Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds "Get Schooled" by Food Network Chefs After Welcoming Baby No. 2. Bring Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds two fantastic chefs and you get one happy couple. As the Hollywood pair enjoys life with two kids, the talented duo was able to savor some time with a few kitchen experts. "Spent the weekend getting schooled by @thecountrycat's Adam and Jackie Sappington, the obscenely charming and funny chefs from @foodnetwork," Ryan shared on Instagram Sunday afternoon. "If anybody's looking for them, they're handcuffed to my stove until the next olympics." He added, "I'll raise their two boys as if they were my own -- which, frankly, is a terrible thing for all involved." If you thought Ryan fell in love with them, just look at Blake's follow-up Instagram post. "I know SUPER famous people," she wrote on social media while holding the chefs' latest cookbook Heartlandia. "#BestChefsInTheWest @thecountrycat." For those unfamiliar with the Sappingtons, the pair recently appeared on an episode of Chopped where they crushed the competition with their buttermilk-fried rocky mountain oysters and Canadian bacon chocolate-toffee bark. According to social media, the couple specializes in American Heritage cookery and everything is made in-house from biscuits to butchery. "When you partner up with someone you love, you can pretty much conquer anything in the world," Adam shared on the show. Yah, we're falling in love with them too. Ever since welcoming their second child into the world, Ryan and Blake have tried to keep a low profile. And while Blake stepped out to attend her best friend's wedding just days after giving birth, both mom and dad aren't focused on making everything they do so public. "My husband and I chose a profession and a side effect of that is, your personal life is public," Blake explained in Marie Claire U.K. last summer. "Our child hasn't had the opportunity to choose whether or not she wants her personal life to be public or not. So in order to give her as much normality as possible, we want her to have a childhood like we had." (Eonline)

Lindsay Lohan Kisses Business Partner Dennis Papageorgiou. Are Lindsay Lohan and Dennis Papageorgiou mixing business with pleasure? The actress and her business partner were photographed kissing in Athens' Bouzoukia nightclub Friday. Perhaps it was a one-time thing, as the 30-year-old Mean Girls star told her 5 million Instagram followers, "Dennis is not my boyfriend. He is my business partner and dear friend." Twenty-four hours after their lip-lock, the pair opened Lindsay Lohan Nightclub in Athens. It was, by Lohan's account, a huge success. "We did good!!!!!" she wrote on Instagram. Who could blame Lohan for wanting to focus on the positive? Days earlier, she made headlines for a very different reason after a 2004 conversation between Donald Trump and Howard Stern resurfaced online. While discussing the actress' appearance ("You have to like freckles," Trump said), the presidential hopeful made bold assumptions about Lohan's libido. "She's probably deeply troubled and therefore great in bed," he told the shock jock. In light of the resurfaced audio, Lohan's rep issued a statement to CNN Friday. "Right now, Lindsay is choosing to focus on the positive things happening in her life and has decided to disregard the comments made about her by Presidential nominee Donald Trump," her rep said. "She is focusing on helping children around the world in need and that's where her passion is." Jamie Lee Curtis, who played Lohan's mother in the 2003 movie Freaky Friday, was incensed by what Trump had said about her co-star. She vented about it on Twitter, and the next night, E! News caught up with the actress at Children's Hospital Los Angeles' "Once Upon a Time" gala. "I was appalled! I was infuriated! This is somebody I know...He spoke about somebody that I actually know and love, who's very close to me, and it infuriated me. Because what he was talking about is a young girl -- a young girl who was in trouble -- and he was making lewd, sexual, conquest-y remarks," she told reporters. "And I'm no prude, ladies! I'm not running for office, nor am I a prude, but what he was saying was vile, because what he was saying was he would take advantage of her in her condition, in her youth...You tell me one teenager that any of you know that hasn't had some difficulty. What he was saying was 'the troubled girl' he was making sexual boasts about. And that felt, to me, way above and beyond any of his normal, vile behavior -- and it upset me!" Curtis told E! News she reached out to Lohan, who said she appreciated the public show of support. "She and I have a wonderful relationship," the Scream Queens star explained. "She's very well. She's in Europe, and believe it or not, she opened a nightclub this evening in Athens." (Eonline)

Why Jennifer Lopez Is the Poster Woman for Never Giving Up on Love. Jennifer Lopez has certainly been through the ringer when it comes to relationships. The 47-year-old singer and Casper Smart, 29, called it quits in August after nearly five years together. Now, E! News can confirm J.Lo broke up with him after discovering he had cheated on her...for the second time in their relationship. People was the first to report the story on Monday, as an insider told the publication, "She kicked him out because he cheated on her and he got caught. It happened two years ago, and he promised he would never do it again and once he did, she was done." While this news is surprising for many reasons -- how could anyone ever cheat in Jennifer Lopez?! -- it's not the first obstacle she's faced in her love life. The gorgeous singer has had a bit of a rocky relationship history. She's been married and divorced three times, maintained several long-term relationships that never made it the distance and dealt with her fair share of mental and emotional trauma, which she's been the first to admit affected her deeply. Still, despite the heartbreak, Lopez has not once given up on love. For example, her split from Marc Anthony was one of the most difficult "personal failures" (as she called it) of her life. And yet she still maintains hope. "With personal failures, I have thought, 'This is too hard,'" she told W magazine in April. "When my marriage [to Marc] ended, it was not easy to find forgiveness. It wasn't the dream that I had hoped for." However, she admitted, "I still think about getting married and having that long life with someone. I love the movie The Notebook. A dream of mine is to grow old with someone." That's something she's reiterated while doing Carpool Karaoke with James Corden, too, even poking fun of herself for it. "I'm a relationship kind of girl," she told the host in March, laughing. "I'm so monogamous, it's ridiculous." When he asked about the most romantic moments she's ever experienced, the mother-of-two revealed she's been proposed to five (yes, five) times, being forced to turn down a couple of them. "I've had some amazing proposals. You know, I've been married a couple times," she admitted to Corden. "I'm still trying to get it right. There's some that asked me to marry them, but it just didn't feel right. So I said no." That kind of honesty is something Lopez has always maintained, never being too proud to admit she truly cared about many of her former flings. For instance, even though she and Ben Affleck called off their wedding just one day before walking down the aisle, the singer has never denied their connection. "I think different time, different thing, who knows what could've happened, but there was a genuine love there," she reflected in an interview with People earlier this year. Eventually, Lopez learned how to use heartbreak to her benefit, taking the good from her previous relationships and looking for better partners in the future. "I have my own high standards for what I want in a partner and how I want to be treated," she told Cosmopolitan in 2013. "I bring a lot to the table. I'm not talking about material things but what I have to offer as a person-love and loyalty and all the things that make a good relationship." Through it all, Jenny from the block hasn't stopped believing that true love still exists. "I remain an eternal optimist about love," she previous revealed to On the Red Carpet. "Sometimes it doesn't work, and that's sad. But I believe in love." (Eonline)

Jennifer Lopez and her on-again, off-again boyfriend Beau "Casper" Smart broke up after she caught him cheating, says a source "She kicked him out because he cheated on her and he got caught," says the source. "It happened two years ago, and he promised he would never do it again and once he did, she was done." Recently, the source says "he's been doing everything he can to get back together, working on himself and posting on his Instagram saying that 'Life is Good' and showing off his new leg tattoo that says 'You must embrace the darkness to see the light.' " While there were reports back in August that they broke up after Smart, 29, failed to attend a party in the Hamptons with Lopez, 47, the source says that is not the case. "The truth is, he was cheating and now that it's over he's been begging to come back," the source says. "He says he's changed and that he is a new man but recently, on a video shoot for Wisin in Mexico, he was posting videos with bikini-clad dancers and not acting like a guy trying to remedy old habits. He was kicked to the curb not because he did not attend a party with J. Lo but because he was caught having parties of his own," says the source. "No one has time for that, especially J. Lo." A rep for Smart confirmed that the dancer served as a creative director for a new music video for Wisin that was shot in Mexico this past week but added that everything was "strictly work, nothing personal." When news broke of the split in August, a source claimed it was an amicable separation. "It wasn't anything dramatic and they were on good terms – it just came to a natural end," the source told PEOPLE. "They will remain friends and they see each other, but they are not together. It was very amiable." Rumors of their romance started back in 2011, but they didn't speak openly about their relationship until July 2012. (People)

Joe Jonas caused quite a commotion last week when he candidly revealed during a Reddit Ask Me Anything chat that he lost his virginity to actress and ex-girlfriend Ashley Greene. However, the JoBro claims he wasn't trying to stir any bad blood. "Life's too short, you know?" the 27-year-old DNCE frontman told ET at the TIDAL x 1015 pre-show on Saturday in Brooklyn, New York. "I mean ultimately, I think of myself as an honest guy. There are just those moments in life where you have to be true to yourself and true to the world." He continued, "I'm not out to hurt anybody, but I think, ultimately, I'm just telling my stories and what I can say from my heart." Jonas dropped more than a couple bombshells during his Reddit AMA, but his blunt and relatable confession about losing his virginity (so long, purity ring!) to his then-girlfriend grabbed the most headlines. "I didn't have any condoms," Jonas explained. "So I went to our drummer Jack's room -- who was my roommate at the time -- and I demolished his room looking for them. [I] found them underneath his underwear drawer. When he came home, he thought somebody broke into his room because his whole room was demolished." "I was in dire need," Joe added. "Needed to happen then and now. Safety first, kids." Greene responded Wednesday with a simple Instagram post reading, "Class is timeless. (People)

Travers Beynon is being dubbed the next Hugh Hefner. Based in Australia, where he is known as "Candyman," the tobacco CEO hopes he can bring his already infamous Down Under playboy ways to the States via reality TV. "The aim was never to be the next Hugh Hefner, but it seems like my destiny is heading to that," the father of four -- who currently has five girlfriends and has been married to his second wife, Taesha for seven years -- told us. "What is funny is that so many men cheat on their wives and girlfriends. I was honest with my wife from Day 1. She is bisexual as well so it all works out for the good." Beynon's Instagram chronicles lavish spending sprees, scantily clad women, over-the-top parties and luxury cars, which has earned him over 600,000 followers. He told us in a theory that Charlie Sheen might admire: "Girlfriends and wives are angels, sexual partners are goddesses, party girls are candy girls and 'sub-misses' are girls that make the party more interesting with costumes." But Beynon is wary of "gold diggers." "As soon as I see that, it's over," he said. "But that does not stop me from meeting people and opening my heart." Coming from humble beginnings, the former Australian Football League player's career ended early due to injury. "I have a lot of haters, but if you do not have haters then you are not doing something right," he figures. "I only have one life to live. That is what I love about America, they celebrate hard work and success instead of condemning it." (Page Six)

Azealia Banks Accuses Russell Crowe of Assault After Hotel Fight. Something happened between Azealia Banks and Russell Crowe, but it seems there are two sides to this story. The 25-year-old rapper took to Facebook Sunday night to describe what allegedly transpired between her and the Oscar winner in a suite at the Beverly Hills Hotel a night earlier. "To recap my night, I went to a [party] at Russell crowes suite, at which he called me a n----r, choked me, threw me out and spat at me," the since-deleted post read. "Last night was one of the hardest nights of sleep I've had in a long time." "The men in the room allowed it to happen," she continued. "I feel terrible today." A few hours later, Banks added another comment. "I have receipts. Stay tuned." However, as TMZ first reported, multiple witnesses claim Crowe invited around 10 people over for a dinner party, including rapper RZA, who cast Crowe in the film he wrote and directed, The Man with the Iron Fists. The filmmaker reportedly brought Banks along with him as his guest. According to the eyewitness accounts to TMZ, Banks laughed at Crowe's music and called him and another attendee "boring, white men." After another woman defended Crowe, Banks allegedly retorted with, "You would love it if I broke my glass, stabbed you guys in the throat, and blood would squirt everywhere like some real Tarantino s--t" and allegedly added a few racial slurs. After reportedly taking her glass and cocking it back, as TMZ described, the actor allegedly grabbed her in a "bear hug" and carried her out before calling security guards to remove her from the property. One of Bill Cosby's accusers says she and all the other women who have spoken out against the comedian empowered Donald Trump's alleged victims. Sarita Butterfield -- a former Playboy model who claims Cosby groped her -- scoffs at cynics who think it's all too coincidental for these women to come forward on the heels of the election. And Butterfield urges the women to hire the attorney she thinks is the greatest legal eagle since Brandeis. (TMZ)

The W Hotel couldn't possibly have known "Pretty Little Liars" director Norman Buckley's husband would kill himself when it denied Buckley access to his room ... according to new legal docs. The W says Buckley put its Hollywood hotel staff in a damned if you do, damned if you don't dilemma. Buckley wanted to deliver meds for PTSD and paranoia to his husband, Davyd Whaley. The hotel says letting him in would have violated Whaley's explicit request for privacy. According to docs, the hotel says it had no malicious intent when it denied Buckley. TMZ broke the story ... Buckley sued the W for wrongful death, alleging the hotel blocking him stopped him from rescuing his husband from suicide. The hotel is asking the judge to dismiss the lawsuit. (TMZ)

THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Lady Gaga on Her New Look: You Can't Make Music With a Lobster on Your Head. So this is Lady Gaga laid bare. Gone are the meat dress, the diamond-encrusted lobster hat and the Kermit the Frog coat. It's true that the outrageous outfits that once set her apart from her peers are no longer necessary. But, according to the 30-year-old singer herself, it was never about that, anyway. "To be frank, I would just prefer to go through this album cycle and talk about my music. That'd be great. It becomes about everything else, and that was what I [once] wanted," Gaga said in The London Times' Culture magazine. "But if I wear a black T-shirt and black pants every day, [people] might listen to what I write. All the outfits, fashion and art pieces over the years made sense to me. They didn't make sense to other people. But I always got it. It was an expression, not a hiding." With her new album Joanne available Oct. 21, Gaga is going back to her grungy New York City roots. In a way, her stripped down look is both an evolution and a tribute to her younger self. "This time, my style just stayed naturally at how I've been in the studio. I started vehemently saying, 'Get these clothes out! I'm not wearing this! I'm not wearing heels!' And some of that, too, is because I've been in the studio with boys. You can't make music with a bunch of boys who are staring at a lobster on your head," the singer joked. "They are going to get distracted." Joanne, featuring the lead single "Perfect Illusion," is an intentional departure from 2013's ARTPOP. Gaga had a specific audience in mind for the album: "This woman in middle America with hair pulled back, no makeup...[in] a sweatshirt you'd buy at the drugstore, [with] a kid in one hand, pinot grigio in the other, two kids running around. You don't know if she's married," she shared. "But she's at my show, crying her eyes out because she feels I'm speaking for her." The listener isn't perfect, and neither is Gaga. This, of course, was the inspiration for "Perfect Illusion." As Gaga explained, "In this world, we're all trying to keep up, put a perfect image out of who we are. But the most happy and authentic I ever feel is when I am who I was as a child." (Eonline)

Demi Lovato Goes Back to Blonde! Singer Introduces Her "Goldie Locks" Hairstyle in Latest Selfie. What's wrong with switching up your hairstyle on a Sunday evening? Before the clock struck midnight, Demi Lovato surprised fans with a new selfie on Instagram. As it turns out, the "Cool for the Summer" singer was ready to go back to being a blonde. "Goldie locks," she shared on social media while wearing a white sweatshirt with the words "Lets Be Friends" placed under the Republican and Democrat mascots. In just 15 minutes, the post received more than 145,000 likes as Lovatics shared their honest thoughts on the new look. Spoiler alert: The majority absolutely loved it. A new hair color may not be the only changes coming in Demi's life in the coming months. Just a couple of weeks ago, the singer announced that she may be leaving Hollywood in 2017 for an extended period of time. "So excited for 2017. Taking a break from music and the spotlight," she shared on Twitter. "I am not meant for this business and the media." But in September when the singer was on tour with Nick Jonas, the "Body Say" singer teased new music may be coming sooner rather than later. "Studio bound... " she wrote on an early Saturday morning. "So excited for y'all to hear new music." (Eonline)

Leslie Jones and "Sexiest Teacher Alive" Nicholas Ferroni May Just Go on a Date After Getting Flirty on Twitter. Is it just us, or are we witnessing love in 140 characters or less? On Saturday afternoon, New Jersey teacher Nicholas A. Ferroni was catching up on his DVR when he got to watch Lin-Manuel Miranda's episode on Saturday Night Live. While the Broadway veteran and the political skits certainly grabbed his attention, it was Leslie Jones who really stole the show. "Finally got to watch @Lin_Manuel's EP of #SNL and I LOVED the teacher segment," Nicholas shared online. "And yes, @Lesdoggg, my students think that AXE smells good." Less than 24 hours later, Leslie saw Nicholas' tweet and immediately did a double-take. After all, People named him the "Sexiest Teacher Alive." What came next was some playful flirting that will leave you glued to your Twitter feed. "Are single too?" Leslie shared on Twitter. "Ummmmmm. Am I your type? "I don't have a type and don't forget I have 150 kids," Nicholas responded. When the comedian followed up and asked if they will join them on a date, Nicholas played it cool by responding, "That would require way too many permission slips." We told you this was good. "Sooooooooo," Leslie responded. "Want my number?" When Nicholas asked if she really wanted her digits all over Twitter, Leslie made it clear that she has done her part to get the ball rolling. "I'm not doing anymore work," she wrote. "If you interested, you will get me." Nicholas added, "You're right and I will." While it's certainly too early to tell if we just witnessed love at first sight tweet, we can't wait to see what happens next. (Eonline)

Teresa Giudice Might Not Visit Joe in Prison on Their Wedding Anniversary. The only thing that can keep Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice apart is timing. Seven months ago, Joe began serving his 41-month prison sentence at New Jersey's Fort Dix Correctional Institution. Teresa has been visiting him regularly, just as he did when she was imprisoned at Connecticut's Danbury Correctional Facility last year. Sunday marks the couple's 17th wedding anniversary -- but the Real Housewives of New Jersey star may have other plans. "I don't know if I'm going to go and see him that day, just because I have to check my girls' schedule," Teresa told E! News Sunday at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino's 20th anniversary party in Uncasville, Conn. "We put our kids first," the reality star added. "Then I'll probably go see him the following day." "He said he had a surprise for me, and that he wrote me a song," Teresa added. "I gotta pitch it out there: He wants John Legend to sing it to me. So, we'll see. You never know!" Teresa knows how important it is to maintain contact while Joe is away. "I send him cards all the time," the mother of four said. "He's sending me a special card, too. I can't wait to get it!" Their marriage has seen its ups and downs, and Teresa has never doubted their love. "We're going to be married 17 years, and I guess...I can tell he's really into me still, which is a good thing!" she said. "I guess I'm doing something right. We're married 17 years, so...I can't wait for him to come home and he can't wait to come home, so obviously we're doing something right." Coincidentally, Sunday's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey showed Joe leaving for prison. "You learn two things in there. You either learn how to become a criminal or a better person," he said. "I'm gonna try to become a better person. I've accepted what I have to do, so I'm ready to go in and get it over with." Addressing viewers, he confessed, "I'm not really scared of too many things. Every day you live for the time that you're here. You can't predict what's going to happen tomorrow. You can't even predict what's going to happen in a few minutes. Nobody's really prepared and mentally ready to go in. But it's really happening. I'm going in." (Eonline)

Kissy kissy! North West is only 3 years old but she's already perfecting the family pout -- with a little help from her aunt Kylie. The adorable daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West attended a birthday party on Sunday, October 16, for Tyga and Blac Chyna's son, King Cairo, and Kylie Jenner's Snapchat posts prove they had plenty of fun with her Lip Kits too. In a series of videos and photos, North picked the darkest shade from the collection to paint her lips with. "You wanted black right?" Kylie, 19, asked her niece, as she bent down to apply the makeup. "Aww, your little lips." The toddler was clearly happy with the results because in another video she blows kisses to the camera and when asked if she likes it, she replied: "Yeah." North wasn't the only cutie being dolled up, as Kylie shared a photo of her standing next to another young guest, who was sporting a pink pout. "What happens at auntie Kylie's stays at auntie Kylie's," read the caption. As Us Weekly reported the Kardashian-Jenner clan threw an extravagant Ferrari themed party for King Cairo's 4th birthday, complete with a racetrack, a ferris wheel, an oversize inflatable slide, a trampoline and horses. Kylie's sisters Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian joined the celebrations at her multimillion mansion. Scott Disick and his three children with Kourtney, also attended along with Kris and Caitlyn Jenner too. (US Weekly)

Kris Jenner was not supportive of Kim Kardashian West styling her ex Caitlyn Jenner for the ESPY Awards this year. In E!'s Keeping Up With the Kardashians latest super-teaser, Jenner, 60, calls Kardashian West, 35, to share her extreme disapproval. "Kim, you are a f–king traitor!" she said in the clip. "You're not going to f–king play this game anymore!" Earlier in the teaser, Khloe Kardashian provides context for her mom's anger, as she explains the series of events to her best friend Malika Haqq. "She's so pissed that Kim was dressing Caitlyn Jenner for the ESPYs," Kardashian, 32, explained in the video. In July, Kardashian West talked about sort-of styling her former step-parent for the awards show. "She wanted advice on what to wear," Kardashian West previously told PEOPLE. "She gave me three days and said, 'Can you get me something?' I looked online. I shopped all over." And Jenner, 66, was more than grateful for Kardashian West's help. She took to Instagram to share her appreciation, and captioned a photo with her, "caitlynjenner Feeling great, off to the#ESPYSThank you @michaelcostellofor the dress and @kimkardashian for your #styling help!!! // hair@courtneynansonhair / makeup@robscheppy / jewels @neillanejewelry." Kardashian West said the most difficult part of her styling gig was finding a dress that was long enough to accommodate for Jenner's height, so she called up a friend for a bespoke look. "I called Michael Costello. He was on Project Runway, so he has a studio in L.A. So he whipped up five things in two seconds," she explained. "I sent her measurements. And she wore this white number ... Really everything [looks good on her]. She's super slim. She definitely likes to be age appropriate. But then she'll like really short things. She seems to love clothes." Keeping Up With the Kardashians returns Sunday, Oct. 23, at 9 p.m. ET on E! (People)

NBC execs are rumored to have leaked the despicable Donald Trump "grab 'em by the p?-?-?-?y" tape to the Washington Post in a bid to influence the presidential race, sources tell Page Six. But NBC News is also holding back a potentially damaging tape of Hillary Clinton. Bill Clinton's rape accuser, Juanita Broaddrick, claimed during a 1999 "Dateline" interview that Bill allegedly forcibly had sex with her while he was governor of Arkansas. Broaddrick then described how she was at an event weeks after the alleged rape, and Hillary made a beeline for her. She claims Hillary had grabbed her hand and thanked her for "everything you do for Bill." Broaddrick added that when she tried to pull away, Hillary looked her in the eye and firmly repeated the same line, "which she assumed was a threat. Hillary wanted her to keep her silence." The NBC insider said Broaddrick's account of the alleged rape was aired in 1999, but not the section where she claimed Hillary threatened her. The head of NBC News at the time was Andy Lack, who is now back in the same role. Fast forward to this month, when an NBC "Access Hollywood" recording of Trump making vile comments about women with Billy Bush was leaked by someone in NBC to WaPo. We're told "Access" had planned to air the tape ahead of the Oct. 9 debate, but prevaricated, causing internal NBC News concerns and an eventual decision to leak the tape to antagonize The Donald at the debate. Plus, the leak allowed NBC News to sidestep concerns at legal about the ethics of airing a tape that was recorded without Trump's consent. According to an NBC insider, "Trump was leading in the polls, so the tape was leaked to derail his bid." The insider added the leak was sanctioned by NBC News top brass, and in the process, "NBC handed over the scoop of the year to WaPo, just to help Hillary." Page Six has also confirmed that there's no NBC News internal investigation into who leaked the Trump tape to WaPo, sparking many network insiders to speculate that this was "sanctioned by the people at the top." (Page Six)

Amy Schumer made the mistake of trying to rationalize with some passionate Trump supporters, and it didn't end well. The comedian went political for a minute during Sunday's show in Tampa ... even bringing a Trump supporter onstage, and asking him why Trump's the better choice over Hillary. Amy's clearly not having it. The crowd later turns on her when she warns anyone that yells will get thrown out of the show ... but not before throwing a jab at The Donald. (TMZ)

New Solo Record Deal Confirms Liam Payne Will Be Serenading Us in the United States Again Very Soon. Liam Payne is bringing his musical talents back to the United States! The One Direction crooner had already signed a deal with the United Kingdom's Capitol Records over the summer, and now he's just scored another big one with Republic Records in the U.S. With artists like Drake, The Weeknd, Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande, the label's co-founder and CEO Monte Lipman feels confident Payne will be a great addition. "Being a member of the most successful group of the last decade, Liam has a tremendous opportunity to make an even greater impact on pop culture," Lipman said. "We're honored by Liam's decision to join Republic Records, and have extremely high expectations for his solo career." Payne's manager, Simon Oliveira, reiterated that sentiment, saying, "I am more than confident we have assembled the best possible team alongside Capitol's UK label to launch and shepherd Liam's solo career." Of course, Payne's decision to sign solo deals is received with varying reactions from 1D fans. While some are excited the musician will be putting out more music in the future, others still can't swallow the truth that their favorite boyband is probably never getting back together. In fact, when Payne first announced his deal with Capitol Records in July, he received some upset fan mail on Twitter. For example, one fan questioned, "What about one direction ... I believed you guys when you said you were coming back but lately idk what to think." Another fan wrote, "WHAT THE HELL WHAT WHAT ABOUT THE BAND LIAM." At the time, Payne did his best to calm their emotions by tweeting, "One direction will always be my home and family but I'm very excited to see what this chapter brings." Zayn Malik and Niall Horan have also made big steps in their own solo careers. Malik put out his successful first solo record earlier this year, while Horan released his first single last month. Harry Styles signed a solo deal in June, though he hasn't released any new music just yet. Louis Tomlinson has been busy being a dad and guest judging on America's Got Talent. (Eonline)

Blake Shelton Performs With Gwen Stefani Twice in One Weekend. No broken hearts here with this surprise guest! To wrap up her This Is What It Feels Like summer tour, Gwen Stefani had a special someone waiting in the wings of The Forum for her final two performances. Blake Shelton joined the Grammy winner for not one, but two shows in a row this weekend in Stefani's native California. The songstress introduced her off-stage beau to the excited crowd before they launched into their famous duet, "Go Ahead and Break My Heart." "They were really cute, smiling at each other," a source told E! News of Sunday's performance. "They hugged for a bit after the performance." Earlier in Sunday's show, Gwen told the crowd it has been a crazy year, but felt like everyone was there with her. "She said this last record saved her life -- music saved her life," the source said. It's been nearly a year since the rumors surrounding their burgeoning romance were confirmed and they became one of Hollywood's most intriguing couples. When they initially met as fellow judges on The Voice, both Shelton and Stefani had recently divorced their longtime partners, Miranda Lambert and Gavin Rossdale. "It was like being handed this gift of a friend who was going through the exact same thing at the exact same time," she told Harper's Bazaar, referencing their mutual splits. "And then everything flipped. It went from horrible to, like, hopeful and like, 'Wow, God, you just don't know what's gonna happen next.'" What grew next was a relationship filled with hit music, dual performances, family outings and holiday celebrations -- all at each other's side. "Gwen saved my life," Shelton told Billboard. "Who else on earth could understand going through a high-profile divorce from another musician?" (Eonline)

The Xtra Factor live is constantly serving up hilarious moments - and Sunday night's show was no different when judges were shocked by a semi-naked caller. During the Skype segment, where hosts Rylan Clark and Matt Edmondson call up viewers for a live Q&A with the judges, the crowd was left amused by caller James who appeared laying on a counter in his dressing gown. James lay drinking a glass of champagne and was surrounded by multiple bottles. Rylan asked: "James, I've got to ask - are you a bit nippy?" to which James replied "I'm OK, they've just put the heating on." A concerned Nicole then joked: "James there is a little bit of a tuckage situation going on," at which point James moved to cover himself more but ended up exposing himself even more. This Police Officer Slay Beyonce's 'Formation'. The Beyhive has some competition when it comes to getting in "Formation." During a pep rally at North Stafford High School in Virginia on Friday, Stafford County, Virginia, sheriff's office Lt. Deauntay Diggs made the kids go wild when he did a killer version of the routine from Beyonce's visual album at their homecoming rally. Diggs, 31, has performed the dance at a number of other fundraisers and events. According to WDAM, Diggs is a huge Beyonce fan and the first openly gay deputy to serve in the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, where he has worked since 2008. He's previously done the dance at a high school football game and posted a routine on his Instagram. (Billboard)

Lady Gaga, T.I. & Metallica Help Launch SiriusXM All Music Talk Channel 'Volume'. The only thing music geeks like better than listening to their favorite songs is talking about them. That's the big idea behind SiriusXM's Volume, billed as the first-ever 24/7 music talk radio channel. The newest experiment on the satellite network's dial (106) launches Monday morning (Oct. 17) with the daily live drive time (7-10 a.m.) talk show "Feedback," anchored by former VH1 host Nik Carter and veteran magazine editor/writer Lori Majewski. They'll run down the day's latest music, gossip and trending news while taking calls from guests and listeners as part of what the channel's creator says will be a brand new radio concept. "We wanted it to be [staffed by] people who really had something to say and have been there and have the kind of access most fans don't have and who continue to be in the mix -- going to shows, getting backstage and in the studio and bringing their opinions -- the kind of stuff you kill for if you're a music fan," said former VH1/MTV staffer Roger Coletti, Volume's executive producer. With that in mind, the talent line-up will feature a stacked roster of veteran talent. Legendary hard rock DJ Eddie Trunk, will host the noon-4 p.m. ET daily show "Trunk Nation," where he will share stories from his 35-year career and interview artists, with Metallica's Lars Ulrich stopping by during the first week. Legendary TV producer/writer Bill Flanagan will host "Written in My Soul with Bill Flanagan," an interview program where he'll dig deep with music icons, including Plant and Paul Simon, while former MTV talking head Kurt Loder will conduct interviews with musicians, authors and filmmakers on "True Stories with Kurt Loder." In addition to artist-driven shows from the likes of Melissa Etheridge ("Melissa's Basement," featuring interviews and collabos with David Crosby, Pat Benatar and others) and Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian's "Never Meet Your Heroes," one of the more intriguing pairings on the daily roster will combine noted music journalist and author Alan Light with original MTV VJ and 30-plus year radio veteran Mark Goodman on "Debatable." The 4-7 p.m. ET daily call-in show will have the two deconstructing the news of the day and digging deep into their music geek obsessions. Light said he's fascinated to see how the show plays out once callers get in the mix. "We all know that there are plenty of people whose opinions about music are as passionate as those about politics or sports," he told Billboard. "And how many hours we have spent discussing and debating and arguing about our preferences and tastes and ideas about music history. There's never really been anything like this... that's tried to cover such a wide spectrum of music culture, and nothing that's looked to bring listeners into the conversation this way." While Light is new to radio, Goodman told Billboard a chance encounter in the SiriusXM hallways with Coletti made him feel like the "clouds had opened" when he heard the concept. "I've been doing this well over 35 years and never been able to work at a place like what this channel will be," he said. "I have to do interviews in radio where I have to fit in a question and answer with no follow in 90 seconds. This is about deeper dives, as well as more fun top 5 lists that everyone loves to argue about." The channel will also fold in the weekly "Rolling Stone Music Now" podcast with profiles of up-and-coming bands and interviews, as well as journalist Elliott Wilson's "Rap Radar Report," the new-releases focused "Album Review Show," a trivia game show hosted by former MTV/VH1 personality Jim Shearer and a music and technology series called "The Last of The..." "We're trying to cover all of it as best we can," said Coletti, who promised plenty of exclusive interviews with artists in which they don't necessarily come by just to plug their latest project, but dig deep into their careers and passions. Among the first week's highlights is what Coletti said was an emotional chat with Gaga that ended with the singer in tears. "It's really about what's going on in music right now. It's dictated by what artists are doing now, who's making noise as well as going back and revisiting stories people haven't heard from their favorite artists spanning many genres." (Billboard)

Liam Payne Joins Ariana Grande & the Weeknd on Republic Records Roster: Exclusive. Nearly 10 months after Direction went on hiatus, Liam Payne is ready to get back into the game. Republic Records announced on Monday morning (Oct. 17) that Payne has signed to the label in North America, joining a star-packed roster that includes Drake, Ariana and the Weekend, among others. The label said that Payne will release new music "soon" through an alliance with the Capitol UK label. The singer/songwriter's manager, Simon Oliveira, said in a statement, "With Republic's track record of launching powerhouse talent in the U.S. including superstars like Drake, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, Lorde, and countless others, I am more than confident we have assembled the best possible team alongside Capitol's UK label to launch and shepherd Liam's solo career." Republic co-founder and CEO Monte Lipman added, "Being a member of the most successful group of the last decade, Liam has a tremendous opportunity to make an even greater impact on pop culture. We're honored by LIAM's decision to join Republic Records, and have extremely high expectations for his solo career." News of Payne signing comes a week after fellow 1D member Niall Horan released his first solo track, "This Town." While Harry Styles has signed an $80 million record deal with Columbia Records, no music has emerged from that pact just yet as Styles has been busy filming the Christopher Nolan war drama Dunkirk. Louis Tomlinson announced plans to start a girl band through Louis imprint on Simon Cowell's Syco Entertainment label. (Billboard)

Randy Travis Stuns Crowd, Sings at Country Music Hall Of Fame Induction. Whether it was the stark conviction and honesty of "On The Other Hand," or the never ending love he professed in "Forever and Ever, Amen," the voice of Randy Travis has given Country Music some of its finest moments. However, at Sunday's Country Music Hall of Fame Medallion Ceremony, the singer might have delivered his most unforgettable performances. Travis -- who suffered a debilitating stroke in July of 2013 -- appeared on stage alongside of wife Mary to accept his induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame. After his spouse told the story of Randy's rise to stardom in the 1980s, she gave the microphone to her husband, who brought the crowd to its feet (and tears) with the first verse from "Amazing Grace." While the moment showed that Travis still had a way to go with his speech therapy, it also proved the determination of the singer to make it as far back as he has in the past three years. Travis's induction was one of many emotional moments during the ceremony, which also saw record executive and producer Fred Foster and Charlie Daniels being officially inducted as the Hall's Class of 2016. Foster was celebrated first, with Dolly Parton leading the way. Having signed her to her first recording contract, and producing her first chart single -- 1967's "Dumb Blonde" -- the entertainment icon took a moment to say thank you. "You saw something in me no one else did... You started my life," she said emotionally. Up next was Brandy Clark, who delivered a flawless version of "Blue Bayou," one of many classics that Foster cut on the late Roy Orbison. One of Foster's later signings, Kris Kristofferson, also appeared on the Hall's stage with fellow member Charlie McCoy to perform the classic "Me and Bobby McGee." Interestingly enough, the subject of the song-a secretary of songwriter Boudleaux Bryant-was in the audience. Foster, known for his mesmerizing story-telling ability concerning the artists he has worked with, was very soft and simple spoken after being inducted by Vince Gill, telling the crowd "I cannot come up with the words to describe how I feel...I want to thank the musicians, songwriters, and engineers that made me look like a producer," said the 85-year old, whose latest production, Willie Nelson's For The Good Times: A Tribute To Ray Price, recently hit No. 5 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. Charlie Daniels-the second of a trio of North Carolina natives to be inducted into the Hall this year-was next shone the spotlight. Trisha Yearwood received a thunderous response with her version of "It Hurts Me," a Daniels composition that Elvis Presley took to No. 29 in 1964. Jamey Johnson gave a moody reading to the classic "Long Haired Country Boy," and Trace Adkins performed Daniels' signature hit, "The Devil Went Down To Georgia," backed by the talented Andrea Zonn on fiddle. Daniels' selection to induct him, Brenda Lee, thoughtfully reflected upon her first meeting the singer at a Nashville mall in the 1970s, while telling the crowd that the two had carved out such a friendship that he actually named one of his horses in her honor. Daniels nodded in agreement. The singer thanked his organization for standing with and beside him over the years, and also reflected upon entering a Hall where his heroes such as Roy Acuff and Ernest Tubb were members. "Many of the faces on the wall laid the foundation for all of us," Daniels said. As is the case with each year's ceremony, the "Modern Era" recipient was feted last, and that turned out to be Travis. Alan Jackson, with whom the singer wrote several songs that were hits for both artists, performed "On The Other Hand," while Brad Paisley gave the crowd an acoustic version of "Forever And Ever Amen." Interestingly enough, both songs were voted as the CMA Song of the Year in 1986 and 1987, respectively. Closing out the Travis tribute was Garth Brooks, who showcased Travis's 'comeback' hit, "Three Wooden Crosses," also a CMA Song of the Year winner in 2003. Hand-picked by Travis to induct him, Brooks told the crowd "I'm going to do my best not to 'fan girl' right now," but reminisced about the first time he heard the singer's "1982" hit before Travis and wife Mary took to the podium. After Travis's performance, the finale was a fitting one-The Oak Ridge Boys leading the crowd of industry insiders and Hall of Fame members in a sing-along version of "Will The Circle Be Unbroken," the Carter Family song that has become sort of the National Anthem of Country Music. It was a night that celebrated the best in the format's history, and one-that according to Brooks, righted a wrong. In 2011, when told of his impending induction, the singer lamented about entering a Country Music Hall of Fame without Travis. Thankfully, that is no longer the case. "Today the world is spinning right," he said before the ceremony. "Never will you have to say 'Randy Travis isn't in the Hall of Fame ever again. It's long overdue and well-deserved. I would not be standing her...I would not be married to Miss Yearwood... I would not be in this town if it weren't for Randy Travis... Tell me some other artist in some other genre ever in the history of mankind who has taken a format, turned it around back to where it was coming from, and made it bigger than it was. It's never happened. It will never happen again. (Billboard)

Country music's biggest night just got a little bigger. A fresh crop of stars have joined the performance line-up for the upcoming 50th annual CMA Awards, and we've already got our DVRs tuned up. Kelsea Ballerini, Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Tim McGraw, Trisha Yearwood and Kacey Musgraves will all take the stage at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 2. The new country dudes and darlings join already announced headliners Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley -- who will reprise their roles as hosts of the special night, which will honor the past 50 years of CMA Awards. Many of this year's performers are also nominees: Brooks, Bryan -- the current title holder -- and Underwood are up for entertainer of the year. Other performers are nominated in categories like vocal duo, female vocalist of the year, vocal group of the year, and male single of the year, among other things. "The CMA Awards will include moments that pay homage to our past 50 years, but it is also a celebration of the past 12 months and the artists and music that have resonated with the industry and our fans," Sarah Trahern, the CMA chief executive officer, said in a statement. "The lineup of performers is outstanding and represents the legacy of County Music as well as our future." The CMA Awards will be broadcast live from Nashville on Wednesday, Nov. 2 from 8:00-11:00 p.m. EST on ABC. (People)

Kanye West has had enough of getting robbed ... which is why he's ranting about other rappers -- like, possibly Drake -- jacking his floating stage. Kanye went off during his show in Edmonton this weekend, and screamed out, "This the original! Accept no imitations!" As he marched around his floating stage ... he went on to accuse performers of stealing all sorts of ideas from him. He never mentioned anyone by name, but it's worth noting Drake floats through parts of his shows, but he's been doing that for a while now. Maybe 'Ye just found out? Move over, Meek Mill! New beef? Tom Cruise on His Legacy and Jack Reacher: Never Go Back. Tom Cruise is the definition of a movie star. But, aside from the Mission: Impossible franchise, he's never played the same role repeatedly -- until now, that is. The 54-year-old actor returns as the lead in Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, out Friday. Based on Lee Child's literary hero, Jack is the kind of character Cruise does best. "Making films -- my life has been focused for it, around it, and I've always wanted to do it my whole life. So, that is my legacy, my movies," Cruise said Sunday at the premiere in Harahan, La., not far from where the action thriller was filmed. "I really wanted to travel the world and work in different cultures, and be part of different cultures, and celebrate different cultures. I'm interested in that; I encourage that. It's been a real privilege and a gift to be able to do that." There are many qualities Cruise admires about Jack, but he's particularly fond of the fact that he lives off the grid. "I think as we read his books, it's a wish fulfillment for some of us. There's no digital device. He's someone who travels when he wants and is interested in people. He has a kind of investigative mind that he sees things that others don't. I think it's interesting in this day and age also, where everyone is [glued to their phones]. It's amazing," he said. "People are [staring at screens], and he's not. He's looking, and he's paying attention to everything else." In his own life, Cruise admitted that he's rarely plugged in, either. "Sometimes I have to for work, but I keep it very limited," he told E! News. "I don't spend time doing that kind of stuff." Cruise, who's famous for doing his own stunts, also loves that Jack is "so physically capable." It creates some "really entertaining" movie moments, he said. "It's just fun to explore that stuff." Miraculously, after years of risky business on set, he hasn't incurred any serious or permanent injuries. "It's interesting, because I've never missed a day of work. You get whacked. There are days I'm limping into work," Cruise told E! News. No matter; the show must go on. "Even before I made movies, I've never been late to work. I've never missed a day of work. But I prepare very diligently for all of these...It's very grueling, my schedule. I work seven days a week, usually." Jack Reacher: Never Go Back is in theaters Friday. (Eonline)

Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake stepped out together in New Orleans over the weekend at the premiere of her movie "The Book of Love." Biel was eight months pregnant when she shot the movie (their son, Silas, is now 18 months old), and director Bill Purple described in a Q&A how it was a "scary time." He told Biel, "We had five days to shoot you or else you couldn't fly." Biel appears in, and is also a producer on, the movie, which co-stars Jason Sudeikis and "Game of Thrones" cast member Maisie Williams. Timberlake, who is about to celebrate his fourth wedding anniversary to Biel, provided the music for the indie movie. While at Saturday's screening at the New Orleans Film Festival, Biel joked to E! about persuading Timberlake to do the soundtrack, saying, "I think it's something [Justin] was really excited to do. He loved the script. He's been living with this script for a long time... And then I threatened his life." (Page Six)

Mumbai Festival Pulls Pakistani Film Amid Political Tensions. The restored version of the 1958 classic 'Jago Hua Savera,' which screened at the Cannes festival, has been dropped from the lineup following opposition from an Indian social organization. The Mumbai Film Festival has dropped the 1958 Pakistani film Jago Hua Savera (Day Shall Dawn) from its lineup amid pressure and political tensions between India and Pakistan. The film was part of the festival's section featuring restored classics, which will screen a mix of international and Indian titles. The restored version of Jago Hua Savera screened this year in the Cannes Classics section of the Cannes film festival. As reported earlier, political tensions between India and Pakistan are currently at a new high following a series of border incidents last month, which led the Indian Motion Picture Producers Association to enact a temporary ban on Pakistani actors in Indian films. In response, Pakistani theater owners said they would refrain from screening any Indian films in the country. According to a report in the Indian Express, Mumbai-based social organization Sangharsh Foundation opposed the screening of Jago Hua Savera and wrote to the police seeking permission to protest against the film. In a media statement Monday, festival organizers said: "Given the current situation, the Jio MAMI 18th Mumbai Film Festival with Star has decided not to program Jago Hua Savera as part of the Restored Classics Section." The Mumbai Film Festival is organized by the Mumbai Academy of Moving Images with its principal sponsor, telecom major Reliance Jio, along with 21st Century Fox's Star India network. Directed by A. J. Kardar, Jago Hua Savera put Pakistan on the international map, becoming the country's first-ever entry in the foreign-language Oscar race. The film focuses on the lives of fishermen in East Pakistan, which eventually became the independent country of Bangladesh in 1971. Meanwhile, ongoing political tensions could also affect the release of major Bollywood title Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, set to be distributed by Fox Star Studios, which also stars Pakistani actor Fawad Khan. Scheduled to open during the prime Diwali festival frame on Oct. 28, the film also stars Indian actor Ranbir Kapoor and actresses Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma. Other upcoming films that feature Pakistani talent include two titles toplined by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, both co-produced by his banner Red Chillies. Dear Zindagi, set for a November release, features Pakistani singer-actor Ali Zafar, while Raees, slated to bow in early 2017, stars Mahira Khan. The Mumbai Film Festival runs Oct. 20-Oct. 27 and will close with Manchester By The Sea, starring Casey Affleck and Michelle Williams. (Hollywood Reporter)

Ewan McGregor Hits L.A. Premiere for Directorial Debut 'American Pastoral'. "We were very much in it together as actors. The scenes felt real, and when it feels real, and it all clicks, it feels really good," said McGregor. Stars lined up on a black carpet instead of red for the screening of Ewan McGregor's directorial debut, American Pastoral. The color choice for the carpet may just hint at the nature of the film. As does the poster, which depicts a sideways image of a country house on fire. The screening was held Thursday night at The Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills. Included in the cast that walked the black carpet was Oscar winner Jennifer Connelly, Dakota Fanning, Emmy winner Uzo Aduba, Valorie Curry and McGregor himself. Just before entering the theater, Connelly stopped to talk with The Hollywood Reporter about her role in the film. "I play Dawn, who's married to Ewan's character. They set out to live a good and simple life out on the countryside and things don't work out as they think they might," said Connelly. "I have a lot of compassion for my character. She's left to contend with the fallout that ensues." Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Phillip Roth, the film follows an American family whose idyllic life is shattered by a traumatic event. Making his directorial debut, McGregor also stars in the film as former high school athlete and now successful businessman Seymour "Swede" Levov. Seymour's wife, Dawn (Connelly), was a former beauty queen, and the two seem to have a perfect polished life out on the countryside. However, this is all disrupted when their daughter, Merry (Fanning), disappears after being accused of committing a violent crime. Seymour sets off to find her and reunite his family but becomes deeply disturbed at what he finds along the way and what he is forced to confront. "I felt it was my duty to soak up as much of Phillip Roth's sensibilities as best I could from his writing," McGregor told reporters outside the theater. "I just lived in the book for nine months of my life." McGregor went through a mix of feelings when approaching his directorial debut. "The very beginning of prep is quite daunting because there's no one with you," he said. "You're alone. It's all you and you have no one really to talk to yet." Despite his trepidations, Fanning insisted he was spectacular to work with. "He's such an experienced talented actor, and I think he was able to draw on all of that to be an amazing director and sensitive to each actor's needs." Apart from spending months thinking about the film, Fanning had to develop a stutter for her role as Merry. The screenplay for American Pastoral was written by John Romano (Lincoln Lawyer, Nights in Rodanthe). The film is set for a limited release on Oct. 21 before expanding the following week. 'Wolverine 3': Photo of Mystery Character Revealed -- and He Looks Very Familiar. Stephen Merchant's 'Logan' role may be someone who appeared in 'Apocalypse.' Here's something Logan fans weren't expecting. Director James Mangold has shared a photo of actor Stephen Merchant in the third Wolverine film, and the mystery character he's playing looks very familiar. Merchant's hairless character looks similar to the mutant Caliban, who was not previously known to be in in the third Wolverine film. The mutant appeared briefly in this summer's X Men: Apocalypse, with the mutant (played by Tomas Lemarquis) employing Psylocke (Olivia Munn) as a body guard. Merchant shared a different (and even more wonderfully creepy) photo on Instagram. In the comics, Caliban has ties to Mister Sinister, the villain who was teased at the end of Apocalypse (though Donald Pierce has been revealed to be the villain of this film, leaving fans to wonder how that Sinister Apocalypse tease ties in). Mangold has confirmed that Logan film takes place in the future (Apocalypse takes place in 1983), but when have timelines stopped the X-Men franchise from having characters defy the laws of aging and pop up in different eras? In addition to the apparent Caliban reveal, the official Logan Instagram account shared a photo Monday further teasing the film's southwest setting. (Hollywood Reporter)

Get Ready to Meet Kimmy Gibbler's Brother on Fuller House. Nice to meet you, Jimmy Gibbler. Kimmy Gibbler's (Andrea Barber) brother is coming to Netflix's Fuller House season two, and it sounds like he's going to make quite an impression. Switched at Birth star Adam Hagenbuch will be playing Jimmy, who is described as very much a male version of Kimmy, E! News has learned. He will have a significant recurring guest role when season two drops in December. In the original series, Kimmy did mention an older brother, but his name was Garth. We never met him, or any of the other members of her family, but it's safe to assume that any Gibbler is going to be just as eccentric as the one we already know and love. Hagenbuch is best known for an arc on Switched at Birth, and for playing Ashton Kutcher in the Lifetime Brittany Murphy biopic, The Britney Murphy Story (and for being the best part of said Lifetime biopic). He also appeared on Undateable Live and starred in The Perks of Being a Wallflower. We don't know a whole lot about what else to expect from season two of Fuller House, but the guest stars so far are definitely made of the right stuff. Not only will the New Kids on the Block make an appearance, but Growing Pains star Alan Thicke has also booked a role in the new season. But no, before you even think of asking, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen will most likely not be anywhere to be seen. Fuller House returns to Netflix on Friday, Dec. 9. (Eonline)

The Walking Dead Renewed for Season 8. Color us not even a little bit surprised. Just a week ahead of the intensely anticipated season seven premiere, AMC has announced that The Walking Dead will return for a season eight. Not only that, but that eighth season will kick off with the series' 100th episode, and 16 new episodes of Talking Dead when it debuts late next year...even if it will be returning without which ever beloved character (or characters?) we'll be losing when season seven finally arrives. We're obsessed with this news, and we're also kind of loving the opening of AMC's statement that came along with it: "Eeny, meeny, miny, more," AMC president Charlie Collier said, emulating Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Negan. "What a joy to partner with Robert Kirkman, Scott M. Gimple and some of the hardest-working people in television to bring The Walking Dead to the fans. And, most important, thanks to those fans for breathing life into this remarkable series right along with us." The Walking Dead returns next Sunday, Oct. 23 at 9 p.m., followed by a 90-minute live episode of Talking Dead, broadcast from the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, featuring host Chris Hardwick and the cast members from Negan's line up. HBO's Big Little Lies Looks Sexy & Dangerous in New Trailer Featuring Shailene Woodley, Reese Witherspoon, & Nicole Kidman. We couldn't tell you what's going on in the Big Little Lies trailer, but we sure are intrigued. HBO released a new trailer for its star-studded limited series based on the 2014 book by Liane Moriarty, and it succeeds at giving pretty much nothing away while giving us everything we want from a really good trailer: sex, beautiful ocean scenes, Reese Witherspoon looking thoughtful, and a vague sense of murder. Big Little Lies stars Witherspoon, Shailene Woodley, and Nicole Kidman as three moms of kindergartners whose lives get real complicated when their sons become friends and personal problems start coming out, all ending up in murder. It's described as a dark comedy, even if the trailer doesn't seem very funny. The seven episode series, executive produced by David E. Kelley and all directed by Jean-Marc Valee (Wild), also stars Alexander Skarsgård(True Blood), Laura Dern (Jurassic Park), James Tupper (Revenge), Adam Scott(Parks and Recreation), and Zoë Kravitz (Divergent), which is a pretty solid cast if you ask us. While Woodley starred in The Secret Life of the American Teenager for five seasons, Kidman and Witherspoon are both fairly new to the world of TV series. Kidman's last lengthy arc on a show was in 1985 on Five Mile Creek, while Witherspoon's biggest TV stint was two episodes of Friends in 2000. Big Little Lies is coming to HBO in 2017. (Eonline)

CBS has ordered full season pickups for three of its new shows, including Kevin Can Wait. Now you get the joke. The network has also handed out full seasons to MacGyver and Michael Weatherly's new series Bull. "We're thrilled viewers have embraced these three shows creatively," Glenn Geller, president of CBS Entertainment, said in a statement. The show is based on the early career of Dr. Phil McGraw. Freddy Rodriguez, Geneva Carr, Jaime Lee Kirschner, Annabelle Attansio and Chris Jackson also star. Joe Giudice Finally Goes to Jail in The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Saddest Episode Yet. Is anyone else as heartbroken for the Giudice girls as we are after watching the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey? After weeks of heated arguments between Bravo's Garden State ladies, the nastiness was set aside this week for something a little bit sadder as the season finally caught up to that fateful day in March when Joe Giudice finally had to surrender himself and begin his 41-month prison sentence. Watching Teresa Giudice and her children say goodbye to ol' Juicy Joe made for quite the emotional experience. Mercifully, Bravo made the right call and didn't intrude on Joe's actual goodbyes with his daughters in the house before he and Teresa got into the car and drove away, allowing for that moment to remain private, but there was still plenty to see that had us reaching for a tissue or two. Each of his girls giving him a birthday cupcake to make up for the ones they won't get to spend with him? Melissa and Joe Gorga's youngest son Joey clinging to his uncle at his going away party? Poor Milania watching her dad prepare to drive away through a window, retreating into the house in tears once the cameras catch her? Little Audriana telling her tough-as-nails older sister Milania that if she cries, she'll make her sister cry, too? Siggy Flicker said it best: "You would have to be an empty shell of a person for this not to affect you." Elsewhere in the episode, Siggy took her family to the Holocaust Memorial Park, where her awesome father Mordecai told his grandchildren just how he and his parents escaped the Holocaust, Dolores Catania decided to have a housewarming party now that her remodel is finished and she's inviting all of the women to it (not exactly the sort of energy we'd want to christen our new home with, but different strokes for different folks), Melissa Gorga lectured her store manager with the perpetual look of confusion on his face about social media, and Jacqueline Laurita made Dolores and Siggy hold dirty-diapered baby dolls like crazy people even though the actual pregnant cast member (her daughter Ashlee) was nowhere in sight. But in the end, this was the Giudices' hour. "It's crazy what this family's been through and what we're gonna go through," Joe Gorga told Melissa. "It's like a storybook." One with a 41-month delayed happy ending for those four little girls. The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on Bravo. (Eonline)

Hulu is staying in business with some difficult people. The streaming outlet has renewed Billy Eichner and Julie Klausner comedy Difficult People for a third season, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. Fox News anchor Shepard Smith is getting candid about his sexuality in a new interview with the Huffington Post, specifically defending former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes from claims that he had stopped Smith from coming out publicly during his time at the conservative news network. "That's not true," Smith said. "He was as nice as he could be to me. I loved him like a father. I trusted him with my career and with ? I trusted him and trusts were betrayed. People outside this company can't know [how painful that betrayal was]. This place has its enemies, but inside, it was very personal, and very scarring and horrifying." Smith also said Ailes, 76, "never" made homophobic remarks around him. "He treated me with respect, just respect," he said. "I wasn't knew in the business when I came here ? I'd been doing reporting for 12 years ? but I wasn't old in it either, and he gave me every opportunity in the world and he never asked anything of me but that we get it right, try to get it right every day. It was a very warm and loving and comfortable place." Ailes was forced to leave the network this summer in the wake of sexual harassment claims by Fox News host Gretchen Carlson. (People)
