Prince George & Princess Charlotte Get Their Own Christmas Trees, Kate Middleton's Mom Reveals. There's plenty of Christmas cheer in Granny Middleton's home! In her first interview ever, Carole Middleton, mother to Kate Middleton as well as daughter Pippa and son James, opened up to U.K. newspaper The Telegraph about her life, her grandchildren and why she's made a point of not commenting on her famous family to the press. Carole, who lives with her husband Michael in a manor house in Bucklebury, which is 50 miles west of London, shared that when it comes to Christmas trees, she doesn't like to have just one in the house. The 63-year old went on to share that she likes to have as many trees possible in her home, including one for each of her grandchildren's rooms. Explaining her reasoning, Carole shared it's "so that they can decorate it themselves." Kate and husband Prince William share three children -- Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and 7-month-old Prince Louis, who will be celebrating his first Christmas this year. Pippa and her husband James Matthews welcomed their first child, son Theodore, in October. Although Carole shares a close bond with her daughter Kate -- who visits Bucklebury with her family when they need a home away from home -- both she and her husband have made a point not to speak with the press about Kate and William's relationship. "Over the years, it's proved wise not to say anything," she shared. As she's found herself the subject of intense media scrutiny over the years, Carole revealed that as of last year, she no longer reads any stories written about her. "I thought it was better to know what people thought. But it doesn't make any different. I'm not really sure how I'm perceived now," she remarked. "But the thing is... it is really normal -- most of the time." Case in point? As Carole participated in a photoshoot for the interview, she received a text message from Kate, wishing her good luck. Carole -- who founded the wildly successful Party Pieces business with her husband Michael in 1987, the same year her son James was born -- also shared exactly how Kate and Pippa used to work for the company. "They did a lot of modelling," Carole said. "Catherine was on the cover of one of the catalogues, blowing out candles. Later on, she did some styling and set up the First Birthday side of the business. Pippa did the blog." Although her daughters now have their plates full with other matters, the mother of three added, "I still value their ideas and opinions." Even after over 30 years with the business, Carole doesn't see herself retiring any time soon -- and it's largely to do with her grandchildren. "I don't see myself stopping [work]," she remarked. "If I did I'd have to have so many projects on. I'd have to redecorate the house. I'd love to travel but then I'd miss the grandchildren." "No," she added. "I've got a billion ideas I still want to do." (People)

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger know how to kick things up for Sunday Funday ... with a trip to Disneyland Chris' son will surely never forget. Chris, Katherine and Jack looked like one huge happy family at the Happiest Place on Earth ... hitting up the theme park Sunday with some friends. Chris and Katherine showed some PDA, and Jack no doubt looked like he had the time of his life. They jumped on Toy Story Midway Mania!, as well as Pirates of the Caribbean and Thunder Mountain. And, don't let anyone convince you otherwise -- no trip to Disneyland is complete without watching the fireworks. Nobody -- and we mean NOBODY -- seemed more pumped about the fireworks than Chris. Dude was fist pumping like he had just scored the game-winning TD in the Super Bowl. Talk about being fired up. Jack was also in awe of the firework display. It's a thing of beauty ... especially this time a year. (TMZ)

Joan Collins thinks late sister Jackie has been reincarnated as a fly. Actress Dame Joan Collins says she believes that her late sister Jackie has been reincarnated -- as a fly. The 85-year-old "Dynasty" legend told The Observer that one of the insects appears next to her "all the time" and that she suspects it's her romance-author sibling, who died in 2015 after a seven-year battle with breast cancer. "I have this little fly that comes near me all the time. It's really strange," Collins told the paper. "I think it might be my sister. "I know that sounds weird, and I don't know whether I believe in the afterlife or not," Collins said. "My opinion is still out to lunch about that, but it is weird that wherever I go, at least two or three times a week wherever I am, France, London, here this little fly comes." The British starlet still has various paintings and sculptures gifted to her by her sister and stressed how close they were. "You know, like sisters, we all have our problems, which the press loved to exacerbate, or exaggerate. But I mean, she was the closest person to me for many years, and with me being the older sister, she kind of worshiped me in a way," Collins said. Still, Jackie, who was diagnosed in 2009, didn't tell her sister she had stage-four breast cancer. "Thank God she didn't tell me," Collins said. "I mean," she added. "I wish she had. Ariana Grande Covers Up Pete Davidson Tattoo With a Tribute to Mac Miller. Another day, another tattoo cover up. After their whirlwind engagement and subsequent breakup, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson are both taking the necessary steps to cover up many of the matching tattoos they either got together or about the other person. A few days after announcing their split, Grande performed at NBC's A Very Wicked Halloween where she was seen quite literally covering her "Pete" tattoo with a Band-Aid. A few weeks later, the "Reborn" ink on her hand that she got with Davidson had been turned into some sort of feather or leaf. Both Grande and Davidson got a heart design over other tattoos, which almost made it look like they got matching break-up tats. Grande's most recent tattoo redo was a shout-out to Mac Miller, her ex-boyfriend who died in September. An Ariana Grande fan account posted a video on Instagram that was apparently a behind-the-scenes moment on her "Thank U, Next" music video. She was dressed like she was coming right out of the Legally Blonde homage where Grande -- channeling her inner Elle Woods -- teaches Jennifer Coolidge the forever iconic "Bend and Snap" move. In the video, the "God Is a Woman" singer bent over her foot and called over her friends to check out her new tattoo, which is a shout-out to Miller's dog. "Look at my Myron," she said. "Guys, come look. How cool right?" The "Myron" tattoo went over the "8418" on her foot, which was a tribute to Davidson's father who died in the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks. The singer has been openly mourning Miller since his death, often posting old photos and throwbacks of the two of them and reminiscing on their relationship. One fan went so far as to accuse Grande of "milking" Miller's death, but she clapped back with an appropriate and perfectly Ariana Grande-esque response. "I pray you never have to deal with anything like this ever and I'm sending you peace and love," she said on Twitter. She added in another tweet, "Some of the s--t I read on here makes me sick to my stomach. It scares me the way some people think and I don't like this world a lot of the time. Michelle Obama Cancels Book Tour Dates to Attend Bush's Funeral After Posting Touching Tribute. Michelle Obama has a special place in her heart for the Bush family. The former first lady, 54, paid tribute to George H.W. Bush on Saturday by sharing a throwback photo of the late 41st president giving her a sweet kiss on the cheek in the Oval Office. "As a public servant, father, and grandfather, President George H.W. Bush was an extraordinary example for us all. His spirit of service and decency will be missed by many, including our family," she wrote. "I hope his memory will be a guiding light for our country and those around the world." In the image, Mrs. Obama's husband, former President Barack Obama, is pictured standing nearby. On Sunday, the Becoming author announced that in order to attend Bush's funeral this week, she would be cancelling her planned book tour appearances in Paris and Berlin. "It's important to me to join the Bush family in celebrating President George H.W. Bush's exemplary life," she wrote on Twitter. "This will unfortunately preclude my visits to Paris and Berlin. I've been deeply touched by the enthusiasm for my memoir, and I'm working to reschedule my trip for next year." "I hope readers and ticket holders will understand my decision regarding my desire to attend President Bush's funeral and join me in paying tribute to him and his tremendous contributions to our world," she added. The pair both attended the funeral for Bush's late wife Barbara in April. A state funeral will be held at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, starting at 11 a.m. ET. Additionally, Wednesday will be declared a national day of mourning in dedication to Bush, President Donald Trump announced Saturday. Following the state funeral, Bush's remains will be transported to Houston, where he lived. A second memorial service will also be held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Houston at 11 a.m. on Thursday. He will then be laid to rest at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum at Texas A&M University. His late wife Barbara as well as their daughter Robin, who died at the age of three from leukemia, are also buried there. Although Trump did not attend Barbara's funeral, he plans to attend Wednesday's service. Mrs. Obama has spoken warmly of the family in the past. Opening up about her special bond with former President George W. Bush during a November interview with his daughter, Jenna Bush Hager, on Today, Mrs. Obama shared that although she doesn't "agree with him on everything," they're still friends. Commenting on their differing political views, Mrs. Obama said that while they "have different ideas" about what's best for America, "that doesn't make me evil. And that doesn't make him, you know, stupid." "It's just a disagreement and that's how I feel about your father. You know? He's a beautiful, funny, kind, sweet man," she shared. After George W. Bush was seen on camera offering her a piece of candy at John McCain's funeral, the author also went on to describe him as her "partner in crime." "[President Bush] is my partner in crime at every major thing where all the formers gather. So, we're together all the time, and I love him to death. He's a wonderful man. He's a funny man," Mrs. Obama said during a visit on the Today show in October. She went on to explain why she believed the bipartisan moment quickly went viral. "That's what people are hungry for... Party doesn't separate us; color, gender, those kinds of things don't separate us. It's the message that we send," she shared. This way of thinking was also exemplified in a letter the late president wrote to incoming President Bill Clinton in 1993, which went viral after Bush's death. Without making any mention of their differing political opinions, the Republican wished his Democratic successor the best of luck in the note, writing, "You will be our President when you read this note. I wish you well. I wish your family well. Your success now is our country's success. I am rooting hard for you." (People)

Sarah Hyland's Cousin Dies in Drunk Driving Accident. Sarah Hyland revealed on her Instagram stories that her 14-year-old cousin Trevor Canaday died in a drunk driving accident on Saturday. In a screenshot taken from the GoFundMe page, Hyland wrote, "This is my 14-year old cousin Trevor. Yesterday, he was killed by a drunk driver. My uncle is still in the hospital in need of more surgeries." According to Trevor's GoFundMe page set up by his mom Becky and sisters Tessa and Zoee, the Omaha, Nebraska natives were "driving to a show choir event and were involved in a serious car accident due to a drunk driver." It continued, "Bryan, is recovering physically, but sadly Trevor has gained his wings and is singing and playing some crazy football in heaven." The GoFundMe page is raising money for funeral costs and medical expenses. "Trevor was a funny, smart, innovative, athletic, goofy kid and he was so loved," it says. "His memory will live on in many ways. Please help us do this for the family now to help ease their suffering away from money to focus on healing emotionally." Hyland's Modern Family star Ariel Winter re-posted Hyland's screenshot about Trevor and encouraged her followers to donate. Both Hyland and Winter's Instagram stories said that the man allegedly driving the other car had two previous DUIs. Hyland captioned another photo, the man "hit my Uncle's car so fast my cousin (who was wearing a seatbelt) was ejected from the car." Our thoughts go out to Hyland and her family. (Eonline)

O, what an opportunity for Oprah fanatics who want to own a piece of history from her iconic TV show. The folks over at Screenbid are auctioning off 48 official studio audience chairs from "The Oprah Winfrey Show." It's a big deal ... the show, of course, ended in 2011 after 25 marvelous seasons and over 4,500 episodes. The chairs -- each with its own commemorative plaque -- are practically a steal ... the asking bids are less than $100 but if rabid fans wanna drive up bids, they'd be doing so for a great cause. We're told proceeds from the auction will benefit Oprah's Leadership Academy Foundation in South Africa, which helps empower gifted girls who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree ... how pricey are thy Executive Branch's expenses? The cost of President Trump's second National Christmas Tree Lighting on Wednesday totaled $141,944 -- up slightly more than $2k from 2017 ... according to federal receipts. The White House tab includes $115k for event management services, $14,322 on a sound system rental ... and $12,622 for ballistic glass to protect Donald, Melania and the fam. For comparison -- the cost of lighting the tree last year was $139,881. We originally thought it was $128,424 ... but we found an additional invoice for more than $11k on event management. Perhaps Trump heard about consumer spending being up on Black Friday and Cyber Monday and joined the party. BTW, this Christmas bill doesn't include the giant evergreen -- it's usually donated -- or the notorious blood-red trees Melania picked to line an East Wing hallway. (TMZ)
