Kristen Bell Reacts to Being Called a Power Couple Alongside Dax Shepard. We here at E! News are the first to call Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard the ultimate power couple. But what does the couple think of the title? During a screening event for The Good Place Wednesday night in Hollywood, the cast was celebrating the success of NBC's comedy that just announced their season three premiere date. But after Ted Danson referred to Kristen and Dax as a "power couple," we had to get her reaction. "What a high compliment coming from him and Mary [Steenburgen]. I'll take it," Kristen shared with E! News' Will Marfuggi. "I don't know what we have power over. It's certainly not each other or our children. She added, "We don't feel powerful." Kristen and Dax, who have been together since 2007, wed in 2013 after California passed legislation legalizing same-sex marriage. They are parents to two daughters, Lincoln and Delta. The couple never fails to keep it real and openly talks about the ups and downs of their relationship. The actors often share their day-to-day married life on social media and unlike most celeb couples, they are extremely relatable. "We really just get by. We feel, you know, a little vulnerable just as much as everyone else does," Kristen concluded. Speaking of power, Kristen admitted that she still has some influence over her kids. And while they may hear mom and dad swear, they're not allowed to replicate some language. "We don't limit ourselves as much as we should at home," she shared with us. "The way we explain it is, 'Look, you're five years old. You can't drive my car. You can't vote. You can't drink alcohol. You can't swear.' So far, they've obliged." The Good Place returns with its third season Thursday, Sept. 27th on NBC. (Eonline)

Mary J. Blige is officially a single woman ... TMZ has learned. A judge signed off Wednesday on her divorce from Martin Isaacs. As we reported ... the exes had reached a settlement back in March, but hadn't hammered out details of their assets split. They've now worked out the specifics ... but they're keeping it all under wraps. The terms are confidential ... according to the new docs. It's unclear if Martin got his wish list ... which included $130k per month in spousal support. Mary and Martin got married in 2003. They do NOT have any kids together. (TMZ)

It looks like Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are officially a thing now. Well well well, what do we have here? Justin and Hailey caught on camera in New York. I spy with my little eye ... Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin looking seriously loved up. After rekindling his romance with Selena Gomez in 2017, the Sorry singer is really committing to the back-with-an-ex-trend after rebooting his relationship with ex-girlfriend, Hailey Baldwin. Earlier this month, a video surfaced on Instagram of Hailey getting cozy with Bieber at LIV Nightclub at Fontainebleau, sending the internet into overdrive with rumors that the pair were an item once more. Now we have confirmation that the A-list couple are officially back together. On Sunday, the What Do You Mean singer was photographed passionately kissing Baldwin while out and about in New York. Then, on Tuesday, the pair were spotted indulging in some PDA in LA. Bieber was photographed carrying the 21-year-old model around a film studio, where he was onset to film a new music for an upcoming collaboration with DJ Khaled. With her legs wrapped around the singer's waist and Baldwin starring into Bieber's eyes, they looked every inch the new couple in love. It was great to see the couple looking so intimate and relaxed in each other's company. The on-off pair dated from 2015 to 2016, with Bieber and former long-term girlfriend, Selena Gomez, giving their relationship a second chance in November 2017. Gomez and Bieber split again earlier this year and it seems that Hailey and Justin have been getting pretty close ever since. Yes, we're confused too, and we're not the only ones. Shawn Mendes, who's previously been linked to Baldwin, looked pretty surprised when told that Hailey was back with Beebs. During an interview with eTalk, Mendes, who attended the Met Gala with Baldwin just last month, looked as confused as we are when he heard the news. "I don't know if they're dating or not," he said "I love them both. They're both really awesome people." Awkward. Despite having a relationship history more complicated than a Westworld plot twist, Hailey and Justin have stayed close since their split. A source told Us Weekly "They've had this weird thing for so many years. He was a very important part of her life way back when and he always has a special place in her heart." We hope that everything works out between Hailey and Justin second time around and can't wait to see more cute moments from this seriously photogenic pair. What do you have think? Is it ever good thing to revive an old romance with an ex or does someone need to tell Beebs about Bumble? (British Glamour)

It appears Demi Lovato has relapsed after 6 years of sobriety ... at least based on the lyrics in her new single. The singer -- who struggled with bouts of cocaine addiction -- dropped the surprise track, "Sober" Thursday and sings, "Momma I'm so sorry. I'm not sober anymore. And daddy, please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor. To the ones who never left me, we've been down this road before. I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore." Demi also seems to apologize to fans with the lyrics, "I wanna be a role model, but I'm only human." She also assures her fans there's no quit in her, and she will seek the help she needs. It is possible she's singing about a past time in her life. We've reached out to her reps to get clarification but haven't heard back yet. On "Sober" she also sings, "I'm sorry that I'm here again. I promise I'll get help. It wasn't my intention. I'm sorry to myself." (Eonline)

Heather Locklear released after three-day psychiatric hold. Troubled actress Heather Locklear has been released following her three-day hold in a hospital psych ward, according to a report Thursday. Locklear, 56, was hospitalized over the weekend in California after threatening to shoot herself because she thought her fiance, Chris Heisser, was cheating on her, sources and reports have said. Heisser was not currently with Locklear and was giving her "space," according to Radar Online, which first reported that Locklear was out of the hospital. "Chris is giving her the space she needs," a source told Radar Online. "But he will return soon." Before the former "T.J. Hooker" star was rushed to the hospital Sunday, she allegedly went after her parents as they attempted to calm her down. Locklear's rep did not immediately return a request for comment. "[Her father] tried to help her, but she, in turn, choked her mom and hit her dad," a source previously told Radar Online of the incident. According to the incident's 911 tape, Locklear's mother told the dispatcher that her daughter was suicidal and "looking for a gun to shoot herself." "She does not have access to any weapons," the 911 dispatcher relays to responding cops, referring to Locklear. "She is agitated and violent." A law enforcement source told Radar Online that Locklear was placed under an involuntary 5150 medical hold after she proved to be a "threat" to herself and others. (PageSix)

Kim Kardashian West is back in Paris for the first time since her traumatizing 2016 robbery there ... and it's obvious it's still fresh in her mind. Kim and Kanye were surrounded by their muscle -- and some fans and paps, of course -- on their way to the Louis Vuitton Menswear Spring/Summer show. It's Paris Fashion Week, so it's clear why Kim's there ... but still hanging over her is the petrifying heist. TMZ broke the story ... Kim feared rape when masked men stormed into her 2-story apartment in October 2016 and zip tied her hands with plastic handcuffs. The masked men also made off with more than $10 million in jewelry. Kim vowed to tone it down ... and she's done that ever since. Notice she's not wearing jewelry. BTW ... it's a huge moment for Kanye too, who broke down in tears meeting up with a longtime friend, Virgil Abloh -- Louis Vuitton's new artistic director of menswear. They go way back, and Virgil even worked with Kanye before taking on his most prominent role yet ... becoming the first black artistic director in the company's 164-year history. (TMZ)

Josh Brolin Addresses 2004 Diane Lane Domestic Abuse Arrest: 'There's No Explaining It'. After years of relative silence, Josh Brolin is finally speaking out about his 2004 arrest for domestic violence. "God, I've never been so careful with my words. Ever. Maybe in all 50 years," he told The New York Times about the incident. "And there's no reason for me to be other than there's no explaining it. Do you know what I mean? The only person who can explain that would be Diane [Lane], and she's chosen not to, so I'm O.K. with that." Brolin was arrested in 2004 in the West Los Angeles home he shared at the time with Diane Lane, who phoned police claiming that he had hit her. The actor was charged with spousal battery and released after posting $20,000 bail, said Kelly Bush, a spokeswoman for the couple. "There was a misunderstanding at their home," Bush told the Daily News at the time, saying that the arrest was "for the lowest-end misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. ... Diane did not want to press charges and asked them not to arrest him, but in cases involving the possibility of any physical contact, the police have to arrest first, ask questions later. Bush added that the two are back together in their home "and are embarrassed the matter went this far." The couple remained married for nine more years before filing for divorce in 2013. While The New York Times noted that Brolin "understands he needs to talk about it," the actor focused mostly on what he has learned about himself since the arrest. (Lane declined to comment for profile). "I was more reactive, I was more, 'People need to know the truth,'" Brolin said of his initial reaction to the incident. "Whatever I say [now] is going to sound like compensation for a perpetrator. I've gotten to a place where all that matters is that I have control over my behavior, and at that time, it was a little more chaotic." In September 2016, Brolin married his former assistant and model Kathryn Boyd, and in late May they announced they were expecting a baby girl with a sweet Instagram post. "There's a new sheriff in town and she's no bigger than a sweet potato. Hang on to your hats," he captioned a photo series of the mom-to-be showing off her bare baby belly while out on a hike. Brolin has also had a career year at the box office, starring as Thanos in Avengers Infinity War and as Cable in Deadpool 2. His next film, Sicario: Day of the Soldado, hits theaters June 29. Peter Fonda apologized Wednesday for a late-night Twitter rant in which he suggested 12-year-old Barron Trump should be ripped from "his mother's arms and put in a cage with pedophiles." The all-capitals tweet in the wee hours went on to call President Donald Trump an expletive. The actor later deleted the tweet and drew sharp rebukes from first lady Melania Trump and Donald Trump Jr. The two-time Oscar nominee, brother of Fonda and son of Hollywood legend Henry Fonda said in a statement hours later that he was upset over children separated from their parents on the U.S.-Mexico border. "I tweeted something highly inappropriate and vulgar about the president and his family in response to the devastating images I was seeing on television," Fonda said in the statement, released by both his manager and his publicist. "Like many Americans, I am very impassioned and distraught over the situation with children separated from their families at the border, but I went way too far. It was wrong and I should not have done it. I immediately regretted it and sincerely apologize to the family for what I said and any hurt my words have caused." In another tweet, Fonda suggested people opposed to the border policy should track down the addresses of federal agents and "surround their homes in protest," adding: "We should find out what schools their children go to and surround the schools in protest." Stephanie Grisham, the first lady's spokeswoman, said via email regarding the Barron remarks: "The tweet is sick and irresponsible." She said the U.S. Secret Service was notified. A spokesman for the agency said via email the Secret Service is aware of Fonda's tweets but "as a matter of practice" would have no additional comment. Donald Trump Jr., meanwhile, did some tweeting of his own, addressing Fonda: "You're clearly a sick individual" who behaved "like a bully and a coward." Trump Jr. called on Sony Pictures Classics to stop the release of its film "Boundaries," in which Fonda has a small role. The company condemned Fonda's tweets as "abhorrent" but said the film would be released as planned. (Page Six)

Investigators working on XXXTentacion's murder seem to be homing in on a Florida rapper who posted a pic of himself packing heat Monday, not far from the crime scene. Soldier Kidd's been widely accused online of having possible involvement in XXX's shooting death -- mostly due to a photo of himself at Hook Fish & Chicken restaurant, which is 7 minutes from where X was killed. In the pic, you clearly see a handgun in Kidd's lap, right next to his food. It was posted within an hour of X's shooting. We're told detectives went to Hook Fish & Chicken late Monday to collect surveillance footage -- specifically of the time Soldier Kidd was there. There's more -- according to the dispatch audio from the shooting, one of the 2 armed men was wearing a red mask. Kidd shared a photo of himself and a friend with a red mask in the front seat of his car. The "Triple X" isn't necessarily a reference to XXXTentacion ... since Kidd recorded a mixtape with that title. We're told cops have also collected security footage from the motorcycle shop where the shooting went down. Police haven't named any suspects, and Soldier Kidd has denied any involvement. As we reported ... XXXTentacion was shot in the neck during an alleged robbery, and died instantly, according to a witness on the scene. (TMZ)

Cops believe 3 people were involved in the murder of XXXTentacion ... because TMZ has learned there are THREE arrest warrants issued in the case. As we reported, Dedrick D. Williams was arrested Wednesday night in South Florida for first-degree murder of the 20-year-old rapper. A court clerk tells TMZ, there are 2 other arrest warrants that have been signed by a judge. As far as we know, the 2 suspects have not been taken into custody ... yet. TMZ broke the story ... XXX was gunned down in his car outside a motorcycle shop in Pompano Beach. We don't know if the killers had any connection to XXX or if it was a robbery. There are indications that it was the latter, because one of the killers stole XXX's Louis Vuitton bag. (TMZ)

XXXTentacion's alleged murderer, Dedrick D. Williams, was to appear in court Thursday to hear the charges he's facing in the shooting death of the 20-year-old rapper. Williams is going before the judge soon in the Broward County Courthouse. As we reported ... he was arrested Wednesday night in South Florida and booked for first-degree murder by the Sheriff's Dept. He has previous arrests for cocaine possession, weapons possession, domestic violence, aggravated assault with a firearm and grand theft auto. As we first reported, cops believe there are 2 more people involved in XXX's murder -- a judge has already signed 2 other arrest warrants. As far as we know, those 2 suspects have not been taken into custody yet. XXXTentacion was gunned down Monday afternoon in broad daylight as he sat in his car outside a motorcycle dealer. Cops have also gathered surveillance footage to aid in their investigation. (TMZ)

Publicist Jeanine Pepler dies by suicide at 50. Jeanine Pepler, the publicist who represented novelists Jay McInerney and Candace Bushnell, hanged herself Sunday night in her home in Sag Harbor, LI, taking her life the same way Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain did earlier this month. Sources say she was 50. Pepler, who was raised and educated in Cape Town, South Africa, arrived in New York in 1996 and worked in public relations with the likes of Tina Brown, Michael Eisner, Julian Schnabel and Julie Taymor. Friends said her body was discovered by her boyfriend, artist Steve Miller. "He is just devastated, as are we all," said one. "She seemed to be doing great. They had a lot of plans for the future." Miller could not be reached for comment. Pepler moved to Sag Harbor a few years ago and was running a new boutique agency, AKA Life. Her bio on the agency's website states: "Her guilty pleasures include golf, white Burgundy, Betty's Greek wraps and her daily early morning romp in the dog run with Violet, her French bulldog." Pepler had dated McInerney for six years before they amicably parted in 2005 and she temporarily moved into Bret Easton Ellis' apartment. "We will still love and care about each other even though we're not together anymore," Pepler said at the time. They remained friends after McInerney married publishing heiress Anne Hearst. In McInerney's 9/11 novel, "The Good Life," the dedication reads: "For Jeanine: Who rescued me that day and many days thereafter." Pepler had surgery for thyroid cancer in 2004, but a friend said she had fully recovered and had been in good health. A spokesman for the NY State Police said her death is "an active, ongoing investigation." (PageSix)

Koko the Gorilla Dies at 46. Koko, the famous gorilla who learned sign language, has died. The Gorilla Foundation announced the news on Wednesday. According to the organization, the primate passed away early in her sleep Tuesday morning. "Koko touched the lives of millions as an ambassador for all gorillas and an icon for interspecies communication and empathy," the organization stated in a press release. "She was beloved and will be deeply missed." According to The Gorilla Foundation, Koko was born at the San Francisco Zoo on July 4, 1971. Her full name is Hanabi-ko, which is Japanese for "Fireworks Child." Dr. France "Penny" Patterson started teaching her sign language the following year and eventually moved the western lowland gorilla to Stanford in 1974. There, with Dr. Ronald Cohn, she started The Gorilla Foundation. Per the organization, Koko and the Foundation moved in to the Santa Cruz Mountains in 1979, where Koko and her fellow primates, Michael and Ndume, served as ambassadors for the species. Over the years, Koko's fame grew. She appeared on two covers of National Geographic -- and even took one of the pictures herself. Fans also fell in love with the friendship Koko developed with her kitten All Ball. The bond even inspired a children's book. Koko also had a few celebrity friends, including the late Robin Williams. Williams visited Koko in 2001. The two shared a few laughs and even engaged in a tickle fight. According to The Gorilla Fund, the organization will "continue to honor Koko's legacy and advance our mission with ongoing projects." These include conservation efforts in Africa, the great ape sanctuary in Maui and a sign language application starring Koko that aims to benefit gorillas and children. (Eonline)
