The Originals' Claire Holt Marries Andrew Joblon: See Her Wedding Dress. The Originals star Claire Holt married fiance Andrew Joblon on Saturday, August 18. The Australian actress, 30, posted a photo of the newlyweds on Instagram on Sunday, August 19, confirming the happy news. The couple posed under an arch covered with pink roses in the romantic pic. The bride wore a strapless lace gown and held a gorgeous bouquet, while the groom wore a gray suit and white sneakers. The couple's dog, Teddy, is also in the pic. Photographer Kelley Raye, who took the photo, also shared it on Instagram on Sunday, writing, "Yesterday with @claireholt and @ajoblon was amazing. Also can we all just take in Teddy's 'tuxedo' for a minute?" Joblon also shared a shot that showed him kissing his bride. The Vampire Diaries alum announced her engagement to the real estate executive in December 2017, just eight months after splitting from her first husband, TV producer Matthew Kaplan. Holt and Kaplan tied the knot in April 2016 but he filed for divorce one day before their first wedding anniversary. Holt revealed in March this year that she had suffered a miscarriage, writing in an emotional Instagram post, "I've never felt more broken in my life." She said she was sharing her story in the hope of letting other women know they aren't alone. "I could not have survived this without the unconditional love of my partner," Holt added. "Despite his pain, he was my rock and my safety net. I will never know how to thank him." She and Joblon adopted Teddy, a rescue puppy, later that same month. (UsMagazine)

Love is in the air. David Foster is not the only member of his family enjoying a romance -- his daughter Erin Foster has a new boyfriend named Simon Tikhman, a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. "It has been around six months and they are very serious," the source tells Us of the Barely Famous alum and the managing partner at The Fund by First Access Entertainment, which mentors entrepreneurs in the fields of fashion, music and marketing. Foster, 35, shared photos with her new beau on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, August 18, making a funny face in one pic as she joked that it was "a framer." The actress, who played Heather on The O.C. and has appeared in TV shows including Castle and NCIS: Los Angeles, was previously linked to Samantha Ronson. The pair split in 2015 after dating for nine months. Her relationship with a guy named Jensen was chronicled on her VH1 reality show later that year, with the writer saying, "I was lesbian for a minute, but now I'm all D. Not all D, just love his D." Erin and sister Sara Foster have been outspoken this year in their support of their father's engagement to American Idol alum Katharine McPhee, with Erin jokingly calling the Smash alum "Mommmyyy" in a comment on an Instagram pic after the couple announced their engagement last month. She previously poked fun at the music producer's relationship with McPhee last September, posting a photo of the new couple on Snapchat with the caption, "Excited about my new step mom." "We approve of whoever is going to be good to my dad; at the end of the day and we're very honest about it," Sara told Us in December. "If we ever thought that anyone was in something for the wrong reasons, we would be very vocal about it. We just want someone that's going to treat him well and that cares about him, and I think he's with someone right now that really does." (US Weekly)

Chris Hemsworth Vows Not to Exploit His Children on Social Media. Chris Hemsworth is, first and foremost, a father. The Bad Times at the El Royale actor appears on the cover of GQ's September issue (on newsstands Tuesday), and in associate editor Lauren Larson's profile, he opens up about leaving Hollywood behind. Fed up with the paparazzi in L.A., and despite Elsa Pataky's initial reservations, Hemsworth's family relocated to Australia in 2014. "Both trips we did, it was like pouring rain. And she was like, 'I don't know what the big fuss is.' Then I said, 'Let's do a trip up to Byron Bay,' and we get off the plane and it's raining. I'm like, 'Oh, my God. I'm not selling it,'" Hemsworth recalls. "And she instantly went, 'No, there's something different about this place. It is a very special place.' She went, 'This could be it. It could be the best decision we've made.'" Hemsworth and Pataky will sometimes share pictures of their children on social media, but the actors are careful not to show their faces. It's a delicate balance, Hemsworth says: "The social media side of it is just trying to work out: How do you keep up with the times?' You see that Sylvester Stallone has an Instagram account, and you kind of go, 'This is the world we're in.'" So, whenever Hemsworth does share shots of his kids, his 20 million Instagram followers go wild. As Taika Waititi, who directed Hemsworth in Thor: Ragnarok, explains, "In the few and rare times that he does, it's genuine. It's, 'Here's this amazing moment when my daughter was surfing!'" Plus, Hemsworth bristles at the notion he's "selling" his private life for likes. "The exploitation is something I'm very wary of. We've been offered things like, 'Advertise such-and-such and have dinner with your family," the 35-year-old actor says. "There's no way." The point is, Hemsworth and Pataky want to retain control over how much of their private life they share with the public. And while the paparazzi attention has lessened since they relocated, it hasn't gone away entirely. For example, Hemsworth was recently out with his kids and the paparazzi appeared. Hemsworth ignored them -- until one of his sons removed his bathing suit. "He's naked, and I look over, and they're still shooting. I ran over, and they knew. I just very pointedly and definitely said, 'Don't you dare,'" he says. "I was close to destroying the camera." It wasn't always like this. In his early days in Hollywood, Hemsworth recalls, "I remember trying to be Colin Farrell. Thinking, 'People love the bad boy.' Going out and being sort of reckless. But no one cared. There wasn't the presence of paparazzi, nor the presence of social media, nor the immediacy of all these platforms." Thor -- and the fame that came with it -- changed everything. Making movies is still an important part of Hemsworth's life, but it's not his end all, be all. "I really do feel a sense of ease for the first time in years. I don't mean that as an assessment of my achievements," says Hemsworth, who is currently filming the next Men in Black movie with Tessa Thompson. "I just mean I'm content with what's going on and relaxed and open about it." But make no mistake: Hemsworth is still as competitive as ever. Recently, at his daughter's school, Hemsworth competed in a dads race -- and, to no one's surprise, came out on top. "There was just this wave of nirvana. I turn around, and I go, 'Where's my daughter? Where is she?' And she's like, 'Dad, did you win?' And I'm like, 'Did I win? You didn't see it?!' They gave me a sticker. A first-place sticker," he says. proudly. Pataky, who missed the race due to work commitments, enjoyed his enthusiasm. "I've never seen him so excited, not even about getting a big job. It was probably one of the best things that has happened to him in his life, which is funny, right?" the 12 Strong star says, laughing. "All the things he has achieved..." (Eonline)

Kylie Jenner just called out a fan who claimed that she and Travis have broken up. Setting the record straight. Although she's had her fair share of failed relationships (haven't we all?), it seems that Kylie Jenner is well and truly settled with the father of her child, Travis Scott. The pair welcomed their baby girl, Stormi, in February and it seems to have been smooth sailing ever since - despite what the rumors are saying. In fact, Kylie's so keen to shut down the gossip, she actually responded to a fan who claimed that they've broken up. They wrote, "Remember how my dad is a mover, and moves all the Kardashian/Jenner's?????? Well home boy spilled the tea and told me that TRAVIS SCOTT AND KYLIE SPLIT. He said they moved all of Travis' shit out of her house. Shouts to my dad for keeping up with the Kardashian's (sic)...Kylie also gave my dad more tequila so it's lit." Calling BS on the tweet though, Kylie responded, "obviously fake." Kylie's watching. Always watching. It seems like just yesterday they were making their first official appearance on the Met Marking their first big red carpet appearance together, and Kylie's third Met Gala trip, this also signaled their first big night out since the arrival of Baby Stormi. The couple were seen kissing and holding hands on the red carpet whilst Kylie kept her cool with the trend of the moment, ugly AF Matrix sunglasses. Neither seemed to pay much attention to the Met Gala's controversial 2018 theme, 'Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination'. Wearing Alexander Wang, the 20-year-old beauty billionaire was fresh from her beachside holiday - the couple's first vacation as a family of three. It is thought that prior to the event the couple spent time readying themselves at Gigi Hadid's apartment. Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have been dating since April 2017. Rumors swirled around the couple after a series of loved-up courtside pictures, Miami struts and Instagram posts. After two months of dating the pair were seen getting matching tattoos, all before revealing they were expecting their first baby together. The matching butterfly tattoo holds a strong meaning for the couple. Travis' track 'The Butterfly Effect', was released in May, just after they started dating. And we've suspected that 'butterfly' was the rapper's nickname for Kylie: The couple were first spotted holding hands at Coachella and went Instagram official with this post: Kylie split with Tyga in May 2016, and previous to Kylie, Travis dated Rihanna - they were together for almost a year (before her rumored relationship with Drake). Real Housewives Star Emily Simpson Fires Back at Body Shamers. Emily Simpson doesn't have time for body shamers. The Real Housewives of Orange County star took to Twitter on Saturday to clap back at social media trolls who've judge her and others based on size. "It's never ok to call a woman fat, fatass, plus-size, etc.," she tweeted. "I will take the criticism and be the voice for all the women out there that feel inadequate because they don't fit someone's ridiculous standard of beauty. Be strong. Be proud. Be confident. I got you." While the reality star normally ignores "everything people say via Twitter," she revealed she recently received direct messages to her Instagram account that felt "just completely inappropriate" and like a "personal attack." This isn't the first time she's received this kind of hurtful judgment, either. Simpson revealed she's been "called every fat name you can think of" and that she's received "some awful messages from women" who've called her "fat and fatass." "It's horrible," she wrote. However, many people were quick to come to Simpson's defense. She also reiterated she's proud of the skin she's in. In addition, she thanked her fans for their support and encouraged her followers to build each other up instead of tear each other down. (Eonline)

Lisa Marie Presley won't have to pay her estranged hubby spousal support ... 'cause the postnuptial agreement they signed in 2007 says she doesn't have to pony up a penny and it's ironclad. According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the judge said the agreement Michael Lockwood signed in 2007 -- after they married in 2006 -- is legit. Michael gave up his right to spousal support, something they've been at war over for the last week. Even though Michael testified he had NOT read the postnup when he signed it, the court ruled signing it on the advice of his attorney holds up because it means he understood what he was signing based on what his lawyer was telling him. This is just the latest in Lisa and Michael's divorce war. She was ordered back in February to pay him $100k in legal fees. (TMZ)

Pete and his friend were driving in Syracuse around 4 AM last weekend where Pete was filming "Big Time Adolescence" with Machine Gun Kelly. As for the controlled substance ... cops aren't saying what they found. Here's what we don't know ... there were drugs in the car, but we don't know why cops fingered the passenger. We've reached out to Pete's rep, so far no word back. (TMZ)

Bam Margera Claims He Was Robbed at Gunpoint in Colombia. Bam Margera said overnight he was robbed at gunpoint in Colombia. Speaking to his 1.6 million Instagram followers, the star of VH1's Family Therapy appeared reasonably shaken. "I just arrived in Cartagena alone and I took a taxi -- a random one -- from the airport to here. And I couldn't Spanish, they couldn't speak English, and they translated on their phone for me to read, 'Empty your wallet,' as they put a gun on their lap to show it to me," he said. "So I did, and I had $500. They let me go. That was weird. Welcome to Colombia!" (Margera's wife and son currently are visiting his parents, per his mother's Instagram account.) Chris Pontius, Margera's friend and former Jackass co-star, was among thousands of people who commented on the video. "Oh no, Bam, you didn't read the safety tips section of your travel book again! First, it was those Spanish gypsies, then the Icelandic rappers, and now a Colombian taxi man!" Pontius told him. "I'm just happy that you are safe and I love you, bro!" Margera did not say whether he reported the alleged incident to local authorities. In a follow-up Instagram video, Margera cracked open a bottle of Club Colombia Dorada while sitting in his hotel room. "Sober since January 10th, this is how you open a beer being alone, bored and robbed," the 38-year-old VH1 star wrote in his caption. "Anyone in Cartagena I will be sitting at the center square at high noon tomorrow with my skateboard if u wanna cruise." Margera decided to sober after being arrested in January and charged with two counts of DUI. (Eonline)

Asia Argento -- one of Harvey Weinstein's first accusers and a prominent figure in the #MeToo movement -- reportedly paid off her own accuser, a then 17-year-old boy. The NYT cites documents it obtained outlining an agreement between Argento's lawyer and her accuser's attorney to pay former child actor Jimmy Bennett -- who once co-starred alongside Argento in a 2004 film -- $380,000 over multiple installments. The Times reports Bennett's attorney reached out to Argento's camp late last year -- shortly before Ronan Farrow's bombshell New Yorker piece -- stating an intent to sue ... and describing alleged "sexual battery" between Argento and Bennett in 2013 -- when he was only 17 years old. He's 22 now. According to the Times, the documents claim Jimmy met Asia at a Ritz-Carlton hotel in Marina del Rey, CA on May 9, 2013 and that she proceeded to give him alcohol, kiss him, push him back onto the bed, perform oral sex on him ... and then climb on top of him to have intercourse. Argento has photos of her and Bennett on her social media account from the day in question. One post shows a photo of the two of them with her caption reading "Happiest day of my life reunion with @jimmymbennett xox". The Times says Bennett's lawyer claimed his client had more photos, one of which allegedly depicts both of them lying topless in bed from that day. According to the Times ... Argento agreed to pay Bennett $200,000 this past April as an initial installment for the copyright to the risque photo that was in his possession. The Times also cites an email written to Argento from her lawyer saying ... "Ultimately, you decided against the non-disclosure [NDA] language because you felt it was inconsistent with the public messages you've conveyed about the societal perils of non-disclosure agreements." The alleged email ends with this ... "Bennett could theoretically tell people his claims against you. However, under this agreement, he cannot sue you for them. Nor can he post the photo of the two of you. At the very he is not permitted to bother you for more money, disparage you or sue -- so long as you comply with your obligations in the agreement." We've reached out to Argento's reps for comment ... so far, no word back. (TMZ)

Asia Argento will not go under the microscope of cops for the alleged sexual assault involving a 17-year-old ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ. Argento settled with Jimmy Bennett for $380k for an incident that went down at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Marina del Rey, CA ... this according to the NYT. The paper cites documents showing when Jimmy was 17, Argento gave him alcohol, kissed him, pushed him on the bed, performed oral sex on him and then climbed on top of him to have intercourse. Argento did not ask for an NDA because, as one of the first Harvey Weinstein rape accusers, she felt confidentiality documents protected the bad guy. Instead she bought the copyright to a photo of the 2 of them in the hotel bed wearing nothing on top. He also gave up his right to civilly sue her. We're told the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. will only investigate sex crimes if the alleged victim comes forward and complains. A source from the Sheriff's Dept. told us if Bennett were still a minor and they learned of the incident in the media they would open an investigation, but since he's now 22 they will not. We're told, at this point ... Bennett has not contacted the Sheriff's Office. (TMZ)

Rose McGowan Reacts to Asia Argento Reportedly Paying Off Assault Accuser: "My Heart Is Broken". The former ally has publicly distanced herself from the Italian actress after reports that she paid off her own sexual assault accuser. Asia Argento's former ally Rose McGowan has publicly distanced herself from the Italian director and actress after a report in the New York Times said that Argento paid off her own sexual assault accuser. Both Argento and McGowan have been two of the most outspoken critics of Harvey Weinsten after coming forward as victims of the disgraced Hollywood producer last fall. McGowan tweeted: "I got to know Asia Argento ten months ago. Our commonality is the shared pain of being assaulted by Harvey Weinstein. My heart is broken. I will continue my work on behalf of victims everywhere." According to photographs, McGowan first met Argento in March of 2003 and they grew closer last year over their shared experiences in coming out as the first victims of Weinstein. According to the report, Argento paid off actor Jimmy Bennett $380,000 after a hotel assault in California when he was only 17 years old. The age of consent in California is 18. Bennett originally asked for $3.5 million in damages. The Times also reported that Bennett had filed a lawsuit against his parents for withholding his earnings from him, for ultimately cheating him out of $1.5 million. It was settled for undisclosed terms. Bennett and Argento continued to keep in touch after the alleged attack. McGowan has been a vocal supporter of Argento, especially following the death of Argento's boyfriend Anthony Bourdain when she rushed to her side. McGowan penned a letter calling her a "pillar of strength" and asked for an end to the vicious online attacks against Argento asking for media and fans not to place the blame for Bourdain's suicide on Argento. "I'd like to think he would want us to have the collective conversation that needs to be had about depression. Blame is NOT a conversation, it is the shutting down of our collective growth," she wrote at the time. Argento also appeared on McGowan's reality series Citizen Rose to discuss their own stories of sexual assault. McGowan is also seen on the show walking out of a women's support group in Rome when an Italian woman questions what she got out of her relationship with Weinstein. Argento has not yet responded to the Times report. (Hollywood Reporter)
