Jessica Biel Shares Emotional Birthday Tribute to Justin Timberlake 2 Months After PDA Scandal. Moving on. Jessica Biel shared an emotional tribute to husband Justin Timberlake two months after he was photographed with his Palmer costar Alisha Wainwright at a bar in New Orleans. "Happy birthday to the most timeless man I know," the 37-year-old actress wrote alongside four Instagram photos with Timberlake on his 39th birthday. "You somehow grow up without growing old. We love you so much" Timberlake and Biel, who wed in 2012, share 4-year-old son Silas. The "Suit & Tie" singer made headlines in November 2019 when he was seen looking cozy with Wainwright, 30. In the photos from the boozy outing, the costars were spotted holding hands under a table. The actress also placed her hand on Timberlake's knee. (Wainwright's rep released a statement at the time denying that anything romantic happened between the pair: "There is no validity to this speculation. They are working on a project together.") Weeks after the photos surfaced, the former 'NSync member apologized to Biel and Silas in his own statement via Instagram. "A few weeks ago, I displayed a strong lapse of judgment -- but let me be clear -- nothing happened between me and my costar," he wrote on December 4, referring to his wife and son as "the people I love." He continued: "I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I should have known better. This is not the example I want to set for my son. I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be. This was not that." Timberlake concluded with a shoutout to the film. "I am incredibly proud to be working on Palmer," he wrote. "Looking forward to continuing to make this movie and excited for people to see it." A source told Us Weekly at the time that Biel "encouraged Justin to put out his statement on Instagram." "She felt embarrassed by his actions and wanted him to take accountability," the insider said. While the couple reconnected with a staycation earlier this month, the 7th Heaven alum was "still upset" with Timberlake, per a second source. "He has been making big promises and not sticking to them as much as she thinks he can and should," the source told Us. "He promised that he would be more involved with their family." (UsMagazine)

"I just didn't rly understand what I was getting into," she revealed. "It's been good too, but it makes working a lot harder. Pamela Anderson giveth her hand in marriage, and Pamela Anderson taketh away -- she and her new movie producer husband are already calling it quits ... less than 2 weeks later. The actress told THR Sunday that she and Jon Peters were uncoupling 12 days after a secret wedding ceremony in Malibu, where they said "I do" in front of their kids and loved ones. Apparently, however, Pammy and Jon never filed legal docs to become mister and missus. She says, "I have been moved by the warm reception to Jon and my union." Pam continues, "We would be very grateful for your support as we take some time apart to re-evaluate what we want from life and from one another. Life is a journey and love is a process." She finishes by saying, "With that universal truth in mind, we have mutually decided to put off the formalization of our marriage certificate and put our faith in the process. Thank you for respecting our privacy." At the time of their marriage announcement, Jon said he'd only wanted Pamela after all these years ... saying she made him "wild" in a good way. As for Pam, she said Jon was one of the OG "bad boys" of Hollywood, and that no one compared. She also said she loved him. The couple has history BTW ... they dated over 30 years ago. The so-called marriage would've marked the fifth for both of them. Looks like they're back to 4 apiece ??. (TMZ)

Zendaya Squashes Jacob Elordi Dating Rumors by calling Him Her "Best Friend." Zendaya is putting an end to those Jacob Elordi romance rumors. The 23-year-old actress called the 22-year-old actor her "best friend" while presenting him with the Rising Star honor at the American Australian Association Arts Awards in New York on Thursday. Zendaya stunned in a Christopher Esber ensemble while Jacob looked sharp in his suit. This wasn't the first time the Euphoria stars had squashed speculation. Back in December, Jacob told GQ Zendaya was "like my sister." "She's super dope to work with," he told the magazine at the time. "She's an incredible artist and a very caring person to all of us. But we're all really close. There is not one weak link in that show. We've spent so much time together and everyone is just so cool to work with." Zendaya and Jacob -- who play Rue Bennett and Nate Jacobs on the HBO hit -- sparked romance rumors after vacationing together in Greece in August 2019. The Daily Mail also reported the two hung out in Australia after the GQ Men of Year Awards, where Zendaya was honored as Woman of the Year and Jacob was named TV Actor of the Year. This wasn't the first time Zendaya had sparked romance rumors with a co-star. Last year, there was speculation she was romantically linked to her Spider-Man: Far From Home castmate Tom Holland. Although, Zendaya made it clear the two are "friends." Although, if Zendaya were to date someone, she said it would be helpful if that person was in the industry. "There's just certain things in our lives that's hard for people to understand if they don't live it," she told CR Fashion Book in 2018. "Like if I have to explain what a call time is or why I have to start glam early. I'm not just sitting around all day. I'm on camera, I'm shooting, I'm working, I can't have my phone. But that doesn't mean somebody who's not in the industry can't understand it or wouldn't want to learn or understand it." (Eonline)

Dylan Sprouse Would Work With His Twin Brother Cole Sprouse Again on 1 Condition. Brotherly love! Dylan Sprouse is willing to costar in another project with his twin brother, Cole Sprouse, but the pair won't step in front of the camera for just any script. "I mean we're very serious," Dylan, 27, recently told Us Weekly at TBS's premiere of Miracle Workers: Dark Ages in partnership with Dylan's All-Wise Meadery. "It's more likely that I will write something for us to work in together, rather than someone approach us. Twin movies are never good! That's just the universal truth I think the universe has given to us, and so if we can find the right thing then, yeah." The Disney Channel alum added that he and Cole, 27, are still very close and come to each other for advice -- including on relationships. "Well, I mean he is my twin brother," Dylan said. "I love him very much. We talk every day and we play video games together. So yeah, you can say that we're kind of each other's confidants in a lot of ways." Dylan and Cole have starred in numerous projects together over the years, including Big Daddy, The Astronaut's Wife, Just for Kicks, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and The Suite Life on Deck. While Dylan briefly stepped back from acting in favor of cofounding his New York-based meadery, All-Wise Meadery, Cole has been starring as Jughead Jones on CW's Riverdale since 2017. In an interview with Teen Vogue in 2015, Dylan revealed that he had no interest in studying acting in college. The brothers both attended New York University where Cole majored in archaeology, while Dylan studied video game design. "The one thing I knew for sure about myself is I didn't want to study acting," Dylan said at the time. "It was something we had done and something that we don't really need to train all that much more for." The entrepreneur and Cole still kept their acting skills sharp over their college years and switched places at their college graduation in 2015. Cole shared with the publication that they "actually received each other's diplomas." Dylan added, "In fact, if you look up my graduating photo you'll see. We just decided, you know, there's no reason not to. No one's going to notice." (UsMagazine)

Dad-to-Be Usain Bolt Says He 'Won't Push' His Child to Run Track: 'There Is So Much Pressure'. Usain Bolt is expecting his first child with longtime girlfriend Kasi Bennett. Usain Bolt will be more than happy if his future child does not follow in his Olympic footsteps. The retired Olympian -- who is currently expecting his first child with longtime girlfriend Kasi Bennett -- recently told PEOPLE at the Bolt24 By Gatorade studio that he's in favor of their baby on the way not pursuing track and field. "People always say, 'Are you going to put your kids in sports?'" said Bolt, 33. "But for me, if they want to be in sports, fine, I don't really care. But, I won't push them to do track and field. I think it's going to be hard." "I think it's the hardest thing when you have a dad that is a superstar in a supersport, I don't think you should do that sport," Bolt added. "I think you should do something else because there is so much pressure on you to live up to expectations." The nine-time gold medalist admitted that he is "more nervous" than Bennett, 30, to become a first-time parent. "My girlfriend is really excited, she's excited to be pregnant, and I'm like, 'What am I going to do, I'm about to be a dad.' You know? I'm that guy." Bolt also said that he anticipates being a dad will be much harder than conquering the Olympics. "The good thing about it is that I have a lot of experience with my friends' kids and my aunts' kids and stuff like that, so I kind of understand but I've never had a kid 24/7," he said. "You know what I mean? This is 24/7, so it's going to be challenging but I'm so excited." Bolt announced Jan. 23 that the couple is expecting with a breathtaking photo of Bennett on the beach dressed in a billowing red dress that showed off her baby bump. "I just want to say a KING or QUEEN is about to be HERE. @kasi.b," he captioned the stunning photo by Lexon Photography. Bennett also shared the news on her own social media, sharing a series of three posts with additional photos from her red dress maternity shoot. Each photo was consecutively captioned, "Our biggest blessing..," "Our greatest celebration... ," and finally, "Our golden child ?? Coming soon... " The pair, who are both originally from Jamaica, have been dating for nearly seven years. In 2017, Bolt told PEOPLE that they were ready to start a family together. "I have [had] a girlfriend for four years now [and] it's going steadily, so we're thinking about kids very soon," he said at the time. "We'll see how it goes, we're taking our time." The couple became more serious following Bolt's retirement in 2016, right after he took home his ninth consecutive Olympic gold medal in Rio. When Bolt announced the retirement news, he told PEOPLE that he planned to dedicate more of his time to his relationship with Bennett. "She's happy, I'm happy!" Bolt said of his relationship. "We just got really serious, we are taking it one step at a time." (People)

Dog the Bounty Hunter's got a new #1 job -- now that he's without his wife, Beth, and his TV show -- and that's himself. Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the future of "Dog's Most Wanted" is currently up in the air. WGN ran it last season, but the superstation is under new ownership and has changed its prime time lineup to a 3-hour news show. Dog would normally be shooting his hit show right now, but instead, he's on hiatus and that means he has a lot of free time on his hands. We're told he plans to use it as "me" time -- doing a lot of self-exploration and chasing passions like fishing. He has a favorite fishing hole in Colorado, so we're told he'll be there a lot. He's also going to work with at-risk youth -- and, of course, continue working bounty hunter cases. It ain't just a TV show, it's his real-life gig. Speaking of which, even though his show -- the No. 1-rated original series on WGN -- is off the air right now, he still wants to stay connected with fans. We're told he'll keep scheduling meet-and-greets. As we reported, Dog's also grown close to one of his late wife's friends, Moon -- and even proposed to her during a 'Dr. Oz' taping. That's caused plenty of strife in his family -- but Dog's gonna have time to patch things up if that's what he wants to do. (TMZ)

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have just gone on the offensive, claiming federal prosecutors corruptly withheld evidence from them, which they say proves they bribed no one, and they further say the government withheld the evidence so it could squeeze the couple into accepting a plea bargain. Lori and Mossimo claim in new legal docs, the money they gave Rick Singer to get their daughters into USC was a payment they believed was going to the University itself. According to the docs, for months the government claimed it didn't have any exculpatory evidence showing the payment was not a bribe to then USC Senior Associate Athletic Director Donna Heinel. According to the docs, after months of denials, prosecutors finally and belatedly turned over evidence and testimony from Rick Singer that tends to show NO BRIBE was offered ... at least that what Lori and Mossimo believed. The docs state, "Rick Singer has advised the government, in sum and in substance, that ... the families that do the side door ...typically do not know that Heinel is involved until the time of the first payment." Singer further stated, "Giannulli and Loughlin thought their payment of $50,000 went directly to USC's program." And, get this ... according to the docs, "The government clearly acknowledges that Giannulli and Loughlin's alleged 'bribe payments' did not go to any USC official personally, but rather went to USC itself." As for the rest of the money, according to the docs, Singer told prosecutors Lori and Mossimo "thought their $200,000 payment went to [Singer's charity] with some of the funds then 'going to a USC program.'" And, according to the docs, prosecutors have internal USC emails in which they offer to "flag" one daughter's application and take a customized tour of the campus "to discuss the impact of [Giannulli's] philanthropy." This is really a core to the case because there's nothing illegal about contributing to the University. In fact, in the docs, USC "has an institutional practice of tightly intertwining admissions and fundraising." They point to then USC Athletic Director Pat Hayden, who reportedly said Lori and Mossimo were "good for a million plus" in connection with their daughters' admission. The docs say while the government withheld this evidence, prosecutors "launched a months-long campaign to pressure Defendants into pleading guilty." Apparently, when prosecutors realized the couple wasn't playing ball, they finally released the evidence. (TMZ)

DaBaby better get da lawyer on the phone ... he's just been slapped with a lawsuit by the guy claiming he and his crew beat him up. Concert promoter Kenneth Carey just filed suit against DB, his entertainment company and a bunch of the goons that were with him that day ... alleging the rapper not only illegally battered him but also turned his back on a deal they'd struck to host an event. Long story short ... Kenneth now claims in legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- that he and DaBaby agreed to have the latter host a party where another artist, Stunna 4 Vegas, had been booked to perform at. Ken says he and DB agreed on a flat rate ... $20k, no more. In his lawsuit ... Ken says when DaBaby and co. arrived in town, he arranged hotels and cars for them via a rental company -- and alleges one of those vehicles was returned damaged. Fast-forward to the day Ken was supposed to pay DB, and he claims the guy asked him for an additional $10k on the spot to cover the damage to the car, which apparently got billed to DaBaby and his crew. Ken says DaBaby insisted it was the least Ken could do ... seeing how he agreed to do the hosting gig for way cheaper than he normally charges. Ken says he refused to pay another $10k, and that's when the alleged ass-whooping -- part of which was caught on camera -- went down. The promoter says DaBaby and at least 4 other guys pulled his pants down, beat him up and poured apple juice all over him. He also claims the crew jacked him of his phone, money and credit card that he had on hand. Adding insult to injury, Ken says neither DaBaby or Stunna showed for the event. The suit was filed by Jonathan May of The Lions' Den law firm in Miami. Of course, DaBaby was later arrested and charged for battery in connection to this case ... but he later sprung himself from jail and defended himself online, denying the account. Ken is suing for everything he can under the sun -- battery, breach of contract, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and so on. He wants damages and other costs well above $6 million. (TMZ)

Jesse Jane ended up in handcuffs after beating the hell out of her boyfriend following a night of drinking ... at least according to cops, who arrested the porn star for domestic violence. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the famous porn star was arrested early Wednesday in Moore, OK on suspicion of domestic violence after she allegedly punched her boyfriend in the face and bit off a chunk of his hand. According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, officers responded to a call for a domestic disturbance and when they showed up to the residence, Jesse and her BF were in the driveway, and he couldn't open his bloody left eye and there was a bite mark on his left hand. The report says the boyfriend told cops he and Jesse were drinking the night before, and he woke up to Jesse throwing his medication in the trash -- she claims it was steroids -- so he confronted her, and she became upset and attacked. According to cops, Jesse told officers her boyfriend picked her up by the neck and threw her into a wall, but the report says police did not observe any injuries on the adult film star's body other than a small spot of dried blood on her forehead. Jesse was arrested and hauled off to Cleveland County Jail, where she was booked on a domestic violence charge. She's since been released. It's not the first time Jesse's been in trouble with cops in Oklahoma ... back in 2018, she was busted for public intoxication following a college football game. We reached out to Jesse's reps for comment ... so far, no word back. (TMZ)

PnB Rock smashed into 3 cars and wrecked his BMW during a street race ... this according to cops, who busted him for driving under the influence. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper was arrested on suspicion of DUI and reckless driving in Burbank, CA after officers say they saw him plow into a row of parked cars. Looking at images from the crash makes ya think, PnB's lucky he was even alive to get arrested. Our sources say cops observed the white BMW sedan -- driven by PnB Rock -- racing a blue and silver Rolls Royce Wraith last weekend on a local street, reaching speeds near 100 MPH. The race didn't last long ... we're told the BMW crashed pretty quickly, hitting the 3 parked cars and flipping one on its side!!! There was even a woman inside of the vehicles, but she escaped with minor injuries. Our sources say PnB Rock reeked of marijuana when police approached, and officers found some weed on him. He wasn't booked for that -- it's Cali, after all. You can possess small amounts, but driving while on it ... still not cool. PnB was booked for DUI and reckless driving and later released on $100,000 bail. As for the Rolls he was allegedly racing -- it made a clean getaway. (TMZ)

He was 56. News of the American driver's death was confirmed on Thursday by Andretti Autosport, an auto racing team owned by John's cousin Michael. "It [is] with the heaviest of hearts we share that John Andretti has today lost his battle with cancer," the statement, which was shared on Thursday afternoon, read. "John was a loving husband and father, a devoted son and a trusted cousin. He was a philanthropist, an advocate for the sport, a dedicated teammate, a driven competitor and most importantly a dear friend." The racing star, who was first diagnosed with colon cancer in 2017, made it his mission to "use his voice to help spread the word of prevention and early detection," the statement continued. "He fought hard and stole back days the disease vowed to take away. He helped countless others undergo proper screening, and in doing so, saved lives. We will forever carry with us John's genuine spirit of helping others first and himself second," the statement continued. "Our prayers today are with Nancy, Jarett, Olivia and Amelia, with our entire family, and with fans worldwide." Family member Marco Andretti also shared a tribute to John, calling him "the best godfather." "Your passion for Motorsport was admirable. Always the good ones we lose too soon," he continued, including the hashtag "#CheckIt4Andretti," which John frequently used amid his battle with cancer as a reminder to others. John, who raced for 17 seasons before retiring from NASCAR in 2010, came from a family of racecar drivers. His uncle Mario Andretti, a four-time IndyCar national champion, is the only driver to have ever won the Indianapolis 500, the Daytona 500 and the Formula One World Championship. John's father Aldo, who is Mario's twin, is also a former NASCAR driver. Additionally, John's son Jarett races professionally. Throughout his career, Kohn won two of 393 starts he competed in, and came in fifth place during the Indianapolis 500 in 1991, according to the Indianapolis Star. His final win took place in the 1999 NASCAR Cup Series. He also made history in 1994, becoming the first driver to attempt to compete in the Indy 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on the same day, coming in 10th and 36th respectively, NBC Sports reported. John was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2017 after getting a colonoscopy that January, after putting it off for years, WTHR reported at the time. Shortly after undergoing surgery to remove a portion of his colon, doctors discovered cancer had spread to his liver. Although John tweeted in March 2018 that he had finished chemotherapy and his latest scans had come back clean, two months later, he announced that his cancer had returned and "spread to other areas." "I'm an Andretti," he told the Indianapolis Star at the time. "Our family's already been through plenty of trials, and we're still here. To get taken down by this, well, I'm going to go out giving it the strongest fight I can give it." (People)
