with Taylor regarding certain lyrics from the track "Famous," the "Shake It Off" singer shared new insight on what was and wasn't discussed in the call. "Where in the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me 'that bitch' in his song? It doesn't exist because it never happened. You don't get to control someone's emotional response to being called 'that bitch' in front of the entire world," the post began. "Of course I wanted to like the song. I wanted to believe Kanye when he told me that I would love the song." She continued, "I wanted us to have a friendly relationship. He promised to play the song for me, but he never did. While I wanted to be supportive of Kanye on the phone call, you cannot 'approve' a song you haven't heard." Taylor went on to express her hopes to not be a part of this conversation for much longer. "Being falsely printed as a liar when I was never given the full story or played any part of the song is character assassination," she explained. "I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative, one that I have never asked to be a part of, since 2009." As for her caption to the post, the Grammy winner wrote: "That moment when Kanye West secretly records your phone call, then Kim posts it on the Internet." Speculation regarding how much was communicated between Taylor and Kanye before the release of "Famous" has gone on for several months. In several Snapchats posted Sunday evening, Kim provided a glimpse into portions of the phone call exchanged by the music performers. "For all my Southside n-----s that know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex," Kanye said when reading a portion of the lyrics to the song. Taylor replied, "Umm, yeah go with whatever line you think is better. It's obviously very tongue in cheek either way. And I really appreciate you telling me about it, that's really nice." Later on in the conversation, Taylor confessed: "If people ask me about it I think it would be great for me to be like, 'Look, he called me and told me the line before it came out. Jokes on you guys, We're fine.'" None of Kim's Snapchats, however, feature video or audio of Taylor approving the lyrics "I made that bitch famous." (Eonline)
Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and More Stars Take Sides in Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift's Latest Feud. Team Kim, Team Taylor or Team No One? After Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians aired, Kim Kardashian shared a series of Snapchat videos that showed Kanye West on the phone with Taylor Swift six months ago. Everything seemed copacetic as the musicians discussed West's song, "Famous." Swift even approved the line, "To all my southside n---as that know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex." At the time, West told her, "All I give a f--k about is you as a person and as a friend. I want things that make you feel good. I don't want to do rap that makes people feel bad." Swift said the name-drop was "like a compliment, kind of." What they didn't appear to discuss, though, was the lyric that followed: "Why? I made that bitch famous (God damn) / I made that bitch famous." (Swift made that clear during her 2016 Grammys speech for Album of the Year.) West was vilified after the song's release and Swift's speech. "I really don't give a f--k, so I'll do whatever to protect my husband," Kardashian said in Sunday's episode. In GQ's July issue, she stood by her claim that Swift signed off on the line. "She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't," she said. "I swear, my husband gets so much s--t for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved." A rep for Swift maintains she was never made aware of West's lyric, "I made that bitch famous." After the Snapchat videos went viral, #KimExposedTaylorParty trended on Twitter. Swift shared her side of the story via Instagram Sunday. "Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me 'that bitch' in his song? It doesn't exist because it never happened. You don't get to control someone's emotional response to being called 'that bitch' in front of the entire world. Of course I wanted to like the song. I wanted to believe Kanye when he told me that I would love the song. I wanted us to have a friendly relationship. He promised to play the song for me, but he never did," she told her fans. "While I wanted to be supportive of Kanye on the phone call, you cannot 'approve' a song you haven't heard. Being falsely painted as a liar when I was never given the full story or played any part of the song is character assassination." Referencing West storming the stage at the MTV VMAs seven years ago, she said, "I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative, one that I have never asked to be a part of, since 2009." As memes were made, stars took sides in the stars' social media squabble, including Swift's friend and squad member Selena Gomez. In a series of tweets, the "Kill Em With Kindness" singer told her 44.1 million followers, "There are more important things to talk about...Why can't people use their voice for something that f--king matters? Truth is last thing we need right now is hate, in any form. This industry is so disappointing yet the most influential smh." The Twitter trolls then turned on Gomez, as #SelenaGomezIsOverParty #GoToSleepSelena trended. Meanwhile, Demi Lovato and Pharrell Williams liked tweets that were written in support of Kardashian; Williams un-liked the tweet after fans took notice. Zendaya liked two tweets after Kardashian's Snapchat story took the Internet by storm. One message included two photos of Zendaya and Swift posing with past and present squad members. "My girl zendaya knew better," the caption read. In the second tweet, a Twitter user wrote, "I'm glad zendaya was never really down with that whole Taylor squad s--t." Zendaya later un-liked the tweets. The drama even affected live TV, as Billy Eichner was a guest on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live when he was asked what he thought of people "trying to take down" Swift. "I think Taylor Swift likes to be talked about and ultimately likes everything that happening on some level," he said. Chloe Grace Moretz, who's had her own highly publicized issues with Kardashian in the past, chimed in, too. "Everyone in this industry needs to get their heads out of a hole and look around to realize what's ACTUALLY happening in the REAL world," the Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising star tweeted. "Stop wasting your voice on something so petulant and unimportant." In Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kris Jenner told Kardashian to call Swift and "make amends." But as her Snapchat followers would soon discover, she had no intention of doing so. "Thank you for your lovely advice," she said, "but I'm not going to take it." (Eonline)
Rita Ora and Lewis Hamilton have had us all speculating about their "friendship" for a while now, but it looks like things are heating up between the pair as the Formula One champ was spotted leaving the singer's London home last week. Following a night of partying to celebrate his Grand Prix victory, the 31 year old was seen leaving the star's mansion the next morning wearing what appeared to be the white top and gold chain he sported the night before... Surely this means a romance is on the cards? The two previously sparked relationship rumors during a recent trip to Montenegro where they were allegedly cozying up to one another by a river but this latest rendezvous between them suggests they *could* be a real thing. Lewis split from ex Pussycat Doll and former X-Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger in 2015 after dating on and off for several years. Meanwhile Rita who famously dated Calvin Harris and Rob Kardashian, also ended a relationship last year with Tommy Hilfiger's rapper son, Ricky Hil. (British Glamour)
Is Chris Martin ready to consciously re-couple already? With the ink on his finally finalized divorce from Gwyneth Paltrow still drying, the Coldplay lead singer's girlfriend, Annabelle Wallis, posted a picture to Instagram that seems to show a large diamond ring on her ring finger. The 31-year-old English actress -- who has been dating Martin since March -- captioned the shot, "Perfect dress for a wedding," ignoring the jewelry completely and commenting on her outfit. We assume she's not referring to her own nuptials yet. Paltrow and Martin's split just became official on Thursday -- two years after they announced that they were "consciously uncoupling" -- leaving Martin free to be betrothed once again. He and his now-former wife are said to have reached a settlement in May. According to court documents, Paltrow, 43, and Martin, 39, had reached a written agreement regarding property and child support, and both parties have agreed never to seek spousal support. (Page Six)
Cops in Georgia are refuting Yung Joc's claim whites get tased and blacks get shot. The Union City Police Department defended its tactics after the rapper voiced frustration about seeing cops tase a white man on Wednesday as he attempted to flee from court. Joc says if it had been him, cops would have pulled their guns instead -- but the cops take offense to the rapper's comment. A spokesperson tells us, "We are a proactive police department and we are working with the community to build a better relationship with the citizens and specifically with the African American community." Translation: Stop trying to make us look bad, Yung Joc. One law enforcement source tells us UCPD is confident it followed protocol in the taser incident and insists officers would have done the same for any other suspect, regardless of race. (TMZ)
Taylor Swift threatened Kanye West with criminal prosecution months ago for secretly recording her phone conversation with him ... TMZ has learned. TMZ has a copy of a letter Taylor's lawyer sent to Kanye's attorney back in February. The lawyer made it clear, under California law, anyone who secretly records a telephone conversation with someone in the state commits a criminal offense ... and it's a felony. A source connected with Kanye told TMZ the conversation was recorded in an L.A.-area studio. The letter threatens ... "Demand is hereby made that you immediately destroy all such recordings, provide us of assurance that this has been done, and also assurance that these recordings have not been previously disseminated." Finally, Taylor also has the right to file a lawsuit against Kim and Kanye for violating the law. Stay tuned. (TMZ)

Kobe Bryant Gets Slimed in Gold, Warns Kids Against People Trying to ''Crush'' Their Dreams at the 2016 Kids' Choice Sports Awards. The 2016 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Sports Awards was filled with tons of legends, including Russell Wilson and Steph Curry...but the biggest legend of the night was certainly Kobe Bryant. The former Los Angeles Lakers player -- who retired from the NBA earlier this year -- was honored with the Legend Award. Zendaya presented him with the honorary blimp, and during his acceptance speech, he thanked his family and made sure to leave children with some solid advice. "It seems like it was yesterday I was your guys' age and I had a dream," he told the audience. "I had ambition for being one of the greatest basketball players of all time. And through hard work and dedication that dream came true." He continued, "But I want to tell you guys something to be mindful of: when you have a dream, the one thing you need to watch out for are those that are trying to crush your dream. You cannot allow that to happen. That is your biggest challenge. So I challenge you to have your dream, go after it with all you have and be legendary in your own right." Right after he concluded, he threw his hands in the air and ended is speech in the most perfect way possible: getting slimed in gold -- the only appropriate way to slime a legend! When the basketball star first found out about winning the award in June, he released a statement expressing his gratitude and excitement. "It's an honor to receive Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Sports Legend Award," Kobe said at the time. "This is a great opportunity to inspire kids to never lose their imaginations and to dream bigger than what they think is possible. If you stay true to that, the hard work, dedication and success will always follow." Meanwhile, Kobe, his pregnant wife, Vanessa, and his two daughters, Gianna and Natalia, also joined him on the carpet before the show. The girls looked absolute ecstatic to be standing with their daddy, looking like his spit image while smiling from ear-to-ear and posing for photos. And now we can look forward to another one! Just last week, the couple announced they are expecting their third child, a baby girl. The mama-of-three-to-be took to Instagram to announce the happy news. "Beyond blessed and excited to share that we are expecting our third baby girl!!! #blessed #babymamba #thankful," the 34-year-old wrote alongside an adorable onesie and baby sneakers. After Vanessa made her account private, Kobe shared the same picture and caption on his own account. (Eonline)
Mob Wives Star Big Ang Remembered With "Big Dance Party" in Staten Island. The life of Angela "Big Ang" Raiola was celebrated this weekend in Staten Island as friends, family and fans came together for a "Big Dance Party." In honor of the Mob Wives star, attendees were treated to an unforgettable night of disco music, tributes and love for the unforgettable VH1 star. "We had a beautiful night and phenomenal lineup of talent," Angela's attorney Stephen Spinelli told E! News after the charity event. "All of the talent donated their acts and services to the show. You couldn't ask for a better lineup." In between telling stories and dancing the night away, guests including stars from Jersey Shore and Orange Is the New Black were also able to watch a video presentation celebrating Angela's life. "[Her husband] Neil was very happy to see the turnout and see how many people loved his wife," Stephen shared with E! News. "All in all, I would categorize it as an upbeat, happy event because that's what Neil wanted. He was sure that is what Angela wanted. If you knew Angela, she would have said enjoy yourself and get over it." Ever since her introduction to reality TV on Mob Wives, Big Ang developed a loyal fan base. Thanks to her larger than life personality, the proud mom would also land two spin-offs and a few movie roles including a part in Scary Movie 5. While she was never one to shy away from a fun time or a dramatic sit-down with her co-stars, Big Ang would ultimately document part of her cancer battle on TV. She "peacefully ended her battle with cancer" on February 18 when she passed away at 55 years old. While the dance party was a night of celebration, those closest to Big Ang couldn't help but miss their dear friend who always reminded others that "I'm not here for a long time, I'm here for a good time." Ultimately, the response from fans has given the family hope that they can make this disco dance fest an annual event. "I can't tell you how rewarding it was when her best friends said Angela would have loved this. This is exactly what she would have wanted," Stephen shared with E! News. "This is what Angela's life was all about." (Eonline)

U2 frontman Bono was at a Nice cafe just blocks from where a madman was plowing through crowds of people watching the fireworks for Bastille Day, according to a French report. The 56-year-old Irish rocker, who owns a house in Eze, was eating dinner with some pals on the terrace of the fancy La Petite Maison on Thursday night when hordes of petrified people started streaming into the streets near the restaurant. They were fleeing the Promenade des Anglais, where Mohamed Bouhlel mowed down scores of revelers with a 20-ton truck -- killing 84 and injuring more than 200. "Suddenly, I saw people running without shouting," owner Anne-Laure Rubi told La Parisienne magazine. Rubi instructed her employees to close the shutters and everyone in the restaurant -- including Bono, the former mayor of Nice and celebrity chef Alain Ducasse -- hid for about half an hour until police cleared the area. They were all escorted out of the restaurant with their hands on their heads, a frightened customer told the French publication. "The situation was very confusing. We did not know what was happening," the patron said, adding that there were fears that bombs could go off in the area and that there was a hostage situation unfolding at the nearby Meridien hotel. This is the second time Bono has been dangerously close to a terror attack in France -- he was just a few miles away from the horror that unfolded at the Bataclan theater last November. His band was in Paris last November prepping for a concert at the AccorHotels Arena that was supposed to be broadcast live on HBO when the wave of coordinated ISIS attacks at the concert hall, cafes and restaurants across the city killed 130 people and injured 368. The rockers stayed in Paris in wake of the attacks and all brought flowers to the Bataclan, where 89 people attending an Eagles of Death Metal concert were slaughtered, the following morning. It's just one of many times Bono has brushed death. The door to U2's private jet flew off during a flight from Dublin to Berlin last November - -- causing most of their luggage to fly out the sky-high door. He also seriously injured himself in a cycling accident in Central Park in 2014, requiring two surgeries that rendered him unable to play the guitar for months. (Page Six)
Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are together again ... or so it seems. Sharon and Ozzy went out for a stroll over the weekend in L.A. Last time we saw them together she was sporting a wide grin at one of his concerts in the U.K. That smile could've been about business -- she's still his manager -- but this time there's no music, and for what it's worth ... Sharon continues to smile. (TMZ)
Did Teen Mom 2 Star Jenelle Evans Just Confirm Her Third Pregnancy?! Congratulations! ... Maybe?! Jenelle Evans posted -- and then deleted -- a message on Instagram Sunday that makes it seem like the MTV standout might be pregnant with what would be her third child! But the circumstances around the situation are strange, to say the least... It all started earlier this month, when Jenelle and her boyfriend, David Eason, were involved in a car accident -- the Teen Mom star told officers that she was 10 weeks pregnant at the time after complaining of abdominal pain and being transported to a local hospital. That information leak comes on the heels of not just one, but two other rumors that Evans may be pregnant -- rumors she has flatly denied in the past. And now, after this third rumor started to float, the reality TV star has lashed out on social media again to clear things up. In a since-deleted IG post on Sunday, Evans responded to the information leak by going after internet trolls who she felt were disrespecting her: "I don't understand what is 'disappointing' or 'sad' [referring to the pregnancy]. Why not ask if I'm ok from the car accident?! Why not be concerned about my health?! I want privacy. All of you disgust me. It's all about gossip these days... Funny someone else comes out with news they are pregnant and the world is overjoyed." Whoa! It's that last sentence that is catching special attention, of course -- because it sure sounds like she might be comparing her pregnancy (?) to that of Teen Mom 2 co-star Chelsea Houska, who announced last week that she is now expecting. Evans deleted that IG post very quickly -- and she's also deleted her entire Twitter account! (Perez Hilton)
Brandi Glanville's boyfriend won't admit he's dating her because their relationship isn't "on brand." Glanville -- who's been dating British bad boy Calum Best for months -- felt hurt, confused and led-on when he suggested on Instagram that he's single, posting a caption, "Relationship status: Table for one, but drinks for two." But insiders told Page Six that Best just wants to make it seem to his "fans" (whoever they are) that he's an eligible bachelor. "Calum says being single is part of his brand," said a source. Here's How Bethenny Frankel Is ''Rinsing Off the Stench'' From the Real Housewives of New York City. The big drama is enough for Bethenny Frankel to get out of the Big Apple. As new episodes of the Real Housewives of New York City continue to air, one of the show's biggest stars decided to escape far away from any cat fights and vagina monologues. While enjoying a weekend in Las Vegas, the Skinnygirl founder documented her stay on social media where she was able to enjoy some fitness, pool time and plenty of good food. "Just did yoga now this," she shared on the popular app while lounging in the sun. "Just rinsing off the stench of the past season of the Real Housewives and just relaxing." Later on in the weekend, Bethenny stopped by Beauty & Essex inside the Cosmopolitan for a feast consisting of avocado toast, French onion soup dumplings, kale salad and more. If you're thinking the meal is no fun (or way too healthy), get off her jock. Bethenny later documented her stop to Burger Lounge where she savored more than a couple of onion rings. Fans know that the past couple of weeks for the RHONY gang haven't exactly been smooth sailing. In addition to filming the reunion show just last week, Bethenny and new cast member Jules Wainstein experienced a dinner throwdown in a recent episode. Viewers have also witnessed Bethenny go through a health scare with her fibroids surgery. Luckily, her condition has improved today. "I've been treating myself really healthfully since then and I recovered pretty well," she shared on Watch What Happens Live. "I have a scar and I think I'm OK now." As for what's coming up in the season, you're just going to have to watch what happens. (Eonline)
A video posted online shows "Late Show" host Stephen Colbert taking over the microphone on stage in Cleveland in a "Hunger Games" themed prank at the site of the Republican National Convention, which begins Monday. The video shows Colbert behind the podium saying it's his honor "to hereby launch and begin the 2016 Republican hungry for power games" and banging a gavel. A man who appears to be security then confronts Colbert, who says "I know I'm not supposed to be up here, but let's be honest, neither is Donald Trump" before being led off stage. Colbert dressed like "Hunger Games" emcee Caesar Flickerman for the spoof, complete with a blue wig. He's worn the same getup on his show in a recurring bit about the presidential campaign. (Page Six)
Sonja Morgan says she's no threat to Bethenny Frankel's calorie-conscious Skinnygirl brand -- because she has no intention of being a skinny girl. Morgan -- who has been locked in a trademark battle with her "Real Housewives" co-star Frankel and her company since Morgan launched the similarly named Tipsygirl wine and restaurant brand -- told us, "I'm a big, fat, tipsy girl .?.?. I have a different market. The very young party girl and a very old party group that just wants to brunch all day; tourists that just want to come and sit around and drink all day. They want to eat calamari and hamburgers and pasta." Frankel's brand is targeted at the "alcorexics." We know which drinkers we'd rather hang out with. (Page Six)

Guns N' Roses Gets Detained at Canadian Border for Having...a Gun. Talk about a very literal play on words. The legendary rock stars of Guns N' Roses didn't get the Canadian welcome they were expecting upon crossing the border Friday. According to frontman Axl Rose, the group's bus was stopped and searched upon entering the neighboring country for the next stop on their reunion tour, Not in This Lifetime. The group was on its way from Philadelphia, where they had performed the night before. "You did what? What? 'Oh, yeah, we found a gun,'" Rose described the encounter with border control to the sold-out crowd in Toronto Saturday night. "So we weren't exactly arrested, we were detained." However, there were no hard feelings between the band and Canadian officials. "They were very nice. They were very nice. They were very understanding," Rose added. "You know, it happens. You can forget you had a f---ing gun. Wasn't my gun." A rep for the band confirmed the account to Billboard, saying "Yes, this indeed happened on Friday, July 15, as they were crossing the border coming from the Philadelphia tour stop on the 14th." According to the rep, the gun did not belong to any member of the band. Fortunately, the group did make it to Toronto just in time for their show. "Always a good time in #Canada! Thank you #Toronto," they shared on Instagram. Guns N' Roses is scheduled to continue touring the United States before heading off to South America for the third and final leg of the tour, which ends in late November. (Eonline)
Avalanches Postpone European Festival Dates Citing Medical Condition. It's been a ridiculously long wait for an Avalanches reunion. And for European fans the wait to see the Aussie act will go on a little while longer. That's the outlook after the returning cut-and-paste masters announced a string of European festival shows would be postponed due to illness. According to a statement posted at its social media accounts, band member Tony DiBlasi is suffering with an undisclosed medical condition requiring treatment in Australia and has been "advised against international travel for the next few months." Scheduled dates at London's Field Day and La Route Du Rock in France will be canned, though this weekend's show at Splendour in the Grass festival in Byron Bay, Australia will go ahead as planned. Replacement dates for the canceled European shows will be announced in due course, the statement adds. The act made their live comeback at Primavera Sound in Barcelona, Spain last month in support of the new album release Wildflower, their first since 2000's critically lauded Since I Left You. Wildflower opened at No. 1 on Australia's albums chart this week and at No. 10 in the U.K. (Billboard)

MGMT, Blondie, Arcade Fire's Win Butler & Others Pay Tribute to Suicide's Alan Vega. Alan Vega meant a lot to a lot of musicians. Though the Suicide lead singer, who died on Saturday at age 78, was not necessarily a household name, his band's dark, gritty electronic punk sound had a huge influence on a generation of other bands and performers, as evidenced by the multiple tributes that were released to Vega over the weekend. MGMT posted a cover of "Goodbye Darling," a song from Vega's 1983 solo album, Saturn Strip in "loving memory" of their musical mentor. Stereogum noted that Arcade Fire singer Win Butler also paid homage, covering Suicide's propulsive "Dream Baby Dream" under his DJ Windows 98 alter ego, dubbing it "K33p Ur Dr34ms." Another tribute came from Majical Cloudz leader Devon Welsh, who posted an unreleased song he wrote about Vega in 2011 called "Me and Alan Vega." A number of other acts also said goodbye and shared their thoughts on Vega's influence. (Billboard)
The Veronicas, Avalanches Rule Australia's Charts. It's been 16 long years between albums, and it turns out The Avalanches were missed. The Australian sample-weavers score a first No. 1 on their homeland's albums chart with the comeback record Wildflower (Modular/EMI). The new set opens atop the latest ARIA Albums Chart, nudging the previous week's best-seller, Delta Goodrem's Wings Of The Wild (Sony), into second place. Wildflower easily eclipses the No. 21 peak of the Avalanches' debut Since I Left You, which was released in 2000 and reached its highest chart position in October 2001. Since I Left You has returned to the chart this week at No. 25 ahead of their homecoming performance this Friday (July 22) at the Splendour in the Grass festival in Byron Bay. The top five on the albums chart this week is rounded out by Blink-182's California (Liberation/Universal), which drops 2-3; Adele's 25 (XL/Inertia), up 5-4; and Beyonce's Lemonade (Columbia/Sony), up 6-5. Among the week's highest new entries are ScHoolboy Q Blank Face LP (Interscope/Universal), which starts at No. 9; and Biffy Clyro Ellipsis (14th Floor/Warner), new at No. 15. Meanwhile, The Veronicas lock-up a second week at No. 1 on the ARIA Singles Chart with "In My Blood" (Sony). The sister act has three No. 1s, with "You Ruin Me" enjoying the longest stint at the summit at three weeks back in September 2014. The top five is completed by Drake Feat. Wizkid & Kyla's "One Dance," unchanged at No. 2 (Republic/Universal); Calvin Harris Feat. Rihanna's "This Is What You Came For" (Columbia/Sony), up 4-3; Shawn Mendes' "Treat You Better" (Island/Universal), which improves from No. 6 to a new peak of No. 4; and Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop The Feeling!" (RCA/Sony), down 3-5, while tracks by Anne-Marie ("Alarm" at No. 30, via EastWest/Warner), DJ Mustard ("Don't Hurt Me at No. 36, via Roc Nation/Universal) and Illy ("Papercuts" at No. 37, via Warner) crack the top 40. Conspicuous in its absence from the upper tiers of the chart is The Voice Australia winner Alfie Arcuri's "Cruel". Arcuri's recording debuts at No. 89, reportedly setting a dubious new record as the reality TV show's worst performing winner's single. (Billboard)

Gal Gadot Explains Why Wonder Woman Needed a Female Director: ''It's a Whole Different Connection.'' It's not very difficult to figure out why Wonder Woman would see a female director at the helm of the film, especially during a period in which feminism is at an all-time high and women are seeking equality in the industry. However, all of that aside, the leading lady of the Warner Bros. live-action movie, Gal Gadot, said there's a special connection between women, explaining just how "important" it was to see Patty Jenkins take on the directing role for Wonder Woman. "All my life I've been working with male directors which I've really enjoyed," the actress told Entertainment Weekly in a recent interview. "And I'm lucky in that I've worked with men who have a lot of respect for women. But working with a woman is a different experience. It feels like the communication is different. We talk about emotions." She continued, "With Patty, it's a thing now, we communicate with our eyes. She doesn't need to say a thing. If I'm hurt, she feels the pain. It's a whole different connection that I have with her. She's also brilliant, she's bright, she's fierce, she's sharp. She knows exactly what she wants Wonder Woman to be." "It's a story about a girl becoming a woman," Gadot added. "I think only a woman, who has been a girl, can be able to tell the story in the right way." Gadot said Diana Prince's story is one that many women will be able to relate to on all different levels. "I feel like Diana is really accessible. It's very easy to relate to her," the actress explained. "She has the heart of a human so she can be emotional, she's curious, she's compassionate, she loves people. And then she has the powers of a goddess. She's all for good, she fights for good, she believes in great. I want to be her. And in Wonder Woman, she has this naivete in her. It isn't stupid, it's magical. I would want to be naïve like that again." In a previous interview with EW, Gadot reiterated her sentiments about playing Wonder Woman, explaining how excited she is to see a female superhero take on the big screen. "Most of the movies, the men are in charge, the men are the most powerful ones," Gadot said. "You've had Superman and Batman and everyone, but Wonder Woman was never there." That's changing now, and Gadot couldn't be happier that her 4-year-old daughter has a heroine that she can one day look up to when she's old enough to watch the movie. "I'm so happy when she grows up she's going to see a female figure she can be inspired by." Wonder Woman is expected to hit theaters on June 2, 2017. (Eonline)
Why Hollywood Legend Robert Redford Is ''Worried" About America's Future. Robert Redford has a really good reason why you should see his new family-friendly movie Pete's Dragon. "It's the kind of film I think we can use more of right now with the world so dark around us and so much violence and so much racism and all these negative things," Redford tells me. "[It's] not a bad idea to have a movie that has hope and imagination and magic." But a magic dragon who raises a boy he finds in the forest after his parents are killed in a car crash could only do so much. "What is going to happen with America?" Redford says. "That is a good question that I don't have an immediate answer to, only that I am worried. I think we've lost civility. I think we've lost a certain degree of passion. I think passion unfortunately is directed into negative areas. I think it would be nice if we could switch back to positive areas. There's a lot to be positive about. We're very lucky to be in this country considering where the world is." The Oscar winner raised eyebrows last year when he said during an interview, "I'm glad [Trump is] in there because him being the way he is, and saying what he says the way he says it, I think shakes things up, and I think that's very needed. Because on the other side, it's so bland, it's so boring, it's so empty." After Trump tweeted how happy he was with Redford's remarks, the actor's rep clarified with The Hollywood Reporter that he was talking about Trump as a character and not as a politician. "He enjoys him," Redford's rep told the industry magazine, "but not for president." When I ask Redford if he ever thought Trump would get as far as he has, he smiles, "If he was going to be the dragon? I'll leave it at that. I think he'd be great for a sequel. They wouldn't have to worry about animation." Pete's Dragon is in theaters on Aug. 12. (Eonline)
After Beyonce dropped out of Bradley Cooper's directorial debut because the production couldn't afford her hefty $8 million pay demand, we're told Lady Gaga has gracefully stepped into the role. Hollywood insiders say that while Cooper was disappointed to not get his first choice for his remake of the 1954 Judy Garland classic "A Star Is Born," he has been very hands-on in recruiting Gaga. "Bradley flew out to direct Gaga in the audition himself, and she knocked it out of the park. Then he personally took the tape to Warner Bros. to get approval," we're told. The "Born This Way" singer saved the day after the entire production was thrown into jeopardy after Bey's deal fell through "because she wanted $8 million, plus all the perks," sources said. The total budget for the movie is said to be $40 million. We reported back in March that Cooper was still negotiating the deal with Warner Bros. to direct his first movie when the "Lemonade" star backed out. "Beyonce wanted too much money, and Warner Bros. balked at her price. The production budget was also said to be an issue with the studio," a source told us at the time. But we're told the project is back on track with Gaga's name attached. The remake of the movie -- which was itself a remake of a 1937 original -- has been a long time in the making. Clint Eastwood was originally set to direct back in 2011, when Beyonce's name was first mentioned as the female lead. Tom Cruise, Will Smith, Christian Bale and Leonardo DiCaprio were reportedly circling the male lead role, but the movie kept being delayed. Cooper -- who's been considering a move behind the camera for some time -- chose the project as his directorial debut, following the success of 2014's "American Sniper," also made with Warner Bros. Reps for Gaga, Cooper and Beyonce didn't get back to us. (Page Six)

Jackson are joined by Thai action star Tony Jaa, Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev, Bollywood star Deepika Padukone and Orange Is the New Black breakout Ruby Rose. Padukone also shared footage Sunday night on social media, teasing the threequel in a clip that sees her telling Diesel, "Whatever it is you're looking for, you're gonna come up short." D.J. Caruso (I Am Number Four) is directing the reboot, which was written by Chad St. John (London Has Fallen), with revisions by F. Scott Frazier (Collide). Paramount will release xXx: The Return of Xander Cage on Jan. 20, 2017. (Hollywood Reporter)

China Box Office: 'Cold War 2' Wins Second Weekend During Hollywood Release Break. As holdover 'Now You See Me 2' inches towards $100 million, Lionsgate has announced it will co-produce a Chinese-language spinoff. Johnnie To's Cold War 2 won its second consecutive weekend at the Chinese box office, during an ongoing break in the release of imported Hollywood films. The Hong Kong-set crime thriller earned $15.73 million from Friday to Sunday, a 64 percent slip from last week. The movie stars Aaron Kwok, Chow Yun-fat, Tony Leung and Eddie Pang. Its 10-day gross stands at $86 million. Huayi Brothers' romantic comedy When Larry Met Mary debuted to second place, earning $15.7 million. Produced by Peter Chan and helmed by actor-turned-first-time-director Wen Zhang, the movie beat Cold War 2 on Friday but fell to third place by Sunday. In third place for the full weekend, holdover Big Fish & Begonia, produced and distributed by Beijing Enlight Media, added $14.7 million for a 10-day total of $69.1 million. The film is now China's second-biggest local animation ever, behind only Monkey King: Hero Is Back, which earned a historic $153 million last July. Local horror thriller Tik Tok debuted with $7.9 million, edging out holdover Never Gone to take fourth. Never Gone earned $6.7 million for a 10-day cume of $46.2. Loosely branded as a sequel to Vicky Zhao's So Young (2013), the movie looks unlikely to come close to catching its predecessors landmark $114.7 million gross. Wanda Media's comedy western For A Few Bullets opened to a disappointing $6 million in sixth place, while Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows added $2.4 million for seventh, bumping its 16-day total to $57.6 million. In eight, Chinese-Russian animation film Sun Duck, the final new release this week, took $2.26 million. In ninth, Lionsgate's Now You See Me 2 earned another $870,000 for an impressive 24-day total of $96.5 million, considerably more than its $63.5 million North American haul. After the franchise's potent success in the Middle Kingdom -- now the world's no. 2 movie market -- Lionsgate and local film company Leomus Pictures have partnered to co-produce a Chinese Now You See Me spinoff. Rounding out the bottom of the charts was Huayi Brothers' animation flop, Rock Dog, which earned just $540,000 for a 10-day cume of $5.7 million. The movie cost an estimated $60 million to produce. The next Hollywood movie to open in China will be Warner Bros.' The Legend of Tarzan on July 19. (Hollywood Reporter)

Game of Thrones Season 7 Delay Confirmed -- Winter Is Coming Next Summer. There's new hope of relief from this sweltering summer: Winter is coming. But it's coming next summer. Game of Thrones is set to begin production on season seven this summer, but not premiere until the summer of 2017. HBO announced production on the seven-episode seventh season will be based in Northern Ireland with portions filming in Spain and Iceland. "Now that winter has arrived on Game of Thrones, executive producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss felt that the storylines of the next season would be better served by starting production a little later than usual, when the weather is changing," Carter Bloys, president of HBO programming, said in a statement. "Instead of the show's traditional spring debut, we're moving the debut to summer to accommodate the shooting schedule." Season seven directors Mark Mylod, Jeremy Podeswa, Matt Shakman and Alan Taylor. Game of Thrones co-creators Weiss and Benioff made headlines when they admitted that the season would likely be delayed. "We don't have an air date yet," Benioff and Weiss recently said. "We're starting a bit later because at the end of this season, 'Winter is here' -- and that means that sunny weather doesn't really serve our purposes any more. So we kind of pushed everything down the line, so we could get some grim, grey weather even in the sunnier places that we shoot." Game of Thrones picked up 23 Emmy nominations for the 2016 awards show. Among the honorees are Peter Dinklage, Kit Harington, Lena Headey, Maisie Williams and Emilia Clarke. Can you survive the long fall, winter and spring knowing Game of Thrones will return for the summer? (Eonline)

A health scare that definitely hasn't been embellished. Vicki Gunvalson rushes to the hospital to help with daughter Briana Culberson's medical issues in The Real Housewives of Orange County's Monday, July 18, episode, as seen in Us Weekly's exclusive sneak peek. The Bravo series' preview clip shows Gunvalson, 54, chatting in her home with Ryan Vieth's now-former fiancee, Sarah Rodriguez, who happened to run into the OG Housewife at the gas station right as Culberson, 29, was having trouble breathing. Rodriguez offers to watch Culberson's sons, Troy and Owen, until someone else is available. "Ironically, Sarah is at the gas station at the same time the ambulance pulls up," Gunvalson tells the camera. "It's like a godsend. It's like, 'Thank you, Jesus.' I don't know what I'm doing right now, but I just need somebody to be here for me." Tamra Judge hears about the health emergency and races over to Gunvalson's home to join Rodriguez. "[Vicki] called me, and I'm like, 'What's wrong?' I was freaking out," Judge says. "And she was like, 'It's not good. It's not good.' And then I could hear Briana in the background. ... Those are the sounds you never erase from your mind, her gasping for breath. It was just not good." Gunvalson tweeted last year that Culberson underwent surgery on November 13, 2015, to remove enlarged lymph nodes, and that the procedure was a success. Thus far, season 11 has one for Gunvalson, as the insurance maven continues to deal with fallout over last season's scandal centering on Brooks Ayers lying about his cancer diagnosis. The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo Mondays at 9 p.m. ET. (US Weekly)

It seems there's no denying that Miz Cyrus and the Independence Day: Resurgence actor are back on. In a series of Snapchats posted Sunday evening, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star allowed fans to get a glimpse into portions of the phone call exchanged by the music performers.
Stay tuned. (TMZ)
THE OTHER STUFF . . .

(Page Six)

ET. (US Weekly)
