Slice up the day
Picture your day as a pie chart of time, and plan each wedge. Schedule a few without your phone.

Meet your demons
Accept uncomfortable feelings and sit with them instead of scrolling madly to distract yourself.

Disconnect for dinner
In social situations, put your phone on airplane mode, or at least silence it and keep it out of sight.

Don't rush to upgrade
Keep a computer or phone that's three years old and can't do everything. You'll soon realize it's enough.

Crack a book
Or at least read something longer than this list. Even if lists are a good way to boost page views.
